Surprise! I Have Boobs!
We're all used to holding our breaths when Toni Stark arrives on scene. With the legacy left by her father, Howard Stark, the young genius has some big shoes to fill. And fill them she has! Not only that, we here at New York Bulletin believe that she's gone beyond filling her father's shoes and made those shoes several sizes larger. Once again, Toni Stark has come up with something that is something her father would never think of doing—a fund for women. Not a fund for women in science, not a fund for women in trades, not a fund for women who are single mothers, but a fund for all types of women, no matter why they might need one. Toni has stated that she wants to help every woman she can and try to level the playing field we all know has been skewed in favor of men for a long time.
When asked why she's creating this fund despite already having several others, Dr. Stark responded that she had recently been confronted about how little the attitude towards women had actually changed. "We've made huge strides in equality, yes, but we are nowhere near where we should be. There's a pay gap between men and women that is practically treated as immutable. This fund will help bridge that gap and hopefully get companies to start properly working to erase it completely."
For those who may be wondering, the event that started this specific fund and activism was the return of Captain Steve Rogers, otherwise known as Captain America. Dr. Stark has stated that when she went to make a move on this returning hero, said man responded with the words "You're quite a dame" and started talking about her father. While some lenience can be given due to Steve Rogers being in ice since the 40's, it brings the treatment of women into sharp relief.

Captain America: Not So Chivalrous?
We all know the story of Steve Rogers, now most commonly known as Captain America. He was a young, upstanding man during the second world war and worked hard to help our troops. We know that he had a potential love interest before his tragic dive into the ocean in the renowned Margaret "Peggy" Carter who worked tirelessly to help our country during and after the war. Howard Stark himself, father of Toni Stark and inventor of many items still used today, spent years extolling the virtues of his friend, even as he searched for any sign Steve Rogers was still out there.
Well, it turns out Howard Stark was right, and Captain America was still alive, but was he right about Mr. Rogers character? Granted, times have changed since World War 2, and so have the attitudes of people as a whole. However, can we really be sure that such an apparent pinnacle of goodness has no flaws? That he is worthy of the almost god-like status we, the American population, have given him? In the short time this so-called paragon of righteousness has been back, we have heard multiple accounts of just how 'righteous' he is. It has been reported by one person who wishes to remain anonymous that Steve Rogers spent time with them and "never once got it through his thick skull that I'm not my father."
After some digging, we have found several more people who confirm that when they talked with Captain America, the man talked back to them as though they were one of their ancestors. Is it not considered basic human decency to remember who you're talking to and treat them as an individual? How can we continue holding up Captain America as our perfect man when he is unable to tell a son or daughter from their parent?
The Start of World War 3
There have been numerous theories on what could potentially begin the next World War, from bruised egos to the Illuminati. We here at the New York Bulletin have another theory: Pizza. Now you may be staring at this page and scratching your head, wondering how pizza, of all things, could be the tipping point that sends us back to war. I ask you this: how many times have you argued with your friends, or even strangers online, about what constitutes a proper pizza?
The question of whether or not pineapple belongs on a pizza has become one of the most controversial questions. There are even people who will not date anyone who has pineapple on their pizzas or vice versa. Without even getting into the topic of what counts as a pizza, and the calzone/pizza debate, there is a large potential for outright violence based solely on pizza toppings.
Even power-duo Toni Stark and Pepper Potts are not immune to this phenomenon. These two powerful women reportedly had a heated argument on whether black olives belong on pizza. They had apparently had the dish just the night before and Ms Potts had chosen the toppings. During this argument, Dr. Stark claimed that black olives are evil and should never see the light of day again, never mind being on a pizza.
