   Summary

   This is a revamp/edit work of my story, "Written in the Stars". Expanded Author's Note inside.
   Maureen always knew she was different since she was a child. What she didn't realize, however, was that her difference could potentially save the world from destruction. It's 1962, and Maureen Shepherd is one of the very first mutants to be recruited by Charles Xavier, helping to prevent World War III. Takes place during X-Men: First Class (XMFC). Complete.
