Puffy sat on a bench, reading a book about some of the most heroic knights as Dream, Sapnap and George chased each other in the grass.
It was her turn to watch the infamous Dream Team for today, her kid, Bad's kid and, well-
No one really knew who George's parents were? He was asked if he was an orphan and said no but refused to answer when asked about his parents.
The three of them were practicing sparring with wooden swords they'd found around and currently George sat boredly as Dream and Sapnap battled.
George leaned on his own stone sword he'd brought from home, sighing in boredom as the fight went on for a while.
Dream knocked Sapnap to the ground and the 9 year old made a loud "oomph" as he went down.
"Guys, hurry up, I wanna duel Dream." George said and Sapnap glared as he hopped to his feet. "Hey! You go up against the winner!" Sapnap yelled and George deadpanned, adjusting his large goggles.
"I know, so hurry up so I can go against Dream." The 13 year old teased and Sapnap pouted, grabbing his sword and turning to Dream.
"Duel me!" He yelled and Dream laughed.
"We are!" Dream said and then their sword made soft thudding noises as they smacked against each other.
Dream shoved Sapnap down again and Sapnap put his hands out as his sword was kicked to the side.
"You're defenseless, I win!" Dream announced and Sapnap growled, tackling Dream and George sighed, turning to hover his hands over the grass and he started summoning small mushrooms, focusing on the spores rather than his two idiot friends.
Dream tried kicking the much smaller man and Sapnap grabbed his arms, grinning wickedly.
Dream laughed and lightly kicked his stomach, trying to shove him off and then suddenly the blonde was screaming and crying in pain.
Puffy's head shot up as the air filled with a burning smell and Sapnap jumped off, backing away and looking at his hands with wide eyes, George running to Dream's side as Puffy rushed to the scene.
"What happened?" She yelled.
"He burned me!" Dream yelled, pointing at Sapnap who started crying.
"I didn't mean to!" He wailed and George rolled his eyes.
"You're both big babies." He commented and Puffy flicked his forehead, the teen falling to the ground and glaring at her through his goggles as she picked up her son.
She moved his arm from the base of it to inspect his wrists and sighed.
"You are being a baby." She commented and laughed as Dream wailed more but started giggling as she pressed, what she called "Captain Kisses" up and down his wrists.
"Look! Magic healing powers! You're not even scorched!" Puffy praised. Dream looked at his wrists and smiled. "See! Don't be a baby, you're such a trooper!"
Dream grinned and jumped down, hugging George.
"She flicked me." George growled, rubbing his forehead and Puffy ignored the two of them as she squatted in front of the sobbing raven.
She put a hand on his head and it was like a magic button, Sapnap's sobbing ceased immediately and he started hiccuping.
"Are- Are you gonna-" He inhaled a gasping breath. "Are you gonna tell my dads?"
Puffy smiled softly at Sapnap and shook his head.
"You're all fine, bud. Dream's not hurt, the only thing that did get hurt is your poor lungs if you don't calm down." Puffy said and Sapnap started taking over exaggerated breaths.
"Yeah, just like that, deep breaths. No one is mad at you Sapnap." Puffy promised and Dream walked over, hugging his sobbing friend.
"Yeah! Look! I'm all better!" Dream promised and George walked over as well, hand clutching the back of Dream's shirt.
"You're both reckless." He mumbled and Puffy smiled at the boys as she walked back over to her spot.
"What the honk does reckless mean?" Sapnap asked and Puffy laughed as the trio went back to their normal antics.
Later on, Bad picked up Sapnap and Sapnap started crying again, telling him what happened.
Bad had rushed over to Puffy, apologizing profusely and promising to help Sapnap get his power under control.
"Bad! Bad, calm down, it's okay. No one was hurt. My boy's a trooper, okay? Neither of you need to worry, I promise." Puffy said and Bad rubbed the back of his neck, Sapnap hiding behind the larger man's legs.
"I still am sorry, If we'd started his training sooner, this wouldn't have happened. But Skeppy's been out and-" "Bad! It's fine, I swear, okay? And if you don't stop apologizing, I will start swearing." Puffy threatened and Bad laughed.
"Sorry I just-" "Fuck." "LANGUAGE!" Bad yelled and Puffy cackled as Sapnap watched curiously.
"What's fuck mean?" Sapnap asked and Puffy broke into a run as Bad glared at her.
