    “We’re apparently going to Gotham for our end of year trip.” Adrien mutters, clearly not thrilled with the turn of events. Marinette nods, then freezes as the words register. Well shit.

     

    A normally scheduled biology lesson prompts Marinette's parents to talk to her about their biggest secret...she's adopted. As Marinette dances around the subject, she finds out that her family is much bigger than she could have imagined, and that her elusive father is more important than she could've guessed.
