Obi wan had long ago accepted that he himself was a foolish man. Anakin would taunt him, if he found out, but more importantly, he didn’t want to accept that Cody, his competent second in command was just as, if not more, foolish than he was
“Obi-wan, stop worrying.” Cody interrupted his worries “´m not.” “I know that face, it will be alright” “my dear commander Cody, I don’t believe any other jedi would get trapped in a cave for one man that can surely take care of himself.” “General Secura surely would” Cody deadpanned. Obi wan sighed “general Secura is the general of the 327th , I am the general of the whole third systems army, without any offense but I should be a bit wiser and take more cautious steps than this” obi wan sighed of the hundredth time. Everyone knew about her and commander Bly, and though it was looked down upon by the few of their fellow jedi, no one cared enough to file a complaint or whatever they would do.
If obi wan did anything remotely similar, that would be a whole other story, he was a high ranking jedi on the council, master of the chosen one and the whole third systems army, surely, he was expected to not fool around like a teenager, because general Secura was that; barely an adult.
“Obi-wan!” Cody ripped him out of his thoughts once again. “let's get out of here” he mentioned at the stones he tried to move and obi wan nodded.
