My Tumblr Miraculous Ladybug Prompts

Summary:

These are some Miraculous Ladybug prompts I've made on my Tumblr account.

Feel free to try out any prompts you like but please let me know. I'd love to read a few stories based on these prompts.

Also, feel free to ask me if you want more information on a specific prompt. I'd be happy to help you out with anything on these prompts.

Chapter 1: A Different Type Of Kwami Swap

Chapter Text

An idea that came to mind on how to fix this was a Kwami Swap AU prompt. However, this one is different from the ones I usually see.

In this Kwami Swap AU Master Fu is the one that wields the Ladybug and only comes out when Marinette and Adrien defeat the Akuma with different Miraculous.

Now canon never specified that both the Black Cat and Ladybug need to be active I believe. So I’m under the assumption Master Fu sent both out because it’s a type of tradition within the Order Of The Guardians. However, you could still allow Adrien to keep the Black Cat Miraculous if you want.

I’d personally have Marinette go with the Mouse Miraculous and Adrien have the Pig Miraculous.

I know this doesn’t really fix the Marinette and Adrien dynamic. I just always thought it was weird that both important Miraculous were sent out.

Chapter 2: Multiple Power AU

Chapter Text

Okay, so I already have a story that has this inside of it. But I’ll leave the prompt up so others can get the idea if they haven’t already thought of it.

I made this au because no matter how many times I went over the Miraculous Ladybug scenario I always came back to Hawkmoth winning with the Butterfly and Peacock.

In this au wielders of the Miraculous are able to get more than one power. Sure we have Miraculous Cure and Lucky Charm for Ladybug and Night Vision and Cataclysm for Cat Noir. But, it doesn’t quite feel right to me that their powers are limited to this and that they have to use outside items like potions and unification to get stronger. Plus, the fact that Lucky Charm has so many weaknesses like needing to actually yell it out.

For this au I have multiple options for you.

1) Allow the holders to choose what powers they want.

Example

Lila: Oh there’s a power that will allow me to manipulate anyone’s mind, I’ll take that one. I still get another power choice after that, awesome.

2) Allow the kwami to choose what powers they think are best for the holder.

Example

Tikki: So you wish to become a fashion designer. I have the perfect power for you. It will allow you to manipulate the magic around your costume to give it various different effects. It also changes the costumes designs.

3) Have the powers given to the wielder be chosen at random from a vast collection.

Example

Adrien: Alright, what am I going to get as my sick powers?

Plagg: Careful kid. My ring usually gives out some pretty dangerous stuff.

Adrien: Oh how bad could it be?

Black Cat Miraculous Automated Voice: Powers selected for the three open slots.

Automated Voice: Cataclysm, the ability to turn anything you touch into ash.

Automated Voice: Plague, the ability to create a sickness ranging from normal sickness symptoms to magical affects such as turning the target to stone.

Automated Voice: Nine Lives, The ability to reset a Miraculous Power or timer nine times before needing to transform.

Plagg: I tried to warn you.

4) Or the Miraculous itself automatically give it’s new wielder different powers based on their personality.

Example

Rabbit Miraculous: Abilities set to match Alix Kubdel’s personality.

Rabbit Miraculous: Ability One, Speed Up, allows user to move at incredible speeds.

Alix: Sweet, no one will ever catch me then. Beat that Kim.

Rabbit Miraculous Ability Two, Rabbit Hole, Allows user to create a portal in the ground to appear in a area of their choosing.

Alix: Oh, no one is going to catch my pranks now.

Rabbit Miraculous Ability Three, Rewind, Allows user to rewind back to a certain point in time.

Alix: Hello straight A’s and dad getting off my back.

You can combine these power idea’s if you want or just go with one of the four options and/or another option you thought of.

Users of the Miraculous can get more powers by passing various tests set by whoever you want. It could be the Guardians, Kwami, past holders, or even the Creator Of The Miraculous appearing in spiritual form.

They can also gain new powers by developing them. These powers can use one of their original powers as a base before evolving it further until it turns into a different power.

Example

Heracles with the Ladybug. After defeating the Hydra and surviving the venom he saw how potent it could be. So, using Lucky Charm as a base, he develops a power that will allow him to create different poisons to fight with.

If anyone does use this au after reading this prompt. PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I WOULD LOVE TO READ THAT STORY!

Chapter 3: Descendent Of The Wizard

Chapter Text

I don’t really consider this one of my fix-it Ladybug prompts. Actually, I’m working on a story on this myself right now.

So we know how a wizard made the Miraculous. But what if he had a line of descendants protected by the Miraculous and by association the Order of The Guardians.

Basically, instead of the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculouses. Hawkmoth or maybe a big bad organization is after the current descendent of The Wizard. Said descendent has no idea why they’re so important.

In order to protect the descendent Master Fu sends out the Miraculous. It doesn’t even have to be the Ladybug or Black Cat it can be any.

As the story progresses the descendant would start to realize their power. It could be through the tutelage of a Guardian or Kwami, or it could be from the fact they have been in multiple life or death situations. Heck, you could have them already have the powers but afraid to use them because of an event in the past.

You could have each Miraculous have a form of homing ability to allow them to find the descendant. Or have a spell in the grimoire. Or keep each side guessing until the descendent realizes their magical power.

If you do this and want to give the descendant some kind of title I have a few names.

Descendant

The Light

The Creator

Craftsman

Vulcan

The Prince

Apprentice

Chapter 4: The Lady, The Knight, and The Fairy

Chapter Text

Another Miraculous Ladybug Prompt. This one combines two popular aus of Miraculous Ladybug.

The Scarlet Lady AU by @zoe-oneesama and the Lady Fairy AU by I think @beebeebombam.

In this au Gabriel would have the Peacock and if you want one other Miraculous to replace the Butterfly.

Master Fu would still sense Gabriel activating the Peacock and would give out the Ladybug and Black Cat. However, it isn’t Marinette that saves Master Fu and get’s the Ladybug. It’s Sabrina or, if you want, your own original character. However, before Sabrina can turn into Ladybug for the first time, Chloe takes the Miraculous to become Scarlet Lady.

At the same time. Sabine gives her blind daughter (or non-blind, depending on your choice) a special brooch and tells her that it has magical properties and will protect her if she’s ever in trouble.

Alix and the Rabbit Miraculous prove that not all Miraculous are with the Guardians. That means the Butterfly could be an heirloom in Sabine’s or Tom’s sides of the family.

As Cat Noir and Scarlet Lady debut, Nooroo appears before Marinette and gives her the option to help.

You could go in the direction of Scarlet Lady still being the main hero seen in the eyes of Paris from the very beginning. Or you could change it up by having Lady Fairy, who makes heroes, be the one adored by at least her Champions.

However, I’ll bet you’re wondering where Sabrina or your original characters fits in all of this after Chloe takes their Miraculous.

Well, Sabrina regrets letting Chloe take her Miraculous when she sees the way Chloe acts about being a hero. Eventually, she tries to cut ties with the girl and that’s when Master Fu appears or at least puts another Miraculous in her care. This time in a way that no one steals it. That Miraculous is the Bee. Sabrina would become the hero Worker Bee. Or, she could even join Marinette and work to keep her safe from risk of anyone discovering her identity. Like a sidekick, but unlike Chloe, Marinette would treat Sabrina with respect.

It’s up to you what you do with your own original character as they're your idea and I wouldn’t know much about them.

Adrien wouldn’t change much from the Scarlet Lady AU. He’d still have to be pulling more weight because it would take time for Lady Fairy to get a Champion.

This type of story I feel only has two routes for Chloe. Eventually getting her Miraculous taken away and becomes what she is in the show. Or she eventually is brought into understanding the importance of her role. And, with both this and the loss of Sabrina, Chloe starts to become both a better hero and person for team Miraculous.

Chapter 5: Svtfoe and Mlb Prompt

Chapter Text

I came up with this because I thought Glossarick and his book were similar to the Miraculous.

What if, instead of the wand, the Miracle Box or at least the Ladybug was passed down from each generation of Mewni royalty.

Tikki would take on Glossarick’s place as Star’s teacher as she went to Earth.

The rest of the Miraculous would go on to be given to Star overtime when her family or Tikki deems fit.

Each queen has to hand out the Miraculous and create their own version of a royal guard. Now, you can either keep the Solarian Knights or change them up with a different Miraculous.

So, Star would be choosing from her various friends and giving each of them a different Miraculous.

However, the Black Cat isn’t a Miraculous that Star can hand out. No, Mewni has a special ceremony for the Ladybug choosing their Black Cat. During this ceremony, Mewmans and the residents of the queen’s or princess’s chosen Black Cat’s dimension come together and watch as the two face each other. The queen or princess would get down on their knee and raise the Black Cat Miraculous to their chosen. All while saying.

“I ask you to take this ring. With it, I want you to become my equal. You will be right by my side through anything. Continuing to support and balance me through our journey known as life.”

In other words, it’s Mewni’s form of a wedding ceremony for each queen of Mewni.

Chapter 6: A Different Type Of Rival AU

Chapter Text

The Rival AU is where Ladybug and Cat Noir aren’t partners. They are rivals as they fight Hawkmoth. This au usually has Cat Noir able to use his own version of the Miraculous Cure. However, I had an idea to change this au up. This au has two popular media tropes going against each other.

The solo hero/heroine vs a team of heroes and/or heroines.

You can make up the team however you want. If you want the team to be full of only boys or girls, go ahead.

How this would work is when Master Fu senses the Butterfly activating, he decides not to send out the Black Cat. Instead, he sends out the Ladybug and a couple lesser Miraculous to replace the Black Cat.

One of these lesser Miraculous should have their own version of the cure as their main power.

After Stoneheart is defeated one side states they’d be rivals or the public makes it happen. So both sides go on to defeat Akumas with people keeping score of which side has defeated more Akumas than the other.

Eventually, more Miraculous Wielders would appear. Those wielders can either join one of the two sides or be their own team as a sort of third party (fourth if we count Hawkmoth and Mayura).

Now, you can have the story go with both sides joining together. Or you can keep them rivals until the villain is defeated.

In this type of scenario where there are more than two permanent heroes. You can even have Hawkmoth manage to snag a few Miraculous and give them to his pawns (Chloe and Lila) to add to their loyalty or “loyalty”.

Personally, I’d mix this au with my Multiple Power AU. I’d have the Ladybug Miraculous wielder be against the Rooster, Tiger, Ox, and Horse Miraculous with maybe a fifth one.

They’d each start out with two powers of their choice (Three if you have Tikki and another kwami make the Miraculous Cure be a mandatory power they give the wielder).

Chapter 7: The Train Feathers of a Wounded Peacock

Chapter Text

What if when Emilie went into a magic-induced coma the Peacock went missing? What if said damaged Miraculous started to leak its magic in the form of its amok feathers?

In this au the Peacock Miraculous is its own faction, creating both powerful and intelligent Sentimonsters similar to Sentibug and non-intelligent ones to wreak havoc among Paris.

At the same time, Gabriel Agreste begins his crusade as Hawkmoth to claim the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous.

In other words, it would be a three-way war between Team Miraculous, Hawkmoth, and the Sentimonsters created from the damaged Peacocks leaking magic.

The leaders of the Sentimonsters faction would be those that are created from multiple emotions and have both powerful abilities and high intelligence. It’s up to you what these Sentimonsters want to do. They could want to overthrow humanity, fix the broken Peacock to help their “mother/father”, or they could just want to live in peace.

Gabriel would not only be after the Ladybug and Black Cat but also the missing Peacock too, thinking that it may also provide a solution to bring back his wife.

This type of scenario provides a far more complex story than canon. With the added faction there could be more strategy and deal-making between two sides against another.

Once again, I would likely combine this au with my Multiple Powers AU. The three factions would fight it out with the Peacock faction wanting to defeat the Miraculous users and Akumas as a sort of game you could say.

The upper-tier Sentimonsters would be close to or above a Miraculous user power-wise at the beginning because they have a variety of different abilities themselves.

I may also combine this with my theory on the Peacock creating artificial Miraculous to further enhance the Sentimonsters.

Chapter 8: False Miraculous AU

Chapter Text

What if the Miraculous in the Miracle Box were just Trial Miraculous created by the Peacock to get an idea of the current holders’ abilities and personalities.

One of the Guardians decided to use the Peacock to create a kwami-like Sentimonster that shares the abilities of a Miraculous but is far weaker than the True Miraculous.

The Order of The Guardians hand these Trial Miraculous out, and when the holders prove themselves enough, they will have the opportunity to attempt a trial for the real version of their Miraculous.

I’d say the True Miraculous follow my Multiple Power AU and holders would have to further prove themselves if/once they get this Miraculous.

Chapter 9: A Chameleon's Appearance

Chapter Text

We all definitely know about the infamous Chameleon episode. But what if the episode had meant something else?

What if, instead of Lila returning, we get a transfer student who had their own Miraculous appear in that episode.

The Miraculous they have is the Chameleon Miraculous which would allow them to turn into and copy any Akuma’s power.

This new holder would be the one to placate Adrien, Cat Noir, Marinette, and Ladybug for their behavior and be the voice of reason.

They’d take a heavy amount of burden off of Marinette while also, at the same time, provide a form of rivalry for Adrien to get him to grow more.

I’d say season three would have been a good place to bring in a new permanent holder onto Team Miraculous.

Chapter 10: Anti-Villain Adrien

Chapter Text

I got an idea for this prompt after going over Adrien’s character a few more times for my current and future Miraculous stories.

I’m pretty sure Adrien’s character would have been better if he was taken as a sort of third party rather than given a Miraculous right away or be given the Marinette’s crush role.

Specifically, I thought Adrien could follow the “Like Father Like Son” trope and he becomes the next Hawkmoth (with the Peacock Miraculous most likely.)

Adrien has a similar background to both Chloe and Lila. Neglected on a mental scale but spoiled physically. This has given him personality traits that match Chloe and Lila as well. This includes his unwillingness to do something if he doesn’t get his way (Syren, Frozer, and Glaciator), as well as Lila’s manipulative streak (Copycat, Chat Blanc, and I’m not sure if Prime Queen counts anymore since I’ve heard something different was said in the French version and I can only find the English version).

However, unlike Chloe or Lila, Adrien is also completely out of tune with the outside world and sees everything in rose-tinted glasses. He thinks, like Bustier, anyone bad can change with only time and no actual consequence.

Adrien would try to get people to forgive his father and get a lighter sentence for him because Ladybug always fixed everything. However, when that doesn’t work he gets worried because Gabriel was his only family left and he doesn’t know about Emilie in the basement. So Adrien goes back into his father’s safe and finds the Peacock instead of Nathalie using it.

However, unlike Gabriel, Adrien would go after the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous to create a world where the laws follow these rose-tinted glasses. Bad people can change by watching good people and they don’t need to be hit with consequences.

Chapter 11: Miraculous Modifications

Chapter Text

Here’s another Miraculous Ladybug Prompt.

I got this idea from the various spells in the grimoire.

What is the various artifacts in our mythologies and real history were modifications for the Miraculous?

Each artifact is made from a different wielder of a different Miraculous over the centuries as a sort of goodbye project when they give up their Miraculous.

Said artifact doesn’t even have to work for that specific Miraculous, it can work for the Miraculouses in general.

How it would work is that the Miraculous absorbs the magic in that item and it can be returned later on either by the wielder giving up their Miraculous or another way.

Examples of what modifications can do.

Kusanagi Sword: Allows the Miraculous to have a longer duration before they detransform

Aegis Shield: Gives the wielder the added ability to turn whatever they look at into stone

Brigid’s Hammer: Unlocks a new, hidden ability within the Miraculous

Chapter 12: The Mighty Ladybugs

Chapter Text

Here’s another prompt I came up with. If you ever want more information on prompts I post feel free to ask. I’m sure I can add more information somewhere.

This thought has been in my head for a while. Since the Ladybug Miraculous has two separate pieces of jewelry. Is there the chance that two people can wear them at the same time to get two ladybug wielders?

You could keep it canon and have Marinette be one of the Ladybugs, but have her give one of the earrings to a sibling or friend like Alya. That way she wouldn’t feel as panicked as someone is sharing the same responsibility.

No offense to Cat Noir fans. But it seems like he treats his job like a game with an infinite reset button thanks to Miraculous Cure. As such, I think having someone share the Ladybug would do both him and Marinette good. It would take away a lot of pressure from Marinette and it would give Adrien someone to talk to and calm him down before he does something like in Syren.

Personally, I’d make a story revolving around twins who save Master Fu. He gives the Miraculous to one of them but they both get the idea to wear one each. I’d also add in my Multiple Power AU and let them each choose at least one power.

Chapter 13: Pacifist Ladybug

Chapter Text

What if the person who got the Ladybug Miraculous was a pacifist. Like instead of fighting the Akuma they would only try to either talk the Akuma down or use ways of capturing without harming the Akuma.

This goes with their civilian life too. They’re bullied but unlike Marinette they don’t do anything because they are against violence.

As the series progresses the person learns that they need to get more forceful in some situations and get more confident in doing so.

Season 1: They don’t do anything to directly harm another and they don’t really do much to their bullies.

Season 2: They start to be somewhat assertive and confident in themselves and use more direct methods. They also are willing to stand up and call out their bullies more openly sometimes.

Season 3 and so on: After the Heroes Day situation they start to learn how to fight and hurt others but still try to settle things diplomatically before they do that. They’re also completely willing to stand up to their bullies and aren’t afraid to fight back if no one is going to do anything and they still keep bullying her.

Chapter 14: Volatile Cat

Chapter Text

This is a sibling idea to my Pacifist Ladybug idea.

What if the one to get the Black Cat Miraculous was someone with issues that are better used in the plot.

Similar to Adrien this person has been neglected and they use the Black Cat Miraculous as an outlet.

However, they use the mask to get the attention they’ve been craving and love the limelight. They do things flashily and work to get attention placed on themselves more than the Ladybug wielder.

This cat’s emotions are volatile and easy to change. Should the Ladybug wielder start to get more attention they start to get very jealous and may do some actions less than heroic and try to keep it a secret from the public.

However, unlike Adrien, these actions aren’t supposed to be shown as a good thing. Should the public see it the Black Cat wielder could get in major trouble.

This type of Black Cat has a couple of options.

1) They manage to get the support they need ever so slowly and work to become better at controlling their emotions.

2) They join Hawkmoth because they eventually don’t care what type of attention they get as long as they get the attention.

3) The ring is ripped from them because of their actions.

- After the ring is ripped from them they start to get help and eventually get it or a new Miraculous back.

Chapter 15: Antagonist Alya

Summary:

This was originally a discussion I made on Tumblr, but it seemed like it fit in the prompt category as well.

Chapter Text

Am I the only one that would have enjoyed Alya’s character more if she was a sort of minor antagonist turned something bigger.

Just to be clear, I don’t have anything against Alya of canon. I just began to think about this idea for a while and found it more interesting.

Here me out, Alya wanted to expose Ladybug’s identity for the longest time in season 1 and 2 and only stopped when she got a Miraculous.

Imagine she didn’t know Marinette and she just continued to do this until she was confronted live by Ladybug who had enough.

I think it would have been interesting, especially if Hawkmoth used her pride and bullheadedness to manipulate the girl into being an enemy to Ladybug.

This honestly sounds far more interesting to me than canon, even with season 4, it just sounds like an evil Lois Lane type situation.

Chapter 16: Miraculous vs Calamity

Chapter Text

So thanks to The New York Special we know there are two Miracle Boxes full of Miraculous. However, what if there was more lore to that than expected?

Kwami have been around long before Earth or even our solar system was created. That means they have seen other organic beings similar to humans.

What if throughout that time some Kwami came to despise organics because they’ve seen a vast majority act similar to humans?

When the wizard created the Miraculous to allow Kwami to interact with the mortal plain, these dark Kwami saw it as an opportunity to rid the universe of these organic beings.

One Kwami kept their contempt hidden just to do this. Once given a Miraculous they quickly learned the secret to create other Miraculous and then flew off to find a suitable holder and crafter.

They found one in an evil mage who also wanted to rid Earth of its populace because of the suffering they’ve caused them. After making a deal, the mage created Miraculous for the dark Kwami and said Miraculous were renamed to Calamity.

This is the origin of the second Miracle Box or better known as the Disaster Box. Throughout Earth’s history, these two boxes full of Kwami combat each other.

The Disaster Box was known as Pandora’s Box for a time in Greece.

The Miracle Box was known as Golden Fruits during Greek time.

Throughout this war, multiple side changes happened.

Trixx left the Miracle Box side and became a partner to the Pied Piper where they witness the horrible kidnapping of children.

The Robin Miraculous left the Disaster Box side and joined Robin Hood to help people.

As the war went the Disaster Box had almost won in their first attempt at ridding a world of its populace.

Ragnarok, Armageddon, Titanomachy

However, during each close call, the Miracle Box side would use its last resort. The Wish by combining Tikki and Plagg together. This would reset the world and save humans at the cost of the surviving populace of the war beforehand.

Because of this, the Disaster Box Kwamis have decided to rid the Miracle side of Tikki and Plagg. They couldn’t kill the two as they are the two high Kwami, but they can get rid of their Miraculous and cause the two to return to the ethereal plain all Kwami were trapped in before.

Chapter 17: Anti-Hero Butterfly

Chapter Text

I’m really proud of this prompt and think it’s my favorite one so far out of all the prompts I’ve made.

So the events in Origins are full of a lot of questions. Miraculous Ladybug was already full of these questions.

Questions like, why didn’t Gabriel use an Akuma to heal his sick wife or go back in time to prevent it? How did he know the Miraculous were around?

Also, Master Fu sent out the Miraculous before even seeing what this Butterfly Wielder would do. Now, Wayzz did say that a negative aura had the Miraculous. However, negative is an extremely broad term, in my opinion. You can be a person with negative traits/aura but still, be a good person in different ways.

Examples

Someone who is often dishonest, however, they usually use this on people who are jerks to others.

Someone who hates most people but loves their family and friends more than anything.

So, here is my idea for a different Butterfly User to replace Gabriel.

The person is someone whose family was wronged by the rich and powerful. Whether it’s Andre doing something to their family business because Chloe wanted something, Bob Ross ruining their parents' musical career, Audrey firing them for a petty thing. It’s your choice on why.

Because of this wrong, their family went into poverty and causes one of the parents to start abusing the other parent and our future Butterfly wielder.

Now, this all depends on the level of angst you want for your character. You can either have the parents both die eventually sending the future wielder to the orphanage or allow them to keep living and get better over time. It all depends on you.

Years go by and the new wielder now worked in an antique/trade/pawn shop to try and help their family. The age of this character is also up to you. They could be an adult, high schooler, or middle schooler like the main characters of the show.

While cleaning up the store they somehow accidentally break an item of Chinese descent. Whether it’s a vase, statue, plate, etc. After they do they find the Butterfly Brooch inside/a part of said object.

Once they meet and Nooroo explains to them what the Miraculous can do. The Butterfly wielder sees this as an opportunity.

Again this path is up to you. You can have it so the family got back up from their disaster legally or illegally. This can affect their personality since kids learn from their parents.

If you go with the legal path then your wielder may have a stricter honor code and choose not to use cheap tricks for anything and prefer to do everything fairly.

If you go down an illegal path then they could be a more heroic and clever version of Lila willing to use manipulation to their advantage.

Either way, because of their past they develop a type of this philosophy about the world.

The weak will be prey for the strong until they get stronger. If the weak stay weak forever then they will be trampled on.

Because of that, they become the Butterfly hero to give the weak the opportunity to be strong against their abusers and stand up for themselves.

Here are a couple of name ideas for your Butterfly Hero

Dream Catcher, Baron Orchid, Duke Mauve

Unlike Gabriel, this Butterfly wielder targets these types of scenarios.

A hostage stuck in the middle of a robbery wanting to help people, a person getting mugged wanting help, someone getting their work stolen by higher-ups, an investigator wanting to expose corruption (i.e. Andre Bourgeois and Francoise Dupont). A student getting bullied wanting to expose their bully.

Now on to Master Fu and Miraculous Ladybug’s plot and how this could work.

Like canon, Master Fu would send out the Ladybug and Black Cat. Now, this is where you can also diverge down two different scenarios.

1) They (probably Adrien) attack the new Butterfly wielder’s Champion when that Champion was trying to save someone. Because of this, the public sees the Ladybug and Black Cat wielders as the villains. Maybe your Butterfly wielder does as well.

This can lead down a Reverse Miraculous Ladybug AU path based on one big misunderstanding caused by Master Fu himself. The Butterfly Wielder would hunt down the Ladybug and Black Cat wielder seeing them as abusers of their power. They’d use Champions with a lower area of effect type of power to avoid civilian casualties.

However, should civilian casualties happen, that’s the chance for the Ladybug wielder to show that this was a big misunderstanding by using the Miraculous Cure. That may lead to a conversation between the three about the entire situation and possibly meeting Master Fu.

2)The Ladybug, Black Cat, and Butterfly are all on the heroic side. No misunderstanding happens but there is tension because neither Marinette nor Adrien nor your own characters enjoy the way the Butterfly Wielder does justice.

Now, in this path, you could have Master Fu be the villain in an anti-villain sense. He wants the Butterfly retrieved and sees that the Ladybug and Black Cat wielder refuse to do anything. This causes him to choose others while counseling them into believing that the heroes Miraculous needed to be taken to keep the world safe.

However, with both paths, there is one important thing to keep in mind. The way the Miraculous are set up makes the Kwami slaves. They have no free will of their own despite having the power of the universe at their disposal. If the Butterfly Wielder finds this out they could want to free the Kwami. Seeing the Miraculous and the Order of Guardians as another form of abusers.

Gabriel in all of this

Now, taking away the Butterfly doesn’t necessarily take Gabriel away from the plot. Gabriel may have still had the Peacock and Emilie could still be comatose.

However, unlike in canon, he’d have a limited number of chances to do anything so he has to play his cards right. The Peacock could end up killing him and Nathalie and whoever else he gets to help him try and claim the Miraculous.

I’ll be going over what he can do with my two options to the Miraculous Ladybug plot part of the prompt.

1) In the misunderstanding path, he could be a wild card or fan the flames of the misunderstanding. Using a Sentimonster based around the Butterfly’s Champions, the Ladybug, and/or Black Cat to try to get them to weaken each other so he can snatch the Ladybug and Black Cat.

Or he could use the Peacock to follow my Artificial Miraculous idea so he has a continuous source of power to try and capture the Miraculous.

Either way, he would try to manipulate the Butterfly wielder or both sides to help him in his ultimate goal of claiming the Ladybug and Black Cat.

2) In the idea where the Ladybug, Black Cat, and Butterfly wielders are all heroes and there is no misunderstanding. Gabriel could be one of the antagonists or prime antagonist with or instead of Master Fu depending on your choices.

If it’s being an antagonist with Master Fu then both sides are separate from the other. Master Fu and Gabriel could be allies later on but in the beginning, they aren’t allies.

If you make him the only antagonist then he will be on a limited number of uses and would have to use manipulation a lot more to have people be willing to use the Peacock Miraculous for him and take the side effects.

Chapter 18: Power Rangers Guardians Of The Miracle

Summary:

Before anything else, I'd like to say I updated the Multiple Powers AU Prompt.

Chapter Text

A Power Rangers and Miraculous Ladybug Prompt. I’m working on my own version of this story, but feel free to use it still.

In the beginning, humans lived in harmony with these creatures known as Kwami. These Kwami were fairy-like creatures with animal traits who had power within them.

These Kwami were the manifestation of human imagination. The Kwami would protect their human while the human took care of their Kwami.

Together, these two races could unleash a great power known as the Ranger Form.

In this form, the physical capabilities of the human and the magic of the Kwami fuse together and grow. There was a special ceremony held for each new pair of candidates to have the chance to achieve this form. This ceremony is called, The Miracle.

These Ranger Forms were used to battle the darkness and allowed humans to complete many monumental tasks.

The most powerful Rangers were seen as gods or other mythological beings and stood at the top of a council made for the rangers.

Sadly, though, not all good things are meant to last.

As humans grew and evolved, they started to use imagination less and less. This, in turn, causes each humans’ Kwami to be unable to manifest into a physical form, trapping them in a separate plane of existence, leaving them unable to interact with the physical plain.

Forced to watch and be forgotten, some Kwami get pulled into the darkness they once sought to help humanity fight. This darkness allowed the Kwami to interact with the physical plane but transformed them into a being; who wanted nothing but destruction and the happiness of their human. These corrupted or dark Kwami were called Akumas.

One Akuma, in particular, wished for the destruction of humanity. Their name was Nooroo, a butterfly Kwami turned Akuma.

Nooroo had a powerful ability that allowed him to become the Akumas leader. He could corrupt and even empower other Kwami and Akumas.

And so, with Nooroo leading them, the Akumas began to appear and wreak havoc in the world with humans that held a dark heart and mind. The uncorrupt humans and Kwami would attempt to fight these lost souls: unfortunately, they were at a disadvantage.

The war went in secret and was kept away from most of the populace. As a result, the number of people lwith their imagination continued to diminish while, at the same time, causing the number of Akumas to grow.

However, there was one advantage the uncorrupted side still had over the Akumas. That was the secret to achieving the Ranger Form. The dark humans and Akumas could not figure out how to complete the Ranger Form for themselves.

Understanding the potential of this as well as knowing the war was lost. The remaining Ranger Council used a powerful spell to seal away everything involving the Kwami from history, with only a small percentage surviving. This percentage goes on to become The Order Of The Guardians. They work to protect Earth should the Akumas ever arise again.

Now, hundreds of years later, in the modern era. The Akuma Nooroo finds himself freed but in a weakened state by a Parisian businessman known as Gabriel Agreste, who is after a way to bring his wife back from the dead.

Together, the two work to achieve their ambitions and become the villain Hawkmoth. A person capable of creating more Akumas from the Kwami trapped in this ethereal plane.

To combat this threat. The Parisian stationed guardian Wang Fu creates a new team of Ranger Form warriors he calls the Power Rangers.

This is Power Rangers, Guardians Of The Miracle.

That’s the lore/pre-series synapsis. Now, I’ll go on to details of the main plot.

The Kwami aren’t gods in this universe. They are more along the lines of imaginary friends.

Nooroo and Gabriel don’t fuse into a ranger. They fuse into a more monstrous version of their canon appearance.

They are also still able to sense negative emotions and target those. However, instead of targeting the humans, they target the Kwami of said human.

Nooroo’s powers can work in a number of different ways in which they can turn the Kwami into Akumas.

Example

They can simply turn the Kwami into a monstrous version of themselves.

They can infuse the Kwami with an item while turning them into a monster. Giving them a biotic and abiotic fusion monster motif.

The Kwami can turn into an Akuma with a specific concept in mind such as Perfection, Creation, Subjugation, etc.

They can even force a fusion between them and their human to become like canon Akumas.

If you want there can be phases to the Akumas.

Phase 1: The Akuma is a separate entity from their human.

Phase 2: The Akuma and human fuse together and become more powerful

The joint objective for the villains is to find out the secrets that the Ranger Council/Order of the Guardians are hiding.

Chapter 19: A Different Type Of Peacock Adrien

Chapter Text

So a few posts have made it so when Adrien becomes a villain he immediately gains the Peacock Miraculous. I had an idea on how Adrien gains the villain and Peacock Miraculous at the start of the series. Also, it would give him a lot more character.

What if Adrien wasn’t an Agreste and neither was his mom? Adrien’s family only contained him and his mom (and possibly a few little siblings if you want). They had a decent-to-less-than-decent lifestyle but still managed. That is until Adrien’s mom found herself sick with a horrible disease.

Gabriel is now the egotistical villain wanting to control everything, and he senses Adrien’s desperation to protect his family. Seeing the potential that Adrien had, Gabriel offers him a job. This job is as the sacrificial lamb for a broken Peacock Miraculous. For every time Adrien uses the Miraculous, Gabriel will pay him a large sum of money to cover medical and other expenses for Adrien’s family. If you want, you can even have Gabriel make Adrien a model again.

The relationship between Adrien and Gabriel could be one where Adrien hates Gabriel but sucks it up to keep his family safe. Gabriel would act the exact same and only call Adrien when he had use for him.

Now, since Adrien isn’t a sheltered rich kid, this means that he’s gone to school for a while and therefore isn’t as naïve as he’s made out to be. This also means that Chloe and him weren’t friends.

Also, Adrien has the possibility of gaining the Black Cat still. That means that Adrien could be living a triple life. Cat Noir the hero, Peacock-wielding villain, and normal boy worried about his mother’s survival.

This would add a lot to Adrien’s character since he didn’t have much going for him in canon.

Chapter 20: One Hero, Multiple Personas

Chapter Text

So we all know how overpowered the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculous are compared to the other Miraculous. Also, how much of a bad idea it is to have the two specific Miraculous that Hawkmoth needs to win out in the field.

This prompt could go hand-in-hand with my Different Kwami Swap AU.

Instead of two different heroes out fighting Hawkmoth, Master Fu gives different Miraculous to someone to use. This person uses each Miraculous separately so they have multiple hero personas to fight Hawkmoth with.

At the start, you don’t have to give the user a lot of the lesser Miraculous because I doubt that would make much sense. They likely will only start out with one maybe two different ones. It’s around Princess Fragrance or season 2 that the user can start meeting Master Fu.

Season 3 or sooner could be when the user starts to learn how to Unify the Miraculous to unlock stronger powers.

Chapter 21: Ladybug vs Butterfly, A Battle Between Blooms and Akumas

Chapter Text

A bloom is what you would call a group of ladybirds.

So we all know how completely overpowered the Butterfly and Peacock are when you compare their powers to the others of the Miracle Box. I mean, at this point it seems like the only reason Thomas Astruc can call the Ladybug and Black Cat the strongest is because they are the keys to making the wish.

Here’s my idea to fix that. What if instead of the random Lucky Charm, Ladybug had her own version of the Butterfly’s power of Akumatization?

This already fixes a big issue with the show since it takes away a lot of the power imbalance. However, this doesn’t just even out the balance. It should tip the odds in the favor of Ladybug and her team.

The Ladybug Miraculous is the very power of Creation while the Butterfly embodies the concept of Transmission. Meaning that the Ladybug’s Champions should be naturally stronger between the two. Or she could even be able to send out multiple Champions through more training while Hawkmoth is stuck using tactics like Scarlet Moth to attain this ability.

This could turn Paris into one big game of chess. The Ladybug and Butterfly send out their pawns/knights/bishops/rooks to fight while they work to out strategize the other. This could even lead Gabriel to reveal the Peacock early to try and tip the scales in his favor.

For the Miraculous Cure, it will depend on what the writer wants. You can make it so the Champions are able to do this cure after their victory or you can force Ladybug to come out to cast the Cure with her yoyo.

I’m leaving out any other Miraculous because I’m leaving that open to your interpretation, but feel free to ask if you need ideas if you wanna try and use this prompt.

Chapter 22: Rivaling Schools, Dupont vs Lupin

Chapter Text

I had another idea for the Rival AU of Miraculous Ladybug. The Ladybug and Black Cat holders are from two different schools with a rivalry against each other.

Françoise Dupont isn’t that prestigious a school but still has good courses as well as a great synergy between the student body.

Arsène Lupin is a school that has students focus on their academics and have the students compete against each other. It’s a rise above the rest type of school with not many genuine friendships.

Master Fu goes to two different areas to pick the Miraculous Holders and a student from both schools passes the test. However, when the two meet each other for the first time, they felt an instant dislike for each other. This is solidified when they watched how the other fought and acted.

The Black Cat holder will need to have their own version of the Miraculous Cure to solidify this rivalry.

Master Fu should probably take a more active role guiding the two different holders. He could even give each a temporary Miraculous to each side so they have an ally.

It’s likely a good idea if you try to set the mood for each school as opposites to maybe them beginning to get closer to being similar to the other. Or you could have it to where the Arsène Lupin holder transfers schools.

You could even set it up so the two reveal/have to reveal their identities to each other because of a school competition between the two rival schools. Tension’s get so high during it because of the teachers’ and/or principals’ pressuring that the student bodies all get Akumatized by Scarlet Moth.

Chapter 23: Code Digicle

Chapter Text

A Code Lyoko x Miraculous Ladybug crossover prompt.

Digicle = Digital + Miracle

Instead of Franz Hopper, it’s Tom and Sabine that are the scientists and creators of the Supercomputer as well as Lyoko. Similar to Franz Hopper they were forced to send their daughter Marinette into Lyoko and leave her there to keep her safe while at the same time locking a dangerous computer virus away known as N.o.o.r.o.o.

N.o.o.r.o.o like X.a.n.a is after the world but instead of what X.a.n.a could do. N.o.o.r.o.o is capable of creating Akumas both in the real and virtual world. That means that there are two separate Akumas. One is the victim in the real world attacking everything while the other is a copy in Lyoko made to defend the active Tower and capture Marinette. You could still allow N.o.o.r.o.o to have X.a.n.a’s monsters or you could make your own based around Akumas and weaker than them.

Now for the Lyoko/Miracle Warriors. Depending on your preference, you could either have Max or one of Marinette’s love interests become the Jeremy of the group and run the Supercomputer. While the rest would act as the attack teams and go try to deactivate the active Tower.

This may actually be where it gets more complicated. Depending on what you want, you could set it up so the Miracle Warriors have a way to bring their virtual avatar abilities to the real world to fight/hold off the Akuma in the real world while others try to deactivate the Tower.

Chapter 24: A Paradoxical Miraculous

Chapter Text

I had this idea when I started to think about the yin yang order Su Han put the Miraculous into. Plus, thinking about my False Miraculous Theory with the Peacock Miraculous.

What if while the Miraculous were being created, two Kwami decided to share one Miraculous? Making their Miraculous the Miraculous of two separate concepts.

The Miraculous allows the user to transform into two different animal-themed superheroes. That means that theoretically, they could take away the time limit weakness since they can just swap to a different form after using a power. Plus, once the user learns Unification, both Kwami will be able to enter the Miraculous at the same time.

I think the main idea with this Miraculous is to have concepts that are somewhat to complete opposite but still connect together. Making the Miraculous be considered the Miraculous of Paradox instead of the two separate concepts. Plus, it has the Miraculous become well-rounded power-wise.

Here are ideas for two different concepts to combine.

Evil and Justice

Light and Darkness

Fate and Luck

Patience and Passion

Mystery and Discovery

Earth and Air

Offense and Defense

Solid and Liquid

Chapter 25: The Story Of A “Evil” Kwami And Wielder

Chapter Text

So I had a fun idea after I came to the horrible realization that the Kwami are basically slaves. Particularly with how the Guardians (possibly since I’m going by a couple of rules the Guardians have and how Su Han treated them) treated them.

What if while the Miraculous were being made, one Kwami decided to refuse the idea of being held down by them. They somehow managed to force the Miraculous to allow them to have free will of their own and didn’t have to listen to their holder’s orders.

This Kwami does not despise humanity for what one tried to do to them and for what they did to their kind, though. They love and want to protect humanity but on their own terms. However, problems arise with the wielders the Kwami chooses.

Those problems are the Order of the Guardians. They don’t like the Kwami’s wielders because they are less than fully heroic. They also don’t like the fact that a Kwami moves on their own, doing whatever it pleases. They feel that all Kwami should be under their supervision.

Now, depending on your preference, you can have the other Kwami start to not trust or dislike this other Kwami because of who they choose as wielders and the Guardians' teachings. You could also have it to where the “evil” Kwami’s wielders have had to kill a few of the Miracle Boxes Kwamis’ wielders and that’s why they don’t like that Kwami if you want to go down that route.

Similarly, you can either have the wielder have a tough life or make it so they’ve had a relatively easy life and just want to help people when the Miraculous is given to them by the Kwami.

The main idea here is that the Kwami and their wielder are on their own side. They aren’t part of the Miraculous Team or Hawkmoth and Mayura. They can join later on but for a while, they’re on their own side because both sides are wary of them.

You would think that the Kwami and their wielder start off at a disadvantage but you could have them not for one reason. My theory is that the Kwami didn’t know their holders could make more powers because they were so reliant on humans and let them discover things about the Miraculous not bothering to on their own. But the “evil” Kwami could have discovered the ability to create more powers on their own a long time ago. If you go down this route I think all sides would be evened out.

Chapter 26: A Hero Before The Miraculous

Chapter Text

What if either Marinette or Adrien weren’t Chosen to wield a Miraculous? What if instead, it was a former teen superhero who lost their powers and decided to retire. They could be from overseas and have been a member of the United Heroez or they could have been a former hero of Paris.

As the series progresses not only do they learn more about the Miraculous powers. They could also be recovering the powers they lost because of a healing factor within the magic of the Miraculous.

I think it would be cool if we got to see a protagonist who was a hero once but had to become a hero again with a different power. Plus, it could help with the power imbalance in the show. Especially if the power(s) they lost were op like time freeze.

Chapter 27: From Best Friend To Nemesis

Chapter Text

I thought of this prompt after thinking about how Miraculous Ladybug season four finale seems to be setting up for a new Hawkmoth. I thought I could make my own take on how people can introduce the next Hawkmoth in a way where there is a lot of build-up to it throughout the series instead of it just more or less happening.

The reason I say that is because if Lila is the next big bad we didn’t see her do anything in season 4 besides talk Chloe into helping against Marinette.

What if instead of whoever is going to be the next Hawkmoth (my money is on either Lila or Felix) it was someone the Ladybug/Black Cat holder knew since the start of the show?

Mainly, it’s the best friend of one of the two wielders who has been with them through thick and thin. Maybe it’s been since their childhood.

There can be multiple reasons why the best friend took the Miraculous and became the next Hawkmoth.

Desperation.

Anger.

Feeling betrayed.

Hatred for the heroes.

Wanting to protect their best friend because someone was starting to try and take advantage of them.

Want to change the world to be a better place.

The main idea is that this isn’t how they start out. It’s a process of things that causes them to start becoming like this. It doesn’t even have to happen from season one all the way up to season four. The process could go like this.

Season One

The Slightly Tense Arc of the friendship

In season one it is normal best friend things while either the Ladybug or Black Cat holder is hiding their identity from their best friend. We get to see the Ladybug hero rely on their friend for support even if the friend doesn’t know the full story of why their friend is stressing.

Season Two

The Peaking Arc in the friendship

The holder of the Ladybug or Black Cat could give their friend a Miraculous and their friendship could start growing even more since now the holder has a way to include their friend in their superhero life. In other words, this is where the friendship is peaking before it starts to fall.

Season Three

The Falling Arc for the best friend.

This season is where the friendship starts to take a toll for the worst. The Miraculous holder could end up like Marinette, too busy learning from the Guardian to be able to spend time with their friend. At the same time, something starts happening in the best friend’s life and the holder can’t help because they're too busy.

Cracks start to form in the friendship and start leading the two to become more distant.

Season Four

The Fallen Arc

Season four is where it really takes off. The friendship between the two ends is similar to Chloe and Adrien but more dramatic because we have some build-up there. Both can regret it but ultimately can’t do anything about it because they're too busy. One with Miraculous things and being a hero, the other trying to fix some damage in their life.

Finally, when the Miraculous holder calls on their best friend to be a hero again (if they do) the best friend takes the chance to steal the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculous. Whether they do this sneakily so the rest of the team doesn’t see this and give up the Miraculous they were given or point-blank does it and start calling themselves a villain with all three Miraculous.

Season Five

The Second Rising Arc

Now, since I brought up the sneaky vs not sneaky option in season four I’m gonna add two for each of these next seasons.

Sneaky Path

The sneaky path, their debut could come after they use the two Miraculous to get their life back on track. Nobody knows they have the Miraculous or who they are when they eventually debut. So, they continue like normal everyday life.

The Miraculous holder could be trying to regain their friendship with that best friend since things have calmed down. However, the best friend isn’t interested as their more focused on using the Butterfly and Peacock to help them with their life. So a reverse of how it previously was.

The Miraculous holder could eventually spot one of the best friend's Sentimonsters of Akumas and know someone claimed the Butterfly and Peacock.

Non-Sneaky Path

The best friend vanishes and only appears as their new villain persona with all three Miraculous. You could possibly have it to where they start getting sick from using multiple Miraculous multiple times.

In both paths, you could possibly have it so the best friend sends a Sentimonster over or they go over to spy on the Miraculous holder because they really do miss their best friend.

This is just an example I’ve made. You can still use the example.

Chapter 28: Order Of The Aggressors

Chapter Text

What if Gabriel wasn’t the villain of the show? What if instead, it was a crime lord who managed to get their hands on several Miraculous? Whether it was through auctions, museum raids, or by luck, they managed to claim several Miraculous.

Anyway, this crime lord uses the Miraculous in a way to make a profit. As a sort of pyramid scheme. They hold most of the Miraculous and give them to their most loyal compatriots such as their bodyguard. However, they are willing to lend a couple of Miraculous under their power over to criminals to commit crimes, but they get a share of the profits in exchange.

Should the criminal attempt to run off with the Miraculous, they are hunted down by the vast majority of loyal Miraculous users under the crime lord.

On to how canon can start. The crime lord could gain an item similar to Su Han’s staff that lets them understand where the Miracle Box is but in a general city-wide area. So they send their Miraculous users or give out the Miraculous they’re willing to lend out to people and are paying them to find and capture these Miraculous with constant updates sent to them.

So instead of one villain that creates new villains to fight. We have multiple villains with one possibly being able to do the same thing as Hawkmoth.

You don’t even have to get rid of Gabriel. The crime lord’s faction could be a third faction that is sent after both the Miraculous Team and Hawkmoth.

Chapter 29: Gamer + Goat Miraculous

Chapter Text

Here is a suggestion for a character prompt for Miraculous Ladybug.

The character can be a hardcore gamer, either amateur or professional, before they get the Goat Miraculous.

The Goat Miraculous lets you create anything you desire and I highly doubt there are any real limits to what the user can create beyond that when you look at other Miraculous.

Anyway, the user uses the Goat Miraculous to allow them to summon equipment from their games to help in battle. It’d give the Miraculous team more firepower especially if you introduce it early on when it was just Marinette and Adrien.

Chapter 30: A Ninja First And Miraculous User Second

Chapter Text

I’m pretty sure this falls into the category of my A Hero Before the Miraculous Prompt. Anyway, this is a crossover prompt between Miraculous Ladybug and Randy Cunningham 9th Grade Ninja.

After the Ultimate Lesson Randy (or an oc that was the Ninja before/after him) moves to Paris with no memory of their time as the Ninja. However, this doesn’t stop monsters from attacking them as it happens just before Hawkmoth begins his campaign to claim the Miraculous.

I would have to say giving a former Ninja of Norrisville the Rooster Miraculous makes the most sense since the Ninja’s powers come from a Tengu. A Japanese demon bird. So, you could possibly make a connection between the Rooster Miraculous and the Tengu spirit that is connected to the Ninja. Possibly that the Tengu is a former Rooster holder who got corrupted by their power similar to Mac Antfee.

Anyway, there are a couple of ways you can have the former Ninja gain the Rooster (or a different one) Miraculous.

1. Master Fu decides that only sending out both the Ladybug and Black Cat is too dangerous so they send out an extra Miraculous or two for backup.

-This is more of a follow-up to number one but it can count as an option on its own. Master Fu keeps the Ladybug Miraculous for himself and only goes out to purify the defeated Akuma while having the Black Cat user and extra holders use their Miraculous to defeat the Akuma.

2. Orikko senses someone in Paris who has lasting magical traces from their time as the Ninja and begs Master Fu to allow them to become that person’s wielder.

As the story progresses the magic from the Miraculous may be starting to reverse the Ultimate Lesson’s mind wipe. It can go like this.

1. Weird flashbacks of their time as the Ninja in their dreams

2. Some muscle memory starts to come back and they start to fight better.

3. Ideas for powers using the Rooster Miraculous’s ability that are actually old powers they used from their time as the Ninja such as Earth Control, Air Fist, Hydro Hand, and Tengu Fireball.

4. The bits of memory start to converge and the former Ninja is getting a clearer picture of what’s going on and who they previously were.

Once that happens then the former Ninja may be smart with the Rooster Miraculous and word their powers something like this.

“I wish to be able to use all my former powers as the Ninja of Norrisville.”

If you want, you can even incorporate an arc in the story where the former Ninja and/or the Miraculous team go to Norrisville because of Miraculous-related things such as Hawkmoth or a new Butterfly user learning there are more Miraculous somewhere in Norrisville. There, they get to see all their old friends and meet the new Ninja of Norrisville and possibly visit the Nomicon again.

Chapter 31: Chosen To Protect The Universe

Chapter Text

I got this idea from the fact that the Miraculous are supposed to hold beings that embody the concepts of the universe. This is a pretty big au that changes a lot of Miraculous Ladybug, though.

Instead of Hawkmoth it’s a ruthless magical dictator who’s kingdom is in the center of the universe. You can have it so the kingdom was like that from the beginning or the dictator took it over in a coup. Either way, the dictator wants to take over the universe and sets their sights on Earth next.

Anyway, the Miraculous come from this center and were made to try and free the kingdom from this evil dictator. The Kwami and the dictator’s origins are closely aligned where they are also the embodiment of a concept.

Concept Suggestions

Might

Weakness

Fate

These Miraculous can either all go to Earth or you can make some go to different planets in this new universe. The Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous are ones that go to Earth with their Kwamis giving them the mission of defeating this dictator.

The dictator hears about this plan and sends out minions to hunt down and capture all the Miraculous and their users. At the same time, the Ladybug and Black Cat users try and find more users and improve their abilities themselves.

It’s basically a got to catch them all plot involving trying to gather people to defeat a universal dictator.

Chapter 32: An Artificial Miraculous Journey

Chapter Text

I’ve made a couple of things on artificial Miraculous, but I never really bothered with an artificial person getting a Miraculous.

You can do this type of story in at least two different ways. One is that you go down a Sentimonster route. While the other you can go down a robot route.

With the Sentimonster route, I actually have an interesting story for it.

After Emilie becomes comatose a year before the series begins, the Peacock creates a human-like Sentimonster. That Sentimonster escapes with the Peacock Miraculous and ends up in an alley near Marinette’s home. There, the family takes them in. However, the Sentimonster doesn’t know they are one and everyone believes they are a human with amnesia.

Another thing is when the series begins. You could make it so the Sentimonster is the only one that can wield the Peacock Miraculous safely. Since Sentimonsters are a lot stronger than humans.

For the robot route, I have this.

Another group found a Miraculous. However, instead of having a human wield the Miraculous. They create and develop an almost life-like robot that can learn and adapt in combat. They send this robot after the Miraculous in Paris. However, as the robot stays among the humans of Paris, they start to learn emotions and become their own person.

Chapter 33: Going Against Your Hero

Chapter Text

I just remembered a plot idea that is so rarely used but one that I love and thought I’d post a version you could do with Miraculous Ladybug.

What if Paris had a Miraculous hero before the series began?

One day, this hero saved Marinette and her parents and since then Marinette has been a fan of theirs. However, Master Fu wants to reclaim their Miraculous as well as the Butterfly and Peacock. The reason being is the teachings from the Guardians. So, he’s been chasing this user with the Turtle Miraculous.

Fast forward to the start of the series, when Hawkmoth appears, Master Fu sends out the Ladybug and Black Cat along with possible others since he wants to recover the hero's as well. It’s your choice on having more than those two, though.

When Marinette learns about needing to take the hero’s Miraculous, she gains major issues and debates with herself. More than she did in canon. This was someone that rescued her and her family. So, the idea of betraying them like that by having to take their Miraculous hurts her.

I’m gonna say with Adrien it can go either way. He may also feel like they shouldn’t, but he could also be talked into doing it. Not sure about any of the other users except for Alya. Alya I can see being willing to because she did try to find out (and possibly expose) Marinette’s identity in season 1.

As the series progressed, Marinette would be fighting with herself more and more about the idea. Finally, when it comes a time, she has to make a decision.

I’ll state this now. You could wait until she herself becomes the Guardian and then asks the other Miraculous User if they could meet. There it can be a dramatic reveal about her past with them and an apology for fighting them and betraying what they did for her family. Possibly even ending with her giving or attempting to give the Miracle Box to the other user believing them to be more worthy of protecting it.

I have a few prompts that could actually mix together with this one rather well.

Prompts

Anti-Hero Butterfly Wielder

A Paradoxical Miraculous

Gamer + Goat Miraculous

A Hero Before The Miraculous

The Story of An Evil Kwami and Their Wielder

An Artificial Miraculous Journey

Chapter 34: The Third Party Monarch

Chapter Text

So, everyone remembers Time Tagger where it was hinted that Ladybug and Cat Noir were still fighting the Butterfly in the future. However, that Butterfly wielder wasn’t Hawkmoth.

The idea of Time Tagger was actually really interesting to me. The fact that the future Butterfly wielder is smart enough to send an Akuma from the future after the past versions of the wielders. So my suggestion is that the future Butterfly user keeps doing that.

If they continue doing this, then they become a third party whose Akumas fight both Hawkmoth’s Akumas and the Miraculous Team.

Another thing you can consider is not having it only be time Akumas the future Butterfly wielder sends to the present. They could steal the Rabbit Miraculous from Bunnix and uses it to send different types of Akumas to the present instead of making a time travel Akuma.

Chapter 35: Miraculous Ladybug Weapons

Summary:

I can't believe this went to 5000 hits. I was expecting maybe 2000 at most.

Chapter Text

I see quite a bit of salt on the Miraculous Ladybug weapons. Particularly the Pig’s tambourine, Snake’s harp, Goat’s brush, Dog’s ball, and Rooster’s quill. So I thought I’d give these ideas to help fix those. I think a lot of these are actually a pretty easy fix.

Snake Miraculous

Have the harp be capable of transforming into a bow. The Miraculous Tools are multifunctional equipment. So this isn’t out of the realm of possibility for it.

Plus, arrows can be made from the harp in the form of a snake.

Goat Miraculous

Have the brush double as a spear. Like, say the brush tip is able to harden to the point it becomes a spearhead.

Rooster Miraculous

Similar to the Goat Miraculous, have the quill be able to harden so it can act as a dagger.

Dog Miraculous

You don’t actually have to make this one transform. If anyone doesn’t know what shotput is. Shotput is basically where athletes throw a heavy ball and attempt to get it the furthest distance. All you have to do for the Dog Miraculous rubber ball is make it so it can change weight as it heads towards the target.

Pig Miraculous

Similar to the Dog Miraculous. Have it so the tambourine can act like a throwing weapon. More or less like a smaller version of the Turtle Miraculous shield.

Chapter 36: Redemption Is A Tricky Road

Chapter Text

What if Chloe was on the path of redemption at the start of the series? What if Lila was in the class when Akumas started happening and was framing Chloe for her bully attempts?

In this alternate universe prompt, Andre finally had to put his foot down with his daughter. In doing so, showed her that there are consequences to her actions and why imitating her mother was a bad idea. Or, Chloe herself realizes this after what she did to someone else.

This is right before Hawkmoth and the Akumas appeared. Chloe has been trying to become a better person with Sabrina’s help and the two see Master Fu when he was doing his test. After saving him, he secretly gives Chloe the Ladybug Miraculous. He can also possibly give Sabrina the Black Cat.

However, a new and more subtle school bully appears in the form of Lila. Lila sets Chloe up to look like a bully and make herself look good throughout their school life. Chloe is still either guilt-ridden or fearful of what she did in the past and doesn’t know how to fight back. Eventually, people start to notice and pick up on what is really happening between the two.

A bonus thing is you can combine this au with the Lady Fairy au ideas. Chloe is the one to badly injure Marinette who later gains the Butterfly Miraculous.

Chapter 37: Yang vs Miraculous, Search For Yin

Chapter Text

What if it wasn’t Hawkmoth who had the Butterfly and Peacock? What if the two Miraculous weren’t the only ones stolen/missing? What if someone other than Master Fu had caused the destruction of the Guardians and stole the Miracle Boxes? That is, except for the two most important Miraculous. Since they refused to be under the Guardians’ control.

In this AU the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous never went under the Guardians, control. The rest of the Miraculous did but Tikki and Plagg didn’t want or see the need to. They preferred their ways over the Guardians.

This was the right decision for them because eventually the Order of Guardians was destroyed and their Miracle Boxes are stolen with the Miraculous in them. The people who stole them and other Guardians’ secrets are now searching for Plagg and Tikki to claim their Miraculous as well.

Depending on what you want; you can make it so that the Order of Guardians placed the spell on the Miraculous to force the Kwami to listen to humans or the people that stole the Miraculous from the Guardians. That way it makes more sense why Tikki and Plagg have more freedom. Or you can just say it’s because they are the two most powerful.

Either way, Tikki learns about the fall of the Guardians and the other Miraculous being in danger. However, she doesn’t know where Plagg is so she’s the only Miraculous capable of saving the others. She heads to where the last sighting of a Miraculous wielder was, Paris. She then chooses someone to fight the person/people that stole the Miraculous and their Miraculous wielders. Coincidently, this is the last place Tikki saw Plagg.

Now, you don’t have to follow this, but I’d like to give a recommendation due to the sheer power difference which was already fully displayed when it was only the Butterfly and Peacock. You can make it so the Ladybug and Black Cat are the only ones to have discovered the ability to create more powers. That way, while the enemy has far more Miraculous, the Ladybug has the advantage in another aspect.

The idea here is that both sides are not only fighting each other but also searching for Plagg. I’d like to make this suggestion as well for comedy aspects. You could make it so Plagg went missing because he decided to take a vacation without telling anyone and isn’t actually in any danger. He is the more lazy Kwami out of them all so it could be funny. Especially when Tikki gets a hold of him.

Chapter 38: A Descendent Forsaken By Their Ancestor

Chapter Text

I found an interesting trope in the Adrien salt tag where there is a curse placed on him and his descendants to never allow them to wield a Miraculous. So, I decided to make a prompt using the idea without Adrien. Funny enough, though, I ended up having some Adrien salt in the idea of this anyway despite that not being my goal.

What if the Miracle Box wasn’t guarded by Master Fu, but instead was lost when the Guardians were destroyed. It later came into the hands of a specific family who decided to keep it and the Kwami safe after learning their story. However, a curse was placed on this family because one of their ancestors wielded a Miraculous and used it for evil. Because of that, once they were defeated, a curse was placed on them and their family line so that they can never wield another Miraculous.

A few of these descendents are a family that moved to Paris with the Miracle Box. Depending on what you want, you can have it so the Kwamis don’t bother coming out of the Miracle Box anymore, only one person in the family knows about the Kwami, or the whole family knows about them.

So, instead of a mentor who doesn’t get directly involved and does what they can in the background to help the heroes. We have someone or those that can’t actually do anything other than giving out the Miraculous and hope for the best while trying to help with the limited knowledge they have.

If you need some kind of an outline idea on how you could make a story out of this prompt. Here you go. I will let you know, though, that this is where the Adrien salt starts. You don’t have to use this specifically. This is just what I think can happen in a story like this.

Season 1

Nothing really changes except for the whole Tikki getting sick thing and Marinette meets the family/person who holds the Miracle Box. You could make it so the Kwami understand how to heal themselves but they need someone else to help them with it. Tikki just has Marinette go to the family/person because they have more experience.

Another thing that could possibly change is the Miraculous Grimoire. The family/person may keep it because they didn’t want to risk letting Hawkmoth keep it out of suspicion that Gabriel is Hawkmoth despite him akumatizing himself. That means possibly no Adrien going back to school.

Season 2

This season may have only a small change besides Adrien not going back to school. While figuring out how to translate the Grimoire; the family/person specifically looks for a way to take away their curse so they can help directly in Akuma battles. The Kwami have learned how to translate the Miraculous Grimoire secretly while they worked with the Guardians.

As for Adrien and Marinette, after Adrien is stuck at home again. At first, I think Marinette and the Girl Squad will try to come up with ways to get Adrien back in their class so Marinette can date him. Possibly with Chloe and Sabrina working with them. However, there may be the real possibility that they eventually have to give up. Marinette considered this before in canon but was told by the Girl Squad no. However, with the added difficulty of Adrien being locked up in his house most of the time, it may be enough for them to agree to give up as well.

As for Adrien. I can see two options for him. He gets far more desperate as Cat Noir for Ladybug’s love. He already lost his way of making friends so he’s really chasing after Ladybug. So, his attempts getting worse.

The second is this is a wake-up call for him and he starts using the ring to sneak out of the house and meet up with his friends. However, that runs the higher risk of Gabriel figuring out his son is Cat Noir.

Either way, there is a very real chance for Adrien to lose his ring later on because of his behavior. The difference is the context in which it happens. Either Adrien is a fallen hero or he loses his ring because of him attempting to rebel.

Season 3

Now, this is where it can really take off. The person/family figured out how to remove their curse. So, they can now wield Miraculous and become a permanent hero or group to help Ladybug and Cat Noir. So, it’s similar to season four, but without the chance of losing all the Miraculous.

That being said, I have to say with my ideas for Adrien in season 2. This may make things worse for him in the end.

He now has much more competition for Ladybug’s love. That means he may get worse. At least in the path that he doesn’t rebel against his father with the ring. In where he does rebel, this may either keep things the same or he does start losing his obsessive crush on Ladybug. After rebelling against his father he starts to have a change in mindset so he starts to lose his crush.

Season 4

Season 4 is where the family/person has to deal with Su Han with or instead of Marinette. The Kwami don’t want to go back to the Guardians after how they’ve been treated by those that aren’t the Guardians. That means that the family/person will be at odds with Su Han.

Now, this last one depends on your choices with Adrien and if you did decide to follow my outline. Or if you wanted to stick more towards canon.

You can make it so instead of Shadowmoth losing the Peacock. This is where Hawkmoth is defeated. That is a really good thing, though, right? The villain is beaten and now the group just has to deal with Su Han and any other Guardians.

Well, that may be the case for the path where Adrien rebels. However, that’s not the path I can see for if Adrien doesn’t rebel against his father.

If Adrien doesn’t rebel against his father and he loses him too along with his freedom. Then it may be too much for him and he could possibly go off the deep end. He takes the Butterfly and/or Peacock Miraculous and uses them to become the new villain on the run.

Now, that last one depends on multiple factors. Adrien may not have the Black Cat Miraculous because he lost it from one of his I give up my Miraculous moments or it’s taken from him by the group because of how bad he’s gotten. This, and Adrien’s extended family may take him with them. So, he can leave Paris after all this happens either with or without the Black Cat ring, and work on his mental health before coming back to Paris feeling better and being ready to help the other Miraculous users.

That is all I could come up with for the outline idea. I will say this again, though, that you don’t have to use the idea. It’s just there if you want to.

Chapter 39: Totally Miraculous

Chapter Text

I’m a little disappointed in myself for not thinking of this after the Code Lyoko prompt. Here is a Miraculous Ladybug and Totally Spies prompt.

Instead of the spy trio, we have an entire army/squad of agents as the protagonists. This group is called the Miraculous Agents and all go by a codename (i.e. their canon hero name). Instead of it being a main trio or duo like you’d expect, the story focuses on all of them on a variety of missions.

I do not mean that all of them go on a mission at a time. That is only during special missions. What I mean is Jerry or whoever you choose selects a small group of the agents he feels is best for this specific mission. So, we can get different combinations and dynamics depending on the combination of agents. The combos can be duos, trios, quartets, or any number depending on the mission.

Another thing is you can have Gabriel be a crime boss who goes by the name Hawkmoth and his Akumas are agents in his organization and are separate from the Miraculous Agents.

Chapter 40: The Earthly Protectors

Chapter Text

What if instead of the two main Miraculous being Creation and Destruction it is a trio? This trio are the three aspects of the Earth and/or the human body.

Water/Ocean/Mind

Earth/Ground/Body

Air/Sky/Soul

Instead of Ladybug and Cat Noir, it is these three that protect Paris from Hawkmoth using different powers.

Here’s a list of powers that could fit the Miraculous

Water/Ocean/Mind

Water Manipulation

Darkness Manipulation

Telekinesis

Mind Control

Liquification

Earth/Ground/Body

Earth Manipulation

Armor Skin

Gravity Manipulation

Unstoppable Charge

Air/Sky/Soul

Wind Manipulation

Their own version of akumatization or amokatization where they can create a soul-like construct and send it into someone to give them powers or into an object to bring it to life in the form of a monster.

Intangibility

All three or one can have their own version of Miraculous Ladybug.

You can keep Marinette and Adrien as Miraculous wielders but with one of these different Miraculous.

You could probably replace the non-Chinese Zodiac Miraculous in the box with these three and have a team of five with the Ladybug, Black Cat, and these three.

Another thing you can go about doing is combining this with my The Story Of A “Evil” Kwami And Wielder prompt and make the Earthly Miraculous a third party against both Team Miraculous and Hawkmoth and Mayura.

Chapter 41: A Quantic Problem

Chapter Text

Spoilers to season four finale for those that haven’t seen it yet.

What if Felix didn’t give his uncle all of the Miraculous but instead managed to fake his way into keeping a few for himself while still getting the ring.

Later on, he comes back, but he’s definitely not alone. He now has his own team of Miraculous wielders. These wielders are the Quantic Kids. Characters thought up but were later discarded while making Miraculous Ladybug.

Here’s an idea of what Miraculous can go to each Quantic Kid.

Felix - Dog, if he manages to get away with said Miraculous. If not Tiger to somewhat match with Adrien.

Melodie - Fox

Mercury - Rooster

Gavroche - Turtle

Kid Mime - Goat

These people can be Felix’s friends or they can be people that Felix made a deal with to help him claim the rest of the Miraculous.

I just got the idea with how Felix became an antagonist despite him originally being planned as a hero or anti-hero. So, why not make the rest of the concept characters other than Sparrow be villains as well.

Bonus thing of you can have Jessica Keynes (Sparrow) arrive in Paris as well and help out the Miraculous heroes.

Chapter 42: Miraculous Inc.

Chapter Text

A fun idea for a next-gen fic. It’s a crossover idea between Miraculous Ladybug and Villainous.

After Marinette and Adrien defeat Hawkmoth and reclaim all the Miraculous. Marinette decides to start her own company similar to the Heroes For Hire in Marvel comics. She does this to keep the Miraculous somewhat guarded while also keeping them active in the world that needs them.

The business is like Black Hat Inc but with heroes. Marinette is the C.E.O and runs the company as well as designs most costume redesigns requested like Edna Mode from Incredibles. That way she can still have some of her fashion designer dream.

Most of the other Miraculous users are retired and now new people are getting the Miraculous while working at Miraculous Inc. These new recruits are sent to help capture a villain that local heroes are having trouble with. Or other problems such as heroes going missing or corrupt heroes.

You can also give a few of Marinette’s old classmates/teammates/friends jobs as well.

Sabrina: Secretary, or public relations

Max and Markov: Tech expert and inventor.

Rose: Public Relations (P.R).

Alya: Information gathering on villains, heroes, and locations.

Adrien, Juleka, Nathaniel, and Zoe: Advertising

Kim, Kagami, and Alix: Training new recruits, field commander (Kagami), and test dummy for Max’s experiments (Alix and Kim).

Luka: Psychiatry for heroes who need to get things off their minds.

Those are the only ones I can think of.

This follows the journey of the new recruits, who are given a Miraculous and become the new heroes and field agents for the company. Them growing and becoming the next Team Miraculous while working at the company.

A thing you can possibly do with this is have a villain organization holding the second Miracle Box in the future or villains with Miraculous thought to be previously lost appear.

Chapter 43: An Actor and Actress Playing Their Parts

Chapter Text

Actor AU + Isekai prompt for Miraculous Ladybug.

What if Miraculous Ladybug was just a live-action show and the two leads end up getting sent to the world of Miraculous Ladybug for real in place of Marinette and Adrien?

The actors could lose some of their memories, so they don’t know who Hawkmoth and Master Fu are.

Chapter 44: Miraculous Team’s Yugioh Decks

Chapter Text

This is just a random thing I decided to make because I like Yugioh and recently got a 900-card sleeve binder that I filled up.

Marinette

Inzektors: They are actually based on another bug-themed superhero series called Kamen Rider Kabuto. Also, there is a ladybug Inzektor so duel spirit there if you don’t want to make up a card for Tikki.

Plus they are a deck that relies on teamwork between monsters and the two XYZ cards in the archetype capture opponent’s monsters and use their strength similar to how Marinette chooses people who have been akumatized to be Miraculous wielders.

Adrien

Neo-Spacians: This one I chose because it matches up to Adrien and Cat Noir. Plus, Neo-Spacian Panther for Plagg.

Neo-Spacians' contact fusion with Neos is similar to the Miraculous. Plus, without a specific field spell, they don’t last more than a turn. Similar to how reckless Cat Noir is and how the Miraculous can only use one power before going on a timer. Adrien was also so excited to be a hero I thought this fit him.

Nino

Symphonic Warriors: Because he loves to make music.

Turtle Deck: Because of Carapace and that he wants to protect and make his friends happy.

Abyss Actors: Because of his film career attempt.

Alya

Camera Deck: To match up with her reporter side.

Elemental Heroes: Because she is a big superhero fan.

Chloe

Battlewasps: Mainly for Chloe’s Bee and Wasp themes.

Gem Knights: Because Chloe sees herself as the queen of Paris. I thought it made sense she had knights to protect her. Plus, knights made of gems would just further enforce the whole rich queen idea.

Lila

Abyss Actor: She’s a liar and actors like play different roles other than themselves.

Alien Deck: The deck can take control of opponents’ monsters for Lila to use. Similar to how she uses others for her own gain.

Charmer Deck: Same reason as the alien deck.

Kagami

Six Samurai

Shiranui

X Saber

Noble Knights

I don’t think I have to explain this.

Luka

Psychic Deck

Mirror Deck

This is out of his ability to read peoples’ songs/souls. For his love for music.

Djinn

Melodious

Symphonic

You can probably make a combination out of this if you want the deck to reflect both sides of his character. Then I'm fairly sure Djinn cards can be used in any deck.

Venom deck to match his snake motif when transformed.

Juleka

Fiends

Zombies

Mirror deck

Rose

Fairy Tale: Enough said.

Sabrina

Police/Gojo deck similar to Trudge from Yugioh 5ds because Sabrina’s dad is a cop and she was the Dog Miraculous wielder.

Alix

Ultra Athletes to match her own love of sports.

Gravekeepers, they’re more for Jalil or Alix’s dad, though, but they could be a family deck.

Time Thieves for her time as Bunnix.

Kim

Ultra Athletes to match his love for sports.

An Ape/Baboon Beast Deck as that is the closest I could find to a match for the monkey Miraculous.

Max

I think any machine deck or archetype will work for him since he’s an inventor.

Ivan

Rock deck for not only his time as Stoneheart but his all-around tank role as both a villain and hero.

Mylene

Abyss Actors: Goes with her dad and attempts to act in Nino’s movie.

Plant deck/archetype for her environmentalist side.

Marc

Toons

Fairy Tales

Heroes

To match his love for writing. Plus, you can make him and Nathaniel a tag team.

Nathaniel

Toons

Heroes

Both these to match his love for drawing and the comic he and Marc are making. Plus, you can have them double as a tag team.

Chapter 45: Violet Queen

Chapter Text

A Butterfly Marinette Scarlet Lady AU or a reverse AU of my The Lady, The Knight, and The Fairy prompt.

Instead of Chloe stealing the Ladybug Miraculous on the same day, Marinette gets both the Ladybug and Butterfly Miraculous, and Chloe takes the Butterfly.

So, now Ladybug and Cat Noir have to deal with not only Peacock Gabriel, but also an incompetent heroine who creates servants that accidentally get in their way due to Chloe’s influence.

I feel like most of Chloe’s will be as strong as Hawkmoth’s low-tier Akumas with some mid-tiers if she’s lucky. If you need an example tier list to get an idea of Akumas' strength, here’s my personal opinion.

High-tier: Stormy Weather, Stoneheart, Simon Says, Collector, Pharaoh

Mid-tier: Dark Cupid, The Mime, Befana

Low-tier: Gigantitan, Mr. Pidgeon, Riposte

I think Chloe could still act like how she does in the Scarlet Lady AU because she’ll be starting at the same time as Ladybug. So, she’ll know what she was like at the start instead of building a pedestal like in canon. She may even end up trying to mess Ladybug up because Ladybug is more popular than her due to the Miraculous Cure.

Adrien is probably going to start out the same as in canon but grow towards how he is in the Scarlet Lady AU. Especially if hero persona Chloe starts to try to trip Ladybug up, and he decides to try and keep her and her Akumas from doing that.

Chapter 46: Original Miraculous List

Summary:

I've had these on my Tumblr for so long in the prompt section I don't know why I never bothered to put them here for people.

I'll probably be making prompts based on character backstories for wielders of these Miraculous if I'm bored.

Chapter 47: Miraculous Detective Agency

Chapter Text

A slight crossover prompt between Miraculous Ladybug and Scooby-Doo.

What if the Peacock Miraculous wasn’t damaged and in the hands of a criminal instead? What if they use the Peacock to make money by selling the ability to create Sentimonsters off to criminals who want to use monsters to scare people away?

In this prompt, the Miraculous Team has to investigate who could be the wielder of the Sentimonster and try to track them down in order to defeat it. At the same time, they also use them to see if they can get close to the villainous Peacock wielder.

If you wanna make it international similar to how Scooby Doo can be. You can make it so the Miraculous Team has an item similar to Su-Han’s staff that’ll track what city the Peacock’s in instead of where it is exactly.

The Sentimonsters act similar to Scooby Doo monsters. They’ll try to scare people off when the criminals are hiding something, attempt to get a specific item the criminals desire, or chase after a person the criminals want captured. However, they have real powers instead of gimmicks.

Chapter 48: Empress Viola, Volpina, And A Girl Named Lila

Chapter Text

What If Gabriel Agreste didn’t have the Butterfly Miraculous? What if Master Fu had lost the Fox Miraculous as well? What if Lila had both of them?

In this prompt, Gabriel Agreste isn’t the villain in Paris creating Akumas that terrorize the people. Instead, it is Lila; who is creating Akumas before using her other Miraculous to defeat them.

Lila has been living a triple life for a while now. In every city she moved to because of her mom’s work, new villains would appear, and a hero to fight them. Her hero persona Volpina is semi-internationally famous because of this plan. She thought it was perfect as she got to use her hero persona’s fame to boost her own in her civilian identity.

However, that all changed when she and her mom moved to Paris, where Master Fu could sense the Butterfly’s activation. When Master Fu senses this, he sends out the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous. Volpina is no longer the only hero around to fight the Akumas.

Because the Ladybug Miraculous can repair any damage to the city, she’ll likely quickly become more popular than Volpina. So, Lila’s plans run the risk of going up in smoke. The fact that other heroes are around now meant that she’s at the risk of being discovered, and she needs to create a plan to get rid of them before that happens. Especially since Master Fu and Marinette eventually make more heroes besides Ladybug and Cat Noir.

Chapter 49: Chooser of the False, Maker of Real Heroes

Chapter Text

It feels weird making a Miraculous prompt after so long, but here I am.

What if Gabriel had a different set of Miraculous at the beginning, with the Peacock being the working one? What if instead of using Sentimonsters to attack the city, Gabriel created False Miraculous using the Peacock and gave them to people he could easily manipulate to turn them into ‘heroes’ so he could draw out other Miraculous wielders? What if this is set in the Lady Fairy AU, where Marinette had the Butterfly Miraculous?

So, this is a type of inverse prompt based on my False Miraculous idea (go to comments on prompt 7 for a refresher) and how I’ve been reading a lot of Rising of the Shield Hero (I highly recommend the manga over the anime). However, instead of a scenario where the Miracle Box winds up in the wrong hands while Marinette wields the Butterfly Miraculous, Gabriel just uses the Peacock to create pawn heroes meant to collect real Miraculous for him as a type of ‘heroic mission to save the world’. He specifically targets people on the more delusional, self-centered, dumb, or gullible side of the spectrum since they’re far less difficult to manipulate. Though, the trade-off for that is that they’re usually incompetent.

These 'heroes' would use their powers around Paris, some trying to do good but keep messing up, some creating their own poor situations to fix, such as Chloe with the train crash, or they may aim to use their heroics to get money. Seeing all these people with what may be Miraculous, Master Fu sends out actual Miraculous to try and control the situation through his choices. Much to Gabriel's joy, as he has a secret psychological corruption effect in each false Miraculous to make their wielders want to attack true Miraculous wielders, seeing them as villains.

As this happens, Marinette is gifted the Butterfly Miraculous and uses her powers to create Champions to help where she can. Unfortunately, the battle between the heroes makes it difficult for her to understand which side to help, as some are good people being manipulated by their fake Miraculous.

Basically, a Miraculous war prompt with Marinette acting as a third party that both sides are trying to get on their side.

If you need ideas for the original Miraculous to use for the fakes, chapter 46 has a list for you.

Chapter 50: One Villain, Two Fake Heroes, Two Real Heroes, One Without a Mask

Chapter Text

A prompt based on Zoe-oneesama's Scarlet Lady au and my Empress Viola, Volpina, and a Girl Named Lila prompt.

Instead of Hawkmoth having both the Butterfly Miraculous and Peacock, Lila is the one who wields the Butterfly Miraculous and uses it in conjunction with the Fox Miraculous to become a famous hero by making villains with the Butterfly as the mysterious Empress Viola and defeating them as the Fox heroine Volpina. She would repeat this process with every city her family moved to, and it worked great until her family moved to Paris.

Upon arriving in Paris, Master Fu senses her malicious aura and her Miraculous. Fearing the worst, he sends out the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous like in canon. Unfortunately, Chloe steals the Ladybug from Marinette before she can discover them.

Que the first Akuma. Lila was expecting another easy time playing hero and becoming more famous. However, her plans are thrown for a loop when she meets two new Miraculous users for the first time since she found hers.

Now she has to figure out how to get rid of the rookies so she can keep monopolizing the attention of being the only hero hunting down the mysterious Empress Viola. Unfortunately, Paris immediately falls in love with Scarlet Lady due to her Miraculous Ladybug power fixing the city. So, any form of a smear campaign won't help against her. Luckily for Cat Noir, though. Scarlet Lady's arrogant personality causes Lila to focus mostly on putting her down instead of him out of anger and spite.

Cat Noir now has to babysit Scarlet Lady against Empress Viola, with another fake hero secretly plotting his and Scarlet Lady's downfall and berating him for getting in her way since she's the more experienced 'hero' of the three. In the meantime, he, Marinette, and Master Fu try to figure out who Empress Viola, Scarlet Lady, and Volpina are since Master Fu is wary of the fox heroine but unsure how to deal with her.

To add another loop in Lila's plans, you can make it so a different Miraculous puts Emiliee in her comatose state, and the Peacock is fine. So, she could arrive in Paris and begin her latest hero campaign as Gabriel uses the Peacock to start his own villainous campaign to gain the Miraculous and save his wife. Now she doesn't have the luxury of faking or manipulating some of the battles in her favor since there's another villain capable of creating villains. It would also cause Cat Noir, Marinette, and Master Fu to have four people to worry about since they think Volpina and Empress Viola are two different people at the start.

An interesting idea you could do when this story is nearing the climax or to prolong the story into a new arc is to have Gabriel, Lila, and Chloe join forces after Volpina and Scarlet Lady are exposed as the fakes they are. Now, Paon (Peacock Gabriel), Empress Viola, and Chloe, with the newly repaired broken Miraculous in Gabriel's custody, work together to try and bring down the real heroes and take their Miraculous to fix their lives.

Chapter 51: Making of the 'Ideal Hero'

Chapter Text

I got this idea from Kamen Rider Geats.

We all know the Kwami want to have heroic wielders. However, what if one Kwami took it to the extreme?

A Kwami, unaffiliated with the Miracle Box, shows up in Paris to help with the Hawkmoth problem by choosing a young teen to become a hero capable of defeating him. However, they're willing to do anything to mold their user into their ideal hero, no matter how morally wrong it is.

It can start out small with a few pep talks, teaching strategies, or the basics of different Miraculous to prepare their user and some combat techniques. However, as time goes on, it becomes more clear how far the Kwami is willing to take things in order to create their ideal hero, which is someone who is fully capable of standing on their own and striking fear into any enemy in their path. They're willing to cause their user pain in some way, refuse the idea of their user working with a team, and are even willing to put the user's allies and loved ones in danger to help mold them into the ideal hero.

Eventually, people would realize what the Kwami is doing and try to help the user. After the user is saved from the Kwami, they could get a new Miraculous with a kinder Kwami, and the extremist Kwami joins Hawkmoth out of anger. It could end where the Kwami's Miraculous is destroyed, and they return to the Kwami plane.

Of course, it can also end with the user wanting to quit anything Miraculous altogether after that experience.

Chapter 52: Accidental Guardian Marinette

Chapter Text

I got this idea while working on a chapter for my Miraculous Ladybug rewrite story, Miraculous Descendent.

Basically, the Miracle Box has been passed down from generation to generation in Marinette's family until her mother gives it to her for her birthday. However, the recent generations of the family don't know about the Miracle Box's jewelry being magical, and the Kwami are sealed inside of their Miraculous until they're worn.

When Marinette gets the Miracle Box, she begins wearing the jewelry inside it but doesn't see the Kwami inside them since they hide from her. However, either through her clumsiness, another person's misconceptions (for example; Alya trying to give Marinette the Fox Miraculous back when it slips off her neck after Alya saves/helps her, but she doesn't hear Alya, and she assumes Marinette gives it to her after she passed Marinette's secret superhero test after she puts it on and meets Trixx), or just bad luck, she ends up losing the different pieces and someone else find them.

Everyone who gets a Miraculous while knowing it belonged to Marinette assumes she's some kind of secret superhero recruiter and the Kwami can try to keep it that way out of some form of worry for Master Fu's descendants being in danger if the truth is revealed. They can probably come to her for advice in a roundabout way while not mentioning their secret identities, and Marinette inadvertently gives them the advice they need.

It could all come together when the Miraculous Grimoire is discovered in Gabriel's safe, and Adrien takes it to Marinette, causing everything to be unraveled. Now, Marinette knows about the Miraculous and her friends being heroes. By then, instead of being Ladybug, she could take a back seat to try and figure out how to read the Grimoire by going through her family's old items for a translator. Of course, you could still make her Ladybug if you want.

This is just a fun prompt where the main character is locked out of the loop about canon events despite them being a catalyst for it since they're the person who inadvertently created the heroes fighting against Hawkmoth.

Chapter 53: Inu and Neko Swap

Chapter Text

A Miraculous Ladybug Kuro Neko swap au based around the traitor Adrien/Cat Noir idea. May have an ooc, Felix. I haven't watched season five much and don't know how he treats the Kwami.

Basically, Felix finds the Black Cat ring, possibly the wind blowing it away before Ladybug can find it, and discovers that Adrien is Cat Noir via Plagg accidentally mistaking him for Adrien and saying his name.

Hearing this gives him an idea of how to get Gabriel to hand over the Graham de Vanily rings. He heads back to the mansion to meet with his dear uncle. However, instead of giving Gabriel the ring right away, Felix makes a deal with his uncle that he'll act as a spy and help Gabriel claim the Ladybug Miraculous in exchange for the rings.

Que the next few Akumas. While pretending to be Cat Noir after forcing Plagg to reveal about transforming, Felix starts to make purposeful mistakes to mess with Ladybug and the other Miraculous users. He may even flirt with other Miraculous users to mess with them and the team dynamics.

From the sidelines, Adrien watches the way the new Cat Noir acts and how much it seems the team is getting annoyed with him. Seeing this could play on his insecurities at the time of not being needed for a while. However, maybe seeing his behavior from an outside perspective while it's being amplified to a worse degree is what he needs to grow as a hero. It leads him down the line of thinking, "Was I that bad?"

Fast forward to the season four finale, where Ladybug gives the Dog Miraculous to Adrien. This time, she doesn't mess up and gives the real Adrien the Dog Miraculous. When Adrien first gets the Miraculous, his persona is similar to Cat Walker. Ladybug can think it's because of his failure with the Snake last time or ask if he's okay, and Adrien explains that he doesn't want to be a burden to the team like Cat Noir. This causes Ladybug to possibly defend her partner and inadvertently reveal she cares about him still to the real Cat Noir while also trying to get Adrien to loosen up and not force himself.

Hearing this helps Adrien a lot. But he still doesn't want to be a burden to the team and starts learning how to develop a middle ground to his Cat Noir and Dog Hero persona during season five's events.

Speaking of season five, since Felix doesn't have the Dog, Gabriel doesn't get his hands on the other Miraculous. Taking away that plot. However, instead of that. Maybe you can have season four be the season where Ladybug lets the other users keep their Miraculous. So instead of the canon plot, the plot changes to 'Cat Noir' revealing his true colors and stealing the Miraculous one by one during Akuma attacks or by following the users while Adrien tries to discover a middle ground and figure out who he is.

Chapter 54: Miraculous Guard

Chapter Text

What if the Miracle Box came with another function or item to help protect it? What if that is a set of armor that has the power to use some of the power of each Miraculous?

Basically, in this prompt, Master Fu doesn't just send the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous out. He also activates a set of armor that the Guardians developed to protect the Miraculous and their wielder. This armor has absorbed magic from each Miraculous to use their powers, likely to a lesser degree, at least once per transformation.

So, now. Not only do we have Ladybug and Cat Noir, but someone meant to protect them and the Miraculous using the power of other Miraculous. For possible limits to this armor, you can prevent it from using the Ladybug and Black Cat. You could take it a step further by making it so the armor can only use Zodiac powers.

For who wields the armor, you could make an oc that's the assistant and Guardian-in-training to Master Fu. Maybe have Kagami or Luka appear early or bring Fei into the plot somehow. You could even make it so the armor is sentient and is just trying to learn about the modern world. Of course, it could also act like a Kwami for whoever wears it since it absorbed the magic energy of the Miraculous to gain its powers.

Chapter 55: Miraculousless Hero

Chapter Text

Here's another au prompt for Miraculous. This one is similar to my Hero Before the Miraculous prompt but different.

In this au, Marinette doesn't get a Miraculous for whatever reason you choose, Lila or Chloe stealing it, accidentally losing it, or Master Fu just going with someone else. However, she does have a secret she's been keeping from everyone. It's that she has powers.

Marinette hated her powers and just wanted to have an ordinary life. However, that idea seems to end not because she gets a Miraculous, but because her new classmate, Alya, learns about Marinette's powers when the girl uses them to save Alya. Unlike what Marinette expected, Alya is excited at the prospect of her new friend having powers and convinces Marinette to become a hero like the Miraculous wielders with them.

So now, Paris not only has Team Miraculous trying to protect them. They also have a person with powers trying to help to throw a wildcard in the mix. Someone that Gabriel specifically wants to Akumatize to make the strongest Akuma possible, and someone who catches Master Fu's interest.

A bonus thing you can do is give Lila powers as well. Specifically mental-based ones that give a reason for her lies being so easily believed.

Another fun idea is that you can mix this with the Scarlet Lady and Rival aus by having Alya primarily dedicate her blog to her best friend Marinette instead of Scarlet Lady, causing Chloe to get jealous and try to one-up Marinette's hero persona. That can open the way for a redemption story for Chloe if you want.

Chapter 56: Multimouse Powerhouse

Chapter Text

Another “Marinette Secretly Has Powers” au, like Miraculousless Hero. However, this au has her wield a different Miraculous in tandem with her powers. This one can be considered a crack au.

For this au, Master Fu passes out another/more Miraculous to help the Ladybug and Black Cat and chooses Marinette for the Mouse Miraculous. However, he might not know that Marinette has another secret she’s keeping. Specifically, her dangerous powers.

In this au, I imagined Marinette having the powers of Marvel’s Boom Boom, where she can create explosive orbs of energy/plasma. Combining that with the Mouse Miraculous’ duplication ability, you have a tiny army, with each being able to make highly explosive orbs to throw or drop on the Akumas.

A funny concept I had was the army making paper airplanes and flying above Akumas before dropping the orbs airstrike bombing-style.

I thought it would be a fun au to open the path for more chaos. Alternate universes where Miraculous wielders already have powers are interesting to explore.

Chapter 57: The Evil Dragon's Journey

Chapter Text

What if the Tsurugi family had the Dragon Miraculous before the series started? What if Tomoe is still allied with Gabriel and began training someone to help him claim the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous.

Basically, in this prompt, Kagami debuts not (only) as a love rival to Marinette for Adrien's affection. Instead, she debuts as some extra muscle for Gabriel because of the deal he made with Tomoe.

She's taught by her mother that she needs to listen and obey the man. However, she wishes to break free from the control but is too afraid to go against them herself. Encounters with Team Miraculous might help change that, though. If Ladybug, Cat Noir, and any of the other heroes try to talk her down or call her out on being willing to hurt others, it'll help her consider becoming more independent. That's not including the friends she makes as a civilian or if Longg can somehow try to talk her out of things. Maybe have Kagami eventually undo any limitations Tomoe gave the Dragon Kwami.

And since Hawkmoth has some help now, Master Fu might want to place other Miraculous in play. So, you'll get the chance to use more Miraculous. Also, it gives Team Miraculous someone to go after to learn about Hawkmoth's identity. While Kagami herself might not depending on what Gabriel and Tomoe want. Kagami would incriminate Tomoe, who would then lead Team Miraculous to Hawkmoth.

Chapter 58: Extraterrestrial Help

Chapter Text

A Ben 10 x Miraculous Ladybug prompt

What if the Omnitrix landed in Paris and was found by someone other than Ben? What if that person used it to become a hero to oppose Hawkmoth?

So, yeah. This is a prompt where someone else other than Ben (if you want) finds the Omnitrix and it attaches to them. It can be because that person is the alternate version of Ben in that universe, or because the crash damaged the DNA recognition to let another human use it.

Anyway, the new wielder decides to use it to help stop Hawkmoth. You can go down a few paths with this concept.

  1. You can have him pretend to be different alien heroes similar to an old prompt of mine where someone uses different Miraculous to pretend to be various heroes.
  2. You could have the person create a human hero persona for people to see if they time out.
  3. They move from the shadows and don’t directly battle and Team Miraculous and Hawkmoth have to investigate it.
  4. They go down the path of becoming a celebrity hero like Ben 23 and can be compared to Chloe and Lila.

You can do a lot with this type of story. You can either make the Omnitrix wielder a teammate of Team Miraculous or have him act as a rival hero. You can enhance the Miraculous with the Charms of Bezel. And you can debut Vilgax at the end of Heroes Day and have him kidnap Gabriel to use the Butterfly Miraculous after taking an interest in them.

I think it would be cool if you had Lila and Chloe teaming up with your version of Kevin or have one of the two using one of the Charms of Bezel to become their own Lucky Girl persona.

Chapter 59: Tale of Two Sisters

Chapter Text

I really liked the concept of villains Marinette and Adrien and wanted to try an alternate take on the idea for a prompt in which both Marinettes are in the same universe.

What if Marinette had a sister? What if said sister became bitter at how Chloe treated them and how none of the adults were willing to help them? What if Hawkmoth felt this and thought she'd be useful? And what if Adrien didn't immediately start using his powers for good as a hero and became a wild card?

For this prompt, Marinette and Emonette (possibly named Bridgette) are sisters who are opposites in their outlooks. Marinette is bright while Emonette is sour.

When Hawkmoth starts his crusade to find the Miraculous, he's also looking for someone to use as a pawn to wield the Peacock Miraculous or a different Miraculous he might have. He sees Emonette's bitterness and thinks she might be a perfect choice. Meanwhile, Marinette is chosen by Master Fu to wield the Ladybug Miraculous. And the two sisters have no idea the other is their enemy.

You could make it where Emonette still cares about Marinette and is one of the few people she cares about and can get through to Emonette. So, Emonette could give hints of her identity by suddenly swooping in to save Marinette when she's in trouble. Add that with her growing weaker every time she uses the Peacock Miraculous, and Marinette might figure out her identity.

As for Adrien, I thought it would be interesting if his selfishness was on better display for this AU. He doesn't want to be a hero and mainly wants to be free to have fun. He'll help out Ladybug one moment before committing a crime the next with his newfound freedom. Because of this, Hawkmoth and Master Fu try to persuade him to join their side through the two girls. So, he can wind up as either the hero Cat Noir or the villain Claw Noir.

Chapter 60: A Problematic Queen's Guard

Chapter Text

Here's another Miraculous Ladybug au. This one could be considered a Scarlet Lady version of my Accidental Guardian Marinette prompt.

What if Master Fu lost the Miracle Box and most of the Miraculous while trying to escape the temple? What if Andre ends up buying it as one of his many gifts to Chloe while thinking it is a rare jewelry box? What if Chloe realizes what the Miracle Box is and decides to use it to become exceptional?

In this prompt, Chloe has the Miracle Box and uses the different Miraculous inside to try to become exceptional by making and leading a superhero team. She finds out from the Kwami that the Ladybug Miraculous is considered one of the two strongest and decides she wants that to be hers while letting Sabrina pick another Miraculous.

Chloe can start her campaign before Hawkmoth's campaign to claim the Miraculous and it's her actions that cause him to realize the Miraculous are in Paris. You could have Chloe be willing to keep her identity a secret by Sabrina suggesting she hold off on the reveal so her mother is the first to know. So, he doesn't have an easy way to get to them.

As Scarlet Lady, Chloe is about the same as in the comic. The main difference here is that Chloe has access to all the Miraculous and can grant them to people who she can use to fight Akumas for her while she enjoys the limelight, arguing that she should be kept safe since she's the only one who can fix any damage done by Hawkmoth.

The people she chooses are those she knows she can manipulate or bully into listening to her, for example, Kim or Mylene. You could possibly make it where this causes them to be more incompetent than in canon.

As for Master Fu and our main characters. You could have Master Fu manage to save a couple of Miraculous. He would then give them out after realizing the Miracle Box and Butterfly Miraculous. He might give one to Adrien and Adrien can get a second one from Chloe later.

Or you could give Marinette the Black Cat Miraculous and make her the one to pick up the slack from the other wielders while Adrien gets a Miraculous from Chloe. As time goes by, she might be able to talk the members into following her instead of Scarlet Lady.

That's if you don't want to make this a Chloe redemption story. I think there's a good chance for it to be an interesting one.

Chapter 61: Sower of Discord Within the Miracle

Chapter Text

An alternate universe I made to better use the idea of Lila turning everyone against Marinette and the heroes in general.

What if Master Fu passed more Miraculous besides the Ladybug and Black Cat out from the get-go? What if Hawkmoth needs someone to help him deal with the team since his Akumas can't handle all of them?

Basically, Hawkmoth is having a much more difficult time trying to get the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous because Master Fu is passing out more Miraculous at the beginning. The other holders are told how important it is to keep the wielders of the Ladybug and Black Cat safe against Hawkmoth by their Kwami and try to carry out that task.

Eventually, Hawkmoth realizes he needs some kind of outside help if he wants to even get close to stealing the Miraculous. Que Lila. When she comes in with a grudge against Ladybug, Hawkmoth sees his chance.

You can have him risk using the Peacock Miraculous to create a Sentimonster that replicates the abilities of a Kwami to make a fake Miraculous for Lila to wield. Maybe he makes a fake Ladybug Miraculous or it can be a completely different animal and concept.

Anyway, Lila's job is to sow discord among the Miraculous users to turn them against each other, learn their identities, and steal their Miraculous. Maybe she and Hawkmoth can even get Chloe in on it by giving her a stolen or fake Miraculous like the one Lila wields.

Chapter 62: The Stories and Jewelry of Heroes

Chapter Text

So, a friend of mine recommended a cool mini-series cartoon to me called 'Hero Inside' and I really enjoyed it. Because of the animation, I couldn't help but compare it to Miraculous Ladybug and decided to make a prompt of it.

What if there were more items than just the Miraculous that could cause chaos in Paris? What if Paris was suddenly filled with various comic books capable of summoning the heroes they're about?

This concept is similar to my Ben 10 x Miraculous prompt where someone other than Team Miraculous has a way to be heroes. Here, that person finds and accidentally discovers the power of a hero book and starts trying to collect them and use them to be a hero like Ladybug and Cat Noir.

The person collecting the books could want to be Ladybug and Cat Noir's teammate or maybe they want to try a solo gig and be seen as a rival to the two.

Adding the books adds a lot of possibilities to spice up the Hawkmoth situation, too. People like Mr. Damocles could find one of the hero books and try to use it for their own hero career (there's an owl hero in Hero Inside). The destruction caused by the hero books might not be able to be fixed with Miraculous Ladybug (specifically if there's no Akuma). Or the heroes and Hawkmoth collect the hero books themselves.

Speaking of Hawkmoth, he might use the power of the hero books to boost his Akumas similar to what he did with the Miraculous. And/or he can turn the heroes inside the hero books into extra powerful Akumas.

There's also the chance for more third-party villain groups.

Chapter 63: Emobat's Revenge

Chapter Text

So, since I've never seen a story or prompt related to Emonette and Maribat. I thought I'd make one. This one is a bit more on the angst side, though, since I'm trying to adapt Emonette's story to Maribat.

What if Marinette's bio-dad was Bruce Wayne, but she was shipped off to Paris after he felt Gotham was getting too dangerous for her? What if Marinette was forced to watch as her father built a new family from afar and became bitter? What if she decided she wanted to get revenge?

Basically, Marinette grew up in Gotham, watching her father and adoptive brother(s) and sister fight crime while Bruce didn't allow her to. Eventually, Bruce shipped her off to Paris, where he felt she'd be safe. However, in his laser focus on justice, he forgets about her and doesn't consider how she feels as he grows his crime-fighting family.

So, Marinette has to watch as Gotham gains more vigilantes and her father replaces her with new kids. Maybe she especially hates the new Batgirls.

This revelation causes her to grow up bitter and wish to be able to do something about it. Enter the Miraculous and Hawkmoth.

Now, there are a couple of ways you can do this.

  1. You can have Emonette make a deal with The Supreme and use the power to go after the Batfam along with hunting the Butterfly Miraculous.
  2. Emonette becomes Ladybug and does plan to stop Hawkmoth. However, she's after more than that. Maybe she wants to figure out how to use their power to end crime in Gotham or do something to undermine her father's efforts as revenge.
  3. Emonette doesn't get a Miraculous but uses the training she secretly watched her father and adoptive brothers do to become a hero without a Miraculous. She then trains the Miraculous wielders on how to fight since she knows her father hates magic and superpowered individuals. Maybe she's after a Miraculous like the Butterfly to use it to create superpowered individuals that can clean Gotham's streets to undermine her father's efforts.

Either way, her plans could be revealed when Damien somehow discovers that Bruce has a daughter and goes to Paris to 'kill the usurper' to prevent her from 'stealing his destiny'.

Chapter 64: Feathers of Terror

Chapter Text

What if Adrien and Felix spent more time together and they knew they were Sentimonsters? What if they got their hands on the Miraculous when the adults thought they were lost and secretly hid them?

Basically, what if Adrien and Felix start using the Butterfly and Peacock Miraculous instead of Gabriel and want the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous to make a wish to turn them into real people?

I was going over villain Adrien scenarios and ended up connecting it with Felix. I think it would be interesting if the two became the villains at the start so they could be turned into humans. And, in Adrien's case, also heal his mother.

What I was thinking for the scenario is this. Felix learns early that he and Adrien are Sentimonsters and manages to convince Adrien about it. The two then steal the Miraculous in some confusion and hide them to use later. Adrien would take the Butterfly Miraculous while Felix would take the Peacock. They would also learn about the other Miraculous and The Wish from their Kwami. The two then wait for the other Miraculous to be sensed so they can collect them.

When Adrien/Nooroo senses them in Paris, he starts trying to draw them out in the same way as his father. However, he might be more reluctant than Gabriel was. As he sees the chaos he causes, he worries about if this is all worth it.

Maybe he even talks to Ladybug and other heroes and it causes those doubts to grow. Since he's not as experienced as Gabriel, he might feel the need to help his Akuma fight using his sword and fencing training, leaving more chances for these conversations.

Then, when Felix shows up (maybe early during Hero's Day to save his cousin), those doubts grow as he sees how far Felix is willing to go.

Felix himself might be able to use the Peacock Miraculous without feeling the same side effects as Nathalie since he is a Sentimonster, letting him use it more often.

Chapter 65: Monarch's Knights

Chapter Text

What if Fu only managed to hold onto the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous? What if Gabriel and Emilie found the Miracle Box instead of only the Butterfly and Peacock while in Tibet?

Basically, it's an AU where Hawkmoth starts off with almost all the Miraculous at the start of his campaign instead of stealing the Miraculous later. Instead of using the Alliance Rings like in canon, he has to actively give the Akuma the Miraculous to strengthen them, risking losing it to the heroes when he does.

There are a few interesting ways you can use this concept.

Let Master Fu keep the Turtle Miraculous, and he will play a bigger role in Akuma battles and training the Ladybug and Black Cat wielders.

Have Gabriel give Miraculous to Nathalie and maybe Adrien to help his Akumas fight.

Gabriel searches for useful pawns (Lila and Chloe) to give his Miraculous to. Since Miraculous can't be destroyed by normal means, Gabriel can akumatize them and create almost unstoppable Akumas.

Maybe you could even mix this idea with my The Evil Dragon's Journey prompt by having Gabriel give the Dragon Miraculous to Tomoe due to their deal and she brings Kagami to Paris to help him.

Chapter 66: The Science Hero

Chapter Text

So, I've talked about this and suggested it a couple of times on Tumblr. But I don't think I ever actually made an official prompt about this.

What if Max secretly researched the Miraculous and even managed to collect some of the magic of the Miraculous? What if he used that to build Markov?

This is basically an expansion on Max's character where we can see him use his genius to study the Miraculous and help the heroes by making devices related to his research on the Miraculous.

He might even use his research to make Markov based on the magic and accidentally create an artificial Kwami. Maybe letting him turn into an Iron Man-like superhero.

Chapter 67: The Trecherous Caterpillar

Chapter Text

What if Gabriel had Adrien join him in his quest to save Emilie and claim the Miraculous? What if this was a mistake because Adrien couldn't go along with all the destruction his father would cause?

Basically, a villain Adrien AU where Adrien isn't actually on his father's side. Instead, the boy is trying to figure out how he can stop Gabriel. However, Gabriel isn't making it easy for him.

The man keeps him on a need-to-know basis, and Emilie's condition keeps Adrien from doing anything reckless. Adrien doesn't even know where Emilie is, and his father shows him photos. So, Adrien is a bit stuck and is relying on getting the Miraculous wielders to trust him.

As for what he does, Gabriel may have used the Peacock Miraculous to make him something to help fight against the Miraculous users and Adrien uses that as an opportunity to try to talk to them. However, he has to do it out of the Akuma's sight since his father might catch on to what he's doing.

When he finds the Miraculous Grimoire, he might make a copy and secretly send it to the heroes. And he might finally reveal his true colors to his father during Heroes Day.

Another thing you could do is have Gabriel use Lila to keep an eye on Adrien both as a civilian and as his helper by recruiting her and giving her powers.

Chapter 68: Feud of the Miracle Boxes

Chapter Text

What if the mage who made the Miraculous also crafted the two Miracle Boxes? What if he passed down the boxes to his students/children and it ignited a feud? What if Lila and Marinette are the latest additions to that feud?

Basically, after creating the Miraculous and Miracle Boxes, the mage gave them to his children/students to protect. However, the mage chose to give the Miracle Box with the two most important Miraculous (Ladybug and Black Cat) to the more responsible one, worried what the other might do with that power.

This decision and clear favoritism anger the inheritor of the other box. Driven by envy and a lust for the power that comes with the two Miraculous, the second inheritor used their Miracle Box to try to steal the Chinese one. However, the first inheritor prevents this and escapes, causing the second heir and their allies to begin hunting them.

This hunt has lasted for generations. The second heir's successors do their best to accomplish the person's goal. Eventually, this leads to a battle between the two newest inheritors, Marinette and Lila.

Lila moves to Paris early and manages to sense Marinette's Miracle Box in Paris. This causes her to break into her Miracle Box for a Miraculous to cause a commotion that will force Marinette into action (possibly unknowingly). Maybe her predecessors managed to gain the Butterfly Miraculous and she either uses it or has someone use it for her. Or she could have a completely different Miraculous.

Maybe Lila uses people like Chloe and Gabriel as pawns to do her dirty work for her. Meanwhile, Marinette might not have found out about her new destiny until Lila makes a move, causing her to have to adapt quickly to her new job.

To add something else. Maybe both Marinette and Lila have the natural ability to use magic. So, they can use powers other than the Miraculous to fight.

Chapter 69: Demon Trinkets

Chapter Text

It's been a while since I posted a prompt, and I got this idea due to Miraculous Descendant. This is an alternate take on my Artificial Miraculous idea and the concept of giving Akumas Miraculous abilities.

Instead of Hawkmoth using the Peacock Miraculous to make false Miraculous to confuse the heroes or using stolen Miraculous to enhance his akumas, he makes Miraculous-like jewelry that enhances his akumas by letting them use the powers of other akumas.

Basically, Hawkmoth creates a Miraculous-like piece of jewelry based on one of his old akumas, like Stoneheart. The amokitized item creates a Kwami-like Sentimonster that looks similar to whatever akuma it's based on, that can enter the amokitized object.

Perhaps, the wielder needs their own transformation phrase, like "Stoneheart, crush.", to activate it and give a slight limit since akumas who are unable to speak can't use them.

Anyway, the akuma Hawkmoth gives this fake Miraculous to can use it to upgrade themselves by letting them replicate that akuma's powers. So, Anansi with Stoneheart's Miraculous can use it to give herself Stoneheart's powers.

I thought it would make for an interesting upgrade since it's similar to the alliance rings, but needs someone to bring the fake Miraculous to the akuma. Plus, combining akuma abilities is always fun.

Chapter 70: Heroic Treats

Chapter Text

I got this idea from Kamen Rider Gavv for an alternate take on Marinette having Hawkmoth's power. What if the Ladybug Miraculous granted Marinette an ability based on her baking abilities and her wish to have more help to deal with Hawkmoth at the start?

Basically, my idea is that instead of Lucky Charm (or possibly with it and Miraculous Ladybug), Marinette gets a power similar to the food made with Miraculous Potions but aimed toward turning others into heroes to help her and Cat Noir.

The power manifests by letting Ladybug use the Miraculous magic to create sweets she can then give to a person to turn them into a hero.

I had this idea for a little while. But I had trouble coming up with a weakness for it that I was happy with.

  1. The transformation is under a five-minute timer.
  2. Waiting for the magic to 'digest'
  3. After eating the treat, the magic in it leaves their body and fuses with an object on the eater's person.

These are a few ideas I came up with.

Chapter 71: Taking Care of a Brat (and Some Kids)

Chapter Text

It's time for more Miraculous AU crossover prompts. This time it's Minnie Miraculous by @goatlilly mixed with @zoe-oneesama's Scarlet Lady AU.

What if Master Fu decided that only sending out the Ladybug and Black Cat to fight Hawkmoth was a bad idea and passed out more? What if, despite this arguably better plan, things still take a horrible turn?

Basically, Master Fu passes out a lot more Miraculous at the start of the series when he senses Hawkmoth. However, most of his picks have their Miraculous intercepted.

  • Marinette loses the Ladybug Miraculous to Chloe.
  • Nino was walking with his family when he ran into Master Fu, and his little brother grabbed the box before he saw it.
  • Alya faced the same problem with one of her little twin sisters snagging the Fox Miraculous.
  • The last pick (possibly Aurora or Mireille) lost their Miraculous to Manon when they went down to the TV station for the weather girl contest.

Only Adrien was fortunate enough to keep his Miraculous, leaving him to deal with a lazy heroine his age and three small children with superpowers... not the hero life he was expecting. It doesn't help that Alya's other little sister gets a Miraculous soon after, when Master Fu passed the Bee to Alya in an attempt to fix the situation.

To replace the Black Cat. You could give Chris the Goat Miraculous, and he and Manon (if she has the Ladybug) argue about whose power is better. Or, if Chris has the Black Cat, give the Monkey or Snake to Adrien.

For Manon, if she doesn't have the Ladybug, maybe give her the Dragon.

As for the Marinette situation. You can have it where Master Fu takes one last risk to give her Wayzz. Or you can hold off and just make her the hyper competent sidekick of the heroes that often has to step in like she did in Scarlet Lady.

Chapter 72: Elemental Affinity of the Jewels

Chapter Text

A Miraculous Ladybug x Ninjago prompt.

I got this idea based on how the Miraculous can create new powers.

What if normal people couldn't produce new powers with the Miraculous? What if what's inside the book is research to help with that disadvantage?

Basically, what if the elements and elemental masters of Ninjago were in Miraculous, and they were linked to the Miraculous through an affinity? This affinity lets the Miraculous grow and create new powers based on that element and what the Miraculous does.

For example

Ladybug + Earth = The ability to make things (living and non-living) out of the terrain.

Fox + Mind = Creating a realistic illusion of someone important to them that the user doesn't know about.

Turtle + Size = The ability to manipulate the size of an already created shield.
