Moonwalk

Summary:

In which Virgil finds if he had just moonwalked away in the first place, all his troubles would've been solved.

Chapter 1: "The One Where Kat's Fans Beat up Jerad"

Virgil wakes up suddenly!! A girl is staring at him–she has purple highlights in her hair and she’s wearing MCR merch–if you dnt know what tha is, then get the da hewck out! 

“Um hello?” He says, and the girl smiles. 

“Hi Virgil! On behalf of the fans, I wanted to let you know the way you’re being treated by Jerad is awful and we’re here to do something about it! 🔥✌️😈“ 

Virgil stares back ‘cuz wait he has fans???!! And also, how did she make those emojis with her mouth??? 

All at once, he hears fighting outside!! He goes outside and *gASP* there’s Jerad! And all around are a TON OF PEOPLE. WITH PITCHFORKS AND FIRE TORCHES. Jerad locks eye contact with Virgil.

“Pls help me, V-Dog! I’ll won’t ever break your phone again” Jerkad whines, but in a tots ungeninue way. 

Virgil stares at him. Then slowy moonwalks back into the house. Peeps start attacking Jerad again. All Virgil can hear are Jerky’s sceams. Suddenly someone attacks *Virge* from behind! 

“Virgil, you’re okkkkk!” They say. Ohhhhh, wait, it’s a hug. From Patton!! Remy, Logun and Ramen are also there.

“Like, we should tots get an apartment together!” Remy says

“I dent know how to prcess emotions rlly wll but youre important to me as a friend.” Logan says. Everyone looks and stares at Romun. Romun stares back. He sighs dramatically. like RLLLY DRAMATICALLY.

“I guess you’re, like, not bad.” Roman says. Everyone smiles. They all go wat Disney moves together and everything is happily ever afre! Da End!

Virgil woke up one day feein VERY SICK. Like “UwU yucky tummy’ sick. He did NOT wanna get outta bed!!!!

*KNOCK KNOCK*

‘WHO TF IS DAT.”” Verigl thought. OR SO HE THOUGHTTt—he was SO sick that he said it out LOUD.

ITS ME Someune ROARED.

‘HOW DID U KNOWwwwwwwwwwwww I THOUGHT HTAT”

“U saiyth it out loud”

OH. Virgil dought this fr.

“YOU U gonna open thee dor or wat?>>>”

Vermin didn’t wana open the door. But he DID ANYWAYS!!

IT WAS JERKARD!!!!

Vergil looked at him. Jerkd looked at him. Viginl looked at him even mORE.

“Hi—” he said, but then!!! SOMEBODY FRUITPUNCHED JERAD TO DEATH.

“WHATTT” Virigl said, this TIME OUT LOUD.

“Virgil we here to suve you.. Logun said. But it wusnt just Login, but Remyy, Putton and evn Reman!!!!

“SUV ME?” Vrigl said, sniffling purple snot.

“yeah, b*tch we caree.” Remmyy asid, “sory I scare you.”

“RLLY?’””

“RLLY RLLY.” PATOn chirplted.

VIgirl SMILED. LIKE REALLY REAELY BRIGTH. AND THEY LIVED HAPPYLI EVR AFRER FR. DA END.

Vergil felt rllly funie. LIIKE RLLLY RLLY FUUNIEWE. 

He wus in bed. BuT liie, he shuodlnt be in bed!!! Vegal was supoposed to bee workin'!!

It was SOFT tho. Veeeery comfy. Sumthings surrounded him on ALL sides, makin' him VERY comfy.

It was dakr so he culdt see Annnything BUT he reched out and touched the soft thing at his sidde. It moved!

'Deja bu' Virgul thought.

A wet sumthing pressed against his cheeks, it tickled!!

"Stopit!" he said, gigglig. 

it was Putton, but he was a wolfy. Ramon and Lugan were here as also wolfys!! They were keepin him warmy and comfy.

Sudeenly Remming pops in, "Sup, Virg'

"wat happened"

'uhhhhh, jerkad is kinda toast, sorry not sorry?'

'oh' Vorgul say

"and uh U got adopted by werwolfies i guessss'

"okay." Virgul saids, shrugigng. he thinks this is a fevers dreams, but he'd knew ssOON that it WAS REAL and THEY all lives happily eVAR AFTERS. DA END.

This time I swear this is the REAL REAL REAL ending to Gibbous, trust me, 100% facts.

But for realsies, 2023 right now keeps repeatedly kicking me down--it's great! Absolutely not in a pit of despair over this at all! Ok, that last bit was sarcasm and not 100% true. Over the years, I've grown and matured a lot in being able to handle my mental health (therapy helps, shocker) and while I am mentally drained by irl circumstances, I'm doing what I can to make it through. Hopefully I'll have an actual Gibbous chapter before Oct 12th of this year, but we'll see.
