   The day to day operations of governments around the galaxy are carried out by somewhat normal, somewhat sensible people like Chancellor Mothma, or Boba Fett, or the Mand'alor. These somewhat normal, somewhat sensible politicians often need a person on the outside, someone who isn't afraid to get their hands a bit dirty in order to figure out why the Remnants are going cuckoo for cloning facilities. This person is Valo Kryze - a totally sensible and completely sane intelligence officer who will never, ever get a bounty on their head. They pinky swear it!
