This was a comic I've drawn in Summer 2022 to address the delicate subject inside the Ketchum family that is Ash's father/Delia's husband. Although Soul(mate)s of Light takes a lot of information from Takeshi Shudo's novel into consideration, I want to note that my AU does a little divergence where instead of Ash's father leaving Pallet right after Ash's birth, he actually left when Ash was only four years old. As such, he retains very faded memories of his father.
