Right after coming back from visiting his family, Homare was greeted by Hisoka...
...Proposing to him?
"Alice... Let's get married," Hisoka muttered as he clung to Homare's arm. Homare's face was full of pure confusion. Because, well, wasn't it just too out of character?
"Hi- Hisoka-kun? What's this all of a sudden?" he tried asking, and he could hear a sigh from Tasuku, who was in the room along with the rest of Winter Troupe. From all of the members being there, Homare came to the conclusion that this was a problem that had somehow managed to affect all of them.
"...If we get married, you can never leave me again... Alone, with no marshmallows... Marriage is the only option, Alice..."
"Hisoka-kun, before marriage there should be at least a year of dating! And more importantly, before marriage, you should be romantically involved with the other party!" Homare started scolding, gently hitting the top of Hisoka's head with his palm. "At least take me out on a date first!"
"He's been like this since yesterday... He keeps walking around and mumbling about marrying you," Tsumugi spoke up, an awkward smile on his face. Homare raised his brow. "Hm? Did he hit his head or something?"
"Haha.~ The thing is, no one remembered to buy him marshmallows. I'd guess it's withdrawal symptoms," Azuma chuckled. At that, Homare's eyes widened. He immediately cupped Hisoka's face with his hands, pushing him away from his arm with the action.
"Hisoka-kun! You could've just gone to the store yourself! But it's all okay now!" Homare removed his other hand from Hisoka's face and reached for the inside pocket of his coat. From there, he pulled out a new bag of marshmallows. The cheap ones, of course. He always had them on hand, just in case.
"...You should've at least gotten fancier ones... This is a special occasion," Hisoka complained, but he obediently opened his mouth when Homare put a marshmallow against his lips.
"Special occasion?"
"...I just told you. We're getting married."
"Eh? Seriously, did you hit your head? I told you to at least take me out on a date first!"
