Summary
Dr. Crane had been making incredible progress and, on recommendation from the parole board, been given another chance. He moved from Gotham, to Bludhaven, close enough to be monitored by both the parole system and Batman, and most importantly placing him firmly in Nightwing's grasp.
Dick's not so sure, initially, that Crane is actually on the straight and narrow path. But his scent is absent of any sort of lingering fear toxin, and Dick has watched day by day for months as Crane has kept himself on the right track, even entertaining drop in visits from Nightwing on a regular basis.
Perhaps, Bruce showing up and disrupting their tenuous balancing act of a longing-filled friendship will bring about the best thing either of them could have hoped for.

Summary
Dick Grayson has many gold medals, a not insignificant amount are Olympic ones. Bruce Wayne has his fair share from boxing. They were one of many Olympic couples from Rio 2016, everyone thought they'd come out of Tokyo with rings on their fingers. Instead, Dick spent months in physical therapy after a last ditch effort to save his ACL (and his career) failed, and they were broken up.
Dick avoided anything sports related for two years. And then his former coach's kids, the coach responsible for the negligent training that ended his career early, come knocking with their youngest sibling in tow. They want to prove their father's coaching strategies were nothing but dangerous and the medals they all managed to win were in spite of his training, not because of it.
Unfortunately the youngest Wilson is also Damian's half brother, Damian who Dick had helped raise for the four years he and Bruce had been together.
But Dick Grayson needs to prove himself, complicated feelings about Bruce be damned. And if Bruce admits that he's been regularly attending therapy since they broke up well... It's not like he's changed enough to get back together after an open discussion about where they went wrong...

"Did you not know?" Nasir lets out a small laugh. Upon Agron's careless shrug, he continues.
"I admit, I thought it odd at first you would offer patronage towards her, but then I feared she might have mistaken you for her lover and was trying to seduce you." Stepping further into the temple, Nasir moves into the light, coming to stand before Agron with a little grin. "You do appear so."
