Chapter Text
Phoenix sighed, he wasn't really a writer nor was he the type of person to write his feelings down but he felt like this was his only option. He couldn't just tell the man how he was feeling in fear of either getting hated or avoided, but then again he didn't actually know how he felt just quite yet. "Sage i dont think this is going to work.." the firebird didnt want to doubt their healer's help but poetry?
"Phoenix, your normal way of venting is talking to your friends. He is still your friend at the end of the day but this task is so you can understand your situation yourself. If one day you tell him it should be when you know for sure and are ready." she said as she finished patching up Phoenix.
"Thanks Sage.. that actually makes more sense then what i was going to do." he chuckled awkwardly.
"Bottling up isn't good, plus this way it gets out without needing to tell someone or atleast directly"
"Thanks again Sage!" the brit quickly got up and was out the door, leaving Sage behind in the small medbay alone.
Phoenix got comfortable on the couch that sat in the living room with his phone, opening his notes app. His new poetry journal, his personal sanctuary of his mind and soul. And so the start of his inner writer's arc has begun.
