1. Hey everyone. I just got back from St. Petersburg, where I took hundreds of photos of Aziraphale and Crowley. There's enough material for a whole big spin-off about their vacation. If you guys are interested, I'll do that series.
2. On this trip, we found out that Crowley is a big fan of k-pop. (We obviously didn't know something about Crowley)
3. Crowley drinks a cocktail called "No stress".

The guys eat "crouton a la moelle" for an appetizer. It's bone marrow on toasted rye bread. And yes, I wanted to order crepes for a photo with Azi, but I realized that we wouldn't be able to eat them :)

The thing is that the Catholic Church adheres to the Gregorian calendar, and the Orthodox Church adheres to the Julian calendar, so in some regions the New Year is widely celebrated on January 14. This holiday is called "Old New Year". There is a tradition of fortune telling on vareniki. Vareniki is a dish similar to dumplings. It is made from dough with different fillings. Usually it is potatoes, mushrooms or cheese. Various surprises are put into the filling: salt, pepper, sugar, coins and etc. Depending on what filling you get, the whole New Year will be like that for you.

If anyone needs a recipe for French apple crepes, here it is:
1.5 cups warm milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
60 g butterMix milk, sugar, salt and eggs with sifted flour. Pour melted butter into the dough and you can bake crepes.
Filling:
4 apples
4 tablespoons sugar
50 g butter
brandy to tasteMelt butter in a frying pan, add peeled and diced apples, pour in sugar and mix. Fry for 5-7 minutes. At the end, add brandy and remove from the stove.
Wrap the filling in crepes.

It was time for another vacation, and the guys and I went on a big trip to Egypt. I am sure that AziCrow visited Egypt during its heyday and saw the construction of the pyramids themselves. The eustoma flower is difficult to grow from seeds and you need to start in January. I have never had a green thumb, and I was not sure about the success of this project.
