"Are you two coming yet!?"Duck yelled as Red guy helped Yellow pack and opened the door for him"is everything packed in the trunk" "Of course it is I checked three times already!"duck replied as Red started the car and they drove away

Meanwhile Wally was at Howdy's shop " Oh hey shrimp here to restock on apples?"Howdy asked as he smiled Wally nodded "Oh wait I almost forgot"Wally said as he took chips "Not to be a bother but what's the occasion you usually don't take more items other than apples" " I halve a visitor coming over I wanted to get them

"oh alright"Howdy said as Wally quickly took soda "Almost forgot this," Wally said headed out Howdy had. A slight redness coming from his face and does not know why.

Wally set everything up and smiled as he heard the doorbell as he opened the door he heard "Wally!" He saw Doi Red And Duck it was already night so the other neighbours were already asleep even Home" in Doi" "Hey uh thanks for looking after him for us sorry we are a bit late " Red said Wally smiled

"It's no problem he is my brother so I have to look after him after all" "Ah well thanks" Duck went to the car

"Hurry the plane leaves early tomorrow!" well bye "
Red said as he headed to the car Home was a little tired but awake and closed the door

"Doi I made an extra room you can go in, " Wally said as Doi headed inside "Well you can go shower or bath im already in my sleeping clothes" Yellow went to take a bath after they got dressed and called for Wally

"Wally" "Yes Doi?" "Can you tell me a story" "Alright, there once was a cat that was named Daisy she was a quiet cat who loves the rain, unlike the others she loved it so much she ran in the rain and splashed around, there was also a blue cat named Rosy she hated the rain"

"and went well with others, their paths came across one day and they felt a spark even if they were different and unlike others loved the same gender, they loved one another and lived happily one day an orange cat came and fought with Rosy and scratched her eye"

"Oh no is she alright" "Yes now listen"

"Her eye was scratched she couldn't move and fell Daisy cried in despair as Rosy lied there Daisy scratched thw cat and scared it away and as rhe the orange cat fell when it ran-"

"what about Daisy what will happen what about Rosy?"

"I will tell you but let me finish" "Okay"

"when it ran to hide and Rosy was thankfully helped after someone found them she lived, the orange cat was taken away rosy and Daisy found a little kitten adopted it and named her Sunflower and they are now known as the flower family. The End"Doi was already asleep Wally smiled "Good night Doi"

Doi woke up to find Wally in his usual painting place
"Good morning Doi there are chips and soda on the table if you want that or if you don't want that I can buy something else I can go bring it for you from Howdy's shop I'm gonna buy paint so I don't mind" Wally said as he looked at him

Doi nodded"I already put your stuff so your bathroom items are already there " Wally said as Doi walked to the bathroom

After he was done changing into his usual clothes he went to the kitchen"So what do you want to eat?"
"Toast and Juice" Doi said "It seems we are out of bread I need to go buy some" Wally said as he walked to the door

"Do you want to come along its okay if you don't want to" "No I wanna come along" Doi replied to Wally as he walked out

Meanwhile Barnaby was telling Julie a joke while Frank was reading a book next to them "Hey looks it's Wally who's that with him I'll ask him" Julie said as Barnaby looked to see the blue-haired siblings

Hey shrimp is that the little visitor you were talking about?" Howdy asked as the two entered the store Wally smiled as The two talked Doi went to get snacks and an apple for Wally since he loved them

"So he's your little brother that's why he looks a lot like you" "I know that's because he's my little brother "Howdy smiled "I know" Wally beamed making Howdy blush

Doi walked back towards them they played with a joke which seemed a little odd to Doi as he remembered something Howdy said " Why does he call you shrimp?"

"That's because he's short" Wally blushed in embarrassment since he found out about that only a month ago as he paid Howdy smiled as the two walked out of the shop

"Hey Wally who's this little guy," Julie said as they walked to the two" This is Doi he's my little brother"
"how come I never knew you had a brother," Barnaby asked "You never asked, "Wally said "I'm Julie and this is Barnaby" She smiled

"Oh, you should meet Frank!" "Frank!" she yelled as Frank walked towards the four"This is Wally's little brother Doi "who would have thought you had a brother" Frank said

"We should get going now" Wally said as he took Doi's hand "Bye Doi!" She yelled

When the two entered Home they ate "Hey do you wanna see Poppy again"Doi Smiled

So I smiled as he heard Poppy's name "I think that is a yes" Wally said after they are They went to Visit Poppy meanwhile she was talking to Sally

"Poppy!"Poppy and Sally looked at the voice and saw the two blue-haired siblings walking towards them"Doi is that you oh how you've grown!" she said happily

"Hey Wally who's this "Sally asked very confused Poppy smiled and said"This is Wally's little brother Doi" "You have a brother!, now that I think about it he does look a lot like you" she said smiling "My name's Sally!" she said smiling Doi smiled

"I'm looking after him for a few weeks " He said as Poppy hugged Doi "Can I uh stay with Poppy for a while please"Doi asked Wally smiled and said"Alright if that's
Okay with Poppy" Poppy smiled and replied "Of course it is"She said "I'll be back later" Wally said as he walked to Home

He decided not to paint for a while and went to take a bath His hair running down his shoulders"It's Nice having Doi around isn't it Home "He asked Home who creaked in response

After the bath he put on clothes he doesn't usually wear and listened to music soon.he fell asleep after sleeping for 2Hours he woke up a bit tired Getting ready to pick up Doi

"How was it hanging out with Poppy" "It was nice she baked a pie for me" "That sounds nice" As they got home And Doi went to watch the TV Wally feels like He is forgetting something then he remembered, He forgot his paint"I forgot the paint! Doi I'll be gone for a while I forgot something, Home could you look after Doi for a bit Home Opened the door and made a pipe to respond alright

He hurried to Howdy's Shop "Ph hey Wally what are you doing back so soon?" "I forgot the paint" He said grabbing the paint Howdy smiled at his blue-haired friend

"No!"Wally woke up to find Doi at the door looking frightened as he sat up"I had a nightmare " "it's alright come and down, I'm gonna go grab you a glass of water" He said grabbing his robe

He walked downstairs Home who had been woken up opened a kitchen cabinet Wally who had realised Home was awake said"Sorry u woke you up Home" Home cracked tiredly to respond

Wally grabbed a glass and filled it with water he was too tired to pay attention and almost fell but got to his senses before he did

He walked up to find Doi barely asleep and handed him the glass of water and gave it back to Wally who held it and waited till Doi went back to sleep and put him correctly in bed so he can comfortably lay in bed

He walked back downstairs Home fell back asleep He put the glass on the kitchen counter and took some apple juice and walked to the living room and watched tv from movies Sally and Julie recommended

He did not drink too much and soon fell asleep from tiredness but kept waking up he could not fall asleep so he watched 3full movies by the time he fell asleep it was already 2 AM

The next day Wally woke up to find Doi awake in the kitchen eating cereal Tired he looked around wondering If he Had fallen asleep on the couch He was in Robe he must've put it on he thought

Home made a creak to ask if he was alright "Yes I'm alright" He said getting up and walking to the bathroom looking in the mirror, He looked like a mess.his hair was down his shoulder under his eyes, black circles one sleeve of his robe was shorter than the other his robe was open where you can see his nighttime clothes

"I look like a mess" He said tiredly as he looked in the mirror He heard the door quickly fixing his hair and walking to the door, and he feels like he is forgetting something

"Hey Wally!" and then he remembered he forgot to change and take a bath "You don't look so good are you alright "It was Julie at the front door"Oh don't worry I'm just a bit tired"

"If you don't mind can I play with Doi?" She asked with a slightly worried sound, probably because he looked like he hasn't slept much"Sure I'll go ask if he wants to" Wally walked back and asked after Doi walked to Julie and she smiled

"Are you sure you're okay Wally you look really tired?" she said concerned before the two left as Doi walked to a nearby tree "Yes I'm sure" He said smiling she looked at him concerned

"I'll come later to check on you later alright?"She said worried but smiling "He said okay and closed the door as she walked to Doi

He walked to the bathroom and took a bath closing his eyes After a few minutes of opening them again and dressing Home made a concerned creak as Wally walked to the kitchen

Getting an apple he walked to the couch as he heard knocking on the door and saw the door opening it was Barnaby

"Hey pal Julie told me you don't feel so good" Barnaby said holding a basket of apples "I brought ya some apples from Howdy" he said smiling at his short friend Wally smiled at his friend sheepily

Barnaby walked to the kitchen and put the basket walking to the couch" So how ya feeling" "Tired" Barnaby smiled nodding "Wanna tell me about it"

" I don't wanna make you stay too long " " It won't be a Problem I can stay as long as ya want pal as long as it makes you feel Happy" He said to His blue-haired friend
Wally stopped to think for a bit

"It won't be a problem Pal I'll be here as long as ya want" Barnaby replied to the quiet response of his friend after a while Wally smiled and started talking Barnaby nodded and listened to his friend

After telling Barnaby he relaxed and are an apple Barnaby let his little friend rest in his fur sleeping and putting him to bed soon after Julie came back with Doi.

After sleeping Wally walked and looked out a window it was night and he was still l tired he walked to the kitchen he was hungry he had not eaten much. After sleeping almost the whole day

After he took an apple and some apple juice he went to check on Doi who was still awake"You're not asleep?"
"I could not sleep, you were very tired I got scared a bit" Wally walked over to Him and tucked him in

" I'm alright don't worry you can go to sleep" " Can you tell me a story" Doi asked "Alright, there was once a red apple" Doi looked confused "Why a red apple?" Doi asked But Wally thought and answered the question and after telling the story Doi was asleep

Wally heard the Phone as he walked to the kitchen after eating the apple and drinking the apple juice
He walked to the kitchen " Hello?" "Hi it's uh red, I know it's late but I'm just checking if he's alright"Red had called to check on Doi "He's alright he's sleeping" "Okay uh-" " Go to sleep!"

Wally heard Duck "Okay so Uh if you need to ask anything just call so in yea, bye" And Red ended the call
Wally realised he hasn't painted for 2days since the nightmares came back

Home was woken up again by the noise of the phone and asked why Wally was awake "Sorry I woke you up Home Red called, and sorry I haven't been painting" Home made a creak and went back to sleep.

Wally went to do to the bathroom his hair a mess so he let his hair down because he had a migraine after he got dressed in his nighttime clothes and his robe and his sleep mask

After getting dressed he went to the kitchen for another apple he walked to his bedroom took and read a book and soon fell asleep.

"Hey neighbour I didn't expect to see you so early Wally" Howdy greeted Happily Feeling a warm feeling. Howdy planned on asking Poppy or Julie what this feeling was or maybe even Frank"Hello" "you look tired, are you okay Wally?" "Just a bit tired" Wally replied

Wally took a carton of Apple juice "You should rest more you might feel worse and more tired later on"
"um sorry neighbour I don't have any jokes or something to trade" Wally was too tired to respond

"You seem tired" Howdy thought for a moment "Hm, tell ya what instead you can pay by telling me why you're so tired if ya don't mind"

Wally looked at him and said a tired "Okay" "So you seem very tired since yesterday the others told me you were very tired so they asked if I had anything to make you sleep easier" Wally stared at him making Howdy nervous

Howdys heart went faster as Wally stared "They did?" Wally seemed to ask a bit surprised"Yes they did, we are very concerned and worried for you Wally "

Wally was a bit mad at himself for making his friends worry and he had a little brother to take care of he couldn't let him down "I'm sorry..for making you all very worried about me "

"It's not your fault you're just very tired, now what's making our neighbourhood's friendliest resident so tired" Wally smiled as he finally had someone else to talk to"I...I'm having nightmares" "Nightmares well that's not good what's it about?" "It says very bad stuff it went away for a while but it's coming back" "Hm, I have an idea Don't listen to it" "What?"

"Everything you dream about it or it's on you're mind think something that makes you happy or listen to music you love" "That might work"Wally thought" "If the voices ever say anything you can always tell me Wally" Wally smiled a slight sign shimmer in his eyes

Howdy was feeling a little sad for his neighbour who he had feelings for that he couldn't figure out yet It started Raining And more clouds started to come "I need to hurry To Home it's raining and Doi night wake up soon"

Wally fell dizzy and almost fell before Howdy caught him "Woah, won't hey You okay" " A bit dizzy I have been having Headaches "Howdy sat him down on a chair before going to get medicine pills

"Here these might make them go away " "What are these?" "Migraine pills it's are for Headaches," Howdy said giving them to Wally "Thanks Howdy "He said tiredly"

"I'm gonna bring you Home it looks like you had a really bad headache" "You don't have to do that neighbour"
"don't worry it's raining hard and I have an umbrella anyway" Wally said taking Wally Home "Thanks for taking me home Howdy"

"It's no problem hope you get better bye Wally" Howd said feeling a Warm feeling again "Bye Wally!" "bye!"
Wally went inside Home was awake he hadn't even realised he was tired anymore when he was talking to Howdy

"Wasn't that nice of him Home "Home opened the door and made a pipe sound I. Response Wally walked inside and smiled Happily

IT had been 1 week since Doi came and Wally's starting
To notice Howdy staring at him now and then he's confused but Howdy on the other hand went to ask Julie for help since the warm feeling got bigger and this is how it went

Howdy went over to Julie's house and put up a closed sign on his shop's door taking off his apron first as He walked over to Julie's House he knocked Julie opened the door and was shocked to see him since they did not talk alot

" Hello Howdy I was just about to go to your store for some Sugar and apples!" "Hello, Julie can I ask you a question" She looked at him confused and said, "Sure, hold on let me just a basket I'm supposed to go get apples with Wally and Frank after !"

she said then walked to the kitchen and took a basket from the kitchen counter after taking the basket she walked to Howdy closing the door mailing "So what do you wanna ask me?" she said smiling

"Well you see I've been feeling very weird lately" "Weird feeling Huh?" "And it started growing more and more it's this warm feeling" Julie stopped and smiled her eyes shining

" And do you maybe feel it around someone?" She said almost yelling happily "Yes it has it's been coming when I'm talking to Wally" She gasped "You like Wally!" She yelled happily they were outside her house and the others were doing what they normally so they didn't pay attention

"What?" Howdy asks in surprise "You like Wally!"She repeated "Uh are you sure I mean I never thought of it like that" "Yes I'm sure!" She said

"You're in love with Wally!"She said Howdy felt the realisation that every time Wally came he felt different and Happy and kept glancing when he came to the store Julie smiled realising he realised " Could you not tell him yet" Howdy asked

Wally walked to Julie To call he to tell her Frank was waiting at a bench Julie smiled "Oh hello Howdy" Wally said smiling with his permanent smile as he walked back to Frank

Julie walked to them and stopped and looked back at Howdy and smiled and said "Don't worry I won't say a thing" She looked at Wally and skipped to him

While the three were walking Julie looked at him in a way he couldn't understand she was looking at him like she knew something, Frank was reading a butterfly book so he didn't notice her looking at Wally

"Julie why are you looking at me like that" "Oh nothin" She said looking away they arrived at the apple orchard Wally's attention went to the red apples

Wally and Julie walked to the Apple Julie had an idea she was gonna make apple cupcakes and give them to Wally, Who looked at the bright red apples put them and put them in his basket and smiled

When Wally entered Home Doi was watching TV "Oh you're back!" Dointelles Happily at his brother "I brought some apples if you want to eat some of them" He said walking to the kitchen

"Home where are my paintbrushes? I seem to have forgotten" Home opened his bedroom door to show him Wally took the brushes and went to his usual painting spot meanwhile Doi walked up to him "Uh can I paint on the uh "

Wally smiled and said "Yes you can paint on the canvas "Wally stood up to let Doi try and paint and smiled Home looked at the painting after Doi painted they put it somewhere Then Doi went to eat an apple Wally talked to Home and Started painting another painting

Wally was woken up by a shake when he woke up he saw Doi "Doi, What's wrong why are you awake?" Wally asked "I had a nightmare" Wally stood up a took Doi's

hand Walking towards his room laying Doi down "What was the nightmare about ?" "I- I was in the house again and everything started over again"

Wally looked at his brother and gave him the teddy bear he gave him when he was younger " Don't worry you're not in that house and you won't be ever again"
"Can you sing a song?" Doi suddenly asked 'alright, now which song" he thought "oh Ohknow" After he sang the song Doi felfellleep and so did he in the chair Doi brought him an apple the next morning

It had been a while specifically the fourth day in the second week since Doi came and Wally had planned to have a picnic he made a pie and cake with a bit of Doi's help

he set up and waited for the others Doi looked at the flower and Barnaby was the first one to arrive with some cups the second to arrive was Julie and Frank who had brought cupcakes, jello, spoons and forks since Frank knew Wally did not have any

The third was Eddie then Howdy and Poppy after a few minutes it started raining and everyone had to run inside their homes Home was very worried since it started raining and he knew Wally hated the rain and The two brothers might catch a cold

Home opened the door for Wally as soon as he saw him running at the end of the day Wally did catch a cold and When the others saw Doi Going to Howdy alone they were worried

"Hey there bud " Wally asked confused as he saw Doi heading to the apples when he came "Where's Wally?" "He's sick, Sorry I don't have a joke" Howdy smiled a bit worried "Don't worry you don't have to tell me a joke"

The others asked Doi and he told them the others were worried as well but planned to help Doi take care of him for the week first was Barnaby

"Hey Pal" "Barnaby?" "Yep, I'm gonna entertain you for the day!" Doi went to the kitchen to get the apples for Wally as he went back he saw Wally laughing with Barnaby he put them on the table and he headed to his room

"Okay Okay I have another joke " Wally laughed smiled and looked at Barnaby "Knock knock" "Who's there" Wally was still a bit confused but he knew it a bit since Barnaby thought him this joke "Salesman" "Salesman wh-" "Hello my name is Salesman Washercar!" Wally didn't quite get it but Barnaby laughed and that made him smile

After telling a few more jokes Barnaby said something that made Wally remember something "Remember the time I taught you how to laugh " Wally sneezed into a tissue and then remembered and remembered
"I remember like it was yesterday"Barnaby said

I remember It was very tough to get you to laugh back then. And now that you know how it's still rare to see you laughing in front of the others 𝘵he two smiled Wally's permanent smiling seeming a bit happier at the memory

Wally coughed and coughed and coughed Barnaby hurried to get a glass I water as Home moved the volunteer closer to Barnaby he could already do that but it gets a bit tiring

Even though they are puppets these puppet friends of ours need food and drinks to live normally even though they can live three months or more without the need for food and drinks it just felt right.

Barnaby hurried to give wally water as he began breathing a bit heavily worried home made c𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘪𝘱𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘴 "don't worry he will be alright" He said as to comfort home

Doi saw Wally coughing and went to ask Barnaby if he was alright and to which Barnaby answered " He is a bit sick don't worry he will be alright after a good night's rest and some sleep" Doi gave Wally an apple and the doorbell rang

It was Julie and Sally "Heya there Barnaby we're here to play with Doi for awhile is that alright?" Julie asked but the blue haired Brother was already asleep "Yea it's fine it might distract him from worrying too much "Julie went to take Doi and Headed to sally with Doi to play

For a wuick mokent she looked back at her blue-haired freind sadly he has been tired for the past days and the others are getting worried she told Barnaby she was gonna look after him the next morning to wich he agreed soon he fell asleep with Wally on the couch and him next to him

Chapter Text

Wally woke up Doi was not awake and Wally was still very sick it was in the middle of the night and Home was also still sleeping his hair was in a mess he walked to the bathroom looking in the mirror to look at himself

Oh how he looked like a mess he stared at his reflection for a few minutes thinking about why he was so tired and he knew he was still sick he knew that Doi would worry even more if he saw him like this, Home awoke soon after

He took a bath and got dressed in his robe he wouldn't go outside anyway after making cereal for Him and Doi waiting for his little brother to come downstairs after he came and ate a knock came at the door "Helllooooo Can you open the door?" It was Julie

Doi ran to the door when he heard his friend's voice as Wally headed to the couch trying to stay awake Frank was with her Julie was Happy to hear That he wanted to come along

Many might think the two might have a frenemy relationship but they're close Julie was still Frank's best friend the three were a very close trio

Frank walked to the living room while Wally watched the tv "Yknow you can't just act like you're fine you need rest" Frank said Wally still looking at the tv said " I know I just don't want to worry him too much he's already worried about me being sick"

"I know you still need rest he may get worried but you need to rest or else you won't get better" Wally put the remote down "he's gonna be time we are here and can take care of him" Wally looked at Frank and said "thanks" Soon Frank watched and made sure Wally was asleep

Doi and Julie were still playing after a few minutes Wally woke up to Frank reading a book looked around and saw Doi watching tv while Julie looked at him and smiled and said

"Don't worry nurse Wally even tho I don't have your assistance I'm a doctor and here to help!" She said wearing doctor's clothes Wally didn't quite know what was going on but then remembered he fell asleep

Julie Took a thermometer and put it in Wally's mouth his temperature was high Julie frowned as she looked at it" Oh no no we can n ot have a sick nurse what will I do when I need your assistance then, don't worry wally we'll get you all better and healthy again!

She said as she took the thermometer from him and got medicine and an apple and gave them to Wally "Take these The medicine will make it all better and an apple for a treat!" she said smiling

Wally took the medicine bc Framk forced him bc he was gonna get worse He ate Julie and Frank knew Wally ate with his eyes the first time they were surprised the memory began like this

Wally woke up he was in a white room his hair running he looked down he was wearing a white shirt with long sleeves and long pants he stood up trying to look around but he only saw the endless color of white and stopped to think worried abit But then

He fell, and he kept falling until he hit the floor or what he thought was the floor he winced in pain, looked up and saw nothing but white he sat up

He saw nothing but white henstodd up and started wondering confused and curious checking for anything other than the white empty void he saw he stopped when he saw a mirror before he could touch it he noticed a door he tried to open it with the door knob but it was locked Then he noticed a key in front of the mirror on the floor

Had he not noticed it, did it appear out of nowhere, or did he see it and forget about it? He thought he went to pick it up and walked back to the door this time trying to open it with the key it unlocked it was a dark room he walked towards the light switch and turn it on it was a roomIt had stuffed toys

It was a white painted room there were a bed, table, laptop, and a chair and including stuffed toys that resembled the others

He walked but stopped when he saw a stuffed toy that look Excactly like him he picked it up and got it off the ground looking closely at it even more confused about why there are stuffed toys that look like the other and him he had even more questions than answers

He walked to the laptop which was already open he saw a recording suddenly he fell from a headache then he remembered, a memory this was the old room he used to sleep in before home except a little different.

He got up and sat in the chair there was a recording when he pressed it the computer started to malfunction
"No, no no no " he said scared that the computer will shut down he tried but it didn't work, tears started to form in his eyes, it could've explained everything where I am why I'm here he thought

Soon after the computer shut down, he went to search the white void for anything, anyone..but nothing no one not even a single sight of anything other than the void he went back into the room letting himself fall on the bed clinging to the stuffed toys

he took the Barnaby stuffed toy letting tears f he was afraid of being alone, and he didn't want to be alone..he didn't like being alone he was scared
everything went silent until he heard a voice
w...ally......wa......lly....wall.....y...Wally!

He woke up to find Julie sitting and shaking him awake when she saw he was awake she hugged him tightly

He went to go get an Apple in Howdy's shop"Howdy Wally, I overheard what happened to ya, you alright?"Howdy took a sack filled with apples and tapped Wally's shoulder to get his attention

When he looked up he was happy or what Howdy hoped since Wally always had the permenant smile on his face Wally reached his hand out as Wally gave him the sack of apples"Thank you, neighbour " Wally said looking happily at the caterpillar

"No problem Pal" he said the tint of pink showing on his face again"Wally walked out of the store when he reached the door he turned around and waved to Howd then ran to tell home about his luck, Howdy smiled looking at Wally.

Wally started painting it was a vibrant beautiful mix of colors he was Really happy he heard knocking he walked to the door it was Sally and Eddie "Heya Wally!"
She said smiling at Wally Eddie dropped off the Mail and turned around "Aww can't you stay longer" The star whined

"I have to get back to work" he looked at his watch and rushed to get the other packages "How's it going Wally I was wondering if you could paint some things for a play I'm making I call it, The Adventurer it's gonna be adventures and vibrant!" She smiled brightly looking at him Wally looked at her "Sure Sally smiled and

"Alrighty meet me at my stage tomorrow!" she said running out

It was a calm day Julie and Doi were making pie while Wally was painting a painting of them and Home was looking at Wally paint
"Lovely isn't it?" Wally said to Home while the House made a creak

Wally looked out the window and saw Howdy sweeping the shop from outside and he remembered he needed to get new paintbrushes so he stood up, put his stuff down and then walked outside the door Doi saw him confused he asked "Where are you going" Julie looked at him confused as well

"I'm going to Howdy's shop" "Oh" Doi looked back at Julie she smiled and then continued making the dough Wally walked to Howdy's shop he swept the shop "Oh Howdy Wally, here for apples?" Howdy said happily at the shorter puppet

Wally shook his head "I'm here for paint bruhes, but I do want an apple" "Oh, alright" Howdy said Wally headed to the apples, When he tried to collect the apple he fell the apples fell on him Howdy quickly went to his friend picking the apples off of Wally

"Wally are you alright!?" Wally looked at him and said "I think I'm alright" Wally noticed Howdy was even more worried "I'm alright don't worry" he said trying not to worry him even more Howdy picked Wally up

Putting him on his feet but then wally fell "It seems I can't stand" He said then he felt a sudden pain in his legs Wally's legs were weak but not bruised Howdy put him on the counter

"Oh my" He looked at the apples on the floor then at Wally and sighed this was a mess Howdy took an apple for Wally and brought him Home, Wally fell asleep Home was worried seeing his friend like this

Julie walked to the door seeing Wally and Howdy "Oh, What happend to Wally?" Julie asked "Some apples fell on him and now it's hard for him to stand" Howdy explained Julie held her hands out in a gesture to hold Wally, Howdy gave Wally to her Julie and looked at Howdy

She was worried for her friend then she looked at Howdy "Don't worry, I'll make sure he's alright!" and quickly put him on his couch and walked back to the door of Home taking the apple "Well I better get to the shop I'll come to check on him when I'm free" Howdy said

Julie nodded as Howdy walked back Julie closed the door and checked on Wally who was asleep she took his blanket from upstairs then covered him with it "Oh Wally you should be careful" she said looking at him then she heard something falling in the kitchen

"Doi!" she quietly yelled running to the kitchen only to see the blue-haired brother and the kitchen covered in flour "Oh dear " she said walking to Doi

Meanwhile dreamt of Him playing with Doi and painting

Wally was sleeping peacefully unaware of the mess that was in the kitchen Meanwhile with Julie and Doi "Oh dear!" Julie hurried to Doi helping him up "What a mess!" Doi looked down "I- I tried to get the flour for the second pie but uh it fell" Julie looked at Doi then at the kitchen

"Well this won't do, we gotta clean up before Wally wakes up!" Julie hurries to get a broom while Home made creaks to signal that it was not happy with the mess Julie took the broom

" Sorry Home, but we'll clean up don't worry, please make sure Wally is asleep we don't want him to clean this mess up with how he is right now.." Julie pleads with the house and also pleads for it to check if Wally is asleep, Julie looked back at the kitchen

Meanwhile Doi was standing Julie thought of what to do with him "Could you go change? if he sees your clothes he will know about the mess right away "Doi nodded and headed upstairs Meanwhile Julie sweeps

Julie swept and saw Doi Julie gave him the broom and then cleaned the cupboards while Doi swept the floor after cleaning the kitchen Julie realised they had to replace the flour "We need more flour since this one is already gone" she said

She exited the kitchen and sneakily exited the house and headed to Howdy's shop "Hello Julie!" Howdy greeted Howdy said as he restocked the pears in the shop Julie hurriedly took the flour

then went to Howdy to tell him about the mess in exchange for the flour, When she came back and put the flour back quickly and relaxed knowing the mess was taken care of she saw Doi in the living room watching tv

She smiled at him and walked and sat beside him joining him in watching the tv, the mess was now taken care of she smiled removed

Sally was walking around the neighbourhood thinking of a new script when she stopped in her tracks and saw Wally in Howdy's store he stared at Howdy longingly as he packed painting supplies when Howdy looked at him and handed him an apple Wally immediately turned back to normal

Sally suspiciously at noticing how he stared at Howdy when Wally exited the shop Sally quickly looked down at her script and walked past him " Hmm Why was Wally staring at him like that" Sally pondered about Wally

The next day came by and Julie was still wondering what to write since she was distracted by the thought of why Wally stared at Howdy, Sally was looking out the window eating toast

and saw Wally with Doi Howdy was restocking outside Julie was with Frank Eddie was delivering mail and Ooppy was probably making cookies from the smell coming from her house

Doi ran back inside for something then Wally headed to Howdy asking for some fruits for Doi when he went to pick some fruits Wally had that same look in his eyes and when Howdy gave him the fruits before he turned Wally's face was back to normal, Sally Suspiciously eyed Wally

Wally walked back and Doi came back out Wally gave him a fruit Sally then walked to the kitchen for another toasted bread thinking of something for the script, maybe she should go out for inspiration? She thought

She walked outside but she was too focused on what to write and fell into a bush and Wally saw her and helped her up "Thanks!" she said happily and hurried past him

Ever since Sally noticed Wally's behaviour she's been trying to figure out what's wrong with him as she was walking and pondering she bumped into Julie and both fell with the script Sally stood up and helped Julie up then Julie picked up the empty script handing it to Sally

"Sorry Julie " Sally said apologetically for making her fall "Oh it's okay, are you writing a script?" She asked curiously "Yea, but I don't have any ideas!" she said Julie thought "What about a romantic play?"Julie asked her usually Sally would kindly decline but then she got an idea

"Good idea, but could you help me I don't know much about romance" Julie smiled brightly "Of course I can"Sally smiled having an idea how to solve both questions in her mind

Doi was in his room when he heard Wally shriek he quickly headed to the noise and heard Wally " Oh dear" Wally was checking in the cabinets looking for something he opened the door holding his teddy bear "Are you okay?" he asked

Wally looked at him calmly "Yes I'm fine, I just seem to have lost my hairspray " he said sadly closing the bathroom cupboard Doi was thinking of an idea he thought for a while but then an idea came to his mind

"I have an idea" Wally looked at him confused " I'm gonna do your hair!"Doi said happily Reminiscing the time Red allowed him to brush his strings and put them in different styles

Wally thought about it " alright, but please be careful with my hair " Doi a moped and pulled Wally towards the couch

So I walked to Wally's room to get his brush, When he walked back Wally was watching tv Doi then brushed his hair and when he was done he went back into Wally's room to get a mirror and gave it to Wally who thought it looked nice "is it uh, is it good?" he asked Wally replied "Yes it is quite nice"

When Doi was done he went into the kitchen to get some cookies is ce he was hungry but couldn't reach Wally helped him and Doi went to watch the tv with the cookies Wally then took two waffles and went to his painting and sat down looking out the window while eating a waffle

After Wally started to paint a picture of a blue and purple lake Home asked about the lake and Wally replied " I saw the lake when I was wondering one day as I wanted to paint it and now seems like a good time"

After the painting was done he hung it up looking and gazing at it then he heard his phone, and he hurried to pick it up "Hello?" He said as he heard a voice "Heya Wally!" it was Sally " It's Sally, I wanna ask if you wanted to hang out!"

Because I was asking the others and they were busy!, so I was wondering if Ya we're free so we could hang out?" Wally thought about it he was done with painting, Doi was watching tv and he didn't have anything on his mind so "Why yes neighbour, I seem to be free at the moment"

Sally was enthusiastic" Great!, it has been a while since we hung out hasn't it!" she said Wally replied "Yes it has been quite a long time" Sally smiled from her house and said " Alrighty then! Meet me later at my house!" Sally hung up happily Wally turned around but before he walked away he heard another call "And bring your sketchbook!" She then hung up again

Wally then put his painting supplies back in their places and went to the kitchen to put his plate back and look out the window while talking with Home, about the day and paintings While looking out the window at his neighbours

Julie was buying ingredients with Frank while he was reading a butterfly book Howdy was helping them
Poppy was out in the apple orchard he guessed since he saw her with a basket Barnaby was sleeping and Sally, well she was in her house searching for something it seems he thought

Wally smiled but you couldn't see it with the permanent smile on his face Wally felt the weird feeling again when he looked at Howdy but brushed it off and ignore it, his eyes wandered around as Doi came up to him to ask for juice

Wally went to the kitchen and gave Doi the Juice as he went back to the tv Wally walked as Doi walked away he takes an apple and eats it he then looked back out the window and saw Howdy restocking something in his store

Wally continued looking at him until Howdy didn't realise it until Howdy noticed and greeted him smiling and friendly Howdy who had forgotten about what Julie had told him went back to restocking

Julie noticed this and smiled Frank was still reading the book Julie looked at Frank and said "It seems like he's forgotten what I said but I can see the signs he likes him back"

Frank who was not aware of what she was talking about asked "What are you talking about" Julie said"Oh nothing just thinking out loud" Frank then put his attention back on his book

Wally was walking towards Sally's House since she asked to hang out with him as he stands and waits for her she is searching for something in her room "Aha!"Wally heard Sally shout as she came out with headphones

Sally handed them to him and Wally looked down at them and then asked "Are these for me " Wally asked Sally smiled brightly at him and said "Yep! Since I bought new headphones I thought I'd give them to you since they're still in good shape" She said as Wally looked down at them

"Okay let's go!" Sally said as Wally asked "Where are we going" On one hill in the back of the apple orchard" Wally wondered why they were going there as Sally Walked in front of him

As they were walking Salky started to talk and said "Oh by the way!, thanks for the help with the stage Wally said "Oh there's no need to thank me " Wally smiled and said " Well of course I have to thank you!' Sally said aloud "

Without your help I wouldn't have had inspiration for the play" She said as they walked they came across Julie who asked where they were going "Oh!, we're going to one of the hills near the apple orchard" "Oh!, well can I come along I was gonna pick some apples" Sally nodded and they continued to walk

Julie suddenly asked, "Hey Wally?" The two turned around to look at Julie "Yes neighbor?" Why do you always go to Howdy's shop instead of going to the apple orchard" Sally realised Julie was right and her suspicion of the two got a bit bigger when Julie asked

"Oh, well the apple orchard is a bit far, so I usually go to Howdy's shop since it's much closer " He said Julie smiled and said "Oh, I was just wondering " Julie said "Alright " Sally said suspiciously at Wally the three continued to walk

As they arrive at the apple orchard they greet Julie goodbye and head to the hill as they are on the top of the hill Sally stands on the hill with both of her hands on her hips she breathes in and as Wally sat down to rest

"Look at the view!" Sally shouted Wally finally understood why they were here "Is that why we are here?" he said putting a finger on his chin thinking that what's why she maybe wanted to hang out

"Yep, I thought you'd like the view " She said looking at the view Wally began drawing and Sally was looking at Julie picking Apples as the sunset arrives they head to their houses Sally says bye and walks to her own house but before she took a step she turns and says "Hey Wally"

"Yes, neighbour?" Sally smiles and asked if he wanted to hang out after tomorrow when they were both free he agreed and Sally walked home smiling, it has been a while since they hung out until now
