   After the events of III, Paintbrush and Silver Spoon and the others return to the original island. Silver and Painty are sharing a room in the hotel happily, enjoying their relationship. Eventually, rumors start spreading that Paintbrush is cheating on Silver Spoon with Fan. Silver is distraught and drives herself to insanity to the point of terrifying thoughts about harming herself and others. She has to either admit or hide and she will only do the latter if possible
