All of Saiki’s life he’s been patiently and gracefully dealing with his brothers bullshit.

From eating contests, to brainwashing his “friend” to make them hate him, no matter what the genius threw at him the psychic would always prevail with minimal complaints.

However, this time is different. For his brother it might’ve not seemed that way, but to him it was the thickest and most visible line he could have crossed. Because this time he got Yuuta involved. Yes, his so called genius brother used a 5 year old child as bait to lure the psychic into his game.

The little boy only wanted to buy his favorite soda at the convenience store when it happened. Kuusuke grabbed the boy and flew off on his private jet, leaving no trace of any wrong doings behind as evidence.

And the worst part is, Saiki had no clue at the time. His brother had carefully thought this plan out, waiting for when he was at school and not in 200 meters of them to take the boy. He only find out later on in the day when the boys mother came knocking on their door crying, asking if they’ve seen her boy anywhere.

This made Saiki pissed, no, furious. Cause when he used his clairvoyance to track the boy down, all he saw was Kuusuke smiling “innocently” as he bribed the boy with toy cars. The very sight made his blood boil and his vision turned red. Which is ironic, because before now the very saying “I only saw red.” made him want to cringe and shove someone in a locker like in some Disney movie.

Though, he supposed that this was an exception, considering the fact he set his house on fire and the only thing he could see was the flames and smoke. (He ended up rewinding time on the house before any neighbors could take notice.)

But Saiki was not anything if not competent, and he knew a trap when he saw one. He was sure the moment he stood foot on that jet, Kusuke would use the boy as leverage. And he doubts waiting until they got to London would be anything different. Hell, it would probably be worse.

So in this predicament, what would an all powerful psychic choose to do:

1. Finally give his brother the beating he deserves

2. Get his mother to threaten and disown Kuusuke

3. He plays Kuusukes little game and win which would result in him giving the boy back with only a bunch of new toys as proof of anything happening.

Now, if you chose any of those options, you’re wrong. There are all good ideas and well in his ability to do but there’s just one problem:

Saiki’s pissed and notorious for being petty.

Therefore he does the normal, non psychic, civilian, thing to do and calls the police on his own brother.

After getting arrested, paying an expensive bail, and getting whooped by their mother, Kuusuke’s little game was over.

But something in Saiki’s head (or heart) kept saying that wasn’t enough. Sure, Yuuta came back fine, but his mom certainly didn’t. The woman basically cried a tsunami in the span of 15 hours and started going to therapy a month after everything that happened.

…

Saiki doesn’t feel bad for what he does next.

He teleported to London and punched his brother straight in the nose. And after hearing a satisfying crunch and cry from the boy, he leaves as if he was never there.

He knows it was stupid and impulsive but it was very deserved. Even Saiki was hesitant at first, not because he felt bad but more for the consequences that would come with it. Kuusuke could easily snitch to their mom. Or try to fight back a week later with his next new and improved cat bazooka.

However all those negatives are easily outweighed by the fact that currently, he doesn’t give a fuck. (And he doubts his mom would either after Kuusuke kidnapped a kid.)

As a result, he wait a few months before tormenting his brother further. He’s done everything from moving his house by 1 inch to taping knifes on all his roomba’s in hope that one of them with stab his ankles. And the best part of it all, Kusuke decided to not call him out on it. Or was too scared to.

Then finally, he let Kuboyasu and Teruashi have a go at him.

Surprisingly, it didn’t take that much convincing. Aren accepted the moment he heard what Kuusuke had done (And not just the kidnapping. He also mentions the things he’s done to him personally and that got the delinquent even more riled up.) and Teruhashi never liked him to begin with.

Saiki saw it as the perfect cherry on top, the sugar you add in coffee jelly, and anything other thing that was the perfect way to make something good even better. After all, his brother had half the world (Aka the Kokomins) and over a hundred gang members on his back, ready to sink their claws into him at a moments notice.

He ended up having to say a verbal apology online, donate to multiple charities for kids, and give Saiki a year supply of coffee jelly before things finally let up.

And ever since, Kusuke has barely paid his little brother any visits for any competition of any sort. And same goes to anyone the boy cares about.
