Chapter Text

"Are you sure this will work, Wicked?" Hacker said, turning to face the red-headed witch, who was holding her broom.

"Of course I'm sure! That slimy skater passes through here every day. As soon as he digs up the encryptor chip, Motherboard is as good as gone!" She said, cackling to herself. "And finally, all of Cyberspace will belong to me! The Hacker!" he proclaimed.

"Make that The Hacker and Wicked!" Her addition only prompted Hacker to grumble in response. "Don't forget about us boss!" "Yeah, don't forget me and dee-dee!"

"QUIET! YOU USELESS DUNCE-BUCKETS!" Hacker shouted at the two cyborgs standing behind him, ready to pilot the Grim Wreaker out of the stokified forest.

"Soon all of Cyberspace will be under my-" he turned to face Wicked who was glaring at him. "OUR rule! They'll all learn to bow to me! THE Hacker!"

Hacker started up the Wreaker and raised it up way above where they had previously landed, bringing them right outside tye Cybersite as a whole, before stopping and turning to face Buzz and Delete.

"And you two! Go keep an eye on our little prisoner and make sure he doesn't escape!" "Um...what prisoner? We don't have anyone else aboard— h-hey!" Buzz quickly hit Delete in the shoulder while they stood in front of Hacker, causing a spark to go through the other cyborgs antenna.

"Oh yeah, prisoner! I remember now boss!" "So what are you two pixel-brains waiting for? Get down there NOW! Before I tear you apart! Wire by wire!" Hacker shouted, causing the two teal cyborgs to shake before running down the halls of the Wreaker, bumping into eachother as the exited the room.

As the two borgs made their way out of sight, Hacker moved back to the Wreakers control panel, next to Wicked.

"Just you wait, Motherboard...you won't be able to hold on for much longer!"

8 months. As of now, it had been exactly 8 months since there were any signs of Hacker. I never really thought about it, but if he's gone for good, I'm glad. Then he can't bother Radopolis anymore.

My pops was back in the garage doing Cryoxide changes for the other Radsters. It was the weekend, so there were more people showing up than usual. I was currently out riding my main board, making my way to the Stokified Forest. I always head there when I skate. It's quiet, and typically nobody else is there.

Not only that, but the Totally Rad Ring is also held here. We, or well, the earthlies and I, moved it there to keep it safe from Hacker, Buzz, and Delete. Speaking of the Matt, Jackie, and Nezzie, I haven't seen them since we found my pops. Sometimes I wonder what their planet's like. But I — WOAH!

Before I could even begin that thought, I ran over something with my skateboard, and got sent across the ground of the forest, right under one of the trees. "Ungh...what the heck was that?" I started making my way to where my board still was,  and saw something orange in the dirt. "Looks like somethings stuck under there..."

It wasn't that hard to pull it out from the ground. I turned down to look at what I was holding, and saw... "The encryptor chip?! What's it doing here in Radopolis?" I didn't exactly have a lot of time to think, I had to grab my board from the ground and make my way to Control Central. The quicker I get there, the better. But I should tell my pops what I found. I didn't feel right leaving to Control Central without at least saying something.

What Slider didn't know is that a certain pair of eyes were stationed above, watching his every move since he entered the forest. Not only one, but four pairs of eyes.

"That's right, you ridiculous radster, run along and bring the chip to Motherboard! It'll be quite the favor! Now to head back to the Northern Frontier..." Hacker started to move the Wreaker away from Radopolis before he turned over to Buzz with an annoyed expression. "And you, stop with the donuts, you're going to get the controls dirty!"
