Chapter Text

My Life started to change today

I was at a concert with my girlfriend, Yurina. It was our favorite artist. Well, My, favorite artist. The performer was one of my favorite western artist that have a tour here in Korea.

I coerced her to attend this concert with me to celebrate two years and six months of our relationship.

After that circus of a show, both me and Yurina went back to our home countries, but stayed in contact with all the other contestants. However, the others were debuting one by one and

We started to hang out more when she visited China and I did visit Japan often too. And from that starting point we started developing feelings for each other.

Well, that’s the story that we were telling everyone that weren’t aware of her relationship with Xiao Ting.

Our relationship is fake.

“I’m breaking up with you.” Yurina suddenly told me in the middle of the concert

I stopped everything that I was doing and looked at Yurina.

I chuckled

I knew this was going to happen sooner.

Two years and six months.

For almost three years we hid the fact that she was dating Xiao Ting, but I guess this is where it all ends. After all Xiao Ting’s contract is already over and she’s free to do whatever she wants.

“Two Years and six months?”

“Yeah, we lasted for almost three years” She said as she watched the fireworks that were shown at the ending of the song.

“To be honest I thought we wouldn’t even last for a year” I honestly said and smiled.

I thought about all the memories that I spent with Yurina. With the time I spent with her she became my best friend and also a sister to me.

“It was fun while it lasted.”

I nodded.

As we exit the venue and parted ways I went straight to a nearby restaurant that I was a regular when I was still staying here in Korea before.

And as soon as I entered the place, my lips automatically curved upwards at the sight of her.

I went straight to where she was sitting at took the seat right on front of her without taking my eyes off of her.

She looked up at me and smiled, but I immediately knew that there was something going on when her smile didn’t reach her eyes.

I felt my heart beat like crazy, I have a bad feeling about this.

I ordered my favorite food, and started conversing with her, but all I heard from her were ‘okay’s’ and nods.

“She’s in love with me…” Yaning suddenly said in the middle of our meal.

I placed my utensils down and carefully looked at her.

I sighed

Three years.

I and Yaning agreed to Xiao Ting and Yurina’s request to help them hide their relationship. And because of that we were always with the group. And when I mean group, Xiao Ting’s group. The three of us, Me, Yurina and Yaning, were like dogs that were following the nine of them, all for the sake of Yurina and Xiao Ting’s relationship.

But unbeknownst to me, Yaning and Mashiro were also spending time with each other more often, than I spend time with my own girlfriend.

“It’s fine now babe, we don’t need to hide Rina and Ting’s relationship so all is well…” I said and smiled at her.

I held her hands but she didn’t hold mine.

“I’m sorry Bing… I’m breaking up with you”

“What?”

I couldn’t keep my voice from going a notch louder. She was being crazy!

We were on our way to our fourth year anniversary and she’s telling me that she’s breaking up with me? What the actual fuck?!

“Calm down Bing!” Yaning hissed looking around if someone was looking at our direction.

“How can I calm down when you’re breaking up with me?! And no one can even understand us” I hissed back

And that’s when Yaning started to break down. The tears she was trying to suppress started falling down.

I immediately calmed down. I can’t see her like this, I can’t take it when Yaning cries. I tried my best to shut up and let her say what she wanted to say.

“Three years and nine months, Bing. We’ve been together for three years and nine months and yet, I never felt like you were there… You were always with Yurina. You were always with the two of them. I felt like I was the other woman in the relationship when in fact I was the legitimate one.” Yaning cried

“Babe…” I said taking her hand in mine and interlaced it “It’s all fine now, it’s all okay we can do everything we wanted to do. It’s finished…”

I told her and tried to smile. But she let go of my hand

“I spent the past three years feeling like the other woman, Bing. It was never a pleasant experience. And I got tired…” Yaning cried silently “It’s too late to redeem this crumbling relationship.”

“Yaning, please don’t do this to me” I begged but it seems like she already made her decision

“I’m giving Shiro a chance, Bing. I’m giving myself a chance to be happy, to be truly happy.”

My tears started falling.

I didn’t know what to do.

I was losing Yaning, I was losing the only woman I had ever loved.

“Good bye, Yubing”

I stood up when Yaning stood up but she slipped through my grasp. I wasn’t able to hold on to her. She got away.

I was standing there like a statue. I couldn’t follow her because I don’t know what to do. I didn’t understand what happened and I don’t know what I need to do to get Yaning back.

I sat down again and tried to think but nothing made sense.

What the fuck. What do I do?

I paid the bill and stood up to go follow Yaning when a familiar face caught my eye. She was looking at me and I was too.

Why do I have to see someone I know now?!

She raised her hand up telling me to stop. She paid her bills and walked up to me.

“Care for a walk?”

My brain seems to be not working properly, instead of following Yaning, I nodded to her offer and followed her outside.

“I heard everything, and understood bits of it. So, care to share?”

She said as we were walking.

I know she knew my relationship with Yaning and the fake relationship with Yurina, Xiao Ting tells her everything after all.

That snitch.

But I guess what happened earlier really gave it all away.

“Well… She… She broke up with me.”

I told her everything. How me and Yaning became a thing, how we spent and agreed to the fake relationship thingy that Ting proposed, and how our relationship slowly crumbled down because of my incompetent ass.

Telling Yujin all those things felt like I went through hell and back, relieving the pain of each scene that already passed.

I sighed.

“Kind of pathetic if you ask me.”

Yujin just glanced at me with a sympathetic look in her eyes, and then smiled.

“Why don’t you stay for a couple more weeks and spend it with me?”

Chapter Text

She made me her very own errand person

I was in the middle of texting and calling Yaning, in which she was not responding at all when I suddenly got a message from Yujin.

Bring Mint Choco Ice Cream. Thank You – Yujinnie

Then another message for an address

I rubbed my temple because I can feel my head starting to ache.

Last night, Yujin left without even hearing my answer to her question. I stayed at where she left me unable to comprehend things. First the break up with Yaning, now Yujin? But for the life of me, I chose to erase the whole encounter with Yujin last night. I don’t want to make Yaning think that I was okay with her leaving me.

But here I am, on the way to the nearest convenience store to buy Yujin her Mint Choco Ice Cream and is about to go to the address that she sent me. While still waiting for Yaning’s reply.

I know Yujin is somewhat free, since her contract in her previous company was already terminated and she didn’t re-sign with them or any agency at that matter. I heard it was because she has health issues, but she doesn’t look sick at all.

When I got to her apartment, Yujin opened the door looking all comfy in her Bunny Onesie. She looked like she doesn’t have any plans of going out at all.

“Yay! Thanks” Yujin said while taking the ice cream from me and giving me the payment.

She really made me do an errand. Damn

She got a spoon before settling down on her couch focusing on the TV

I was left standing by the door.

“You want?” She offered when she noticed that I didn’t move from the door “Have a seat” She added while patting the space beside her.

I didn’t move and just looked at her while she was eating her ice cream.

“Look, Yujin, I’m not gonna stay here for long. I just wanna talk about what I told you and what you heard last night.”

Yaning and my Image, are still hanging on a cliff here, maybe in Korea we’re not that big, but in China, her agency and mine has a strict rule about dating and all, and I don’t want anyone leaking that, even though I know Yujin is not that kind of person, I just can’t leave it alone.

Yujin Turned off the TV

“Sit”

I Ignored her.

She took out her phone and scrolled, she played a recording of my voice and Yaning’s. Even though she doesn’t understand much of it I know that she knows the premise of it.

“I attached the recording in a bunch of emails. And I will send it to a media in China and wherever I can if you don’t follow me. So sit down, Yubing”

My eyes went big as it could.

Fuck. Fuck. Fuck! When did she record that?!

I went to her fast and tried to grab her phone but she kept it inside her onesie so I couldn’t exactly get it.

‘What the hell is your problem?!” I asked angrily

She’s not that type of person that will blackmail people. What the hell happened to her?!

I stood as tall as I could but she doesn’t even seem fazed. She even leaned on the couch and crossed her arms.

“Stay…”

“What?!”

“I said stay…”

“Why?”

“… Just because”

I looked at her with my brows raised, and she just looked at me with the same intensity. She wasn’t even fazed at all.

“Are you insane?!”

She looked at me and laughed.

“Maybe…”

I clicked my tongue clenched my teeth

“You need to seek professional help” I hissed

Yujin was a nut job. She had loose screws. And she needs to get it fixed

“I already did” She whispered with a sad smile

A smile that said that she knew something that I didn’t.

“Unfortunately I’m already a lost cause. So just do what I say, Bing” She said with a really big smile on her lips, as if she was mocking me.

I don’t want to stay, mostly because I know Yaning would be going back to China in  three days. And does Yujin think that I would do that just because she told me to? She must be insane.

It must’ve shown on my face because Yujin looked at the phone inside her onesie as if saying that she had power over me.

I frowned as I clenched my fists.

She glared at me before smirking

“I will sue you”

"Oh I'm sorry. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do Bing. Me too. I can do whatever I want to do."

The look on her face said 'try me'

I cursed inside my head because I was losing. I was scared.

I was the one who had a lot to lose. I don't have anything I can use against her. And I really couldn't sue her without people looking into it. It would be pointless.

I don't even know what I could sue her for. She wasn't extorting money from me considering that she paid me for the ice cream and the only other demand was to stay…

I sighed in defeat and frustration before plopping down beside her.

She grinned

"What do you want?" I asked while facing her.

"You."

I caught my breath and moved away from her, My heart beating fast

What. The. Fuck

"Just Kidding!" She said before hitting me lightly on my arm "I just wanted to try to say those words"

I glared at Yujin

"So what do you want?" I stopped myself from screaming.

"Stay. Just that. I don't have any more requests other than that, for now. Oh and Thank you for the Ice cream" 

She smiled at me sweetly showing her two front teeth and I had to wonder, if maybe there really was something wrong with her.

Come on, who in their right mind would threaten someone and thank them sincerely for doing what they were threatened to do?

"Why are you doing this?" I asked curiously

Yujin doesn’t seem to have any ill intent. Maybe she’s just really insane, and maybe I could help her.

“Honestly?” Yujin asked “Just because. And I like you”

I felt my cheeks blush at the sudden compliment.

“What do O have to do for you to erase that recording” I asked instead

“I will. One day. But not now” She smirked

“So you expect me to do everything you wanted indefinitely?”

“Basically”

The rage inside me was building up and it took everything from me not to hurt her. God, I hated her.

"Don't worry. The things I would ask you to do won't be unreasonable"

I closed my eyes and prayed to God to help me calm down. We had moments together when we were in that show, but right now can I just… Ugh. I can’t…

“Bing”

I turned to her and I was surprised when she fed me a spoonful of ice cream.

“To cool your head”

What the actual, actual fuck? She used that fucking spoon and shoved it into my mouth?! I wanted to wash my mouth then.

But when she ate ice cream again using the same spoon that came from my mouth, I was mesmerized.

That woman knew no boundaries. She was crazy as fuck.

I just looked at her, dumbfounded.

“So what’s up with Yaning and Mashiro?” She continued ignoring my reactions and looked at me with a nonchalant face.

Does she really not know or she’s just pretending just to piss me off?

“Like hell I’d tell you”

I heard her laugh as I left
