It was not really well known among the general population that the Sky Acrobaleno had the ability to stay in a bigger form at the cost of their health. Being the Sky Acrobaleno put a strain on the body, especially when it isn't condensed down into a smaller form.
Kuroko Tetsuya was known for being relatively weak physically and a low presence.
So what if his physicality was caused by some external force?
