Lust And Love

Chapter.1

Bella is eighteen when her vampire boyfriend leaves her in the woods after breaking her heart, shes also eighteen when she unlocks the sleeping succubus in her. It had been two weeks after Edward and his family abandoned her that it happened, it started slow with what felt like period cramps until one night she woke to horrible abdominal pain, she feel to the floor with a scream as the pain intensified it felt like she had swallowed hot lava she couldn't breathe, she couldn't move, all she could do is lie there and burn.  

 Bella burned for what felt like hours before it subsided, she laid on her bedroom floor for a couple of more hours panting and covered in sweat finally she sat up on her knees wiping tears from her face taking deep breaths to calm her frantically beating heart before coming to her feet and collapsing back into bed, Bella was glad her father wasn't home having to pull an overnight shift he didn't have to witness the horror of his daughter double over in pain, she gave into exhaustion with that last thought unaware of the changes taking place in her.

Light flooded into her bedroom the next morning waking Bella from her exhausted induced sleep, squinting her eye's at the abnormally bright light she listens for her dad hearing his steady heartbeat in the next room she relaxes back into her bed, Bella comes shooting up from her bed as the thought finally sinks into her head she can hear her father's heartbeat from the next room, her eyesight is the next thing to register with her sharper and clearer she watches as dust twills and dance's in the air, Bella sucks in a breath at her findings tasting the emotions in the air her father worried and exhausted, her own fear and worry how she knows this is beyond her.

Bella takes in another breath trying to center herself and to keep the scream building in her throat from coming out, she paces back and forth hands knotted in her hair what was going on with her, had she finally lost it, was Edward and his family leaving to much for her to handle and now she was having a mental break down because of it, sinking to her knees tears falling from her eyes she held her head in her hands desperately trying to hold herself together.  

Later that afternoon the doorbell rings Charlie is still sound asleep so it's up to her to answer the door, with that thought she uncurls herself from the ball she had sunk into earlier that morning, making her way quietly down the steps she opens the door to a delivery guy standing there holding a clipboard he looks up smiling "Isabella Swan" he asks, she nodes her head opening the door up some more he hands over the clipboard and asks for her signature, handing the clipboard back he heads to the delivery truck grabbing a large package before heading back the house " this is pretty heavy so I'll go ahead and bring it into the house just tell me where you want it" , Bella steps to the side holding the door for him "you can put it in the living room". 

Closing the door after the delivery guy she heads back into the living room curious on who sent her a package this large and what was in it, looking at the shipment label it was addressed to her from a Marie Higginbotham her grandmother from her mom's side, surprised and even more curious now Marie Higginbotham had a rocky relationship with her daughter to say the least she loved her granddaughter and thought she deserved better than what Renee was giving her, she had told Renee on multiple occasions that she needed to step up and be an actual parent to Bella not the friend she was acting, this led to many fights between the two until her twelfth birthday when things came to ahead for the two of them.

She remembered the fight that broke out between the two of them very well, Marie had wanted to tell her granddaughter about their family history she even had a special looking book with her, but once Renee caught sight of the pretty looking book she had lost it yelling at her mother she didn't want THAT particular book in her house or anywhere near a still young Bella, it was the first time and only time Renee had acted like a parent Marie scoffed at her daughters attitude calling her fool she couldn't hide their history from her forever, Bella was nearing the age when it would all come out anyway she need the information now instead of later, they needed to prepare her now for all the changes she's going to face Bella was going to be special and particularly strong.

Stronger than the two of them Bella wouldn't be able to ignore how she is like Renee did, she had been talking to some FRIENDS of her's and they all agreed on one thing Bella needed to know who she was NOW it'll save her alot of heart break and confusion later on down the road, Renee stood frim on her decision saying she knew what was best for her daughter Bella was going to be normal one way or another, Marie gritted her teeth at Renee's foolishness she wasn't going to leave Bella unaware it would be disastrous for her, not to mention the life of misery she would lead at the hands of the cold ones, NO she would do better for her granddaughter she'd go back to friends and they will find away to avoid the future that was spelled out for Bella, so with grace she bowed out of her life for a little while and find away to put Bella on the path she was attended for.

Chapter 2

Unaware of all that her grandmother has done and sacrificed for her to have a better future, Bella begins to open the box she has no clue with this first step her future shifted towards the right path one that would bring her happiness in the end the first thing she finds is a letter.

My dearest Bella,
I know you are confused right now worry not my dear everything you need is in this box, your world is about to change keep your head up and know it's for the best, I have done everything I can too help you and guide you though these confusing times trust in me I will not let you fall, we Higginbotham women have a long and rich history but it is also full of darkness as well do not fear this darkness embrace it for it is apart of you, in all reality you should of already been prepared for this but your mother feared who she was and refused to let me teach you, so now we must do it the hard way and all at once you should already notice changes in you these are far from done over the next week your body will change as well, along with how people will act towards you they won't be able to help them selves they'll gravitate to you it's natural for what we are and it'll come in handy many times during your life, know that I have always loved you with all my heart the next few years of your life are going to be crazy and hard but hold out it's all worth it in the end.

Bella whipped tears from her face she had loved her Grandma Marie very much and had been heart broken when Renee ripped her away, the last part of the letter confused her who was HE she couldn't be talking about Edward could she?, Bella was even more confused now her body changing, people gravitating towards her that sounded like a nightmare she hated attention being put on her, Bella didn't know what to think she sat on the couch holding her letter and starring at the box that held all her answers but was she ready, did she really have a choice.

With much debate Bella took a deep breath it was better to know than not too know, lately she was finding out that it was the not knowing that got you killed, so she'll do this like she's done everything else lately and dive right on in. Demon that's the word that sticks out to her the most, Bella couldn't believe what she was reading surely it wasn't true, how could she be a demon they where nasty creatures that held no love for anybody, and here she being told her mother's family was a descendant of a she-demon that lived off of sex and blood, she couldn't wrap her head around it she so badly wished to talk her grandmother in that moment, shaking her head to clear it she looked at the time and panicked Charlie would be getting up soon she had to hide all of this.

Bella quickly packed all the books away she'd read them more indepth later on, she didn't know Charlie's stance on Demons and Angles, now that she thought about it they never really discussed religion, isn't that something family's did talk about what religion they where she couldn't remember if they ever been to church, sure they celebrated Christmas but God or Jesus was never mentioned she didn't even think there was a bible in the house, so lost in her memories she didn't hear charlie get up and make his way down stairs nor did she realize he had stopped at the doorway, Charlie sighed when he saw the box he knew that time was coming both Marie and his mother had informed him of what was to happen, but damnit he just got his little girl back and was just getting to know her but he knew he couldn't stop what was coming all he could do is make sure she got thought it in one piece, so with a heavy heart he moved into the room he had one more piece of information to give it her and a book to find in the attic.

Charlie moved to his favorite chair dropping heavily into the soft material reaching under the end table that sat nearby he pulled out two shot glasses and a bottle of whiskey, a cop he may be but the conversation he and his daughter was fixing to have called for something stronger than his usual vitamins R and from the looks of it Bella could use a drink.

Pouring both of them a shot he handed Bella one to her great surprise, she drowned it thankful for her father all at once maybe with him around everything will be alright SHE'D be alright, Charlie watched as the warm liquor took effect on his daughter her shoulders relaxed from their previous stiff poster and she leaned back into the couch, Charlie not for the frist time cussed his ex-wife if she had just allowed Marie and his mother the opportunity to tell Bella the truth about herself then they wouldn't be in this situation BELLA wouldn't be in this situation.

But no his pigheaded ex-wife had to have things her way she'd much rather live a life of lies than to admit she was different, she didn't want that kinda of STUFF around Bella nevermind the fact that Bella herself felt like something was missing or that she was different from all the other kids her age, Renee didn't want to hear any of that too caught up in trying to make Bella and herself seem NORMAL, Charlie scoffed at Renee's thinking Bella was bron to be spectacular after all according to his mother the fates brought him and Renee together just to bring Bella about.

Renee could never accept what she and her mother was, having grown up hearing the stories she was convinced if it was ignored it went away, and that's what she did ignored her abilities until one day she couldn't access them, she was even more convinced than that's what she had to do thats when fitting in became an obsession, when Charlie didn't fit in with the perfect life she envisioned for herself he was thrown to the side and off she went for a bigger better life in the city. Bella ultimately suffered the same fate as her father when she refused to be preppy and dress like all the other kids where not to mention Bella's balance problem.

Charlie wasn't a stupid man he knew what was going on when Bella called and asked to live with him, Renee guilt tripped their loving daughter into giving her the life she always wanted, one without any supernatural interference and with no imperfections, Renee unknowingly followed the plan that was laid out for Bella Marie knew that one day Bella would live with him when she couldn't conform to what Renee wanted, so he and his mother along with Marie planned and waited they would get Bella back on track with the future she was supposed to have the only problem they encounter was HIM, they couldn't predict him nor could they work around him so they did something both of them would hate they took a choice from them, it was the only way they would end up together Bella would hate the idea of being tied to someone else thanks to Edfucks way of leaving, and HE would be too caught up with another to recognize what Bella had the potential to be for him, their start would be rocky and violent with so much blood shed on both their parts but eventually they'd come together into something dark and completely THEM.

All Charlie had to do is give Bella all the information she need and a certain Grimoire in the attic then he'd sit back and watch the blood flow, Charlie took the first steps towards a happier future for his daughter.

Bella looked up in surprise when Charlie cleared his throat she had been so lost in her own internal debate that she hadn't even seen her father's, looking at him now he seemed happier and lighter like something was lifted off his shoulders, before she could go into another debate about what it could be her father spoke "did you know my mother and your grandma Marie where best friends", Bella shook her head " they grew up together here in town, their the reason your mother and met them and the fates" Charlie took a deep breath he hadn't told anybody his mothers best kept secret before not even Billy knew.

"Bella my mother comes from a long line of powerful Witches and as her last living female descendant you now hold all that power" Bella sat in shock, Charlie nodded his head and poured her another shot Bella took it gratefully it seemed Edward was wrong Bella belonged in the supernatural world more than he even did.

Bella is four years old when she's given a gray and white stuffed wolf by her Grandma Helen Swan, she held it in her tiny arms the fur on it was so soft and silky she couldn't help but to rub her face in it and hug it tighter to her chest, Bella is four years old when she decides that wolves are her favorite animal both her grandmothers laugh when she announces this "you know little Swan some cultures see wolves as strong protectors, their also a symbol for death and rebirth" Bella stared wide eyed at her Grandma Helen.

Bella is eight years old the frist time Renee yells at her for being different as she stroms out the house, not even thirty minutes later her grandma Helen comes through the door she looks at Bella's tear stained face shakes her head then bends down, she wipes Bella face " oh little Swan sometimes words hurt more than any other wound, toughen your skin against them and don't pay them any heid remember your the great gray wolf stand proud don't cry for those who don't deserve it", Bella is eight years old when she cry's for the last time over her mother's words.

Bella is ten years old when she watches her grandma Helen being lowered to the ground Charlie stands beside her holding her hand, grandma Marie stands on the side holding a white rose, Bella is ten years old when it seems like the sky is crying with her it's her grandma Marie whipping her tears away and it's NOT her grandma Helen " oh little wolf don't be sad Helen is always going to be with you this isn't goodbye, when your missing her just close your eyes you'll feel her in the air and in your energy" Bella is ten years old when she swears her grandma Marie was right.

Bella is eighteen when she stands in father's attic and watches him pull a book from thin air, Charlie laughs at his daughters face, daughter like father he made the same one when Helen Swan hid her Grimoire she had laughed at him as well " for when she needs it" had been the only thing she had said before leaving, now as Charlie held her most prized procession he missed his mother something fierce, leading his daughter back down stairs to the living room he handed it to her, " this is your Grandma Helens Grimoire it holds all of her spells and of the powerful women before her" Bella held the Grimoire gently in her hands, it was heavy in her hands and made out of black leather a blue gem set in the middle with what looked to be two upsidedown crescent moon on the top and bottom of the gem, a metal lock with a latch held it closed Bella ran her finger along the latch until it caught on something sharp with a hiss she snatched her hand back, inspecting her finger she watched as the small cut grew back together all that was left as evidence was a small drop of blood, a click sounded the Grimoire Bella was holding sprung open she looked at her father wide eyed and mouth hanging open, " your of Swan decent only Swan blood would open the Grimoire, it's a fail safe to protect our line and spells only you will be able to read it, the Grimoire won't open for anyone else".

Bella leaned back into the cushions of the couch she suddenly felt very tried, Charlies eyes softened "why don't you leave that until tomorrow you don't have to learn everything at once pace yourself " Bella nodded her head before closing the Grimoire back up and placing it on the coffee table before her, she was ready for sleep everything on her seemed tried especially her mind it had a lot to take in today most of it she couldn't understand but she would like her father said and leave it for tomorrow.

Bella dragged herself back up the stairs with her father following behind Charlie chuckled as Bella fell into bed and was out he kissed her forehead turned off the light and shut her door before heading back down to watch the game.

Bella's dreamed that night of soft dark gray fur she runs her hands through the silky hair marveling in the warmth of them, she inhales than out moans at the smell of dark chocolate and warm spice, she presses closer to the mysterious being, burying her face further into fur she breaths deeper, all she wants to do is drown in the high inducing sent when warm fur melts into warm skin large hands grip her hips a dark chuckle rumbles out of the hard and defined chest she's now laying on her lips pull into a wicked smile.

Bella's eyes pop open and she almost wants to cry at the feeling of lose that goes through her, she wants her mystery man blinking her eyes Bella tries to shake off the feelings that have taken hold of her, HE was a dream rolling her eyes at the ridiculousness of it all she starts to get ready for the, except NOTHING fit apparently her body went through a major change last night, Bella searches her closet in vain to find something anything that would fit, shirts and jeans a like went flying movement out the corner of her eye catch's her attention, snapping her head in that direction she stops breathing on the back of closet door is floor length mirror the face looking back at her is unfamiliar.

Bella crawls on hand and knees to the mirror never taking her eyes off the strange woman in it, that couldn't be her the other woman in the mirror was just that a WOMAN not the eighteen year old that Bella was when she went to bed last night.

The semi lose shirt she was wearing over too big pajama pants fit her like a glove, her pajama pants no longer hung loosely around her hips they now clung tightly over her thighs and set above her ankles, her hair had also grown out to brush her hips it also darkened to a rich mahogany it was fuller and curled at the ends, she no longer had to worry about makeup either her lips where a natural red but it was her eyes that made her pause gone was the dull brown and in it's place a dark mulled wine color surrounded by even dark eyelashes.

Bella now screamed sex and darkness she didn't know how she was going to explain the dramatic change in her looks nor would she be able to hide it either, Bella sat in the middle of room much like she did yesterday trying and failing on figuring out what to do about her appearance, letting out a frustrated huff she looked at the mess of clothes thrown everywhere that would be frist no use in keeping things she had no prayer of fitting into ever again, with her whole wardrobe now in a pile on the floor she felt helpless everything of hers would have go even the stuff Alice had brought her, grumbling to her self about stupid future seeing pixie cold ones being absolutely useless when she needed it Bella made her way down stairs to the kitchen.

Charlie dropped his coffee cup when his daughter came into the kitchen gone was the little girl and in her place stood a grown woman, the boys of Forks high would definitely be a problem now he'd need a club now for when they come sniffing around or the thought came forbidden to his head get her a guard dog maybe a Pitbull or German shepherd, he watched with interest as Bella grabbed a bunch of trash bags mumbling about clothes and cold ones, taking note of the now too small pajamas she was wearing Charlie understood what was going on, Bella had no clothes to ware thanks to her succubus nature.

Chuckling to him self about his daughter predicament he made his way back up the stairs to filing cabinet he pulled out manilla folder she was going to need, he had planned on taking her to the bank later that month but it seemed Bella needed the funds left to her by both grandmothers now, the Cullen's would shit a brick if they knew Bella was millionaire twice over both Helen and Marie had been smart with their money, Marie had kept quiet about her funds so Renee wouldn't find out she left her money for Bella while Renee only got the house which she immediately turned around and sold, Helen had tried to give some to her son but he wouldn't hear of it to him Bella came before anything even him self, he'd be happy with Bella getting everything even the house in Mystic Falls it ment as a father he succeeded in giving Bella a better life then he was given and that's all any parent wanted out of life. 

Bella sat in a bank office with her father he had lent her one of his hoodies and sweat pants from his Seattle police academy days, Bella had been surprised when he handed her the clothes he told her to go get dress that they had an appointment at the Seattle bank, wearing his old academy clothes she didn't feel out of place sitting in the police cruiser when they arrived at the bank hours later Charlie simply told the Bank Teller that they had an appointment with a Mr.Maxwell, both father and daughter where escorted to a lavish office to wait before leaving the woman pulled the blinds closed so no one could see into the office.

Looking to Charlie he just smiled and begun pulling papers from the manilla folder still confused all Bella could do was wait, twenty minutes later a man in his late sixties came into the office closing the door behind him before taking a sit behind the desk he shook hands with her father and smiled warmly at Bella, "well Mr.Swan over the phone you said that Miss.Bella here has came of age and would like access to the account left by her Grandmothers" Charlie nodded " yes here's all her paperwork and her driver's license if we can I'd like to go ahead and set her up a bank card with no spending limit".

Bella once again found her self dumbstruck it's been happening more often now a days and quite frankly she was over it, millionaire the word echoed around her head her grandmothers had been smart when it came to money and investments, Bella secretly thought it was something else the Cullen's made their money because of Alice being able to the future, perhaps her grandma Helen did the same thing for her and Marie both she would have to look into it her self.

After two hours of paperwork Bella walked out with a black bank card it had her name in gold, for once in her life Bella felt like the world was at her fingertips all she had to do is reach out and grab it, maybe it was time for a change she was tried of being taken advantage of.

No it was time to be honest with herself if she wasn't how could she expect others to be honest with her, she was tried of caring for others it got her nowhere, she was tried of being the selfless one it got her nothing, time and time again she was left out in the cold while others enjoyed the heat, if they weren't her father she didn't care anymore it was time Bella started looking out for Bella everyone else could get fucked.

Charlie watched from the driver side as his daughter head lift up with confidence and he couldn't help but grin the world was in for a surprise Bella was no longer going to take anyone's shit, they had one more stop before he headed off to work, twenty minutes later they where pulling into Chevrolet Bella shot him a confused look as he parked "I know you love the Truck but let's be honest it's not going to last much longer and your going to need something more dependable soon enough" Bella sighed with sadness her father was right so with a nod of her head she got of the car with him.

"Look around see if anything catches your eye if nothing here does we have two other dealerships to check out" Bella nodded her head before looking around, both daughter and father walked down the rows of cars and trucks Bella was about to give up and tell her father to try somewhere else when it caught here eye.

Bella had never been big into cars she didn't have a dream car like most kids her age so for one to catch her eye like it did was amazing, it sat by itself away from the other cars like the dealership was trying to hide it without really hiding it, the exterior was all black from the wheels to the windshield the body was built like a beast she'd bet when started up it would roar not purr like cars did, the clearing of a throat sounding from behind her broke her admiring daze looking behind her a mousey man stood there shifting from one foot to the other.

He seemed nervous his eyes shifted from her to the car behind her like he was expecting it to bite her, seeming to remember that he did in fact worked there mousey man pulled him self together " hello my name is Carl I'm a sales person here at Chevrolet and would be more than happy to assist you in buying a car today" he stuck his hand out for Bella to shake, Bella shook his as did Charlie " I want to know more about this one" Bella gestured to the car behind her "that's a 2009 Chevy Camaro it has a V8 engine and can reach speeds up to a 100 in five minutes as you can see it has a all black exterior while the interior is red and black, it also comes fully loaded with a Bluetooth radio and brass surround sound speaker system" Bella nodded her head as she slowly walked around what she knew now to be a Camaro.

"Well Carl why don't you go get her the keys so she can take it for a test drive" Carl shook his head fiercely backing up a step "that car may be to much for her to handle it's for more experienced driver's" Bella could taste the dishonesty and fear pouring off of Carl "I think I'll be able to handle it just fine but thank you for your concern so if you'll please go get me the keys I'd really like to test drive it" Carl looked around as if he was being watched before taking a step closer to them lowing his voice he whispered " look I can get into a lot of trouble for telling you this but y'all seem like nice people, you don't want that car it's killed two mechanics and one inspection guy, it sounds crazy I know but you have to believe me the other mechanics nicknamed it lil bastard two and none of them will work on it".

Bella eyed the car again something in her was screaming to touch it, looking towards her father and Carl they where too deep in conversation to pay any attention to her, moving closer to the car her hand hovered over the black paint warring with her self over the ridiculousness of it all taking a deep breath she brought her hand down,for a minute nothing happened than she felt a tingling sensation it started off slow than it built to a pull closing her eyes Bella focused on the feeling it felt like something was being pulled from deep within her center grasping onto the feeling she experimentally pulled back it resisted at frist than, Bella pulled harder sparks flew behind her eyelids the sound of breaking glass echoed in her ears the feeling of resisting disappeared and was replaced with the the feeling of flowing.

It started off as a creek than developed into a rushing river until that too stopped, Bella felt energized electricity ran all through her body before settling in her center where the pull had started, blinking her eyes open Bella looked around Carl and her father still stood where they had been in the same heated conversation so not much time had passed returning her eyes back to the car before her a darkness had been lifted off of it she hadn't noticed it before to caught up in the look and feel of it all.

Moving to the two men "it'll be fine I promise" Carl looked at her with uncertainty " please go get the keys" her voice came out slurty the effect was instantaneous on Carl his pupils widen he nodded his head in a daze "of course anything for you", Carl turned around and quickly headed back inside to do as Bella asked, Bella watched on with surprise that had came out of nowhere she really wanted those keys.

Bella drove off the lot with a new Cameo her and Charlie had parted ways as well he was off to work she was going deeper into the city to do some much needed clothes shopping, deciding the mall was the best place to get everything at once she headed there with her literally being reborn it was time for a style change as well, two hours later and thousands spent she was on the way home with a full car shopping bags she even stopped by ultra beauty a sales girl named Kara helped her pick out eyeshadow that would look great with Bella's unique eye color, with her complexion all she really need was eyeshadow and eyeliner she has joked that it looked like Bella had makeup on twenty-four seven.

Arriving home Bella barely stepped out the Cameo when a putrid smell hit her nose it was like someone tried covering up the smell of decay with bleach it was terrible, Bella covered her nose before fallowing the sent it lead her to the tree outside her bedroom window looking around to make sure nobody was watching she scaled the tree, Bella frowned at how easy it was to open her window she would have to do something about that maybe look into a protection spell if that was a thing, following the same path that the intruder took Bella was confused they went from her empty closet before heading downstairs to the laundry room whoever had entered her home went through Charlies dirty clothes taking a deep breath of the air Bella tasted frustration and a little bit of confusion they didn't find what they where looking for giving up whoever or whatever this was went out the front door.

Anger chorused though Bella something had entered her home then they had the audacity to walk out the front door like a invited guest growling Bella followed the sent down the front steps to the woods behind the house, whatever this thing was took off when they hit the treeline Bella debated with her self she wanted to keep following the smell and find out what had been in her home but at the same time Bella was still new to her powers she didn't know how to use them yet, shifting from foot to foot Bella sighed before heading back to the house she need to learn how to control her powers before hunting down mysterious beings.

Forgoing the bags in the car Bella marched straight into the house grabbing the books on her succubus nature along with her spell book taking them to the kitchen intent on doing what she did best.

Bella first picked up a book on her succubus abilities they followed closely with what vampires could do expect she was faster and stronger, her glimmering was better as well she could use it on other supernatural creatures as well not just on humans or vampires that's what she had done to Carl, Bella also could effect emotions as well on more than one person at a time Jasper could only control one person at a time and one emotion at a time, Bella on the other hand would be able to make a whole crowd feel as many emotions as she wanted.

There was also the dream walking she'd be able to enter someone mind when they where asleep or unconscious, she could turn someone sweetest dreams into complete nightmares and trap them in it, she also has a transformation but she'd only unlock that when she was mated to somebody, Bella snorted that was never going to happen she won't be handing that power over her to anybody ever Bella learned from Fuckwad nothing good happens with that kind of power.

Bella skipped over the last chapter completely if she had any say in it she'd never mate, Bella Swan learned from her mistakes and that one had been a hard lesson to learn.

 NO never again would she handover that kinda of power to anybody.

Bella moved on to her Grimoire opening to the first page it explained what magic was and how to use it, Bella was still unsure on her magic flipping though more pages Bella found what she needed.

Drawing out a circle in white chalk on her bedroom floor Bella sat in the middle closing her eyes she concentrated on her center rasing her hands up towards the ceiling, she begun to chant.

"Salis ex mare protego hanc domum Purgo illud, et prohibeo malum Distineo domum, a malo Permitto solum quod positive et sanctus ineo Audite mea vota. Sic erit!"  (Salt from the sea protects this house. I cleanse it and prevent evil I distinguish home from evil I allow only that which is positive and holy Hear my wishes. So it will be!)

Slowly bring her hands down Bella imagined a bubble forming it began at the top of the house and slowly covered it, when her hands touched the floor the house was completely covered to the ground a bright light flashed and the magic took affect.

Bella felt a warmth envelope her almost like she was being praised for her work and for successfully doing her frist spell, Bella opened her eyes blinking back tears she could feel her grandmother Helen in that moment she felt her praise and happiness at Bella's successful attempt in using her magic.

With energy buzzing though her veins Bella bounded down the steps only to stop short on the last step, the feeling of dread and sadness came from the front door before a knock sounded.

Lust And Love 

Time stopped her heart pounded and there was a ringing in her ears something was horrible wrong a shiver ran down her back as the feeling intensified, another knock had her moving again slowly one foot after the other she made her way to the door, taking a deep breath to clam her nerves and heart Bella pulled the door open.

Charlie's deputy chief Evans stood with his hat tucked under his arm " I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news and there's no easy way to put this, Bella your father passed away today responding to a call"

Bella's knees gave out tears willed up in her eyes for the second time in her life the sky cried with her.

Deputy Evans lead Bella down the white halls of Forks Hospital she stopped short of the door reading morgue she didn't want to do this, it couldn't be her father in there she had just been with him this morning NO someone made a mistake she'll tell them so than go back home Charlie will be sitting in his favorite chair watching some game he'll look up whan she comes through ask where she's been and they'll have a good laugh.

Waiting patiently for Bella Deputy Evans opened the door for her they came to a stop a blood cover white sheet over a table, "brace yourself Bella this isn't going to be pretty he's in bad shape I wish someone else could do this but your the only family nearby to confirm his identity" Bella nodded her head she was ready to get this over with after all it wasn't Charlie under that blood covered sheet he was at home waiting for her.

Evans grabbed the edge of the sheet and slowly began to pull it down deputy Evans caught her from falling as the face under the sheet was exposed, Charlie wasn't at home waiting for her he wasn't in his favorite chair watching some game he wouldn't ever be sitting in his favorite chair again, Charlie laid on a steel table in the morgue covered by a white sheet with HIS blood on it.

Regaining her balance Bella grabbed the sheet "Bella no you don't want to see that Charlie wouldn't want you to see him like that" deputy Evans yelled but it was to late Bella had already yanked the sheet off reviling the grisly sight of her father or what was left of him, something had ripped into his chest pulling out his internal organs all that remained was his stomach and a lung this wasn't the work of something it was a SOMEONE they had pulled each and ever one his ribs back neatly, dropping the sheet in her hand Bella stumbled back hitting the wall behind her she slid down it until her ass hit the marble floor.

Evans quickly covered Charlie back up with the sheet before crouching down in front of Bella he pulled out a tape recorder "sorry you had to see that kiddo and I'm also sorry to do this but can you please confirm that is in fact Charles Swan your father" Bella looked up from the floor blurry eyed she nodded "yes thats my father Charles Swan" Evans nodded his head and put the tape recorder back up.

Deputy Evans moved to where the Coroner was standing turning their backs to Bella she forced her self back up on to her feet determined to get the sent of the person or the thing that did this to her father Bella would show them she'd show the whole world why you didn't fuck with her anymore.

Looking to make sure both man weren't watching Bella quickly made her way to Charlie she brought her face close to and took a deep breath closing her eyes to concentrate and really get an handle on it, Bella's eyes snapped open it was the same sent from earlier at the house taking another breath another was with them this one still smelled of decay and bleach but with a hint of rust whatever they where had already been covered in blood before adding her father's blood to them.

Bella stepped back she had both scents now it was only a matter of before she hunted them down she needed to get back home to her Grimoire and other books she'll find out what these things where than look into how to kill them, deputy Evans came back her way "that's all we needed Bella if you want to head back home you can I'll get into contact with Charlie's lawyer I'm sure he'll be in touch with you in a couple of days" Bella nodded her head and thanked him she looked at her father for one last time than turned on her heel and strode back down the halls she had things to do.

Cold ones that's what killed her father what where cold ones still doing in the area the Cullen's where gone so it can't be them, tapping her fingers on the kitchen table Bella turned the page of the book she was reading every supernatural creature had a weaker second version of it the cold ones where a weaker version of original vampires the Cullen's had kept her in the dark about a lot of stuff.

Sitting back in her chair Bella tried wrapping her head around what she had just learned the Cullen's really didn't do her any favors, maybe they weren't the kind family they portrayed to the outside world with the things Bella was finding out she had a sicking feeling that she had been played with.

Needing a distraction from that line of thought Bella closed her books and headed back out to her Camaro, Bella stopped midway downs the prouch steps eyes on her mail box neither her nor her father had been home to put anything in it, so why was the red flag up scanning the area Bella looked for movement of any kind carefully making her way to the mail box she kept all her senses open.

Finally reaching the mail box Bella opened it only to be more confused a gift box laid inside pulling it out that horrible feeling was back bracing herself for whatever she might find Bella opened the box, a folded note was the first thing she found.

'Daddy loved you with all his heart it was only right I return it to you'

Bile was stuck in Bella's throat she didn't have to guess what was in the box movement out the corner of her had her dropping the box and note, either Victoria or her partner had been watching her reaction she wouldn't let them get away Bella was quickly gaining on them, slamming into them Bella was quick to land on feet skidding on lose dirt and leaf's the cold one hit the ground rolling from the impact, the cold one found himself dangling by the throat he didn't know what was going on there was no way this human was not only fast but also stronger than him it just wasn't possible, Bella snarled when she recognized who she was holding "your Riley Biers my father had been the one leading the investigation on your missing persons case" Bella yelled her grip tighted on his throat cracks begun to form spreading to his face, Riley weakly tried to escape Bella snarled before ripping an arm off for his attempt.

Screaming in pain Riley tried kicking her away only to lose a leg for his efforts this wasn't happening she couldn't be ripping him apart, for the first time since his change Riley feared for his undead life looking into dark red eyes he could see the fires of hell in them he wasn't going to live past tonight she'd make sure of that, shivering at the anger in those eyes Riley was beginning to understand that he and Victoria had fucked up going after the girl and her father, she was more than they could handle "w-what are you" he managed to chock out Bella smiled a smile full of pain and death "I'm your end" she breathed breathlessly before everything went dark for Riley Biers.

Bella quickly recited the fire cantation she had learned from the Grimoire the only thing left of Riley Biers was purple smok and ashes, turning Bella made her way back home she had a mess to deal with and another death to plan out, that night Bella buried her father's heart under his favorite tree she also cried herself to sleep on the couch not being able to stomach going upstairs where her father's empty room stood next to her own.

Opening her eyes Bella knew she was dreaming no longer in Charlies living room Bella found herself standing in a field of wild flowers a soft warm breeze fluttered though the flowers gently blowing them, the sun was high in the sky warming everything to a comfortable temperature taking in the beautiful site before her Bella felt at peace, soft footsteps alerted Bella that she was in fact not alone quickly turning Bella caught sight of her father making his way to her dressed in a lose white shirt and pants Charlie was bear footed as well, he didn't look surprised to see her it was like he almost expected her to be there throwing herself into his arms Bella cried "I'm so sorry dad this is all my fault" hugging her tightly Charlie shushed her " no no kiddo this isn't your fault none of this could ever be your fault no the blame rests firmly on the shoulders of the Cullen's, Bella that family is not what it seems everything was a set up be weary of them don't trust anything they told you" Charlie pushed Bella back hands on her shoulders he gave her a stern look "now you listen to me good Bella I have some things I want you to do first my lawyer will be in contact with you soon with him comes a property in Mystic Falls sell the house in Forks and go there and don't you listen to that Billy Black either or any of them down on the reservation there all fools you don't need them".

Bella nodded her head in understanding Charlie grinded "great job on taking out that cold one as well your grandmother's are proud as well", Bella laughed wiping her eyes her heart felt lighter a weight had been lifted off with her father's words int he back of Bella's mind she had been blaming herself if she had never gotten caught up the Cullen's the whole James fiasco wouldn't of happened and Victoria wouldn't be after her, but if what her father was saying is true she's a victim just as much as he was and the Cullen's where to blame for her fathers death as well.

Bella would make them pay just like she would Victoria they may not of dealt the final blow but he was still dead because they couldn't clean up their mess she would though starting with Victoria then she would move to the Cullen's taking them out one by one she'd start where it would hurt most Esme than Carlisle she'd slowly tick down from there leaving Alice and Edward for last.

Bella smiled at Charlie "don't worry dad I won't be falling for there games again and trust me they have hell to pay" Charlie nodded his head happy his daughter would be played the fool again he felt his time running out he had one more thing to tell her before he was pulled back to the other side, hugging her tightly to him "always remember I love you kiddo and will always be proud of you no matter what embrace that darkness in you it'll be what keeps you alive, one last thing before I go don't close your heart completely there's people out in the world that deserve to be apart of it let them in when you meet them".

Feeling the pull Charlie hugged her even tighter before letting go he kissed her forehead "I love you too dad" she whispered as he faded out, Bella fell into a dreamless lighter now that she was reassured that her father didn't blame her for his death.

   The kitchen phone woke Bella the next morning quickly getting up she raced to kitchen Bella caught it on the third ring "Swan residence", there was some rusling on the other end "yes may I speak to Miss.Isabella Swan please" a deep male voice she hadn't heard before spoke "this is she" a little confused now Bella didn't know anyone with that deep of a voice "hello Miss.Swan my name is Jeremiah Colefax I'm your father's attorney if we could set up a time to meet to go over your father's last will and testament that would be great" Bella had forgotten he was supposed to call "of course when is a good time for you" grabbing a pen and pad "could we do today say four here at the office there's quite a bit we need to go over so plan to be here awhile" Bell wote down the time and address "that would be perfect the soon the better"

Looking at the clock it was already eleven she needed to go ahead and start getting ready Seattle was a three hour drive, Bella used her new speed to grab the bags out her car she ran them up the stairs deposited them on the bed she would put them away later or maybe not depending on how long the funeral arrangements took and getting the house ready to sell, flashing to the bathroom she turned on the water she'd get a quick shower figure what to ware do her makeup and be out the door by twelve that gave her enough time to find the office and maybe grab something to eat before her meeting with the game plan set Bella climb into the shower.

Less than thirty minutes later Bella was dressed hair fixed and makeup on she had chosen to wear a black cashmere sweater paired with dark skinny jeans and knee high black boots they had a modest heel to them, keeping her makeup simple all she did was a smokey eyeshadow and some mascara all in all she looked good without going over the top there would be plenty of time for glitter eyeshadow later right now she had to look like she was in mourning.

Putting her wallet and phone in black shoulder bag Bella grabbed her keys she was out the door locking it behind her, Bella made it to Seattle with an hour to spare Bella made quick work of finding the office building She parked she'd have to find something to eat later all the restaurant around the office where high end she didn't have the time to sit and wait grabbing her bag Bella walked into the impressive building looking around the lobby Bella spotted a receptionist she made her way towards her.

Clearing her thorat to get the woman's attention the blonde looked up at her and glared "the mail room is down the hall two doors on the left" she toned in naisley before going back to her nails, Bella gave her a flat look " I'm not here for the mail room now if you would please stop being a bitch and do your job I have an appointment with Mr.Colefax so if you'll call and tell him Isabella Swan is here to see him or is your brain to small to understand that" Bella sneered the blondes jaw dropped before huffing clearly never having been called out on her shit she picked up the phone dialing a number "Mr.Colefax there's an Isabella Swan here to see you" she paused listening to what was being said on the other side " of course Sir right away" hanging up the phone the blond quickly directed her to the elevator and up to the sixth floor.

Riding the elevator up Bella took the last few minutes before her meeting to compose herself remembering what her grandmother Maire told her oh so long ago, Charlie would always be with her it was his blood pumping though her veins he was in her magic as well she was just putting to rest his physical body not his spirit, the dinging of the elevator brought Bella out her thoughts she pulled herself together Charlie had wishes she needed to fulfill talking to the lawyer was the first step in doing just that.

Stepping out the elevator she was meet by a man in his early thirty's "hello Miss.Swan I'm Jeremiah Colefax I'll be helping you over see Charles last wishes if you'll call me to my office will get started" Bella shook the hand he offered" thank you Mr.Colefax just lead the way" he nodded his head before walking down the hall to the last office from the looks of everything this was a high end law firm,  

Bella was surprised at the office she was lead to one wall was completely made up of a huge picture window the other walls where a burgundy color giving the room a warm feeling two plush looking dark brown chairs sat in front of a dark mahogany desk Mr. Colefax took a set behind the desk "please have a seat and will jump right into everything that's needs done" sitting in one of the dark brown chairs Bella waited patiently while he got papers together.

"Well first thing we need to discuss is Charles burial arrangements there's a plot next to his mother that he brought awhile back he wants to be laid to rest in it of course with the state of his body will do a close casket" Bella nodded her head that was simple enough "Charles also took out a hundred thousand dollar life insurance policy to cover the cost of all his burial arrangements so no need to worry about the cost" flipping the page he was reading he continued on "he's also wants to bed buried in his chef of police uniform as well, uh moving on to his assets the house in Forks is to be sold along with the furniture those proceeds are to go towards Forks police department" that was fair enough Bella was more than taken care of she didn't really needed the money.

"Now moving on to you, after the Forks property is sold you'll be heading to Mystic Falls to a property left by your Grandmother, you'll also being emancipated from your mother so she'll have no say over you or your money" in all honesty Bella had completely forgotten about her mother she hadn't heard from her since moving in with Charlie " where going to go ahead and get paperwork started on that it shouldn't take us very long your more than qualified to be living on your own, will also go ahead and start the selling process on the house as well" Bella felt relieved it seemed like Charlie already had everything planned out for her he was even handling Renee from the grave.

Mr.Colefax had her sign and fill out paperwork the emancipation would be going before the Judge tomorrow they'll have news on that before Friday, she also had an appointment with the best funeral director in Seattle the next day as well they'll walk Bella though the whole process and get everything ready for Charlies funeral the following week, Colefax also went ahead and set up a time for realtors to come look at the house and get ready it ready for the selling process.

Bellas next few weeks became hectic she couldn't tell up from down with how busy she's gotten the emancipation had went though she now had complete control over her life and money Renee wouldn't be able to touch any of it the way Charlie had things set up she wouldn't see a dime, she of course wouldn't have a clue until it was too late the house already had a potential buyer lined up with that money going to Forks PD Renee would see nothing nor have a say in any of it. She wouldn't be flying in until the day before Charlies funeral which Bella was grateful for she didn't have to spend much time in the company of her toxic mother.

A truck door slamming shut made Bella pause in the middle of packing Charlie's room up quickly putting an illusion spell over herself in case it was another forks citizen coming to give their condolences they would see the old Bella, zipping down stairs she waited for them to knock twice before answering only to be slammed in the face with the smell of wet dog and moss she had to hold back the urge to chough having to play human, that's when she took note of who was standing in her doorway Billy Black sat in his chair with Sam Uley standing behind him that explained the smell the La Push tribe where spirit warriors.

Billy sat with a dark look on his face "Bella you and I need to have words I've got to get somethings off my chest", Bella figuring it would be better to just go ahead and get this conversation over with stepped aside, Sam pushed Billy inside both stopping short at the empty living room Bella followed behind the only thing left downstairs was the kitchen table and chairs, "I would offer y'all something but everything already packed and taken off" Bella sat at the table waiting for Billy to begin his rant.

 "Bella your father and I have been friends since we where little and stayed best friends though the years, he ecstatic when you asked him to move back in I tried warning you about the Cullen's but you wouldn't have it would you because of YOU my best friend is laying in a coffin, YOU got involved with those cold ones yet MY BEST FRIEND PAID THE PRICE FOR YOUR MISTAKE IT SHOULD BE YOU IN THAT COFFIN NOT HIM FOR THAT I WILL NOT FORGIVE YOU" Billy was panting by the end of his rant.

Sam placed a hand on Billy's back before looking at Bella with a stone cold face "the tribe washes our hands of you Isabella Swan we will not come to your aid when the red head comes for you and she will make no mistake she's been trying for months now to get to you, she's gotten close a couple of times we've been there to stop her not anymore your on your own it's time to pay the consequences of your decisions".

Where these two for real that's the best they could come up with leaving her in the hands of Victoria, of course they thought she was human leaning back in her chair Bella crossed her arms over her chest as she thought over everything they said especially what Sam said, he basically told her the spirit warriors where refusing to do the one job they where created for defending humans from cold ones had she been human Bella would be terrified at being left defenselessness against Victoria they sighed her death warrant.

This angered Bella beyond belief " tell me what do y'all actually know about the cold ones besides that their made of stone and you have to burn them in order to kill them" Bella raised an eyebrow at both men, they looked to each other opening and closing their mouths before looking back to her Bella nodded her head" that's about what I thought it doesn't matter if you warned me or not because you did it too late you see cold ones have a drug like substance in their breath it's how they catch their prey humans are very acceptable to it one breath of it and their hooked it's worse than heroin" they both say there wide eyed at what Bella just reviled to them "some of them even have extra gifts like Jasper for instance can feel and manipulate emotions, Alice his mate can see the future based on what decisions you make, and Edward can read minds so no Billy I didn't have a chance in hell of staying away from them".

Both Sam and Billy turned there eyes to the table they didn't know what to say, "and as for Victoria trust me when I say she'll get hers I'll make damn sure of that I'm going to give y'all a piece of advice so listen very carefully DO NOT MAKE AN ENEMY OUT OF ME YOU WON'T LIKE THE CONSEQUENCES OF THAT ACTION" Bella let some of her power leak into the room both men froze at the darkness of it pressed against them.

Sam was quick to get Billy and himself out the house watching them drive off Bella smirked before turning around to finish what she had been doing before Billy and his pet dogs rude arrival.

Bella had a week left before Charlies old house sold she couldn't waste any time she had traps to set and horrors to bring to life Victoria wouldn't know what hit her, and hit her Bella would by the time she was done with her Victoria would be a sniveling mess begging for death only to be denied it's sweet embrace.

Bella smiled her house of horrors was set and ready to spring on its victim now she only had to bait it and wait, with a wave of her hand the illusion spell set making it look like Bella was sobbing on the couch scared out of her mind, sliding a knife across her palm Bella let a few drops of blood hit the prouch steps leading to the front door that should be incentive enough to get Victoria in the house.

Movement in the frost alerted Bella that someone was approaching the house quickly reciting a shadow clocking spell Bella fade out of site.

 Beginning of Victoria Pov

She finally had her that human bitch she was the reason for her James death her and those disgusting Cullen's, she's been trying for months to get at her but the overgrown puppies of La Push kept getting in her way, so she had to settle for the bitch's father now that had been fun he had screamed and begged for his precious daughter's life before choking on his own blood, the bonus was watching her fall apart know his blood was on her hands.

Victoria crept up the prouch steps it seemed the human had gotten hurt recently small drops of blood lead up to stairs up towards the front door, as if beckoning her to come inside and have a taste quietly Victoria opened the door the human had cried herself to sleep oh what fun they where going to have.

Only once Victoria was fully inside the house Bella's Illinoisan dropped the front door slammed shut behind Victoria traping her, Victoria spun around this was right her gift was going haywire danger was nearby but she couldn't figure out which direction it was coming from, cracking sounds came from behind her spinning to face whatever was behind her, she froze eyes wide before her was a mangled deformed picture of James he was missing part of his face having lost it in the fire the other side was cracked and had pieces missing, part of his right arm was gone a black nub in it's place, his left arm was outstretched towards her some of the fingers where missing, his left leg hung useless dragging behind him while he used his right to limp towards her, she wanted to scream but she was too frozen with horror "V-victoria" a raspy voice called out rough from disuse and a partly destroyed thorat Victoria closed her eyes she covered her ears this wasn't real this couldn't be happening that wasn't her James " c-come with m-m-me we c-an be t-together a-a-again" Victoria rocked back and forth James was right on top of her now when his broken hand touched her she screamed.

End of Victoria Pov

Bella laughed the house was doing better than she thought it would Victoria was being terrorized with her own nightmares, the spell would last all night long worsening as time went on, sure Bella could of just ripped her apart and be done with it but that was easy no she wanted Victoria to suffer like she made Charlie suffer, what better way to do that than having her being chased around the house by a decomposing James walking to her car Bella got ready to head out to the hotel she booked she'd be getting her mother tomorrow form the airport than Charlies funeral the day after that.

Picking Renee up from the airport Bella dreaded the next few days her mother seemed to have gotten worse she was fine untill she saw Bella's new car "oh Bella I hope you didn't pay to much for that car I'm going to be needing that money soon enough" before Bella could open her mouth and say anything Renee counted on with her rant "it'll just have to go back the dealership I mean honestly how did you plan on getting it back to Jacksonville oh Bella your going to love It there and I have the most wonderful news" Bella rolled her eyes of course she wasn't going to get a word in not until Renee was done talking about herself, Renee spun around so she could face Bella she threw her hands up in the air yelling " your going to be a big sister" Bella froze as it all clicked together in her head Renee was going to try and take her inheritance so she could spend it on the new baby that's why she wanted Bella to return her car.

She wasn't here to see her ex-husband be laid to rest or to help Bella get though what was supposed to be a difficult time, no she was here for Bella's money and to make her a live in babysitter Renee wouldn't be taking care of her own baby she'd leave it to Bella, the more Renee talked the mader Bella got "I'm sure you've talked to Charles lawyer already but will stop by again and have deposit your inheritance into my account we'll also sell the house as well that'll go into my account also" having had enough Bella spoke up "so I get none of the money dad left for ME it's all going to you and the new brat your having" Renee's face turned red "Isabella Swan I will not have you talking about your new sibling that why and yes that money will go to me your going to be living with me so I deserve something in return don't I honestly Bella when did you get so selfish" putting her hands on her hips Renee shot Bella a pointed look.

Rolling her eyes at Renee making this her fault Bella turned around on her heel heading back into the airport, Renee huffed behind her " Isabella Swan where are you going get back here right now, obviously we need to work on your attitude this isn't going to fly in my house young lady" Bella ignored her as she walked to the receptionist desk the man working it looked up and smiled at Bella as she approached " hello welcome to Seattle airlines how may I be of service today" he toned warmly "can I please have a one way ticket to Jacksonville Florida please" nodding his head he began typing on the computer before him "we actually have a flight leaving in a hour at gate nine" Bella grinned at the man "that's perfect I'll take it please" handing him her card, walking back outside to where Renee still stood Bella handed her the ticket "a flight back to Florida I thought you wanted to attend Charles funeral" Bella gave her a deadpan look "oh I'm attending his funeral I'm not doing him the disservice of having his money hungry ex-wife there you can go back to Jacksonville" Bella had the satisfaction of watching Renee's jaw drop before turning and walking back to her car.

It took Renee half a step to recover and to chase after Bella " oh no little girl I'm getting that money and you will be returning to Jacksonville with me where you will take care of the house and your sibling when they get here" she grabbed Bella's forearm jerking her back " if you mess with too much we WON'T attend your father's funeral it doesn't matter to me" Bella jerked her arm back she had enough of her mother if she could even call her that " no YOU take care of YOUR house and YOUR baby I'm not going to Jacksonville with you" Renee smirked smugly at Bella " oh yes you are Bella your father is dead as is both your grandmother's you have no one but me left and you still have one more year of school left before you can be on your own so you don't have a choice"

This was the moment Bella had been waiting for she smiled triumphantly at Renee " have you ever heard of emancipation it legally allows a minor to live on there own without adult supervision you see Charlie excepted you'd pull something like this so he left it in his will that I be emancipated you have no control Renee not over me or my money" Renee face went ghost white at the news "as for the house it's already sold that money went to the police department Charlie made damn sure you wouldn't see a cent of his money" by now Renee looked like she was about to faint everything she had planned was falling apart, Charlie had somehow been four steps ahead of her on everything it didn't make any sense.

Bella shook her head at Renee's flabbergasted face it really wasn't that hard Charlie had always done his best to protect her even from Renee, Bella had called him multiple times when their water or electricity was on the verge of being cut off, the worst time was when they had no food because Renee had found the grocery money Bella stashed away, her father cussed Renee up and down she never again touched the grocery money after Charlie threatened to get the courts evolved, that's when Charlie started send three hundred dollars every month or so Bella used that money to cover what bills Renee had decided not to pay at least untill she started taking that money to fund whatever hobby or culture she was into at the time.

Looking at her mother now Bella saw how toxic she really was she didn't love Bella she just wanted to use her, remembering the promise she made herself Bella pulled her self up to full height squared her shoulders " get back on the plane Renee go back to your perfect life in Jacksonville and leave me be I no longer want you to be apart of my life it has no place for toxic self-centered people", Bella turned her back for the last time to her mother and walked away.

Watching the sunrise Bella knew she should start getting ready Charlies funeral would begin at eleven she needed to be there by ten to help set up but she couldn't pull herself away from the beautiful seen before her, the sun had just started raise setting the sky ablaze in reds and oranges with dashes of pink here and there, it was only fitting that Charlie had a beautiful morning for his big day with a smile to herself she got up and started getting ready.

Instead of the traditional black dress Bella had decided that her father's favorite color of dark green was a better choice it wasn't his death they where celebrating it was his life, making sure her illusion was in place Bella headed towards the funeral home to help with last minute decorations, making a quick stop at a florist shop Bella got a banquet of white and red roses to place on Charlie's casket.

It looked like half the town came to pay their respect to the fallen chief Bella stood at the front of the funeral home shaking hands and thanking everyone for their condolences, Billy was pushed in by his son "Jacob why don't you go find us some seats while I talk to Bella" Jacob nodded his head glared at Bella than walked away, Bella crossed her arms over her chest before rasing an eyebrow at Billy " your really not going to do this today are you Billy I will kick you out if you cause a disturbance today is about Charlie not you or me" glaring down at what was supposed to be Charlies best friend, holding his hands up in surrender " I didn't come to fight with you Bella I've come to say goodbye to a dear friend and to warn you the red head leech has disappeared the boys haven't caught her sent in days now the last time they smelled it she was heading your way to Charlies old house than nothing".

Bella smirked darkly "Victoria isn't your problem any longer remember your people are safe that's all you need to know now please take your seat" Billy shiverd at the darkness coming from the girl in front of him it was clear she was something else bron of pain and darkness, the Cullen's broke something in her when they left her in those woods and whatever crawled back out was standing before him unforgiving In her anger no longer would she be hurt or walked all over he and Sam fucked up when they washed their hands of her now he feared what they might of brought onto the tribe should she decide they where deserving of her anger.

Bella walked to the podium looking out at the see of black she gave a sad smile her father had touched these people's life in some shape or form "hello as you all know I'm Isabella Swan the daughter of Charles Swan or as y'all better know him as chief Swan, I'd like to start by saying thank you to each and everyone of you for coming out on this sad day, it seems my father was very well loved which isn't surprising he was the kinda of person who could lighten any room with a quick joke, he loved this town and his job always taking pride in both, many of you have became great friends with him over the last few years either eating pie every Saturday night at the dinner or having gone fishing with him lets face it y'all took those trips to gossip shamelessly" the crowd busted into laughter at her last statement she smiled "let's not just make today about his death but his life as well go fishing, eat at the dinner, or watch the big foot ball game my father loved all those things he wouldn't want y'all mourning him he'd want y'all to enjoy life as much as he did".

Following behind the casket as it was being carried by members of the Forks police department everyone was in full uniform, they reached the open grave he'd be laid to rest in Deputy Evans stood at the grave stone radio in hand, Bella steeled herself for what was coming next she took her place at the front of the grave she watched as the flag that was draped over his coffin was folded than handed to her, sighting her back Bella wished for the first time that someone was standing beside her the hardest part of the funeral was coming up after the twenty-one gun salute for the first time Bella realized she was alone her heart broke even more in that moment, Bella didn't flinch when the guns sounded she clutched the flag to her chest when her eyes met Deputy Evans eyes he nodded his head before raising the radio to his mouth "dispatch to unit 5509 officer Swan come in" there was a long pause "dispatch to unit 5509 officer Swan come in" Bella bit her lip to keep from busting into tears as there was another long pause "dispatch to unit 5509 officer Swan final call at September, 20 1900 rest in peace my brother your watch is over will take it form here now" Bella gritted her teeth she could feel a sob threatening to come free she swallowed hard as her father's coffin began to lower into the ground, one by one people lined up to throw white roses on to the coffin before leaving.

Bella was the only left she blinked fighting herself for control when she knew a break down wasn't going to happen she finally moved, pulling a single red Rose from the banquet she placed the rest on her father's coffin crouching there for a minute she said her goodbyes for the last time, standing back up she moved to her grandma Helens grave placing the rose she had pulled on top of it before leaving the graveyard.

Everything was packed and ready go for her trip to Mystic Falls there was one more thing she wanted to do before leaving completely, pulling up outside the Cullen home Bella stood there for a minute it her birthday party seemed so long ago compared to everything that had happened Bella herself wasn't the same, turning Bella pulled the gas can out of the car than walked up to the front door with a well placed kick the door went flying, zipping up the stairs to what was Edwards room Bella began to pour the gas out she went to every room in the house making sure to pour the gas every where, she made a trail halfway to her car before stopping she throwing the gas can though the living room window Bella pulled a book of matches from her jacket pocket, lighting one match she used it to light the rest of the book before throwing it onto the gas trail she had made.

Bella watched as the house lit up within minutes the whole house was on fire the windows started to crack and break from the heat with a loud crack the roof caved in all of it was music to her ears, when she heard sirens in the distance Bella let out a breath she felt lighter it was only right she ended this chapter of her life with a cleansing fire, like a phoenix she burned away the old before rising from the ashes a new.

Lust And Love 

 Mystic Falls Virginia a town no bigger than Forks Washington, the only difference between the two towns was the weather Mystic Falls had warm summers and clear blue sky's, while Forks was constantly cold and covered in clouds all year round, Bella already liked Mystic Falls she had missed the sun more than she had realized.

Arriving late in the afternoon Bella was tired and cranky from her long drive, not wanting to deal with the towns people just yet she forwent stopping for something to eat and just went on to the house, following the directions Colefax had given her Bella drove to what had to be the edge of town, Bella soon found herself surrounded by the forest with no street lights or people around, this put Bella at easy nobody would have any reason to go this far out of town her house was the only one around the area and was completely enclosed in by a wall, she'd be able to do as she pleased out here without worry of being seen the only way to get on the property was though the front gate and she was the only one with a key to it, finally spotting the wrought iron gate Bella pulled up to the keypad and put in the code to unlock the gate driving slowly as the gate opened Bella watched with amazement as the gate closed automatically behind her.

Laughing at herself Bella continued up the winding driveway, Bella felt as the wards her grandma Helen had put up sing as they recognized her magic, Grandma Helen had put up some major spells no one would be able to get though the gate much less the house without an invitation from Bella herself, Mystic Falls didn't just house the Swan line of Witches but also the Bennett line as well, nither line really got along with each other and usually tried to stay away from the other Bella would be no expectation.

Bella's mouth dropped as the house came into view this was not what she had been expecting. 

She fell in love instantly it was like a dream how could this big beautiful house belong to her at such a young age, she wasn't expecting this at all she figured it would be something a little bigger than what Charlie had but this was four times bigger than his, she didn't know what to do this was more lavish than what she was use to parking her car right outside the door Bella stepped out and stood there gaping at the house.

Bella stood there admiring the house for a few more minutes before walking to the front door, the inside absolutely blew her away she was definitely not expecting this at all.

Bella was going to enjoy living here if she had to dream up a house this would be it, though she didn't understand the huge walk in closet or the his and hers sinks in the bathroom, her grandpa Geoffrey had been dead for years before her grandmother brought and remodeled the house she wouldn't need any of the space, shaking her head Bella dropped it for now she'd just have to do more clothes shopping to fill up the closet space.

After getting everything moved in and settled Bella decided to look around the property some more, she was starting to get the distinctive feeling that the house was done up with her in mind it was even more concreted when she opened a door, she had thought it lead outside but to her surprise it opened up to an indoor pool area walking to the edge Bella dipped her hand in it felt heavenly almost like a hot spring no matter what time of year it was she'd be able to swim year round even with snow on the ground she couldn't wait.

Bella couldn't imagine herself ever moving the house was beyond perfect for her, walking back into the house Bella went to her library she had glanced briefly in on her walk though now she studied the books most of them where about magic and other supernatural creatures along with journals from her ancestors no wonder her grandma Helen has this place heavily graded, there was a lot of valuable information on not only her bloodline but the original family of vampires and werewolf lines as well.

Bella's stomach growled she laughed before putting the book she was looking at back on the shelf, she'd have to go grocery shopping tomorrow but for tonight it was takeout grabbing her keys and wallet Bella headed for the front door, Bella made the drive back to town in quick time she was being to really love speeding, finding the restaurant she saw earlier on her way though town Bella parked and got out, she could feel another witch inside the building.

Bella stopped in the doorway of the Mystic Grill she scanned the room looking for a place to sit preferably away from the other witch, a light brown skinned girl sat at a booth with three original, a human and a doppelganger Bella could already tell they where drama not wanting to get caught up in there bullshit Bella walked to the other side, finding a booth that didn't have to many people around Bella claimed it picking up the menu that had been left on the table, "I felt her all the way out in the parking lot she's a really strong witch, we need to be careful when approaching her" Bella's sensitive ears picked up their conversation she pretended to read the menu while still listening in "she's just a witch no matter how powerful she may need, we need to know if she's here for Elena or not and if she we need to come up with a game plan to take her out, in case you've forgotten Klaus is still running around after her blood we don't need an unknown witch doing the same thing as well" a male whispered yelled back "Damon's right on this one Bonnie we need to safe guard Elena at all costs and like he said she's an unknown" a different male chimed in "I'll welcome our new friend to town lay down the ground rules concerning Elena and everything will be peachy" the first male spoke back up.

Bella watched the dark haired male approach her table she was going to love whipping that smirk off his face, she dropped the menu when he got half way to her table resting her head on her hands Bella waited patiently for him to reach her, stopping in front of her he opened his mouth " you know for a original vampire your very slow I mean really how long does it take to walk across the room" Bella beat him to speaking he immediately froze before taking a seat in front of her "you know what I am" he drawled out menacingly, snorting at his act Bella smirked at him darkly "I know what your whole table is you've got the Bennett witch, two other original vampires, a hunter, and a doppelganger please y'all are the start of a bad joke" he growled at her Bella just have him a flat look in return "look here witchy the doppelganger is off limits you go near her and I'll rip out your throat" he whispered darkly while placing his hands on the table to lean forward.

Bella's hands snapped out faster then he could comprehend she held his wrists tightly almost crushing them, his veins slowly lit up with fire clench his teeth to keep from screaming Bella smiled darkly at him "you know I was going to be friendly and let you slide tonight but then you had to open your mouth let's go ahead and get something straight I don't like being threatened do it again and I'll shove the doppelgangers heart down your throat" he darted his eyes to the Bennett Bella growled lowly at him, Damon froze that growl was darker and more menacing than his own it could match the hybrids growl perfectly the fire in his veins became more intense, "don't look to her for help trust me when I say she'll be of no help to you I'm far stronger than she'll ever be even with all her ancestors backing her up".

Tightening her grip even more on his wrist crushing them in the process she learned forward until her lips meet his ear "you see I'm not just a witch I've got something a little bit extra in me so if I was you I'd watch your step when dealing with me I've got no problem in killing you or anyone setting at that table y'all mean nothing to me keep that in mind the next time you talk to me in such a manner" releasing him she sat back in her seat rasing an eyebrow.

Damon quickly got up and made for the door the rest soon followed behind him clearly scared Bella smirked one last time when the Bennett looked back locking eyes with her, she tried flexing by flaring her power Bella just smiled savagely as her drowned out the Bennett's completely her eyes grew wide before exiting the door rather quickly.

Lust And Love

Beginning of Scooby Gang POV

Damon kenneled on the ground panting his wrist slowly started to heal from being crushed but his veins still felt like they where on fire, Elean ran out the Mystic Grill falling to the ground next to Damon she cuddled him to her chest stroking his hair. Stefan and the others soon followed her gathering around what was supposed to be their second strongest member "she's not a normal witch" he gasped out in a pain breath "what are you saying Damon she can't be part vampire that goes against nature" Stefan drawled out annoyed with the way he and Elean where acting.

"There's something else to her Stefan look what's she's done to poor Damon" Elean yelled out tears pouring down her face, Stefan rolled his eyes "ok let's say he is right what could she be mixed with Vampire is ruled out because of her being a witch", Caroline spoke up for the first time that evening "Stefan's right whatever else she has in her can't be that bad all she did was catch Damon off guard that's all".

The Mystic Grills door opened again as Boinne came out walking quickly to the other's, "what do you think of all this Boinne Damon say's she's got to have something else in her your the expert on witches" Stefan turned to the fast approaching Bennett "no her magic is just dark she's a Swan witch they don't follow the same rules as my kind had too" Boinne crossed her arms over her chest.

"Well if that's the case all we have to do is find away to limit her magic maybe a spell or something" Caroline looked to Boinne as well, Boinne muled it over in her mind trying to remember if there was such a spell "I'd have to look in my Grimoires and maybe consult with the ones who came before me" chewing her lip as she started to make plans. Damon was the next to speak up finally recovered from his injuries "maybe we can find away to not only weaken her but Klaus as well or find away to kill both of them at the same time" at his words an idea began to from in Boinne's head "there maybe something to what Damon says it's going to take me sometime to get together but I may be able to tweak a spell to do just that".

Elean released Damon seeing him fully healed she got up and cuddled into Stefans side "can it be done could we really kill them at the same time I mean yeah she hurt Damon and threatened the rest of us but we did provoke her first", Caroline nodded along with Elean "she's right the girl didn't do anything until Damon started messing with her" Stefan shook his head at them "we're forgetting the most important thing she knew what Elean was the girl referred her multiple times as the doppelganger", everyone looked at each then he was right "Stefan right she may not be a threat now but what about later on she could be a problem just like Klaus, I still have the spell Esther tried to use against her children I'll tweak a few words, will preform it on them under a full moon and use Elean blood to seal it".

The others nodded there heads with a plan set they all left going their separate ways Boinne had work to do and wanted to get started right away seeing as the full moon was less then two weeks away Jeremy would go with her to help , Damon was going to find someone to feed off of and spend the night with, Elean and Stefan where off to her house to watch a movie with Caroline tagging along senice Tyler was busy with Klaus.

End Of Scooby Gang POV

Unaware of what was going on the parking lot Bella was browsing the menu once more when a blond waitress stopped by for her order, "I'll have the bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup or onions, fries for my side and a Pepsi please" the waitress scampered off to put her order in, Bella sat back looking around the room it was mostly filled with teens and those in their early twenties she must of found the towns hangout.

Digging into food when it arrived Bella was surprised how good it was she half expected it to be slightly burnt, finishing up her meal Bella paid and left a twenty on the table for her waitresses, she'd be starting Mystic Falls High next week she wanted to familiarize herself with the town and house before starting school, walking out Bella side step the person who was standing in the doorway.

Cocking her head she studied the person before her while he did the same thing, with a smirk the male bowed and kissed her hand "kol Mikaelson at your service darling" Bella couldn't help but laugh at the dead give away of his age, "I know who you are Mr.Mikaelson your the lover of witches" looking up from her hand he grinned at her "and your the darkest of all witches a Swan" he shot back.

Bella raised her eyebrow mildly impressed with the vampire before her humming in conformation she smiled darkly at him, he huffed out a laugh "oh darling where going to be the best of friends" standing to his full hight he slung his arm around her shoulders, steering both of them towards her car he opened the door for her and closed it behind her when she got in, he quickly zipped to the passenger seat Kol started automatically messing with the radio.

Bella still trying to figure out what had just happened watched him "your awfully full of your self aren't you" he looked up at her with a grin "naw your many times great grandmother predicted that you and I would be the best of friends we will walk the ages together" Bella frowned then surged who was she to argue with her many times great grandmother and her predictions, starting the car Bella pulled out and started home. Looking back over at her companion who was playing on his phone " how long have you been undaggered" she asked curiously "a couple of months now Nik finally killed my bastard father" he went on to explain all that had happened to the return of Esther and her spell to kill all of vampire kind in one go, and his older brother Finn dying along with his line of vampires to how he and Rebecca enrolled into school to be more normal.

Bella let out a laugh at that but she was also secretly glad to have at least one person she knew going to school with her, Kol wasn't all that surprised by the fact she lived out in the middle of nowhere or the fact she lived alone "you lost your father because a family of cold ones decided you'd make the perfect mate to the hundred year old virgin who can read all but your mind" Bella pulled up to the gate Bella punched in the code making sure Kol could watch "pretty much he couldn't even kiss me without freaking out it was all Bella this or Bella that he didn't want me thinking for my own", parking in front of the house Kol followed her up the pouch steps "your invited by the way" Kol flashed though the house after Bella opened the door rolling her eyes she slowly followed after him.

She found him in one of the spare bedrooms kicked back on the bed she leaned against the doorway, "this is my room now no take backs" Bella raised an eyebrow at him " you do understand this is my house right" Kol pushed himself up on to his elbows "yes and I'm your best friend that automatically grants me the right to my own room here so when my family get to be too much I can come here and crash" Bella started laughing as he fell back onto the bed dramatically.

Bella hadn't ever had the need to make friends before what was the point when a couple of months she'd be moving again, but with Kol he was different she didn't question him when he got in the car with her, it had felt natural like they've done it hundreds of times that and letting him into the house like she did, it wasn't like her usually she tried avoiding making connections with people it had never been her strong suit, Bella preferred being a loner it meant she wouldn't miss anybody when she inevitably moved away. In truth Bella had closed herself off without even realizing it she wanted friends to hangout with and not just in school but outside of it as well, she'd just been lying to her self about being a loner living with Renée it would be impossible to keep any friends she had managed to make.

She'd make an honest effort with Kol tho she had the feeling it wouldn't be hard he already felt like he belonged, she wouldn't have to try with him it would just come natural she wouldn't have to hide her darker parts or pretend to be something she wasn't, the same went with him he wouldn't have to guess if she wanted him around or not or curb his more menacing parts either, the trouble they'd cause together would be legendary the people of Mystic Falls won't know what hit them.
