Chapter Text

Monty was currently working in his spaceship. Monty wanted to try and see if he could make some upgrades to his model that allowed him to hold bombs that would turn nuclear when he put a specific liquid on them. Monty had currently found out he could make his shorts pockets hold five grenades each and he could hold three in his mouth but Monty was still trying to find/make a liquid that would not kill him if he wished to carry it on him. Suddenly Monty got a notification from his computer. “Someone has entered the daycare from the ball pit. I suggest that they got here through a portal.” Monty sighed. “I’ll go check it out.” Monty went to his ship's portal and went back to the daycare. When he arrived Monty didn’t see anything that seemed out of the ordinary. It was night and he knew that most likely the other animatronics had decided to put themselves charging or were asleep. Monty quietly went to the ball pit and saw an animator at the ball pit standing by it. By closer inspection, Monty could tell that the animatronic looked like Eclipse from the design. Monty quietly snuck around the play area. Monty could hear the robot talking to himself. “I’m surprised that worked. Hopefully, the dimension chip can get me back.” The Eclipse seemed to be typing something in on his arm. “Ok, I’m in Lunar’s dimension. It’s night so he most likely isn’t awake. Damnit, should have checked the time before comin' hear.” The Eclipse looked around the area Monty was unsure of what he was doing. He tried to figure out what Eclipse could be looking for his thought being interrupted when Eclipse said “I know you’re there Monty. My scanners told me.” Monty cursed before coming out of hiding. “I have no clue what you’re doing here or how you know the kid but you better leave now.” Eclipse seemed surprised. “I mean no harm to you Monty. Besides you most likely know about me unless Lunar didn’t inform you of me.” Monty sighed. “Yeah, the kid didn’t tell me a dang thing about you. So why don’t you introduce yourself Mr.Eclipse man before I rip you to pieces.” Eclipse chuckled “Monty I’m not saying this is a threatening way but if you did someone would hear and I highly doubt whoever that was would be happy with either one of us. You can call me Good Eclipse if it helps you feel more comfortable around me. That’s basically what I am.” Monty’s face turned to one of realization. “I do know about you. Next time don’t act dramatic and just tell me you’re the good Eclipse. Doesn’t mean I completely trust you currently or believe you are him but if you do come back expect me to ask you how our first meeting went.” Eclipse nodded. “Understood. I’ll probably stay here. Moon already knows I was to arrive here sometime and now I’m here. Guess he thinks working with the good Eclipse is better than working with the bad one. If you wonder where I am I’ll be with the go-carts.” Monty watched as Eclipse walked off he didn’t like the idea of the “good Eclipse” coming to his dimension.

It was hard getting used to Bloodmoon being back around. KillCode, Sun, Eclipse, and Moon thought he was dead seeing as they were the only ones that knew about Sun “killing” him. Bloodmoon on the other hand quite enjoyed being in the daycare.

Sometimes they would explore the plex aimlessly and other times Bloodmoon would find a way to distract himself and walk around poking fun at Sun and saying how he couldn’t kill them when no one was around or make messes after Sun would finish cleaning. It was until one day when BloodMoon was hanging out with Sun and Moon were around that Moon found out how great the extent Bloodmoon’s torment to Sun was.

Bloodmoon was walking around the daycare with Moon and Sun to try and distract themself. “Sun do you remember how you tired to kill me?” Bloodmoon asked. Sun didn’t respond so Bloodmoon poked his cheek. After still not responding they tried to pull a wire out of the back of his head. Sun managed to catch the hand and glared at him, his grip on Bloodmoon’s hand tightening with each second. Bloodmoon let out a whimper and Sun sighed letting his hand go. He knew that it most likely didn’t hurt Bloodmoon but couldn’t help but feel bad.

“The answer is yes Bloodmoon I do remember.” Moon looked at Bloodmoon with a neutral expression. “Why do you ask Bloodmoon?” Bloodmoon laughed. “Because it’s fun to make Sun man realize that he was truly as weak as he ever was and that he remembers that.” Moon glared. “If you don’t leave now I’ll rip a wire out of your head myself.” Bloodmoon laughed. “As if the Moondrop could ever hurt me.”

Moon went to punch Bloodmoon but they disappeared first their body while their sharp smile floated and then it disappeared as well. “He acts exactly like the Cheshire cat. Gives me a idea for Monty. Anyways Sun are y-” Moon saw Sun shaking and looking down at his hands. Moon walked over carefully to Sun. “If you can respond Sun am I allowed to hug you?”

Sun let out a shaky sigh and nodded. Moon took Sun into his arms before Sun broke down sobbing. Moon rubbed Sun’s back slowly and hummed softly. After Sun calmed down some he looked up at Moon tears still rolling down his cheeks. “A-am I really weak or as weak as I’ve always been.” Moon gave Sun a soft smile. “Of course not Sun. You’ve grown much stronger than you were in the past but were always strong. You have never been weak.” Sun smiled softly. “Thank you brother."

This was inspired by the Sun and Moon Fairy Au made by ayyy-imma-ninja on tumblr .

Sun and Moon were currently flying around on a bright summer day. The two had decided to go out and look for berries and mint. the day to go smoothly. The last thing the two most expected was to find the much taller than them nightmare moon monster. It was named Lunar and was the brother of a nightmare sun monster named Eclipse.

The reason why Sun and Moon called them nightmare monsters was because they looked like fairies even though they were covered with a black fog-like substance similar to the nightmares Moon dealt with. The only difference was that the fog had either orange lines for Eclipse or pastel blue lines for Lunar that helped define what they looked like.

Magic could be sensed greatly from Eclipse and Lunar but Sun and Moon could not tell why. The brothers were currently hiding behind a leaf as they watched Lunar look around. He appeared to sniff the air before walking to a bush. Sun could tell it was the berry bush he and Moon had been looking for. “I think we should go Sun. Maybe we can find another bush.”

Sun shook his head looking very insistent. “No there’s no more other berry bushes nearby and the other ones take a days journey. We can just wait for him to leave.” Moon felt nervous and was unsure of why Sun seemed so confident. Sun on the other hand felt like there was a reason that he and Moon had to stay. Eventually Lunar did leave after he ate some of the berries.

Sun flew over to the bush but made sure he hid behind something if he heard any noises. Moon followed his lead. When they got to the bush Sun picked a berry for Moon and handed it to him. Moon took the berry and began to eat it while Sun grabbed a berry for himself. As they were eating something suddenly lunged out at them. It tackled Moon to the ground and Sun saw that it was Eclipse. Sun was quick to attack yelling “GET OFF MY BROTHER!” and get him off of Moon. Eclipse hit the branch of the berry bush and whimpered. Lunar then appeared and lunged at Sun.

Sun was quick to hit Lunar’s wing which made him fall. Sun panted his fangs still out and angry. He went over to moon to make sure he was ok. “Brother are you injured.” Moon looked at Sun. “I’m ok Sunny.” Sun sighed in relief when he and Moon got ready to leave Moon could hear crying. He looked to the floor where Lunar had fallen. “Moon we have to go. Eclipse coud come back and-” Moon looked at Sun. “We can’t just leave him. Maybe if we help him we can try to get him and Eclipse to stop causing trouble with the humans.”

Both Moon and Sun knew it was a vain attempt but it was worth a try. When they landed on the floor Eclipse was nowhere to be found and they didn’t see the nightmare fairy Lunar that they were expecting. Instead they saw a crying fairy half the size of them that looked like moon wearing a hat, half red and half yellow shirt, brown pants, and boots but with pink eyes and two blue wings (one of them was tore).

Sun seemed confused and horrified there was a clear blue goo leaking from the wing. Moon carefully approached the fairy and crouched down on his knees to Lunar’s height. The fairy was quick to try and back up not getting far though because fo the stem of the bush. “I-I’m sorry. Don’t hurt me p-please I was only t-trying to protect my brother.” Lunar begged. Moon slowly held out his hand. “We won’t hurt you kid. We only want to help you.” Lunar sniffled. “H-how do I know you’re not lying. You’re brother tore my wing.” Moon nodded solemnly.

“He did and I’m very sorry that happened. The only reason he did was because you went to attack h-” Lunar quickly interrupted while shaking their head. “I never meant to hurt him only keep him still and wait for Eclipse to decide what to do. I.. it seems that he left again.” Moon looked at Lunar with a questioning look. “Does he do that often?’ Sun asked concerned while crouching next to his brother. Lunar nodded. “Yeah but he always comes back even though he’s mad if I get caught by something. Anyways my names Lunar and I’m guessing you guys are Sun and Moon? My brother told me about you.” Sun smiled.

“Yes we are. Here let me help you up. Moon and I can take you back to our place and help you patch your wing up. I bet it hurts a lot.” Lunar nodded. “It does but I’m strong and am sure it will heal quickly with your help and thank you for also offering to help me.” he said smiling. Sun and Moon nodded. “We’re happy to help you Lunar.”

Chapter Text

Monty had invited Lunar on a sort of shopping trip and today wa the day the two would be would be going. The reason why was that Monty had bought some private stores for clothes, makeup, food, and other random things while she was bored one day. Lunar had been quick to accept Monty’s offer to go on a shopping spree.

One of the reason’s they were most excited was that Monty said they would be trying in different types of clothes at the many different stores. Lunar had to wait a week before they could go but he couldn’t help but think of all the dresses, skirts, shirts, gloves, and jewlery there would be that they could add either to his growing dress up box or casual clothes he sometimes wore on different days.When Monty went to get Lunar he was waiting with Moon in their room and playing Kingdom of Hearts.

“Kid you ready to go?” she asked outside on the balcony. Lunar quickly got up abandoning his controller and headset. “I’m ready Monty.” Monty smiled softly when Lunar appeared a large smile on their face and quickly took Monty’s hand. “Let’s go Monty. I’m ready to go.” She chuckled. “Ok kid. You want me to carry you or no?” Monty knew sometimes Lunar enjoyed being carried. Lunar quickly held his arms up to her. “Uppies. Uppies.”

Monty nodded and picked Lunar up. “Ok hang on tight kid. I’ma start running ok?” lunar giggled. “Yeah. Ok ok let’s go.” Monty took off running Lunar laughing happily as she did. Monty slowed down once they reached the stores. “Ok Lunar time to get off the Monty express and visit the clothes stores.”

When Monty put Lunar down he was quick to rush into the first store they walked into. When Monty entered she saw Lunar had found a star suit that would fir most of their many plushes and a beautiful black and blue star and moon themed dress that had see through long sleeves. “Monty this matches perfectly. I could dress up Mrs.Wafer and her suit would match with my dress.” Monty nodded.

“You’re right kid. By the way where is Mrs.Wafer as this current moment?” Lunar shrugged their shoulders. “Mrs.Wafer is either under or ontop of my bed. Anyways that doesn’t matter I know she’s safe.” Monty watched as Lunar quickly went into the changing room and came back out dress in hand and continued looking around the store.

She and Lunar went to three private stores and had a fashion show like thing in everyone. Trying on different outfits and showing the other what they had found. When Monty and Lunar did return back they had many bags of clothes and Lunar was excited to show his brothers.

Chapter Text

It was a normal morning in the daycare. When Sun woke up he was on the couch with Lunar laying on top of him asleep. Sun's arms had been wrapped around Lunar. Sun could vaguely remember falling asleep on the couch and charging himself once it was night. He saw that Lunar was also plugged in and checked their wrist to see what percent Lunar was at. Lunar was at one hundred. Sun decided to gently shake Lunar’s shoulder. “Brother it’s time to get up.”

Lunar yawned and rubbed his eye. “Don’ wanna. Let’s cuddle for a bit longer.” Sun chuckled. “No we have to get up. We’re having a cleaning crew come in.” Lunar sighed defeatedly. “Ok. I'll go get Moony.” Lunar unplugged himself and climbed off of Sun before going to see Moon.

Sun smiled and unplugged himself. He stood up from the couch and stretched before going out to the balcony. He decided to let his body fall forward and into the ball pit. When he emerged from the balls he crawled out and began to look around the daycare. He picked up a clipboard that had a piece of paper on it from the floor in front of the play area. Sun guessed it had been placed there by Lunar because there were some small drawings on it and it said at the top in large bold letters "WHAT TO CLEAN."

Sun smiled and began to go around and write down what needed to be cleaned. He was interrupted when Lunar yelled his name from the balcony. "SUN SOMETHINGS WRONG WITH MOON." Sun was quick to get up and balcony andro Moon's room. When he walked in he saw Lunar next to Moon.

"Sunny, he's really hot. I don't think you guys are supposed to feel like a stove are you?" Sun shook his head no. "We aren't. Lunar can you go get me some fans? Probably more then two and could you get Monty as well?" Lunar nodded and quickly left. Sun stayed with Moon and watched his brother. When Lunar returned he had Monty and more than four fans.

"Monty and the fans are here now what?" Sun explained how and where he would like the fans set. "Monty, do you know why he's burning up?" Monty nodded. "I have some theories. The main was is either he did a spell that caused him to become sick, he downloaded something and it gave him a virus, or a hacker tried to get into his system and his code set up a fire wall." Sun looked horrified at the last one.

Monty noticed and patted Sun's back. "Don't worry he'll be fine as long as the fans blow and we keep a eye on him. Me and Lunar will go watch the cleaning crew stay here with Moon Sun." Sun nodded.."Ok I'll do that. Also thank you Monty. Monty nodded before she left with Lunar.

Sun watched over Moon the whole day and his temperature improved going down as the hours went by. When Moon did wake up he had a small fever. He looked over and saw Sun. "Hi brother." Sun smiled to Moon and hugged him. "I'm so glad you're doing better." Moon patted his back. "I am as well Sun also I'm guessing you helped me to cool down so thank you." Sun nodded. "Happy to help."

Chapter Text

KillCode was in the beach watching the sunset. Moon had left and was still trying to find a way to save him. KillCode had accepted his fate though. He knew that Moon would have to kill him either that or Moon's code would sense that KillCode was something that needed to be destroyed.

KillCode decided to run his hand through the water thinking of how the past days had gone. KillCode knew that he would be saddened to not meet all the others. He wished to make Moon and Sun his children and Lunar his grandchild. KillCode could imagine how once everyone got used to him he would help them around. Maybe not with the children but keeping bad people away from the daycare and his celestial family.

KillCode could see himself helping Sun and Moon through there trauma, making cookies for when the daycare would open again, maybe helping Monty if he had anything science he couldn't do alone. KillCode was smiling as he looked up at the sky. It started to rain harsher than he had ever seen. Wind started to blow and the waves began to crash against the beach. Eventually the water seemed to draw back into the ocean before a giant wave was created.

KillCode knew this was the end for him but seeing something so beautiful and monstrous that the ocean could create moments before destruction made him smiled. Even as KillCode was crashed into by the giant wave into the water, even as his code began to give up all KillCode could do was smile happy for the people he had met even if he didn't know them well and never in KillCodes passing seconds did he wish that he had another one but the one he has.

The night had gone well. Moon was patrolling the plex with Monty while Sun and Lunar were asleep in the balcony rooms. Moon was glad that Monty had decided to join him on patrol as it gave him someone to talk to and he could tell that Monty also liked the company. For the past few days Monty had seemed to be nervous about something but Moon could tell that now he was more at ease.

"Hey Monty sorry if I’m interrupting you talking about your plans for gator golf but have you been doing ok? I know Lunar could tell that you seemed on edge.” Monty froze for a moment. They looked at Moon, hesitating to answer before nodding. “Yeah. I may have heard that a new animatronic may be coming to the Plex. I don’t mind if one does of course but it’s still makin me nervous if the rumors are true. What if it ends up turning on us or worse?” Moon looked at the stars that hung overhead. “It would be there but you know we could handle it. Besides, we were able to handle Eclipse.” Monty nodded and smiled slightly.

“That is true.” Moon seemed like he was about to say something but was interrupted when a scream was suddenly heard. It had come from the daycare. Moon and Monty were quick to rush over. In the balcony rooms Sun was in Lunar’s room cradling his brother tightly and rocking him while crying. Daisy Sun’s cat was beside the brother’s and seemed confused trying to nuzzle Sun’s arm with their head. “Sunny, you have to tell me what’s wrong or I can’t help you.” Sun shook his head. “I’m so sorry Lunar. I’m so sorry. I shouldn’t have told you to shut up or tried to make you think me killing Eclipse was ok. I’m so sorry.”

Moon and Monty entered Lunar’s room Daisy meowed at them. They were trying to get Moon and Monty to realize the distress Sun was in “Lunar what happened? Why is Sun crying?” Lunar could tell Moon was mad and curled in on himself. “I-I don’t know.” Sun glared at Moon and Daisy hissed at him, their back raised. “He didn’t do anything wrong. I did.” Sun looked at Lunar and apologized again Moon was confused. “Lunar did he hurt you?” Monty asked. He seemed ready to take Lunar from Sun if that was the case. Lunar quickly shook his head no.

“I think Sun had a nightmare. He came running in here crying and shaking me. He was begging me to wake up and that he didn’t mean to hurt me.” Moon sighed glad that nothing had happened to his brothers. “Monty continue patrolling. I'm going to stay here with Sun and Lunar. Ok?” Monty seemed hesitant but agreed. “If you need me, call.” Lunar gave Monty a thumbs up before he left.

Moon slowly sat next to Sun and put his hand on top of Sun’s while with the other hand petting Daisy’s head as well so they didn’t see him as a threat. “Sun you didn’t do anything wro-” “But I did. Before I went to track down Eclipse I yelled at Lunar. I told him to shut up. I told them that hurting me and you was like killing Eclipse. I almost killed Bloodmoon. What if I hurt him because I was angry. What if I get angry and hurt Lunar again. What if something bad happens to them because I’m angry and it’s all my fault.”

Sun started sobbing again and tried to bring Lunar as close as he could. Moon looked at his brother. “Sun there is always going to be someone to protect Lunar whether it be Monty or Roxanne or even Funtime Freddy. Lunar will be safe. I’ll make sure of that and so will everyone else.” Sun looked at Moon. “You promise?” Moon nodded. “I promise Sun.”

Chapter Text

Sun was sitting hidden in a pillow fort in a corner of his room. He was biting on a pillow to make sure no one could hear him panic sobbing. The day had been stressful for him. Lunar was away with Monty and Moon was at one of his bunkers doing something. The children were extra rowdy that day and the parents seemed much more agitated then usual and many of them yelled or griped at him for things he couldn't even control like a child still being tired after nap time or how a girl named Trixi had got a hold of a container of glue and sprinkled it on many of the others kids head who thankfully didn't get any in their eyes.

There was a moment where Sun thought Lunar and Moon had come to the rooms but then left. He didn't want to bother them with his crying. Sun could calm himself down alone, by himself and-. Suddenly something brushed past his arm. It was soft and furry. Sun looked down and saw his cat which he had named Daisy. Sun smiled as he looked at them. Daisy's had always been his favorite flower so he thought it fit to give his cat that name. Daisy climbed into Sun's lap and nuzzled his face while purring before curling up in his lap. Sun smiled and gently pet Daisy with his hand watching as their back rose and fell with each breath they took.

Eventually he removed the pillow he had been holding and held Daisy in his arms. Sun nuzzled Daisy's fur enjoying how it smelled like dust and the minty soap he used to clean Daisy. After a while Sun gave Daisy a few treats and continued to cuddle with his cat. The purring helped him stay calm and eventually he fell asleep laying down with Daisy curled up on his stomach purring.

Chapter Text

It was a normal day at the daycare. Moon and Sun had just arrived with Lunar. Lunar was looking around happily when they did arrive. "I missed being here. Now that it's summer I can be here as long as I want." Sun chuckled and ruffled Lunar's hair before saying, "Maybe not that long but yeah you can stay here for a while." Lunar was quick to run off to the entrance and greet kids once the daycare was opened. Sun smiled as he watched Lunar and the kids run around and have fun. At nap time though a kid named Ruby got sick and her mom had to be called.

Sun took Ruby to her mom and waved goodbye to her while Moon cleaned up the area. The kids were woken up and taken out to play as soon as everything was clean to keep them from getting sick. Sun was glad when he saw that no other incidence like that happened during the day and no kids were banned from the daycare. Once the daycare was closed Lunar was quick to help his brothers clean when they asked him to. "Ok it's time to go home Lunar. Moon, can you call me when you're off so I can come get you?" Moon nodded.

"Yeah I will." Moon hugged Lunar and Sun and said goodbye to them before they left. Sun and Lunar got out to the car and by then Lunar was yawning. Sun helped Lunar into the car and helped him get buckled. For a moment Sun swore that Lunar felt warmer than usually but when checking his forehead Lunar felt fine. Once they got home Sun and Lunar got bathed and Sun put Lunar in bed before going into the living room and watching some soap operas. When he thought he heard something though Sun paused the TV and went to go look around the house.

The noise was coming from Lunar's room and when he walked in he saw Lunar crying and shivering his blanket tightly wrapped around him. Sun put his hand on Lunar's back and massaged it softly trying to help calm him down. Once Lunar had calmed Sun put his hand to Lunar's forehead and pulled it back once he felt how warm it was.

He went to get a thermometer and it said one hundred degrees fahrenheit. Sun tsked guessing that Lunar caught the bug Ruby had. He got up to leave but Lunar grabbed his hand and whimpered. "Sunny please stay." Sun smiled softly. "I promise you I'll be back Lunar. I'm only going to get something to help your fever, ok?" Lunar let go of Sun's hand and nodded. Sun was quickly to get medicine, a cup of water, a bowl of water, and a rag. He knew the bowl of water might not get used but it was good to have it just in case. When Sun got back he helped Lunar take the medicine and drink water. Lunar was quick to lay down and Sun sat with him.

At three in the morning Lunar's fever had not gone down and Sun had tried everything from using the water to getting Lunar to take a lukewarm bath. Sun had even called Monty over to try and help. By that time though Sun was panicking and Monty was trying to help calm him. "What if his fever gets higher Monty? Should we take him to a hospital? What if it's really bad and he has to stay at the hospital? Does that mean me and Moon have to go to work and leave him there alone? What if-'' Monty quickly interrupted. "Sun listen. He is going to be ok. If he has to stay either I'll stay or cover for one pot both of you."

Sun nodded and sighed. "I-I want to call Moon so bad and just tell him what's happening but he still has to work." Monty looked at Sun. "How about this? I'll go get him and cover for Moon for the last hours of his shift so he can come here ok?" Sun sighed shakily and nodded. "Ok." When Monty left he called Sun and kept him on the phone trying to help make sure Sun stayed calm. Once Monty arrived they explained the situation to Moon and he was quick to leave before thanking Monty.

When Moon arrived Sun was still with Lunar and thankfully his fever had broken. Sun quickly went over to Moon and hugged him. "I'm so happy you're here brother" Sun said years rolling down his face. Moon hugged Sun back smiling. "I am too Sun." For the rest of the night Sun and Moon watched Lunar and ended up asleep and cuddling him by time it was five thirty am.

Chapter Text

It was a night at the pizzaplex. Moon had been walking around the daycare with Sun and waiting for Monty to return. Monty had told them that Lunar had been away at some house while everything was happening and had to go get him. Moon was starting to wonder how far away the house was and where it even was. Soon though Monty walked in with Lunar stopping him from thinking about tracking down where Monty was.

Moon and Sun both went over to Monty as soon as they saw him. When approaching though Lunar tried to hide behind Monty. The hurt look in Sun’s eyes was noticeable. Moon remembered Sun mentioning that something had happened between him and Lunar before he went to find Eclipse. “Kid it’s ok. Sun’s back to normal.” Lunar looked at Sun nervously. “Promise?” They asked slowly coming out from behind Monty. “Promise.” Lunar teared up and ran over to Sun before hugging him. Sun knelt at Lunar’s height and hugged him back. “I’m so happy your back to normal brother Sun.”

Sun smiled and let some of his tears escape. “I’m glad I am to Lunar.” That night, once everything had calmed down Sun and Moon, stayed with Lunar in his room. Towards the morning though Moon left to meet with Monty. He wanted to know exactly what happened while he and Sun were gone. When Monty was ready to talk Moon immediately cut to the chase. “I want to know what happened while I and Sun were gone.” Monty seemed caught off guard by the question but agreed to tell him. “Well the kid didn’t want to stay so I took him somewhere safe. Eclipse then visited here some days after and I had to give him the star.”

Moon looked at Monty. He knew that wasn’t the full story; there was hesitance in Monty’s voice. “You’re not telling me something. You have to be hiding something. I know you wouldn’t have let Eclipse touch the star. You would have died before you let him get anywhere near it. He had suspected that Lunar would most likely not come from everything that happened without something involving them in it. “So I’ll ask you one more time before I have to force the answer out of you or get it from Lunar. What happened while I was gone.”

When Sun and Moon first returned Lunar was nervous. Especially when they were told Lunar had left because he didn’t feel safe at the daycare. Lunar was scared even though he knew their brothers wouldn’t look down on him as weak. They might think that he felt unsafe around them and try to send them somewhere else. Which wasn’t the case. Lunar always felt safe around their brothers.

A few days after Sun and Moon had returned Lunar was going around looking for his brothers. Eventually, he did find them. The way he found them though displeased them, greatly. He had heard Sun yelling. “So you just gave him the star? Do you even know what kind of danger this could put me and my brother in? WHAT DANGER THIS COULD PUT ALL OF US IN?!” Moon looked on Sun. “Sun, you have to say calm. He didn’t have a choice.” Sun had anger in his eyes. “Didn’t have a choice? DIDN’T HAVE A CHOICE?! MOON HE HAD PLENTY OF OTHER CHOICES> LIKE NOT GIVING ECLIPSE THE-” “MONTY COULD'T HAVE NOT GIVEN THE STAR TO ECLIPSE BECAUSE I WAS TOO SLOW TO GET AWAY FROM HIM!”

Monty, Moon, and Sun looked at Lunar. “Kid this wasn’t your fault-” “YES IT WAS MONTY! I SHOULD HAVE BEEN STRONGER. I SHOULD HAVE TRIED TO RUN AWAY FASTER OR THOUGHT THAT HE HAD A…..had a way to control me s-still.” Monty calmly walked over to Lunar who was hugging himself and crying. The gator animatronic knelt to Lunar height and took the smaller bot in his arms. “I-I should have not been so weak and useless.” Monty rubbed Lunar’s back as he held him. “You are not weak or useless kid.“ Lunar hiccuped and leaned into Monty’s arms sobbing. “Th-then what am I if I can't even do anything b-better than put everyone I care about in danger?”

Sun woke up that morning expecting to see Lunar cuddled up to him and Moon there as well but when he did open his eyes Lunar wasn’t there. Moon was of course charging as he probably stayed up all night to make sure good Eclipse arrived safely since Lunar made him promise to. Sun smiled and hugged Moon before getting up and going to find Lunar. Sun knew he probably was with the other Eclipse but didn’t like the idea of Lunar being left alone with him. He didn’t care if this Eclipse was different but left Lunar with someone who resembled the Eclipse he and everyone knew.

The Eclipse that had hurt him and his brothers made Sun cringe. So when Sun descended from the balcony into the daycare he decided to find Lunar and the other Eclipse. When Sun entered the play area he saw Lunar covering his mouth and giggling. Sun waved to Lunar and suddenly was grabbed by his wrist and dragged into one of the tubes that led up to the third highest area where the ropes were. “Shhh you have to stay quiet Sun,” Lunar said, still giggling. “Wh-”

Lunar suddenly covered his mouth. “Oh, Lunar I’m done counting. Where are you?” Lunar and Sun remained as quiet as possible until Lunar let out a sneeze. Eclipse suddenly peaked his head around the corner and saw Sun and Lunar. Eclipse smiled and waved to Sun. Lunar quickly tried to get away laughing and trying to take Sun with him. In a moment Sun caught his foot in a safety net in the play area. Lunar tried to get Sun out even though Eclipse was approaching quickly. “Oh brother leave I shall fend for myself against the seeker,” Sun said dramatically. Lunar hugged Sun quickly. “I will return for you when I can, my brother,” they said before leaving Sun.

Eclipse chuckled when he saw Sun had gotten stuck. “ Let me help get you unstuck,” Eclipse said before helping Sun untangle his foot. “I see I was correct that Lunar had dragged you into the game of hide n seek. Well since I have caught you would you like to join me in finding him? I think it would be fun if we teamed up in finding him.” Sun thought for a moment. “Yes, I agree. I’ll go left and you go right if that’s ok.” Eclipse nodded. “Let’s see who can catch him first. If we both catch him it’s a tie.” Sun shook Eclipse's hand and then went left. He could hear Lunar’s giggling no matter how hard his brother tried to conceal it. Sun reared around a corner and spotted Lunar Eclipse coming down from the ceiling and catching Lunar off guard from behind.

“Caught you Lunar” Eclipse said. Lunar tried to wriggle free but Eclipse made sure he had a good grip on him before tickling him. Sun joined in on the tickling and did an evil laugh as he did. “The tickle monsters have caught you Lunar.” Once they were tired from the tickling Sun and Eclipse set Lunar down. “I’ll count this time. You two go hide.” And as soon as Lunar began to count down Sun and Eclipse ran off to hide.

Eclipse walked into the daycare. He didn't expect much when he walked in. What Eclipse didn't expect the most though was to see Lunar. He didn't expect to see them standing, talking with Sun, talking with Moon and Monty, and much less talking with KillCode. Monty was the first to notice Eclipse and stood in front of Lunar protectively. "What are you doing here, Eclipse?" He asked cooly, anger laced into his voice. "Well I expected to talk with Moon and Sun, make them beg for their lives, and end up torturing them but I found something even more unexpected. I found my brother Lunar."

Eclipse walked forward and Monty backed up and made sure Lunar went over to Sun. "You scared Monty? Scared, I'm going to kill him?" Monty growled and Eclipse laughed at this. "Lunar looks as pathetic as they did last time." Lunar looked at Eclipse. "I'm not scared of you anymore." Eclipse's smirk rose even further. "Oh really." He walked forward more and Monty looked at Lunar. "Kid please just-" "No Monty I won't! I'm not scared anymore because I'm the one in control now Eclipse." Eclipse's face turned to one of questioning. "How are you in control of me supposedly?" Lunar smirked. "Wouldn't you like to know?" Eclipse shrugged before turning around. He walked over to one of the barrels and grabbed it. "Killing you will be easy." Lunar was glaring at Eclipse and Eclipse could tell.

"Hey, Eclipse guess what." "What Lunar?" "B243Redy29." Eclipse was suddenly stuck in place. Lunar smiled proudly. "Betcha KillCode didn't even know that trick." Eclipse sighed shakily. "Lunar, tell me how you found that code?!" Lunar walked over to Eclipse slowly and stood in front of him. "Well, you used it in front of me once. Not to make me stay in place but another time. A time when I was alive much more than now." Moon, Sun, and Monty seemed confused. "What do you mean Lunar?" Moon asked. Lunar smiled. He then transformed into a human girl. She was around the age of eight, had short brown hair in two ponytails, green eyes, and freckles on her cheeks. The human girl Lunar was wearing a pink fuzzy jacket over a purple shirt and had a black skirt and black leggings on. The most noticeable thing about her though was her sun, moon, and star-themed beaded bracelet and galaxy-colored shoes.

"Hey Mr.Starbeam, remember me. Mr.Starbeam what's wrong you're shaking?" Eclipse was breathing heavily his smirk had disappeared entirely. "Mr.Starbeam when you killed me did you think I wouldn't remember when I was a human? Before Bloodmoon or should I say Benny killed me. Mr.Starbeam I thought you said that you would protect me. You knew my parents had heard me. Don't you care about me? Why did you hurt me just like them? wh-" "SHUT UP TRIXI." Lunar was silent. "What did you just-" "I said shut up Trixi. You were gone. You weren't you."

The girl glared her face turning to one of rage. "I was still Trixi Thomas. The girl you knew and promised to protect. You promised to keep me safe just like Bloodmoon did. Just because my memories were gone and you gave me new personality traits DOESN'T MEAN I WAS GONE." Eclipse looked at Lunar. "Just change back please." Lunar sighed and turned back to his normal self. "When I died I got my memories back and I was so heartbroken to realize that Mr.Starbeam, the animatronic I thought of as more of a dad than my dad, hurt me just like my family just because I was different." Lunar walked away while Eclipse stood there, the barrel in his hands, frozen in place, while tears rolled down his face.

Monty sighed and walked into the daycare with Foxy. She tried to stay calm when entering and saw Moon, Sun, and Earth. Moon’s memories had been wiped but Earth and Sun were trying to help fill him in on important details like the star, how Eclipse was evil, and that they had a brother named Lunar. Sun had even shown Moon some recordings of Lunar which Moon enjoyed. He seemed excited to see Lunar and wanted to get to know him.

Moon also wanted to keep Eclipse away from Lunar after finding out about the trauma Lunar had gone through. Sun was grateful that Moon seemed to understand the situation with Eclipse somewhat and know that he was a bad person. Foxy decided to walk up to Earth, Sun, and Moon and tell Sun that Monty needed to have a talk with him. Sun looked at Monty with an unsure look. “Whatever it is Monty you can tell me here and now. I would rather not leave Moon and Earth currently.” Foxy looked at Sun.

“He’s going to tell you that Lunar is currently being rebuilt.” Sun froze and looked at Monty extremely worried. “Wh-what do you mean being rebuilt?” Foxy shrugged. “Well first off you should know that Eclipse has the star and-” “HE'S HAS THE WHAT?!” Monty looked at Sun. “Calm down I need you to stay calm. I have a plan to get it back but-” “NO I will not stay CALM MONTY. HE HAS THE DAMN STAR!” Foxy looked between Sun and Monty. “Well Monty gave it to him so he wouldn’t blow up your brother with a bomb but in the end Eclipse still did and Monty’s trying to rebuild him with a nanobot even though I believe he’s probably not coming back.”

A tear rolled down Sun’s face looked as he looked at Monty. “Y-you mean h-he killed Lunar?” Monty growled at Foxy. “The kid isn’t dead.” “Yes he is you need to admit he may not come b-” “I SAID MY FUCKING KID ISN'T DEAD. I WILL BRING THEM BACK NO MATTER WHAT.” Sun was standing and hugging himself tears rolling down his face. “N-no he can’t be gone. I know he isn’t your lying you have to be.” Monty calmed himself and went over to Sun. “He’s not dead. I promise you Sun. He’s not dead and he won’t ever be dead. I’ll make sure of that.” Sun crumpled to the ground sobbing and hugging himself and was quickly hugged by Earth and Moon who tried to console the even more broken Sun.

Chapter Text

Sun smiled as he looked at the empty daycare wall. Management had given Sun and Moon the ability to paint something new on the wall as long as it included the Monty, Rockstar Freddy, Roxanne, and Chica as astronauts in it. The two brothers had decided to settle on a painting of the solar system. Honestly, Sun was excited to carry out the task of making the daycare seem more fun and interesting and Moon was as well. When Moon entered the daycare he had multiple containers of paint. Sun was quick to hurry over to his brother and help him with some of the paint “You wouldn’t believe how hard it was to find all this paint.”

Sun smiled knowingly and rolled his eyes. “Let me guess management just put it in several different places again?” Moon nodded. “T was all at the front of the pizzaplex in several different rooms. I don’t even get why they did that. To me, it just seems like they wanted to screw around.” Sun sighed. “I agree with you brother so much. Anyways now that we have the paint let’s get started.” Once they were ready and had everything that was needed Moon and Sun both opened the black, blue, purple, and white paint.

They started with the background of the solar system and let it try them for a few hours before returning and beginning to paint the stars and planets. Halfway through Moon got an idea and flicked some blue paint on Sun. Sun looked at Moon not quite understanding what had happened but when he saw the smile on Moon’s face he was quick to flick with some red paint. Soon enough a paint war had begun. Of course, the brothers were careful not to get it on the wall but they knew that management wouldn’t care if they did. The paint war ended in Sun in purple, green, blue, and black paint covering him while Moon had yellow, white, grey, tan, and pink paint on himself. Sun tackle-hugged Moon and they fell to the floor laughing. “We definitely need to see if we can paint more around the daycare this was amazing.” Moon chuckled “Yeah this definitely needs to happen again.”

Lunar was standing with Monty infront of Eclipse. Monty had managed to get the star and now Lunar was holding it. "Ok Ecliise. We're going to get rid of you once and for all" Monty said. When grabbed by Monty Eclipse screamed. "No LET ME GO. I SAID LET ME GO." Lunar looked at Monty and then at the star. "Monty I have a question." Monty looked at Lunar "yes kid?" "Can you promise to take care of Sun and Moon for me?" Monty nodded.

"Yes of course kid why?" Lunar smiled sadly. "Star in two minutes I want my wish to come true. My wish is that you never existed." Monty, Sun, Moon, and Eclipse looked at Lunar. "L-Lunar what are you doing?" Sun asked. Lunar smiled sadly a year rolled down his cheek. "If the star never existed then maybe the outcome of everything would have been different. I don't know exactly but I hope I'm right." Eclipse struggled in Monty's grasp.

"NO THAT WILL DESTORY YOU!" Lunar nodded. "I know but you don't have to worry about me." Eclipse tried to attack Monty with his now freed arm. "IM NOT WORRIED ABOUT YOU IDIOT BUT THE PERSON YOUR ATTACHED TO." Lunar laughed sadly. "I know about Trixi as well and I can tell you this." Lunar's voice changed to one of a child. "I'm sad to see the monster you turned out to be Mr.Starbeam." Eclispe tried to get out of Monty's grasp quicker but the star began to glow. Lunar, the star, and Eclipse were gone. Moon grasped his head.

"What just happened? Why do I have my memories back?!" He asked confused. Sun looked around. "I'm not sure." He was horrified by what had happened and what Lunar did. Tears rolled down Sun's face and Eclipses voice then came from Sun. It sounded sad and distraught. 'I just lost the most important kid I have ever met at the daycare. The kid I cared about the most. My Lunar."

Chapter Text

Lunar was with Earth, Sun, and New Moon being told everything that had happened. “S-so he gave up his memories to save KillCode and now has no memories of us at all?” Sun nodded. “Y-yeah. But the good thing is that he’s still alive. Lunar nodded. “Yeah.” They looked down at their hands. “Lunar you ok?” Earth asked. Lunar looked up at Earth and nodded. “Yeah, I’m ok. Just a lot to take in. I-I think I’m going to just go over to gator gulf.” Sun gave a small smile. “Ok. Also once you get there go to Monty ok? It’s not safe there by yourself.”

Lunar gave Sun a thumbs up and left. He knew that Monty wasn’t in gator gulf. He knew Moty hadn’t been there for some time. Lunar sighed and entered gator gulf The lights were off and Lunar found the dark comforting since it had glowed in the dark stars on the ceiling. They went inside the thing where Monty slept. There was a beanbag that Lunar had put there for if he ever needed or wanted to stay in gator gulf with Monty. Lunar cookout a Monty-themed plush that he had been keeping in his pocket and hugged it. “I don’t know where you are Monty but I miss you.” Tears started rolling down Lunar’s cheeks and he broke down sobbing. The next day Lunar returned to the daycare and was able to not have a breakdown when he saw the new Moon.

Six days later though it became too much for him. Lunar was sitting in the balcony living room with Earth, Sun, and the New moon. “Lunar I noticed you have seemed distant over the past few days. Are you doing ok?” Lunar smiled at Earth. “Of course I am I-” “Lunar you’ve been going to gator gulf constantly and I found out yesterday that Monty hasn’t been there for a long time. Please if that’s not the truth tell us” Sun said. Lunar started shaking and began to cry. Earth saw Lunar stand up and opened her arms to hug him but instead Lunar rushed over to Sun.

“W-why did he have to leave us Sun? I know that he made the right choice by choosing to let KilCode live but why?” Sun slowly wrapped his arms around Lunar in a protective hug and rubbed his head. “He didn’t want to be the reason for someone else dying but I promise I’m going to protect you and that nothing else is going to happen to him.” Earth and Moon saw something in Sun’s eyes change. They seemed darker. Later on, Earth and Moon left Sun and Lunar to patrol the daycare and when they returned Sun was singing while he held the sleeping Lunar close to him on the couch. “You’re okay. You’re alright. I’ll never leave your side. I will stand and I will fight for you.”

Earth had decided that she wanted to spend a day with her youngest brother at the zoo and thought a good idea to do so was going to the zoo. Earth decided to first approach Sun and Moon and make sure it was alright with both of them if she and Lunar went. “I’m fine with you going as long as you both use human forms,” Moon said. Earth smiled and nodded before looking at Sun. “Sun what do you have to say on the matter? “ Sun seemed more uneasy about the idea than Moon was. “I just stay in your human form at all times and don’t let Lunar out of your sight. Also, go to the zoo that’s nearby the pizzaplex that way if anything happens e and Moon can get to you quickly." Earth agreed. “Ok, Sun.” Earth was then connected to Moon’s computer and she picked out a human form with white, blue, and green hair.

“Lunar already has a human form so just ask him to use that and you should be good to go.” Earth thanked Sun for the information and both of her brothers for allowing her to leave with Lunar. When Earth went to find Lunar it didn’t take her long to do so. He had been climbing around the jungle gym since they woke up. “Lunar I wanted to talk with you can you please come down please.” Lunar peaked out of the jungle gym and waved to Earth. “Yeah I’ll come down,” he said. Lunar disappeared back into the jungle gym and rolled out of a slide and landed on his back. They quickly got up and dusted themselves off before going over to Earth. “Whatcha want to talk with me about?” Lunar asked. “Well, I was wondering if you would like to go to the zoo.” Lunar gasped excitedly and nodded. “Yes! Yes! Yes! I would love to go to the zoo! When are we going?”

Earth giggled and patted Lunar’s head. “Well, l I thought we could go today.” Lunar smiled and nodded quickly. “Yes, today. Let’s go today.” Earth looked at Lunar. “First though you have to be in your human form before we go and you can’t leave my side when we go.” Lunar nodded and transformed into his human form. “I promise I won’t leave your side.” Earth transformed as well. Lunar asked for uppies and she lifted him into her arms. Lunar was the height of a six-year-old and wearing a star-themed sweater and shorts with sneakers; their hair was brown and had blue tips. The most noticeable thing Earth saw about Lunar was that he had freckles across his face from one cheek to another. Lunar giggled when Earth affectionately bopped him on the nose.

“Ok let’s get going.” Earth walked with Lunar to the zoo because it was only a thirty-minute walk and she thought it was overall a good idea. Halfway through the walk Lunar wanted to be put down and promptly challenged Earth to a race to the zoo. Earth agreed and soon they were off. It ended in a tie both were not slowed down much by their height. When they entered the park the first exhibit they visited was the lions. One of the lions roared and Lunar tried to sound like the roar using his voice. He continued to try and roar like a lion until they got to the penguins which they almost walked by. Lunar sometimes asked questions about the animals as they visited them and Earth would answer them. After seeing more animals it was getting late.

“Earth can we get some food?” he asked looking up at her. “Yeah, we can what do you want?” They had passed by the food area earlier and were walking back. “I noticed they had some caramel popcorn. Can I get some?” Earth nodded. “Of course Lunar.” Lunar soon got his popcorn and ate it once he was done Lunar asked how many animals were left. “There are seven animals left. I’m sure that we can see them all though before the park starts to close.”

“Ok let’s hurry I want to see them all.” Two hours later Earth and Lunar had seen all the animals. When they started to head back to the pizzaplex the sun was setting and Earth was carrying a sleepy Lunar. “So what was your favorite animal?” Earth asked. “The narwals were so funky and had a tooth out of their head like a unicorn horn. What about you?” Earth thought for a moment before responding. “My favorite would have to be the elephants. Their gentle giants and seem like very friendly animals.” Lunar yawned and nodded. He rested his head on Earth’s shoulder. Earth decided to quietly hum and she walked back and by the time they arrived at the pizzaplex Lunar was fast asleep.

(This is not Moon x Monty also it's more like pretesting you'll understand what I mean once you read the fic)

Moon was standing in front of gator gulf. Moon had been told by Sun that Monty wanted Moon to meet her there. Moon wasn’t waiting for long though because within five minutes the green alligator walked out wearing a red dress. She seemed surprised that Moon was there. “I’m guessing you forgot why I’m here?” Monty nodded. “Let me just think about it for a moment.” Soon Monty realized why Moon was there.

“Ok, so the reason I wanted you to meet me here is that I plan to take you with me to my spaceship so we can test out a firewall for everyone at the pizzaplex and see if it works well.” Moon nodded. “I’m fine with that but who will be getting tested on in this experiment?” Monty reassured Moon that she was and that he wouldn’t have to worry about it. “Now let’s head to my spaceship.” Once they arrived Monty brought Moon over to her computer. “Ok, so I need your help by pushing some buttons in the computer to help transfer the firewall over to me ok?” “Ok.” Monty showed Moon the buttons and what order to press them when she asked him to. Once Moon had the pattern memorized Monty plugged herself up to the computer. Moon pressed the buttons and a 60-second countdown started.

“Ok, so how will we know if this firewall works?” Monty smiled. “Well, after I made it I decided to make sure it could also only be tested on me and affect anyone else, and if it works then the virus that is sent quickly after it won’t corrupt my code and will only make it seem like I have mild cold symptoms.” Moon seemed horrified. “And what if it doesn’t work?!” Monty shrugged. “Well, either you can try to uncorrupt my code or transfer everything you can from me to a backup.” Moon breathed in deeply and then looked at Monty seriously. “And what is the point of this firewall if you could get hurt?” Monty tried to find a way to answer and then responded.

“Because this could help prevent anyone from getting hurt by viruses or hackers. Would you want something to happen to you or Sun aside from the current other problems?” Moon froze for a moment. “I…I would not want anything to happen to anyone else you’re right but do you have a plan for if this does work? You said you were going to get sick?” Monty nodded. “Yeah, it’ll be like if a human got a cold. You don’t have to worry about me though I can take care of myself.”

Moon shook his head and when Monty acted like she didn’t see Moon disagreeing he gently took her hand in his. “I’m not going to let you take care of yourself alone. I don’t trust that you could do that well anyways so I’m going to be helping take care of you whether you like it or not.” Monty blushed and looked at Moon. She saw his attention had turned back to the computer and nodded. “Ok.”

Chapter Text

Moon didn’t understand what had happened when he woke up. He was originally asleep in his room and charging but when he woke up Moon felt different. The way he was different Moon couldn’t exactly explain since he had only just woken up and hadn’t moved from where he was sleeping but Moon guessed he could place the feeling as vulnerability. Moon felt like he had just lost all functions that he had up in his head to keep codes and viruses away and the feeling of course scared him. When Moon sat up his hand rubbed against his blanket and it was less soft than he thought it had been before he fell asleep. The next thing Moon did was rub his eye trying to possibly wake up more. As he felt his face Moon felt like his skin was soft and squishy not hard and metallic like it had been. Moon then looked down at his hands and screamed. The scream was loud enough for Earth and Sun to hear who then promptly came rushing into the room. “Moon what wrong- ehhh ok so that’s new.” Sun looked down at the floor seemingly embarrassed and went into the main room. “Earth what’s going on? Why did Sun act like that?” He was now confused and worried. “Well, Moon it seems that somehow you are in a human form currently and have n-” A shirt went flying past Earth’s head and into Moon’s face. “You currently have no shirt on so get dressed and me and Earth will be in the main room waiting for you.” Sun took Earth’s hand and walked with her into the main room. Moon put the shirt on and had his daycare attendant pants and shoes on. When Moon walked into the main room he looked at Sun. “You good Sun?” Sun nodded. “Y-yeah. Just weird seeing you as a human. Not- just not sure what to think of this at the moment.” Earth looked at Moon and gave him a soft smile. ‘So Moon can you maybe enlighten me and Sun about how you are feeling?”

Moon wasn’t opposed to answering the question. “Yeah. I feel more soft and squishy like a human and vulnerable because I don’t have all the weird technology things I used to have stored in my head. Honestly, I’m not even sure what is going on and that alone is not a comforting thought.” Earth nodded. “I understand that you would be feeling much stress from that. Is there any way I and Sun can help you?” Moon looked at Sun and Earth as if trying to figure out how they could help. “I mean yeah. Could you possibly help turn me back or if not that yet then take me downstairs? I would rather not be this high up and have no clue of how to get down or if I was to fall not have a way to not get injured. ” Moon had only just thought about how high up the balcony was from the daycare floor. “Yes me and Sun will get that done as soon as possible but for now do you want a hug while Sun I guess sees if the computer knows anything?” Moon didn’t hesitate to say yes when the offer of Earth hugging him was brought up. The hugs Earth gave always felt comforting and safe no matter the situation. “Computer do you know anything about this?” Sun asked loudly. “Yes this problem was caused by Moon not charging his battery earlier so while he was asleep his models glitched and now he is stuck as a human for a few moments. He will have to take care of himself like a human does as well like eating, sleeping, and drinking water and he must e careful because his body is more susceptible to injuries. I cannot help him in any way possible besides trying to find out how to turn Moon back. So for the time being you will have to keep your eyes on him.” Sun breathed in deeply and then slowly let the breath out. “Ok. Me and Earth can do this” Sun said to himself trying to keep calm. Sun then suddenly felt someone hugging him and saw Moon. “It’s ok Sun. I promise this will get figured out soon and me and Earth are going to help you in any way we can.” Sun smiled and hugged Moon. “Thank you, brother. Now we’re going to go down into the daycare and well we’ll say that you are visiting for the day and you’re nickname is Moon. That way to not confuse the kids.” Moon nodded. “Ok.” Sun walked out to the balcony with Moon and Earth and attached himself to Moon’s cable. Once he knew he was securely attached. He took Moon and carefully went down into the ball pit and put Moon down before making sure the line went up to Earth.

She choose to jump into the ball pit instead though once both Sun and Moon had moved out of the way. “Ok now let’s get you some food before the daycare opens. The children are soon to arrive.” Sun went with Moon to the daycares kitchen which had food in it. Moon made a PB and J sandwich which he enjoyed deeply and even for the fun of it explained what eating was like and how the food tasted. Once he was done Moon walked over with Sun to open the gate while Earth picked out what music would be playing in the daycare that day. When the door was opened children came rushing in quickly. Sun smiled happily and the day was begun. It went well actually. The children seemed calm and were able to get along with one other perfectly fine and best of all there were no rulebreakers. The first thing that happened was some games of hide and seek were played before having story time and then letting the kids choose what they wanted to do. The kids were confused by the human who had the nickname Moon but seemed to quickly accept him as one of the cool people that watched the daycare that day and wanted to hang out with Moon and spend time with him. When nap time came around Moon decided to pick a star-themed song. Moon enjoyed singing to the children and Sun knew that. It always warmed his heart to see his brother happy especially when the children had no clue who he was. When the children fell asleep Moon sighed. “Taking care of the children as a human is easier than I thought it would be.” Sun nodded. “Yeah, I’m glad they're getting along with you well even though they just now met you. They were nervous when meeting Lunar and Earth.” Moon nodded. “Well, I think I might nap as well if that’s ok with you.” Sun chuckled. “Of course it’s ok with me Moon you don’t have to ask me to take breaks and stuff like that.” Moon sighed and rested his head against Sun’s shoulder. “Ok, brother.” Moon was quick to fall asleep and Sun smiled and combed his fingers through Moon’s hair. “Goodnight brother.”

Sun smiled and watched over his brother and the sleeping children. When nap time was over though Sun gently shook Moon’s shoulders to get him ready to wake the kids. “It’s hard to believe that the day is already halfway over. I didn’t expect it to go by this fast” Moon said while rubbing his eye. “It has gone by fast.” Once the children were up and awake Sun and Earth prepared for what she and Sun called drawing hour while Moon helped get snacks ready. Durning the drawing hour many of the children drew Moon and asked Sun questions about Moon like if he had kids, how Sun knew him, and if Moon would be back again when the other Moon wasn’t around. Sun explained to the children he wasn’t sure if Moon would maybe one time come back or not and that Moon did not have kids. Some other questions were asked by the children about Moon which Sun tried to answer as best as he could. Eventually, Earth took over answering questions and not soon after she did Moon came in with the snacks for the children. Snack was held and Earth stayed with Moon giving Sun a break for a few moments which Sun took as a chance to check and see if Moon’s computer was done see what the problem was and see about some new things he was ordering for the daycare. Four hours later and the day ended. The Galaxy siblings cleaned up the daycare and Moon got some more food to eat before returning to the balcony. “Computer have you found out the problem yet?” Sun asked. He was hoping the computer had.

“Yes, I have. The problem has been fixed it was a glitch in his outward image system. In the morning Moon will be back to normal.” Sun sighed grateful that Moon would be back to normal again. “So I had a plan before this happened to have a movie night with you and Earth would you still be up for that?” Moon asked unsure if Sun would rather charge or do something else. “I think a movie night would be a nice idea.” Moon smiled and picked out a movie for him, Sun, and Earth to watch. The movie was based on Star Trek and was the first of three movies. By the second movie Sun and Moon had fallen asleep halfway through while Earth was still awake. “Tell me computer there wasn’t a glitch was there? I feel like I heard Monty saying some day last week how he had a good plan for a prank on Sun and Moon.” Moon’s computer made what sounded like a laugh. “Yes, you are correct Ms.Earth. Monty did plan this. If he hadn’t he would have come by to see why Moon wasn’t in his tracking still. Will you tell Sun and Moon?” Earth shook her head no. “I’m fine with keeping it a secret so Monty doesn’t get their tail beat off by Sun and as long as it doesn’t stress either Sun or Moon out since you did call the problem a glitch. Just tell Monty I’m challenging him to golf next Tuesday and if they agree I won’t tell Sun and Moon.” The computer didn’t say anything but its system could be heard working. “I have told him Ms.Earth enjoy your night with your brothers.”

Chapter Text

Sun had just finished filming a gaming episode that day with Earth, and Moon was away trying to figure out something having to do with Earth and Eclipse at the same time. Sun wasn’t completely sure but had told Moon that he needed to take a break soon or maybe record with him or Earth since he hadn’t been on the channel for a bit. Sun was about to fall asleep when he heard a familiar voice. “Sun. Sun. Sunny. Big Brother Sun? SUN!” Sun bolted up and looked around. He tried to calm himself when he didn’t see anything.

"Will your voice begin to torture me as well? Or will I have to see how you looked before or after you died?” Sun said before lying down and closing his eyes, trying to think of something else, anything else, but the voice he had heard. “Sunny, please don’t ignore me. I’m here. Please, I don’t want to be alone.” Sun tried his best to avoid crying and looked around his room. “I would never leave you alone, Lunar, even if you are just a figment of my imagination. I left you alone once, and you died. If I ever got the chance again, I would never leave your side.” Sun looked toward the wall on the opposite side of his room and saw Lunar. He smiled tiredly and reached his hand out towards Lunar. His face turned to one of shock when he was able to feel Lunar's hand upon touching it. “I told you, Sun, I’m here.”

Sun wasn't calm anymore, and he looked panicked. "Y-you can’t be here; you're supposed to be somewhere else. Somewhere else safe. E-even if you are here, you still can't. It's dangerous. Eclipse could find out about you and be listening. H-he could kill you again, and we would never get you back.” Sun immediately started to try to find somewhere to hide Lunar. “You can’t hide here; maybe the computer could send you to a bunker at random or somewhere else so that way I wouldn’t know where you went, and Eclipse couldn’t get any information." Lunar tried to calm Sun, not wanting him to hurt himself while in a panic accidentally.

“Sun, listen, you don’t have to worry. I have a safe place to go, and Eclipse can’t find me there.” Sun looked at Lunar and took his hands in his. “Lunar listen, I don’t care if it’s safe. I still want to have a backup plan. I don’t want you to get hurt if you don’t have a backup plan.” Lunar looked at Sun. "Listen to me, please. I need you to understand-" "I understand, Lunar. I know that I was a terrible brother and that I hurt you! God, I hurt you so badly that I acted like Eclipse. I probably even made you panic or worse, and I'm sorry, I'm so so so sorry, but I need to keep you safe from him, and I promise I will now. Just please let me do this for you,” Sun said, his hands gripping a pillow he had picked up.

Lunar looked at Sun’s face and saw tears running down his cheeks. Sun put down the pillow and crouched down to their level before gently placing his hands on Lunar’s shoulders. "I made you hurt. I-I made you scared, and I'll never be able to explain to you how sorry I am." Lunar’s own eyes began to fill with tears.

"Sun, I-I’m sorry. You were trying to protect us, but- I just I- " Sun hugged Lunar and cradled Lunar's head with his right hand. "Don't you even think about making an excuse for what I did? You were right, Lunar, and I was in the wrong, not you. Never you." Tears began to roll down Lunar's face, and they sobbed into Sun's shoulder. "I’m scared. I just want everything to go back to normal and not have to worry about Eclipse, and I miss Moon and Monty.” Sun gently rubbed Lunar’s back, trying to comfort his younger sibling.

"I will make sure that you see them again.” Lunar looked at Sun and sniffled. “Y-you promise?” Sun nodded. “I promise, Lunar, and I also will make sure that you never feel alone again or like you can’t come to me for help.” Sun wiped Lunar’s tears, and Lunar smiled. “I’m glad. Thank you, Sun.”

Sun nodded. “I’m happy to help my little brother.” Lunar nodded and looked up at the clock in Sun’s room. “It’s already two a.m. I’m sorry, Sun, but I have to go.” Sun looked at Lunar, confused. “What do you mean?” “Well, I can’t stay for long because of Eclipse, but I promise to come back. So when I leave, you’re going to wake up in your bed, and I won’t be here but know that I am not a figment of your imagination, ok?” Lunar backed away from Sun but suddenly had their hand grabbed.

“Y-you’re coming back, right? You have to come back.” Lunar nodded but had a sad smile on his face. “Yeah, I’ll be back. I’m not sure when but I will be back.” Sun slowly let go of Lunar’s hand. He thought he saw a weird light in the corner of his room and suddenly thought of something he wanted to tell Lunar. “Wait, Lunar, I-” Suddenly, Sun sat up and was in his bed, his hand reached out. He sighed and rubbed his forehead. “I wanted to say I love you, brother
