Peach: Lesbian with ADHD
Banana: Lesbian

Chapter 1: Peachbanana - Sweet Tea Morning

Chapter Text

Loving warmth, campfire warm.
Two tired, happy women lay against one another, sharing this warmth, the warmth of such a sensual love.
Peach’s fathers and brother were yet to arrive home, and wouldn’t be for a while, so she decided to sneak her girlfriend in.
What were they going to do? Glad you asked.

Sex is for nerds. Cuddle day.

And that’s exactly what they did, half asleep together. Peach rested comfortably in the crook of the other’s neck, feeling a warm hand on her back. Banana had one hand on her girlfriend and the other hanging limply off the couch, just ready to fall asleep.
Those were her plans, but it seems they wouldn’t happen just yet. The martial artist on top of her smiled and started giving her small kisses wherever she could reach- her neck, her chin, her cheek, wherever Peach felt she wanted to show her love.

“And whaddya think yer doin..?” Banana asked sarcastically, turning over to look at her counterpart. The other seemed ready to reply, but was halted by- retaliation!
The performer imitated the same she did, kissing her gently on her cheeks, forehead and nose.

“Eheehee!” Peach giggled, blushing at the attention, but not disliking it. “Loving you. What else would I be doing?”

Banana chuckled, happy as Peach continued their little ‘fight’ of kisses and affectionates. “Nothin.”

The pair continued like such, kissing wherever they felt they could without bothering to change position. Eventually, Banana snuck in a little kiss on the lips, which became a regular like the rest.
After a while of such back and forth, the performer stopped.

“Alright, alright, you win.” She started, “Le’s jus’ get some rest until yer family gets here, my peach pie.”

Peach chuckled, but was a little sad it had to end. “Okay.” The artist wrapped her arms around her girlfriend again, feeling her warmth.

What a wonderful day to be her...

Chapter 2: Licorfig - Moonlit Falls

Summary:

Takes place after Licorice gets a redemption, and also they’re both in alt outfits in this!

Fig: Non-binary and viramoric

Chapter Text

It was a late summer evening. The sun was just setting and the sky was an even gradient, it’s blues ending up as yellows, oranges and reds, soon to be purples.

Licorice and Fig had walked down a trail into the forest that day, ending up at the exact middle of the path where there was a waterfall. The cervitaur enjoyed it, it reminded them of the falls in the forest that they used to live in, and the sound calming to the mage. Loud, but calming. They were completely alone in those woods, just them, any small animals, and the sugar waterfall. It was abundantly peaceful.

And peace was, really, exactly what the two needed. Taking in how their pasts, as well as their recent days, had been, a nice night outside was well deserved. As though a reward for living up to that point. Fig tapped their gloved hands on the wooden railing, taking glances between the sugar falls and their boyfriend. They were thinking about something that they hadn’t told anyone, with the exception of those they had to. It was, more or less, a surprise for Licorice. “Ya know, I’m real prouda ya.” They said abruptly. “...Do tell..?” He looked up at them, being decently shorter than them due to their deer half, and appearing curious. “‘T’s true. You’ve been through a lot and yer still livin’. That in itself is an ‘complishment!” They started, turning down to him. “Even more so, you’ve adjusted to livin’ in town p’ well! I’m... glad.” The cervitaur finished off, rubbing against one of their back legs with the other. He chuckled softly. “Ehehe... and you’re telling me this now... why?” He wasn’t opposed to the idea of being praised and loved by his significant other, but it seemed out of nowhere. They smiled. “Well, isn’t tonight special?” They motioned to the glistening waterfall, looking over at it and then up through the trees. Sundown was quickly making it’s mark, dusk soon to come. “Though, I do consider any time I get to spend with ya special!” Licorice flushed, covering his mouth with his hand. “We spend a lot of time together, Fig..!” He chuckled, knowing what they were getting at. “Which means a lotta time is special to me! It’s nice to have special time!” Fig said as he expected, turning towards him and leaning down to give him a kiss on the forehead. They radiated an energy that was nearly opposite to his own- the cervitaur was always bubbly, enthusiastic and optimistic, meanwhile the redeemed cookie was still trying to shake off his negative behaviors. It didn’t work, it was part of his person now, but being around the other and just more cookies in general made him lighten up a bit. “I suppose... I’m proud of you too.” He started, noticing them perk up more. “Despite everything, you’re still positive. You jump around, you talk to everyone in such kind ways... it’s sweet to see and even sweeter to live with.” He tried to go around his words in an understandable way. Fig looked overjoyed. Without any kind of warning, they picked him up, holding him eye level to themself. Not that he minded. “D’aw, it’s sweet ta live with ya too! Yer gettin’ better everyday!” They praised, smiling without a single fault. “Hey, this isn’t about me, it’s about you. Your openness is what saved me in the first place...” Licorice said the last part quieter, but they could still hear it. “Mmmm...” They hummed, tilting their head. “I love ya.” They beamed, holding him slightly closer. “Ehehe, I love you too...” He wrapped his arms around the others neck as he spoke, and without needing any further prompting, the cervitaur leaned closer and kissed him. It was brief, light, but still loving. As Licorice pulled away, he mumbled something. “I can’t believe we’re gonna be married soon...” Fig put him down, stepping back a little. “Ehah, Licorice, we ain’t engaged..!” They joked briefly, assuming his words were just a mistake of the tongue. They noticed him shy a little, and their expression softened. He took a breath, and then sighed. Holding his hands behind his back, he got down on one knee, looking up at them. “Actually...” He started, noticing their flustered and joyous expression with a hand over their mouth. With that, he pulled a small velvet box out of his pocket. “Would you... do me the honors of marrying me..?” He got very quiet as he finished, smiling with shut teeth. When Fig just looked down at him briefly, he shied a little more, wondering if he had done something wrong. Then, they started... giggling. “Oh- oh Licor-!” They said through their hand. He thought they were mocking him, but that feeling left as soon as it came when they got down on their hooves, pulling a front one up. That was when they, too, pulled out a small blue box from a pocket in their vest. “I was gon’ ask you the same thing..!” They beamed, looking just about like they were going to cry. Licorice was surprised, lowering his own hand and smiling. They both got up and threw their arms around each other at the same time, leaning against each other. He couldn’t find any words for some time, figuring his answer was already said. “I- heh- I’m assuming that’s a yes?” He asked rhetorically, pulling away to look into their eyes. They chuckled shortly. “Yes- oh, a thousand times yes-!” Fig didn’t hesitate to yell, radiating with overexcitement. “I couldn’t be happier, ah- yes!” The mage was happy, probably the happiest he had ever been. He was finally engaged to the one who saved him, and he couldn’t be happier. The moonlit falls rushed with glimmering sugar water, and the two lovers were warned by newly engaged love.

Chapter Text

The morning was bright and new, rays of sunshine coming through the windows. The two of them were just getting started on their day, Espresso having already made himself a fresh cup of coffee meanwhile Madeleine was blending a smoothie of fresh fruit. He considered it more refreshing and energizing than whatever coffee did for his husband, even if it was an incredibly uncomfortable process to blend a new batch every few days. The sound of the blender was just... UNBEARABLY loud. He’d always have to cover his ears until it finished.

The mage always watched as Madeleine went around his morning routine. It was always just the same- grab the same fruits, the same amount of each one, and blended for the same amount of time at the same level. If he wasn’t making a new batch that would serve for a few days, it was always the same way around the kitchen and the fridge to get a cup, get the container, and then have his drink. It was specific enough that Espresso couldn’t tell anymore whether he did it on purpose, as though breaking routine would result in some disaster, or if it was just plain muscle memory.

As the blender finally stopped and the knight allowed himself to stop covering his ears, he decided to speak about it. “Why is it that you’re always so... specific, about how you do things?” He asked out of the blue.

“...What do you mean?” The other paused for a moment before replying with another question.

“You seem to have a... routine. Not that I don’t, but yours seems far more exact. Is there a reason?” Espresso sipped his coffee and leaned on his hand, watching his husband act another identical act to one days before as he grabbed his favorite cup and poured his drink.

“Could you... elaborate, a little more? I figured everyone has routines, what makes mine stand out?” Madeleine often needed clarification on certain things. It seemed as though he thought of every thing you could’ve been asking, and couldn’t tell which one was most probable.

“Everyone does have routines. However, most of the cookies I’ve lived with have far looser routines than what I see in you.” When his husband gave him another confused look, he continued. “Usually, things will change. A different food for breakfast everyday, trying a new flavor or type of something, or maybe even something as little as where they sit. You seem to have two routines, but they never change. Every time I’ve been up at the same time as you, it’s been the exact same.”

“Oh, THAT’S what you’re talking about.” The knight seemed to finally catch on, sitting down in the same place he always did. “It’s something I’ve done since I was just a kid. My mother said my youngest brother and I got it from our father, but it’s the same for both of us. Differences in routine feel... weird.”

“Can you elaborate?”

“I can tell immediately when something’s changed, that's first. If I added one too many strawberries to my smoothie, it tastes different. If I blend it even a little bit too long, the texture is different. Heh, even if I make a wrong step I feel completely thrown off.” Madeleine chuckled, trying to explain logically. “It’s difficult to explain, but routine for me is how things are meant to be. Just the same, and if it isn’t, it’s immediately all too noticeable.”

Espresso nodded. “Interesting...” It was, really, quite interesting to him. He’d never lived with a cookie like his husband before, so the way he acted was new. “Is that why you’ve always insisted on drinking your smoothies rather than just having coffee with me?”

He got a nod. “Mmhm. Not only does it probably taste better, but it’s what I’m used to. And I... really don’t think that needs to change. I don’t need artificial energy from caffeine anyway.”

“Caffeinated energy isn’t artificial. It might not be organic energy from fruits, but it’s still natural.” He glared, knowing Madeleine had picked his words carefully.

The other chuckled shortly. “Keep telling yourself that...” He said, followed by taking a drink from his cup. Espresso noticed him seem to recoil after he finished, looking down at the contents. “...Mleh.”

“Is something wrong?”

“...Did we remember to get our produce from Spinach Cookie?” It seemed incredibly specific, but the way he said it made it seem completely normal.

The mage shook his head. “I picked it up from Carrot Cookie’s farm this week. Are you really able to notice that too?”

“Yeah- that explains why it tastes different.” He shrugged, taking a drink from it again.

“Worse?”

“No, not bad. Just... different.”

“Interesting... can I invite you to try some of my coffee?” Espresso asked, tilting his mug towards the other.

“Ah...” Madeleine seemed a little taken aback by that offer. “...Why?”

“You don’t have to if you don’t want to, but it’d be nice to see you try it.” The shorter glanced away briefly. “I’m sorry if this seems intrusive, but I’ve never taken notice to your tendencies till recently.”

The other shrugged. “I don’t mind, not at all-! It... is, a strange habit... pass it here.” He reached his hand out, and his husband softly slid the mug over to him. The first thing he did was take in the smell, seeming to... cringe, from having it so close. The smell of straight black coffee was very strong when you weren’t used to it. Madeleine took one quick sip before putting it down. “I didn’t like that.” He said bluntly, intentionally or not.

Espresso wasn’t offended at all. “Well, it IS pure black coffee. I probably should’ve started you off with something sweeter.”

“Yeah- maybe.” His husband slid the mug back over, and then started tapping his fingers on the table. “Oooookay... I can feel the caffeine.” He sighed briefly, biting his lip.

“I have heard it has strong effects on autistics and the like. Are you gonna be okay?”

“Yeah- I. I cannot feel my bones.”

“...Normally cookies can’t feel their bones anyway.”

“I did not like that. I do not like this.” The knight repeated that once more under his breath, drinking his smoothie. “Remind me to never have caffeine.”

“Mmhm...”

Chapter Text

Herb Cookie was stood by his youngest daughter and helping her get her things together when it came to his attention. It was early in the morning on a spring Friday, and the gardener was on his usual morning duties in being an active father, helping Mochi get her school supplies together. Fireflower, Mochi’s older sister with long, firey hair, was less than enthused to be going, but she was like that every day, the small spring in her step that morning probably because she knew tomorrow started the weekend. Autumn Leaf, Flower’s unidentical twin with orange-yellow curls, was stood across from her counterpart. She stuffed her items into her backpack with a small smile on her face, far less agitated that her sister. Mochi was her usual, quiet and only nodding or shaking her head while being helped.

“Don’t forget your pets, girls.” Herb said, finishing helping the youngest get her necessities in her bag. Though, it didn’t go unnoticed that she slipped a children’s book into her bag in case her best friend, Grapefruit, wasn’t at school that day.

“Oh, right, Bo-dee!” Autumn was the first to perk up, naturally the most complaint due to her love of animals and her own pet. Quickly, a puppy bounded into the room from the kitchen with a small yap. The girl’s soul-pet was a fusion between a dog and a typical bomb, named simply Bombdog, which everyone called Bo-dee for spice.

Mochi didn’t have to call for her pet- Strawberry Gelatin, a pink blob of sugary jelly, was already with her. It followed her wherever she went, and she didn’t mind considering child cookies often had their pets with them for their protection. It was just a benefit that her pet actually liked her.

Fireflower glanced around, her expression curling into bitter annoyance. “Ugh.” She groaned, turning around to enter the room she shared with his sisters. As much as she wished it wasn’t, her pet was stationary at that phase of it’s life. She emerged back with a potted Venus flytrap type plant that had three heads. Together, they were the Heads of Venus, and separately they were Milky Way, Starshine and Scorri, definable from each other by their different colored spots. She looked annoyed out of her ass every time she was around it, wondering how that thing had ended up her soul-pet.

“That’s everything... where’s dad?” Autumn asked as she looked around, realizing the taller of her dads was missing.

“Right there.” Flower said bluntly, pointing at Herb. She smirked as Mochi snorted, knowing full well what her twin meant.

“...Where IS he, actually? He’s usually awake by now.” The present father noted, realizing that it was out of place. While Fire Spirit did sleep in longer than him, usually he was awake in time to see the girls off to school. Not once in the kids’s time attending school had the god missed saying goodbye. “One moment, sweeties.” With that, he walked over to him and his husband’s bedroom.

Opening it up and stepping inside, he looked over to the corner by the door where their bed was. Sure enough, Spirit was still asleep. Knowing immediately that it probably meant something was off, he walked over to examine his husband further.

The other’s expression was... malcontented, even in his sleep. His face was very obviously feverish and hot, determinable by the mild blue appearing on him that usually only found itself present if he was blushing. The area around his eyes was noticeably duller than usual as well, a strict contrast to his blue and orange hues now. He didn’t look like he was in a good state.

Herb was immediately worried, bringing his fingers to his mouth. He debated with himself briefly as to whether or not it was a better idea to wake him up or leave him asleep, when he concluded that getting him up to check his status would be optimal. Of course, he’d wake the other up gently. “Spirit... love, it’s time to wake up...” He said softly, bringing a hand to his husband’s cheek and rubbing him gently with his thumb.

“Ghhnh...” Fire Spirit let out a low groan, tilting his head to the side. He opened his eyes, hanging low and tired, and it was clear something was wrong when even the irises of his eyes seemed pale and glazed.

“Are you okay..? You look rather sick...” The gardener continued in his soft voice, not wanting to cause any unnecessary pain by being loud.

“Huuuuh..?” The god hummed, putting a hand on his own face. Pulling it away, he used his own method to check his temperature which was “heat go from one surface to other, blue bad,” which actually worked quite well. “Shit... are the girls already up..?” His voice was raspier than usual, tired and sickly.

“They are. I’ve already gotten them ready, you don’t need to see them off.” Herb took his hand away from his husband, his comforting touch having gotten a little too hot to continue holding.

“Damn...” Fire mumbled, looking off. He appeared spacey and dazed, looking through his husband and behind him instead of at him.

“...Would you like me to see them off for you?” He asked, tilting his head. He got an absent nod back, the god clearly too feverish and tired to form a proper response. “I’ll let you get back to rest...” With that, he leaned down to give his husband a kiss on the cheek, nearly burning his lips. There was a slight smile on the god’s face as he seemed to drift off again. As Herb left the room, all three of his daughters looked at him. Flower quickly made a low attempt at hiding her concern, darting her eyes away, while the other two openly showed their concern. “Your father seems to have a fever, girls. He’ll be alright.” He reassured them, though not fully sure of the statement himself. It wasn’t often a god got sick, the only state comparable to sickness he had seen his husband in being a time when he got cooled down to an ashy state, but that was more an emotional side effect than a physical ailment. Considering that their two demigoddess daughters had also never gotten sick in their twelve years of life, it wasn’t far fetched to be worried. “Sick..?” Mochi squeaked, looking nervous as she always did. “So he’s… not seeing us off today?” Autumn’s eyes saddened, fidgeting with a popping toy that she got from her bag while he was away. “I’m sorry girls, he won’t be.” Their father said, seeing even Fireflower tense up a bit. “He needs to rest, the sooner he does the sooner he’ll be better.” “Isn’t dad a god? Can’t he just, I don’t know, magic it away?” The taller twin said, still obviously trying to hide her worries. “It’s not that simple, dear…” He mumbled, looking out the window. “The bus just arrived to pick you three up. I think you’d all better focus on that instead.” He notified them, looking back. The twins looked at each other while the youngest looked at her companion, before all three grabbed their bags. “Goodbye dad…” Mochi said in a hushed voice, walking past Herb. “Bye, papa.” Autumn said next, continuing outside. “Hmph.” Flower huffed, her arms crossed as she left. She had tendencies of disguising “sensitive” emotions with complete disregard and agitation, and her father wondered if she’d grow out of it on her own or if he’d have to sit her down and talk to her. “Remember that Orange is picking you up today!” He called to Mochi, seeing her turn around and give a small nod. Orange Cookie was one of Grapefruit’s legal guardians, and the little girl planned on staying there for the night and until noon the next day. As the three left his sight, he shut the door, locking it. He looked over at the door to his bedroom again. No doubt he was concerned for Fire Spirit, and wondered what he could do to help, if anything. “He’s… certainly going to be hungry once he’s up, I should fix breakfast…” He said it for both his husband and himself, not having eaten yet that morning. For the next ten minutes, he made a breakfast for himself, and a lighter one for his lover. Herb walked in slowly, looking over to the bed. To his surprise, Spirit was already up, leaning against a pillow. “Are you awake?” He asked quietly. The other turned to him, his face low and still feverish. “Mmhm…” He grunted, tilting his head tiredly. His husband gave a short chuckle. “Good, I made you a light breakfast. I felt you’d be hungry once you woke up.” The god smiled. “You aren’t wrong about that…” He rasped, and Herb walked over, placing a plate of jelly toast and a cup on the bedside table. “What’s in the cup?” “We had some leftover ingredients from last time you got herbs from the Dragons Valley. It’s blended with a bit of sweetened oil.” The gardener explained. While it would sound like an odd blend to most, Spirit couldn’t physically consume non-flammable fluids unless he was asking to melt from the inside out. He softened, seeing his husband’s “happy to help” smile. “Thank you, love…” He sat up, holding the others cheek and giving him a kiss. The other giggled, stepping away from the god’s hand as to not sear his own flesh. Herb walked around to the other side of the bed while his husband started on his food. “So… do you want to watch a movie or something?” “Huh? Don’t you have-“ His question was cut in half by a cough, “Shit- stuff to do?” The gardener was concerned further, but kept on his sweet smile. “Nothing more important than making sure you’re alright today.” He chuckled. Fire Spirit didn’t respond, instead smiling gratefully. It was reassuring to know his husband was there for him. “So, ready to rewatch Lord Of The Jelly Rings again?” “Mmhm..!”

Chapter Text

The harsh clicking of heels against hard marble echoed throughout the archives as Blueberry Pie walked around the large building. She was making her way to the center of the massive library, a dome with a large window above to tease her of the outside world she could not see. She thought she had heard rainfall, and as such wanted to check whether her thoughts proved true or not.

When she finally pushed the doors from a branch of books to the dome open, she looked up. As thought, the rain was now louder to her, pounding against the glass. The sky was dark and clouded, and she couldn’t even tell whether it was night or day. She really had been losing track of time since she had gotten trapped there, her only way of knowing what day or season it was was from sight and what Truffle would tell her.

‘I suppose she’s not coming.’ The sorceress thought to herself, referring to her reclusive counterpart. It was saddening, the other woman often being her only connection to cookies, but she could not complain about not having what was a treat for her to have. Pie had gotten quite used to Truffle’s presence. She made short stories with interesting and sometimes scary plots, all her own so that the librarian wouldn’t read something she had seen before in the archives. She also would often bring two to five of her little friends with her, who were all obedient as ever in the huge building, not straying lest they be permitted to and never going where they weren’t allowed. It was… welcoming, to have another cookie so willing to make the trip to the city just to see her. Even with that in mind, she thought it an unrealistic idea for the other to come during such a stark downpour. She looked over the banister to the first floor of the archives and saw the shadows of rain drawing their way around the floor, showing blue light and nearly casting the illusion that the building was underwater. She had heard of undersea cities before, one named Sugarteara, and wondered what it was like to be in one. Was it calming, being underwater? All of the life and colors around you, the golden sand glowing under your feet? Or was it suffocating, having water around and pressing against you at all times? Needing to use force to cut through the water and move? She wondered about the life of a Sugartearite as she walked downstairs. The rain was loud, but it did not disturb or scare her. It was better background noise than having no background noise at all, only living with deafening silence, pages turning, and footsteps. She reached the bottom floor and walked towards the center of the dome, a golden carving of the moon engraved in it. It was something she’d do even before she had met Truffle, she’d sit in the middle of the hall and relax with the illusion of being undersea and the sound of pouring rain. But… she had hardly had been sitting down for a few minutes when she heard knocking on the front entrance. Pie stood up, not wondering who it was. Wizard Cookie, a cookie she almost considered like a son, was a cookie she taught magic who visited for lessons at varying times. It wasn’t unsurprising if he had arrived during a downpour, he was a prodigy like no other and had unfaltering determination in his studies. The sorceress stood just a few feet away from the door, unable to proceed further without magic preventing her exit. “You may come in.” She permitted, and the door creaked open. She was surprised when, while Wizard WAS there… so was Truffle. “Hmm..? What are you both doing here?” The woman chuckled with her wispy voice, and the young boy shrugged. “I dunno. I was coming for my lesson and she was also waiting by the front entrance.” “Oh, sweetie pie, I’m here to see you of course~!” She cooed, putting a hand on her cheek. “Did you think the rain was going to stop me?” Blueberry Pie nodded solemnly. “I did. I knew Wiz was coming, but I didn’t expect you.” She smiled slightly as the two entered the boundaries of the archives with her. Y “No dear, I wouldn’t let just some rain stop me.” She picked up her dress to let two spiders unveil themselves, before picking her hat off and wiping a bit of water off of it with a handkerchief. “I’d even go through snow, just to see you.” She smiled, picking one of her companions up. The sorceress chuckled just once. “I appreciate the sentiment, but I don’t think the spiders would like that.” Wizard stepped between them, looking up at the two. “Can we PLEASE get on with my lesson? I’m meeting Snow Sugar after this, I don’t want to be late.” He said intolerably, feeling he had no time to watch his mother figure and an old woman talk sweet to each other. “I suppose we can hurry to it. Truffle, would you like to join us?” Pie asked, looking over. Truffle smiled softly. “I do not practice magic, Pie, but I can stay and watch. I’m sure Spindle and Weaver would like it.” She said, referring to the two white arachnids she has brought with her. They looked over at them and blinked their eight eyes, smiles on their fanged mouths. Wizard cowered by his mother figure, while she nodded. “Of course. Come along, everybody.”

Chapter 6: Kumilily - Each other's tastes

Summary:

WARNING: GRIMDARK/GORE CHAPTER

Kumiho prompts Tiger Lily to try some of her favorite food. But first, they must find some.

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

It took them a while to find what Kumiho called ‘prey.’ They were scavenging around the outskirts of the sugarwood woods, looking for any cookies that were alone on their own. Tiger Lily didn’t quite know what to expect yet. She knew her girlfriend had… strange, to say it lightly, ways of getting her meals. She wasn’t sure whether they were going to steal a meal FROM the random cookie, or if that cookie WAS their meal. Oddly enough, she wasn’t repulsed by the idea. The hunter often killed and ate meat from animals, and sometimes she did wonder what another cookie would taste like. What fleshy dough and strawberry jam would feel like going down her throat, the aftertaste, how savory it might be.

“It’ll be like a date!” The fox said, in her feral form. “Won’t it be romantic, a nice meal shared between us?”

Lily smiled. “If the meal even arrives.” She said, looking behind her into the depths of the woods. “I don’t want to kill innocent animals.” She pursed her lips, scratching her furry companion. Butter Tiger had no problem with what the two cookies were awaiting to do, also craving a savory sweet meal.

“Animals deserve life, they’re so innocent and friendly… whatever cookies live in this kingdom, they are but meals to me.” Kumiho shrugged, hiding behind a stump and glancing over it.

“Sh…” The hunter stopped the other from speaking any further, mounting the crouched tiger. “Look.” She pointed down the barely used dirt path, and the fox followed her gaze.

There was a boy walking down the road. He was completely alone, no pet or other cookie with him. But it looked as though he was also searching for one of the two things, like he had lost a pet. As he whipped his head around, looking for whatever he searched for, the women could see he had neon green eyes, one of which mostly covered by his spiky blue hair. He was dressed like a teenager in a scene phase.

“Are we taking?” Tiger Lily looked down at the fox and asked, holding her spear.

“He’s all we’ve seen so far, I think we should while we can!” Kumiho confirmed in a hushed but enthusiastic tone. “You go first, my dear.”

Nodding, the hunter stood up. The boy had already passed them, so she stepped onto the path behind him, her steps silent. She didn’t want to damage his torso, knowing his organs were gonna be the most delectable intact for her girlfriend. And she wanted that ‘date’ to have good food. ‘A spear to the head can take him in one.’ She thought, gripping the long wooden handle of her weapon. As she got closer, she realized she was a fair amount taller than him. Maybe that boy really WAS some teenager.

It didn’t matter though. The younger the better, she thought, fresher meat making a tastier and savory meal. Finally, she ended up right behind him. She had a solid view down at his head, and she knew she’d have to act fast if he wasn’t to see her shadow. She raised her spear over her head, ready to make one swift thrust down.

The boy saw the shadow that loomed over him. “Huh-?” He rasped, his voice high in pitch. He turned over her shoulder and got one glimpse at Tiger Lily before-

CRUNCH-!

With a hard thrust, and a crunch, she thrust the spear into his skull. It cut through his head, squelching as it lodged in his brain and killed him near instantly. Not that it mattered how much he suffered, a meal was a meal. At least she had killed him without damaging any other internal organs.

The hunter heard Kumiho and her tiger coming up behind her as she pulled the weapon out, jam spilling out of his head while he fell backwards. She had to step out of the way. “Let’s not waste time darling, it’s time to eat up!” The kumiho said happily, clapping her hands together. She got down at the boy’s side and dug her claws into his shirt, ripping the fabric in half.

Lily smiled at her girlfriend’s hungry joy, before getting down herself. She took her spear near the head and sawed it into the cookie’s arm, wedging his limb off near the shoulder. It cracked through the bone before she ripped it off fully with her hands, jam spilling on her fingers. She took her hand to her mouth, wondering what the jelly would taste like. She licked at it hesitantly, the flavor bursting in her mouth. It was… sweet, and thick. Tasted a bit like a sour gummy bear, possibly linking to the slaughtered cookie’s personal flavor. Hungrily, she grabbed his entire arm and took a bite into the top of it, the dough squishing between her teeth. It tasted SO good, sour, but not unpleasantly so. The dough and jam mixed together in her mouth as she chewed, savoring the taste of meat.

Meanwhile, Kumiho tore through the boy’s chest, the flesh easily scratching away. She ended up at his ribs and promptly broke them with her hands, throwing the unwanted bones away. She stuck her hand in his guts and, with a ripping squelch, came up with his heart. It was covered in sour powder and dripping jam, and she licked her lips with a smile as she stuck the organ in her maw. She ripped a chunk of the flesh out, chewing with delight at the sweet and sour fusion that made her glad that he had come their way.

The hunter swallowed the chunk of dough and jam in her mouth, looking at her girlfriend. The fox was a messy eater, ending up with blood everywhere, but she had such a pleased smile on her face as she ate away at the random boy’s organ. “May I try?” She asked, leaning forward.

The other swallowed her food and nodded. “Sure! We can even do it in one of those romantic ways!” With that, she ripped the heart in half, putting half of a slab of it in her mouth. Lily knew immediately what she was prompted to do, and she leaned over to take the other half in her mouth. She took her piece and bit, taking it in her mouth to kiss her girlfriend softly.

They pulled away, Kumiho giggling. “Ohoho~! I have- certainly enjoyed this date-!” She stopped between words to chew, a bit of jam spilling from her mouth.

“It’s not over yet, we’ve still got more food.” The hunter grabbed the arm she had again, licking some jam from the wound. She could’ve never expected other cookies to be so rich in flavor, it being so worth taking a strangers life to experience bliss like that food and her girlfriend’s joy as they ate.

They didn’t care that they were murderers, a lovely date with a delicious meal made it all worth it.

Sorry for such a gory chapter out of nowhere, my brain has not wanted to do anything other than make grimdark lately. Fluffier stuff coming soon!
