It was in the early morning at 1:00 am sharp, Licorice and Clover were cuddling in their bed when Clover whines “Licorice…..” he shakes his Husband who yawns and looks at his precious Omega.

“What is it darling?” He rubs his eyes and moves small strands of his Licorice hair out of the way.

“I’m Hungry…..” he tells Licorice.

“Oh do you want me to get you something from the fr-.” Licorice was quickly cut off.

“Nothing I want is in our pantry or fridge though!!!!” Clover whined and cried.

“Hey! Hey! Hey! It’s okay don’t cry!!!” Licorice was freaking out now and sat up bringing Clover with him, normally Clover wouldn’t act this babyish, so it must’ve been the Mood Swings affecting him “Okay write me down a list of what you want, and I’ll quickly go out any get them for you.” Licorice wiped his tears from Clovers eyes and thought *How long could it possibly be anyways?*

Cheese, Chilli chips, Guacamole, 5 Oreo Chocolate bars, strawberries, Rib Eye Steak, Honey Mustard Pickles, Butter Chicken, and Rice.

“……” Licorice just stared at the list in horror, he expected one or two easy items, not 9 difficult items-

“Is something wrong?” Clover asked and Licorice looked back up at him about to protest but then just saw those sweet eyes, and couldn’t say no.

“No….Not at all, I will be back…” he slowly backed out of the room already dressed and had his coins with him.
As he left the house he banged his head on a tree and sighed “Where in the world am I gonna find any of this?!?” Licorice yelled at himself.

He tried to think of places to go for this then remembered the market deciding to head there to start.

When he got there he started to look at some of the stalls and eventually saw a meat station and went over and bought a rib eye and chicken “One and a half down….” He sighed in relief looking around for some other items but couldn’t see any and groaned “Clovers gonna be so upset….”

“Licorice you okay?” Licorice heard a voice and turned to see Red Velvet there walking Chiffon who was playing with some fireflies.

“Well….” Licorice explained his current situation he was in.

“I see, well that’s pregnancy cravings for you! Hmmm I’m sure there has to be some cheese around here, I’d normally suggest Golden Cheeses kingdom for the job but that’s to far-.”

“Ah yes! The finest cheese would be in all of earthbread!!!!” Licorice exclaimed.

“Yeah but that’s days away it’s not poss-.” Red Velvet tried to warn him.

“I’LL MAKE IT POSSIBLE IN 20 MINUTES!!!!!” Licorice was now more determined than ever to get the cheese from Golden Cheeses kingdom.

As he walks off Red Velvet looks at Chiffon “You think he’s gonna do it?” He asked the Cake Hound pup, who just shrugs and whines “Me too, I mean he is one of the most determined people I’ve ever seen so who knows maybe he’ll somehow make it possible.” Red Velvet hums and walks off.

Meanwhile Licorice was searching through a tower filled with spell books and stuff when someone came down the steps rubbing their eyes. It was Wizard who was also shown to be pregnant but for longer “Hmngh Licorice *Yawn* what are you doing in our house?…..” he said ours because his boyfriend Gingerbrave was coming down right behind him.

“Is it possible to find a spell that can teleport me to the Cheese kingdom?” He asked still reading not missing a single word.

“Why would you need to go to the Cheese kingdom?” Wizard hums.

“Pregnancy Cravings from Clover?” Gingerbrave guessed and Licorice hums.

“Oh….we’ll there is one spell but it would require a sacrifice of blood-.” Wizard was cut off.

“Blood cool give me a second!” Licorice grabbed a knife he hid in his cloak and slit his hand with it.

“WAIT ARE YOU SERIOUSLY SACRIFICING BLOOD JUST TO GET CLOVER SOMETHING FROM THE CHEESE KINGDOM?!?” Wizard yelled at him like he was insane.

“YES I AM!!!!” Licorice yelled back.

“…Your an Simp..” Wizard sighed and grabbed a book from a bookshelf “Here its on page 83…..” he tossed the book to Licorice and began to head back upstairs “Just be careful, and don’t you dare blow this house up.” He shoots a glare and Gingerbrave helps him back upstairs.

Licorice looks through the book and finds the spell and begins to preform it.

A portal in the ground opened and he grabbed his stuff and jumped through it then next thing he knew he was in the desert in Golden Cheeses Kingdom.

He began to walk through the place looking for cheese stalls and came to one buying a block of cheese, he was about to leave when he spotted a stall selling guacamole!!! “Just my luck!!!!” He went over to buy the last tin of it, when he got it in his hands a thief came swooping by and ran “HEY GET BACK HERE!!!!!” Licorice ran after the thief forgetting to pay for the guacamole.

Licorice turned in an alleyway following the thief in hot pursuit “GIVE ME THAT GUACAMOLE!!!!!” He yelled and jumped over a trash can not because it was an obstacle but because he wanted to show off.

He grabbed his scythe and swung it “FACE MY SERVANTS!!!!!” He yelled and Licorice servants came out from the ground and chased the thief too tackling them to the ground.

Licorice smirked and Grabbed the tin “Beat him up servants.” Licorice said before leaving, forgetting to pay for the guacamole at all.

Licorice decided to head to the Dark Cacao kingdom for the Oreo chocolate bars Clover wanted, strolling through the kingdom he bumped into someone and looked up to see Caramel Arrow “What are you doing here….” Caramel Arrow squinted her eyes towards Licorice with a glare.

“I need 5 Oreo Chocolate bars.” Licorice said as plain as day.

“….Well that was straightforward-.” Caramel Arrow looked shocked “Why do you- Oh wait is it Pregnancy cravings?” Caramel Arrow asked and Licorice nodded, the only reason she and everyone else knew Clover was pregnant is because for the first, two months Licorice wouldn’t stop bragging about it, Caramel Arrow sighs “If you head that way you can find a store that sells them.” She gives him directions.

“Ah thank you.” Licorice smiles and gets up.

“Don’t thank me, I’m only giving you directions because it’s for Clover, if it was for you I wouldn’t bat an eye.” She shrugs and Licorice glares right back at her “Now if you’ll excuse me I have early morning work to do….because Affogato messed with the stupid schedule…..”

Licorice grins and laughs “Oh yeah forgot he’s dating Dark Cacao now isn’t he?” Licorice makes the snarky comment. Although many people at first disagreed with Affogato dating Dark Cacao at first because of what he pulled when he was under Dark Enchantress. He too has changed quite a bit since everyone made peace and has actually become quite a kind ruler or people call him a queen now.

People said they’d be fine with it as long as he didn’t get all the power.

“Yeah……” Caramel Arrow rolls her eyes “Anyways see you hopefully never.” Caramel Arrow said as she passed him.

“Feelings Mutual.” Licorice shrugged and began to walk towards the directions Caramel Arrow gave him, until he got lost that is “How?!? Didn’t she say to turn left back there?!?” Licorice groans and hits his head against a wall.

“Licorice?” Licorice opens his eyes and turns to see the Chess Choco Twins (I don’t play Ovenbreak but do plan to do some ovenbreak characters so if I get any terribly wrong please tell me TwT)

“Huh what are you two doing here?” He leans down to them “I mean I know you live here but shouldn’t you two be in bed?” He asked the kids.

Pawn White shook their head “I mean we should but we were bored so decided to take a walk in town!” He laughs and Black Pawn nodded.

“I swear sometimes I think your father should get his parenting skills taken away.” Licorice looked concerned but sighed “But since your here do you think you can take me to the store that seeks Oreo Chocolate bars?” He asked and they looked at each other than back at him and nodded “Follow us!!!!” Pawn White held Pawn Blacks hands before they began to walk a direction as Licorice followed them.

They came to a shop and went in “Ooooooo Black Pawn look, they have Doubor Chocolate IceCream!! I’m getting some!!!!” White Pawn said grabbing a wallet they somehow had.

“Get me some too please.” Black Pawn said quietly, as they were growing a bit tired.

“How or where did you even get that Wallet White Pawn?” Licorice asked.

“Hehhehe we don’t talk about that!” White Pawn giggles and Licorice sighs not going to dig deeper into it.

He looks around and can’t seem to find and Oreo Chocolate bars so he heads up to the front and asks the lady working the cash register “Hello.” He greeted.

“Oh hello sir how may I help you?” She gave him a warm smile.

“Yeah Umm would you happen to have any Oreo chocolate bars in stock, or know where I could get some perhaps?” He asked her.

“Oh I can check if we have any in the back real quick, and if not I know some places close by that are likely to have them.” She told him and he nodded she left to go check the back.

Another person came in but Licorice paid no mind to them.

Until a few minutes later someone tapped his shoulder and he looked over to see a woman with short blond hair and sunglasses even though it was still dark out “Sir are these your kids?” She asked him and pointed to the Chess Choco twins.

“Oh no they’re not mine.” Licorice told her.

She nodded and walked over to them forcefully grabbing their hands and beginning to pull them out “HEY LET US GO!!!” White Pawn screamed.

“Hey what are you doing?!” Licorice pulled the twins away from her.

She turns back looking angry now “Well you said they weren’t yours so they’re here alone, I’m taking them with me to go confront whoever is responsible for the horrible parenting skills.” It was then Licorice realized what she was, the most horrifying and scariest person of all.

….a Karen (Cookie) “There not my kids but they’re my friends and I know them, I saw them wandering the streets so I decided to look after them!!!” Licorice tells her.

“You can’t be friends!! Your a grown man you Pedo!!!!” She pushed him off the kids.

“WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME?!?!” Licorice yelled at her back.

“LICORICE IS NOT A PEDO!!!!” White Pawn yelled at her too “What’s a Pedo?” White Pawn then looked at Black Pawn who shrugs.

They began a screaming argument when the woman from the back came back “What’s going on here?” She was carrying a box of Oreo Chocolate bars.

“THIS MAN IS A PEDOPHILE!!!!!” She pointed at Licorice.

“NO IM NOT!!! YOUR JUST CRAZY!!!!!” Licorice yelled back.

“HE’S KIDNAPPING THESE KIDS!!!!” She pointed at the Chess Choco twins.

“WHERE DID YOU PULL THAT OUT OF YOUR ASS?!??” Licorice began to swear.

“Oooooo you said a bad word.” White Pawn chuckled.

The lady pulled the Chess Choco twins off to the side and privately asked them some questions before coming back “Ma’am I’m gonna have to ask you to please leave these three alone before I’m forced to kick you out, these two said he was just one of their friends.” The lady said and Licorice smirked in victory.

“HE CAN’T BE FRIENDS WITH THEM HES AN ADULT!!!!!” Karen yelled at her and she backed up a bit.

“Ma’am please stop screaming, we do have residents who live in the area.” The woman pleaded.

The Karen was still screaming when the door opened again and a voice came “There you two are….”

Everyone turns to see Earl Grey standing there “You two, I told you no candy until after ten, it’s to early for sugar.” He came up to the twins and stopped White Pawn from ordering any Chocolate IceCream.

“Awwwwww.” White Pawn mopes.

Earl Grey sighs “I’ll take you two here later okay, but don’t do that again you scared me.” He scolded the two.

“Sorry dad…” they both mumbled.

“Sir are these your kids?” The lady asked and he turned to her and nodded.

“I’m sorry if they caused any trouble, this isn’t the first time they’ve done this…” Earl Grey sighs and looks at Licorice “Oh hello Licorice how are you? Thank you for looking after the twins when you saw them.” Earl Grey smiled and Licorice returned one.

“YOU!!!!” The Karen yelled and Licorice groaned.

“Hmmm? Can I help you ma’am?” He asked her.

“HOW DARE YOU!!!! YOU ARE IRRESPONSIBLE!!! YOU SHOULDN’T BE A PARENT!!!!!” The Karen continued to yell and Earl Grey tried to calm her down before it turned into her hitting Earl Grey.

“HEY DON’T HIT OUR DAD!!!!” White Pawn yelled and summoned their chess pieces they used while Black Pawn summoned theirs and then the horse they road and began to attack the Karen causing some destruction.

“AHHH THE STORE!!!!!” The lady yelled.

Licorice casually slid over and asked her “Umm can I have five of those?” He asked giving her some gold.

She looked at him and slowly handed him five while taking in the destruction.

“KIDS NO!!!!” Early Grey yelled at the twins.

Soon Guards came and when Caramel Arrow saw the three old dark cookies she sighed “Of course somehow you were involved in it……” she groans.

It took about an hour before everything was sorted out and Licorice wished the Lady, Earl Grey, and the twins farewell before heading to White Lilys kingdom for Strawberries and Rice.

When he got there everything was peaceful and quiet.

It wasn’t supposed to be peaceful and quiet given two certain residents that live here, and those were “Oi Licorice…..” a voice said and Licorice jumped in fear screaming, as he was faced to face with Watermelon who has a bit watermelon rhine green hair where it was giant Afro in giant box braids with a bow, some watermelon seed earrings one black one gold, a red watermelon choker a strapless watermelon themed dress where it went from red to a tiny white with black and gold spots all over and then some black sandales, she had White Lily’s eyes while having her fathers orangey tan skin except hers was a bit redder, normally it would look ugly but it actually very much suited her she also had black a gold freckles.

When Licorice realized it was her he pouted and sighed “What do you want?.” Rolling his eyes until he could see his brain Watermelon smiled.

“Awww so mean, what can’t an old friend help her old friend?” She grinned at Licorice, the only reason he put up with her before was because she was Dark Enchantresses/White Lilys daughter but he didn’t have to put up with her two faced personality anymore.

“Leave me alone.” Licorice told her and she ignored his request continuing to follow.

“I can help you, you know, it would be soooo much easier.” She put her hands behind her back and made her voice sound as sarcastic as possible just to mess with Licorice and like always it worked, it was getting on his nerves.

“I’ll never except your help….” Licorice tried to walk away when Watermelon said.

“No one here would be willing to give you Strawberries or rice for free you know.” He heard her smile from behind him.

“That’s why I have money….how do you even know what I want?” He turned to her and eyes widened when he saw his wallet in her hands.

“I’ve always been a good pickpocket you know this Licorice~ Come on just a small chat and I’ll give you some strawberries and rice for free, I even have these chilli chips and honey mustard pickles~” she said in her least sarcastic voice and Licorice thought.

Watermelon did sound truthful this time and if he compiled he would get all the items he needed and could just head back home easily, but then it could be a bluff and then a waste of time. He sighed “Fine, a small talk then I get the stuff and I’m off….” Licorice said and Watermelon nodded.

They got to Watermelons house where she and her younger brother Pink Lily lived, when they got there he was passed out on the couch, he had long white hair that went to his ass with pink roots and highlights, a braid on the left side of his hair with a pink lily stuck near his roots and the braid, and two more stuck on the end pieces of his front hair, he also had White Lilys eyes and her skin colour, his hot pink sunglasses were one the coffee table, his bubblegum pink sleeveless crop top almost off, and white shorts.

The femboy let out a loud snore “Sorry he stuck out late again for another party.” Watermelon smirked and picked his head up placing it on her lap and patting his head.

“What did you wanna talk about.” Licorice looked at her sitting across from her “Surely you didn’t just want to…. ‘Chat’…..”

Watermelon smirked “You are so smart……” Watermelon laughed and then sighed “We’re all trying to turn over a new leaf trust me….but I still have some unfinished business…I’d ask Pink Lily but I don’t wanna get him involved in this one…..it’s to dangerous….and unfortunately this is also involving some illegal business…..” Watermelon spoke.

Licorice sighed “What is it?….” He asked.

“…..Back when we were all still Dark cookies working for my mother I made a deal with someone in order to get those relics that I locked your sister in-laws in…they’ve recently appeared and asked I paid them back for so….and the price I have to pay is…….take the crown from the kingdom (The Kingdom we all create when we play them game)….” Watermelon said in shame sighing “I need your help…..”

“….Do you really expect me to accept to that?” Licorice looked at her and she shook her head.

“No I didn’t……but I thought I’d ask anyways so you’d at least know what’s happening….and if you event changed your mind.” Watermelons got up and got a few things before giving them to Licorice “Take them and go back to your husband, I’m sure he’s waiting.” Watermelon smirked and Licorice checked the bag, everything he needed was now in possession so he headed back and made his way to his and Clovers house.

When he got inside he began to make the butter chicken and rice either the steak.

Then brought it up to Clover who hugged him and after he ate gave Licorice a bunch of kisses before they fell back asleep.

“I love you!!!!! So much!!!!” Clover giggled and snuggled into Licorice’s chest wrapping his legs around Licorice’s waist.

As they began to fall asleep Licorice couldn’t help but think about what Watermelon said.

This would definitely cause problems in the future and he wanted to help her…but, he looked at Clover and sighed, he had come to far to go straight back to what was holding him back from true happiness all along.
