You are getting set up to go to the University of your dreams but sadly the dorm life isn't what you'd like for studying... so you go looking for an affordable place to stay. Finding an ad in the paper for everything you could want in a place only set back is they are looking for male applicants only... oh and the other tenants are monsters not that you mind.
