3rd of March. Shadowsan always hated this date. The day he betrayed his brother and choose the wrong path. His own birthday.
“Happy Birthday Shadowsan!” cried Zack as he walked through the door a tired looking Carmen following behind. Ivy Held the cake covered with candles. Chocolate Ivy’s favourite.
“Happy birthday to you happy birthday to you happy birthday dear Shadowsan happy to you!” They all sang Zack especially loud and slightly out of key.
Shadowsan blew the candles out and unwrapped Carmen’s present and smiled at the artwork she and got him. Ivy had got him a black jumper which he tried on and Zack got him a book about a Ninja “I got you your own ninja book sensei.So you can teach me More ninja skills” the phone rang “Zack let’s get breakfast ready Ivy can u answer the phone let’s give shadowsan a bit of peace huh?” Carm said leaving Shadowsan alone.
Flashbacks came of this exact day so many years ago. The look on Hideo’s face as he picked up the other sword with trembling hands. V.I.L.E or his brother the choice was in shadowsan’s hands. Knowing he would never get the other sword he ran past his brother leaving his only family behind choosing the path of Evil. He thought that was it he was going to be with V.I.L.E forever until he rescued the baby from the burning house of Dexter wolf his former teacher. She grew up to be an unruly prankster but if black sheep wasn’t he wouldn’t be here right now with her and her friends in an old warehouse in San Diego. He Remembers leaving Hideo again in Venice but at least this time he knew that maybe they would see each other again and he is free from the evil of V.I.L.E.
Shadowsan got dressed into the jumper that Ivy had got him and went down stairs where a stack of hot pancakes with golden syrup was waiting for him. He opened the ninja book and began to read. “Hmm half of this is wrong” he thought to himself.
Ivy and Carmen came in smirking. Zack seemed to want more syrup on his pancakes so much they where slightly drowning in them “want some pancake in your syrup Bro? You do know that’s the good stuff that player got shadowsan take it easy.” Ivy said giving him a glare
“Yeah yeah ok.” He said but Ivy knew he wasn’t listening
She rolled her eyes and looked at Carm. She nodded and the door bell rang.”Can you get the door.”
She said glancing at shadowsan.
He sighed and went to open it.
“Happy birthday Suhara” His brother said opening his arms
