   Jane Shepard is the lead paramedic for an EMS team on the Kithoi ward. One night, she and her team respond to a call involving teenagers being shot in an alleyway. Upon reaching the scene, it's obvious to her that this wasn't your average drug-deal-gone-wrong. But before she can get to the only surviving victim, she sees the cop she knew would get eventually get in her way.
