Welcome readers, let's recall the characters so it'll be easier for you to read.

Also, their age won't be the same as canon because I remember the novel saying that Duke took Penelope in when she was 12 but she lives in the dukedom for 6-7 years? Yeah I made her being adopted a lot of younger for more plot and development.

It's Penelope 18th birthday, it's supposed to be her day yet... 

"Father, brothers.... It's me, Yvonne." The real daughter is back to take everything from Penelope.

Penelope did everything she could to be a good daughter, she thought God finally love her... ... Perhaps God have different plan for her.

"Yvonne... ..?" Duke gasped, he was in disbelief. Of course he'll be the first to reach for Yvonne.

Strangely enough for his sons, they didn't move an inch. Derrick was shocked, he didn't know what to say while Reynold is holding his anger. They both believe that this Yvonne is an imposter like every girls who were pretending to be Yvonne.

"... ..." Penelope is shocked at the sight of Duke and Yvonne, reunited. She thought she is Yvonne... If that's Yvonne then who is she..?

Derrick and Reynold glanced at each other. They may not like Penelope as their sister but she was manipulated to take Yvonne place... And this day they finally can reveal the truth to her. 

Reynold feeling bad, he just sighed and went to Penelope to bring her to her room. Derrick in the other hand was about to dismiss the party until—

*BAM*

the ballroom atmosphere suddenly changed to more comforting aura, it's the Saint. 

"Oh dear, I hope I wasn't late to congratulate my sweet sister." Said the black hair woman. She take off her veil and mask, revealing her face who looks exactly like Penelope. She walks towards Penelope and embrace her. "I'm here, Penelope." 

"W-what... Lady Saint? What are you saying?" The Eckhart fake lady stuttered. 

"ah... Right you forgot didn't you... It's alright, you don't have to worry anymore." She smiles a

s she caresses her twin sister cheek. "I am Siyeon. Your twin sister."

Siyeon is the first one to woke up. She look out of her house, the usual morning.

"This is tiresome.." she sighed to herself. "Hey Penelope, wake up." 

"Hmm... Siyeon, it's still early in the morning... ...!" Penelope hide herself in the blanket.

"Well if you want to starve then bye!" Siyeon pull away the blanket from Penelope. "Mom is still sick, we gotta make some money today." 

Penelope is now fully awake, she yawned and get off from the bed. Siyeon clean up the bed while Penelope already getting ready.

"The festival is still up. Remember what I say—" 

"if a noble man come to adopt me, refuse his offer because he might looking for a daughter replacement. I get it." Penelope slightly rolled her eyes. "I still don't know how you can see the future."

"God is merciful enough to chose me as a his messenger." Siyeon lied. 

She can't just tell Penelope she knows the future because this world is a game that she once play when she were still alive.

That's right, Siyeon reincarnated as Penelope non existent twin sister that was never mentioned in the game. At first when Siyeon was 5, she thought of running away... Unfortunately for her, she got quite attached to Penelope and her present mother now.

Now both Penelope and Siyeon are 10 years old. Unlike the game, Penelope's mother didn't die from illness as Siyeon discovered she have powers.

To be more specific, divine power. She can heals. How cool is that? Cool enough to let Siyeon get some money. Now the twins are heading towards an estate, Siyeon are pretty well know for her beautiful singing while Penelope for her good manners.

Siyeon thinking after getting some silver coins, she's planning to buy some soap. They still live in slum, it's not bad wanting to be clean for safety.

A little while later, the twins done with their job and got their payment.

"Siyeon, Penelope. Thanks for this wonderful performance, the guest really enjoy it." Said the noble who hired them. "I have a guest who really adore your voice and want to know when will you be free." 

Siyeon smiles as she bow slightly to the noble man. She still remember reading manner etiquette of nobles in her past life. She taught Penelope too thankfully.

The noble man as usual satisfied with their manners.

"Thank you so much, lord. May my twin sister and I meet this noble so we can discuss more proper schedule?" Asked Siyeon.

"ah yes of course. I'll guide you children to them."

Penelope nervously hold Siyeon hand, Siyeon as usual comfort Penelope and said it'll be alright.

The noble man guide them to a carriage as he said the guest who want to meet her are inside. Siyeon asked the noble man to look after Penelope while she discuss with the guest.

As Siyeon entered the carriage, to her surprised it's the Duke and his sons... The Eckhart family.

"greetings, Duke and Lords of Eckhart." Siyeon forced out a smiles. She observed their face a little bit, the two sons have bruises on their face. 'Where is Yvonne... Penelope's only 10 years.. don't tell me she went missing already.'

She already expected Yvonne to go missing but not this early. The game never mentioned what the punishment Derrick and Reynold got because of their reckless action. Siyeon in her past life remember her friend said something the Duke is not a responsible father, she was told to read a wiki or reddit for more information about the Eckhart family... ... 

Unfortunately for Siyeon, after playing the game for the first time. She died without checking.

"Ah yes... Siyeon, right? Your twin sister name is Penelope..." The Duke the first to engage to the conversation. "She resemble my daughter by appearance... ..." 

"Do you need something from my twin sister?" Asked Siyeon even though she fully know what Duke wanted to say. 

"Right... ... I want to adopt Penelope." Said the Duke. 

"Father—!"

Derrick quickly shut Reynold up. Both of them glanced away from Siyeon and the Duke. Siyeon sighed at this situation, she already plan not to let the storyline happen, she don't want Penelope to suffer.

"I'm sorry Duke but I don't understand. Why do you want to adopt my twin sister?" Siyeon play dumb on him. "Don't you have a daughter already?"

"Ah... ... My daughter went missing and I...-" he slightly frown. "I promise to treat your sister better, I'll let her live a luxurious life."

Siyeon silently curse the Duke in her mind. 'What a sad excuse for a father...' she sighed and look at the Duke once again. "listen to my advise, duke. Instead of looking for replacement, how about you look harder for your real daughter." She spoke as she brush her hair to the side. "I am guessing you're not taking any commission from me, so I'll take my leave."

Siyeon left the carriage calmly, she look over her twin sister happily eating candies that were given by the nobleman. She smiles as she went to Penelope.

"Siyeon! Are we going to perform again?" Asked Penelope.

"nope, the guest in the carriage is not worth our time." Said Siyeon. " Anyway... Penelope, don't forget to thank the nobleman who gave you those candies."

" Ah yes! My lord, thank you so much!" Smiles Penelope 

"of course. Go back home safely you two, say hi to your mother for me." Said the nobleman as he wave goodbye to the twins.

After a very long time, those two went home. Siyeon already got medicine for their mother, she can't always use divine power because she don't want attract attention. 

"Ah, my daughters you're home! I made dinner." Their mother welcome them warmly. "I was feeling a little bit better so I decided to get some money for dinner." 

It's beef stew, it's not everyday they can eat such rich food. Penelope excitedly dine in with her mother while Siyeon just chuckles at her twin sister behavior.

Despite not being rich, the family are very happy. Siyeon is happy to have a sibling who loves her and a mother. Her past life is a history that she don't want to dwell, she just want to focus on present.

Melantha put Penelope to sleep while Siyeon is cleaning up the table. 

"Siyeon honey, are you not going to bed?" Asked Melantha. "You're frowning, did something happened while you were performing?"

"... ... Actually, Duke Eckhart wanted to adopt Penelope." Said Siyeon. "And the reason is because she resemblance his missing daughter."

"That's... That's really a bad news. I would love to have my daughters to live a better life but I wouldn't want them to live as someone's substitute.." Melantha sighed, Siyeon look at her mother and give her a hug.

"Mom, even if a rich person want to adopt me. I would decline it because I have you and Penelope. I don't need another family."

Melantha is touched by her daughter's words and hugs her back. "I'm truly lucky to have a lovely daughter.

" She smooched Siyeon cheeks then carry her up. "Mommy will tuck you to bed, okay?"

Siyeon smiles at her mother warmth. 

She wishes everyday to be like this yet.... 

Life is very cruel sometimes.

"Mom, Penny! I'm going to get some meat at the market!" Said Siyeon.

"Siyeon wait up! Can I please go instead of you? Please!!!" Request Penelope. "I really don't want to clean the house today-"

"it's dangerous to go outside." Said Siyeon. 

"Siyeon Penelope, don't argue." Sighed Melantha. "How about we three go out together? cleaning up the house can be wait."

"mommm please no-"

"nu-uh, Siyeon don't go adult on me. I am your mother." 

"... Well I can't argue. Fine let's go out together, just be careful alright?" Said Siyeon.

At the Market, well Siyeon already expected her mother to spoil her and Penelope. Sure they got a lot of money but Siyeon still want to be careful- 

Still it's not bad right? Siyeon can happily relaxed as the festival ended and Penelope didn't get adopted by the Eckhart and her mother is still alive.

"Mommy can I go play with the children?" Penelope tug on Melantha sleeve. "You and Siyeon can continue your work, I'll be right there with my friends." 

"of course sweetheart, just don't get hurt while playing." Smiles Melantha. "Siyeon, you don't have to help me. Go ahead and have fun, okay?"

"It's alright mom, I really don't have stamina to run around." Said Siyeon, true she don't have good stamina- She just don't want to play tagging game.

"Hmm... Well, you can sit on the fountain while waiting for me and watch over Penelope." Suggested Melantha. 

Siyeon sighed as she agreed. Her mother truly want Siyeon to stop doing labour. Siyeon decided to sit still just for today... ... 

Only if she didn't saw an injured kid in the alley.

She looked over Penelope, she's having fun with her friends and some parents are watching over their children. Siyeon decided to one kind deed-

"Hey you!" She greeted the kid. 

The child have blonde hair and grey or faded purple eyes. It seems like he's a noble child. Siyeon didn't think much, she looked around before helping him to get up.

"Are you alone? I'm Siyeon." 

"K-Kaiser..." He introduced his name. "I got lost... I was sneaking out with my older brother for once last time before he leave for wars... I need to get back home quickly, or else my mother will scold my brother!" He frowns. 

Siyeon nodded, she look over his bruised knee. Thinking if she should heal him or not.

"Ugh... Well I'm kind after all.." she muttered to herself. Siyeon use her healing power of Kaiser as it instantly heal his bruise. "Ta-da, don't tell anyone I did that. Now I'll help you okay" 

Kaiser was amazed, he nodded and began to hold Siyeon hand. "Alright! Thank you Lady Siyeon."

"Oh no, I'm just a commoner." Siyeon immediately correct him. "Let's go find your older brother. Tell me how's he like?" Asked Siyeon as she began to guide him out.

"my brother is very scary and strong! I like him though, he once cut off a bear head for my birthday. It was amazing!" He chuckles.

'wow who the hell is this kid's brother- nobles are so weird sometimes.' Siyeon thought to herself. "No I mean by appearance. Does he looks like you or...?"

"oh, well he have golden hair and red eyes. He's very pretty so it'll be easy to find him." Claimed Kaiser. "oh, there he is!" Kaiser pointed out to the teenager who is looking anxious.

'you got to be kidding me...' her mood went down instantly as she realizes the boy in front of him is Callisto Regulus, one of the male leads. The character she thought she managed to avoid because the storyline has changed.

Kaiser let go of Siyeon hand and rushed towards Callisto.

"Older brother, I found you!" Kaiser smile sheepishly.

"you little brat! Didn't I say to not let go of my hand?!" Callisto began to scold him. 

It's not a scene Siyeon can see everyday. She wasted her time, she need to go back.

"Siyeon where are you going? I haven't reward you my gratitude!" Kaiser immediately grab Siyeon hand. "Brother, this is Siyeon. She helped me!" 

"Ah... I didn't do much. I don't need any rewards-" she avoid from making eye contact with Callisto. 'goddammit just see me as humble person and let me go!!!' Siyeon cursed herself.

"Well thanks for the help, little lady." Callisto took out a gold bracelet and toss it too Siyeon. "It's not much but you can have it." 

Siyeon was surprised by the bracelet on her hand now. She seen this one before, it's the bracelet that Callisto gave to Yvonne in his route.

'holy shit.' she force out a smiles, trying not to panic. "You welcome your highness, I'm glad to help the second prince." 

"... ... How did you know our identities." Callisto asked in threatening manner.

"..." Siyeon truly dug her grave, she slowly step back then immediately make her run. She disappears through the alley and went back to the fountain she originally supposed to stay. "God, that was close!" She huffed.

Siyeon take a look at the place that Penelope plays with her friends...but there's no sight of her. Siyeon brushes it off, thinking Penelope got tired and went home with their mother first. 

Siyeon entered her home, it's oddly silence. Penelope or her mother isn't here... ...

"... No.. no way that bastard man—" Siyeon immediately ran out from the house, where is she running? 

Of course, it's none other but the Eckhart Dukedom. She knows what kind of person the Duke is, a desperate selfish man. Siyeon is out of breath but she can't stop, Penelope need her.

She arrived at the dukedom gate, where she encountered her mother crying and begging to let her in...

"Mom!" Siyeon immediately pull Melantha over to calm her down. "Mom, calm down. I'll get Penny back!" 

Siyeon appeared at the gate, the guards of course didn't let her in despite her protest. She swear she want to attack those guard until—

"You... Hello again." It's the heir of the Eckhart, Derrick.

"My lord... You seems to know the situation very well. My sister is inside your mansion, right? Let her go, now!" 

"..." He glanced at Siyeon and Melantha, he don't want any of this to happen. He thought his father have given up of the thought adopting someone's child and continue to find Yvonne... "Alright, come in. Take your sister." Derrick ordered the guard to open the gate.

He helped Melantha get up from the ground as he feels ashamed of his father's behavior.

"Forgive for my father action, I didn't know he would go this far..." His hand is shaky, if he didn't let go of Yvonne. None of this would happen.

"please, don't apology for your father. I just want my daughter back." Said Melantha.

Derrick nodded as he began to guide them in. The servants and maids gave horrible stares at both Melantha and Siyeon.

Reynold is leaning against the wall as he stood outside Yvonne's room... Apparently the Duke place Penelope in Yvonne room.

Siyeon didn't recall this to happen in the game. She thought when Penelope first arrived, the Duke granted her another room, not Yvonne's room... ...

"You— go and take your stupid little sister home!" Cried Reynold. "She's not Yvonne... Why the hell she's sleeping in my sister room?!" 

Melantha could only pity Reynold and Siyeon understand his burst. Derrick calm Reynold down but that doesn't stop him from crying out of frustration.

Siyeon waste no time and entered the room, there's Penelope sleeping on the bed while having a bandage on her head. She was surprised to see her little sister as such state.

The Duke was next to Penelope, Melantha did not hesitate to slap the Duke.

"You... ... How dare you abducted my daughter?!" She yelled at the Duke.

The sons witnessed their father fall to the ground, Reynold stopped crying because he was too shocked-

Siyeon in other hand let her mother take charge while she try to wake Penelope up.

"Penelope wake up-!" Siyeon shakes her sister. 

The pinkish haired slowly opened her eyes, "huh... Where...? W-who are you...?"

Penelope couldn't remember... How did it happen? Right, she accidentally bumped her head on a hard rock, causing her head to bleed.

It was a coincidence that the Duke is walking by to buy some gifts for his sons... Penelope pink hair reminds him a lot of Yvonne, how could he not help her?

He brought her back to the mansion, heal her up. She lost her memory... Abel didn't want to do this, he was desperate.. he was desperate to forgive himself.

So he told Penelope that she is his daughter and her name is Yvonne Eckhart.

With that Siyeon and Melantha was kicked out from the dukedom. Melantha was left with shock, she fainted in front of the gate. That day, it's raining somewheres.

Perhaps God wanted it to be more dramatic, the rains started to cover Siyeon tears. 

The Duke did not even send a carriage for her mother. He took away Penelope from them and casted them away. 

Siyeon never thought the Duke will be this selfish. Is this what she supposed to know? Is this what her past life friend been telling her...?

Siyeon never feels so pathetic, she should've realized something about fiction.... A father who lose his daughter would not stay sane... ... 

It's raining heavily, Derrick is speechless while Reynold is upset. Asking why their father is doing this to someone's child?

Derrick look out the window, he saw Melantha fell on the ground. He hesitate to help, what will happen if he helps? What can he even do? Derrick look over his father who is smiling happily at Penelope or now she is called 'Yvonne'.

He is disgusted.

Reynold ran away seeing that ugly sight. Derrick frowns, he was about to leave too.

"Derrick. From now on, I'll be expecting you to be a responsible heir." 

"yes father." Replied Derrick, before glancing out once again. "Why didn't you call a carriage for them..."

"they were being very rude to Yvonne." Said Duke. "it's their deserve treatment." 

'... But didn't you taught me that no one deserves that?' Derrick stern expression didn't change at all. He is trained not to show any emotions in front of his father... 

"Dear, just because your father said to do that. Doesn't mean you have to do it." 

A nostalgic yet beautiful memory of his mother. He remembers her words, she left this world after she gave birth to Yvonne which resulted Duke attachment to his daughter more than his sons.

Derrick pull away his shoulder from his father's hand. It's raining outside but he still went out.

The girl, Siyeon. He thought of her, she lost her sister in a day and her mother fainted, it'll be the unluckiest day of her life if she lost both of her family members.

"... ..." 

"..." 

It's a discomfort silent for them. Siyeon watched Derrick carefully on holding her mother, she wipe her tears. 'I have to stay focus.' thought Siyeon.

Once a carriage arrived, Derrick helped them. 

"... I know this is not much, I don't have the power to stop my father yet." He said while looking down on himself.

"I know..." Siyeon glanced over at her mother who is still not awake. "... You better watch over my little sister. I swear to God that I'll climb a higher rank than your family so I can take back my sister home." Siyeon swore on the God's name.

A thunder strikes, God seems to be pleased by her oath. 

Derrick only nodded, he closed the door and let the driver brings them to safer place. 

'the storyline... No matter I do, it still... ...' she sighed. 'Penelope is going to die... ... Once Yvonne come back, Penelope will execute... No before Yvonne even come, her deaths is possible in many ways...' she mentally curse herself. 'shit, I want to live a happy life with my family... This, is this what you wanted from me, God? To be faithful?' she scoffed.

"Pretty much an ass move huh..? It's working too..." Siyeon frowns, she check her pocket as she realizes the golden bracelet that were given by Kaiser. "... ... The dukedom is neutral, Derrick or Reynold won't even bother in this politic of the throne." She muttered to herself. "then as a future saint, I should be n

eutral too huh..."

Siyeon then ordered the driver to bring them to the temple.

"Well... Let's get started."

Divine power can heal injuries but it could never heal trauma. Melantha is one of the case.

It have been few days since Siyeon arrived at the temple with her mother, yet Melantha didn't leave her room or say a word.

Siyeon thought it's better that way for her mother to stay away from her business on getting back Penelope. After this end, she want to quit being a Saint and move to another countryside with her family.

"Lady Saint, you may have your mother but you still need a guardian." Said one of the noble. 

"..." Siyeon didn't bother to glance at the nobleman. She knew this would happen, they all will think she's just a little kid that need parents. "I'm sorry, sir but the only Guardian I need is the God who is watching over me. I am his child after all." Siyeon fake a smiles.

The high priest nodded. "Indeed the Saint is correct, she survive well thank to our lord guide. The temple can provide her everything now so the Saint will be staying here."

"Well a Saint like her still need dignity. What kind of saint without noble background? She came from a slum, the lower out of us!" Yelled the nobleman, "I willingly to be her guardian— AH!"

Siyeon never see such loyalty but she's not complaining. Though she would prefer not to see any bloodshed.

"I'm pretty tired now. High Priest, can we end the meeting?" Sighed Siyeon. "You over there, lower your sword. There's no need to threaten the poor nobleman... Perhaps he's just worried about me?"

"a-Ah yes that's right, lady Saint—" 

"great, since you care about me. How about you stop yapping and leave this temple." She smiles as she get off from her seat. "farewell sir, tell your friends to stop discussing about my adoption. My mother is still well and alive."

Siyeon walked out from the meeting room, the high priest is with the nobles as he is guiding them out. As for the knight, he is following Siyeon from behind.

As the two of them are alone, Siyeon turned around to greet the man. 

"Greeting, I am very thankful for your help." Said Siyeon 

"it was nothing, my lady. I just did what I was suppose too." Said the knight.

The knight have golden eyes and white hair. Truly does everyone in game have unique kind of hair? Siyeon thought only Winter Verdandi have white hair, now she realizes the knight hair is whiter than Winter's hair. 'Maybe Winter have silver hair instead..' she thought deeply.

"Right, what is your name and how old are you?" Asked Siyeon.

"I am Hael, my lady. I'm just a commoner so I don't have a last name." Hael introduced himself to her. "and I am 19 years old."

"... You're quite young." Siyeon was a little bit surprised. 

"Ah- the temple took me in when I was 10 like you are right now. I was trained to be a knight for the second prince but when I found out a Saint has been found, I quit my position as the second prince personal knight and applying to serve you, my lady." Hael explained then kneel down to Siyeon. "even if you don't choose me as your personal knight, I'll be happy to just serve you from the side!" 

'the dedication-... Wait personal knight to the second prince..? Oh shit, I finally remembered.' Siyeon cursed to the damn God. Hael is one of the powerful knight and is a minor antagonist because he works for the second prince who is also a minor antagonist.

Hael in the game help Penelope to escape her execution yet failed and died. That was Callisto route. He also have multiple deaths because of other male leads. One from drowning thanks to Eckles, battle to death because of Reynold, Derrick didn't kill him but banished him from the empire. How did he do it? Well in Derrick's route, he somehow have the authority. Winter... Well he 'accidentally' kill Hael while protecting Yvonne.

'damn... Yet this guy still want to protect Penelope... Well, he cares for Penelope because he can relate to her. Both are commoners, got adopted but was mistreated badly.

"... ... Hael, I just received a message from God just now. He said you are very dedicate to your job and want me to choose you... So.." Siyeon smiles as she use her Divine power to make a contract. "Hael, the holy knight. Will you protect with all your might?" 

"my lady... This is an honor to me. I swear I will protect you." Hael smile fondly as he accept the oath.

So everything went well for now. Siyeon built good relationships with people at the temple... Now she's going to focus on the wars. The crown prince was sent to battlefield, for now he's not a crown prince yet. The second empress sent his stepson to battlefield hoping him to die.

Siyeon thought of telling a bit of spoilers so Callisto can get back home immediately. She is hoping she is not too late to stop the mad male lead.

Siyeon thanked to her past life for love listening on k-pop and English music. She don't like singing but she likes being praises for it. In her past life, she gave up on singing because her father look down on her talents. 

It took Melantha to made Siyeon gain courage to sing again... Because of that, Siyeon want to repay her mother for everything she has sacrificed for her and Penelope.

"Mom... ..." Siyeon climbed her mother bed and took her mother's hand, she place her mother's hand on her head, giving a little pat. "... Everything will be alright, mother. I'll work hard so we can live happily again."

"Derrick, why's that child is still here..." Reynold frowns. "I hate it, I hate her!" 

"She's younger than you, please... Respect her for the time being, she knows nothing—" 

"EXACTLY! SHE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING SHE DID WRONG!" Reynold yelled out of frustration. 

Derrick sighed as he began to look at Reynold, he have puffy eyes. Seems like he still cries at night. The oldest one look at the newspaper the servant brought, the main topic for this week is the Saint again.

He thought of taking Reynold to the temple to ease his mind. His father wouldn't mind since he's busy spoiling Penelope. Derrick don't even remember Penelope's real name since his father keep calling her 'Yvonne'.

"..." Derrick put down the pen, "Let's go out." 

Just simple as that, the brothers already at the temple. The temple is more lively after the Saint appeared, more commoners get jobs opportunity and their homes is well cleaned because of the Saint speech about 'how to live until you reach 100'

Derrick was impressed, he want Reynold to listen to Saint and hopes the lady have few advise for his little brother. He don't want Reynold anger to tarnish the Eckhart reputation as his father already caused a problem... 

"Brother... If I pray to God, will he help us to find Yvonne again?" Asked Reynold. "M-Maybe God is mad at us for not worshipping him and—" He seems like about to cry again. "Ugh... Nevermind. I'm going."

Reynold let go of Derrick hand and ran into the temple. For the sake of dignity, Derrick didn't chase after him... Yet he thought of his little brother's words. '... ... If God really watching over them, I pray for Yvonne to stay safe.' he huffed then went to one of the priest to ask about the temple.

Back with Reynold, he ended up in a garden in the temple. It's not luxurious like the garden in his mansion but the comfort is much better than his own. Children are having fun in the garden, they are making flowers wreath. 

'Yvonne would love to be here...' he thought as he looks over the children. 'Ugh.. don't cry again, Derrick will be disappointed if I keep on crying-'

"Good afternoon, lord Reynold." 

"AH—!" Reynold yelped as Siyeon greeted him. 

Siyeon is wearing a veil and a mask to hide her appearance. Penelope face surely don't match Yvonne but since Siyeon is her twins. They look alike expect for hair.

If people finds out Penelope Eckhart is Siyeon twin's sister. Everyone would thought the Duke have the authority over the temple. She won't let that happen. 

"Y-You, who are you?!" Reynold backed away as he wipe his own tear. 

"I apologize for startling you, my lord. I am the Saint and I noticed you've been sulking for a while. Don't you want to play with the other children?" Asked Siyeon.

"I-I am not a little kid. I am 12 years old... Not some kind of toddler." He glares at the Saint

'Damn this brat really have this kind of attitude since he was born hmm?' Siyeon gave a mocking smile under her mask. "I am 10 but I like making flowers wreath like other children, there's a 13 years old kid who love to play tagging game too." Said Siyeon as she began to sit next to him. 

"I'm the son of the Duke... My duty is to train not to play..." He frowns. "Brother or Father will punish me for being a kid."

"ah... Wanna talk about it? As a Saint, I want to listen to your problem." Claimed Siyeon even though her real intention is she wanted to know about Penelope.

"... ... I can't. I'm a boy, boys don't talk about their problem." He scoffed. "... ..." 

"... In the house of God, everyone are free to talk about their problems and sadness. It's okay, my lord.. no one is here to judge you."

"... Promise you won't say a word to my family?" Asked Reynold. "Pinky promise, this is how I know you're not going to snitch. If you did, your pinky finger will be taken away!" Said Reynold.

"yes of course." Siyeon slightly chuckles at Reynold belief, she can't blame him. He's still a kid. "I promise."

"Okay.. uhm.. how to say this... ... My father's adopted a girl that have pink hair and blue eyes like me. Claiming that she is my sister but I just know she's not... ... The little girl already have a mother and a twin sister but Father kicked them out and I never see them again." He frowns. 

"that's very unfortunate... How's the little girl doing?" Asked Siyeon. "what's her name? Do you know her name?"

"she's... Doing perfectly fine. Father spoiled her rotten that he forget he have duty as a Duke and a father to his own sons. My older brother Derrick have been taking care of the financial so he also don't have time for me... For her name, I know her real name is Penelope yet my father called her Yvonne... ..."

"ah..." Siyeon smiles began to fading away. "is that so... Lord Reynold, as a Saint all I know if your father action is very wrong." Said Siyeon. "aren't you angry?"

"w-well yeah I am angry! Very angry but not to him...- I am angry at the girl, Penelope! If she didn't appear, father wouldn't—"

"how is it exactly her fault, my lord? Didn't you said she have her own family but your father 'adopted' her?" Siyeon sighed. "Lord Reynold, I understand your anger but you shouldn't take it out on a young child like her. She's probably very scared of her situation right now."

"B-But she's not scared at all... In fact she lose her memory! It's just..." Reynold curled his hands, "... ... I just want my real sister back. I don't want a new one..."

"... ..." Siyeon silently comfort Reynold.

She touch his hand lightly while letting him cry his heart out. 'no wonder Reynold tormented Penelope in the game... Ugh damn adults in this world, why the hell are they so useless...' Siyeon was talking about the Duke himself.

"Hey... ... It's not much but I can give you a blessing." Said Siyeon as she hold both Reynold hand. A shimmering light came out from her palms, Reynold heart and mind feels at ease. "Nice, right? Children your age shouldn't stress yourselves..." She let out a huff and look at Reynold in the eyes. "Penelope may be not your sister but she can be your friend." 

"Friends...?" Reynold repeat Siyeon word. "Are you saying I don't have to see her as my sister, Yvonne?"

"her name is Penelope right? She's not Yvonne your little sister but she is someone your father adopted. Being her friend is enough, teach her to be herself and not as Yvonne." Siyeon explained as she slowly get up from the ground, she look at Reynold and reach out her hand. "Can you do it, young lord?"

Reynold slightly smiles and nodded. He took Siyeon hand as she offered him, Siyeon smiles satisfyingly and began to guide him to other children. 

"While you're here, it's not bad to have fun, right?" Said Siyeon, then other children came to her with two flowers wreath. 

"Lady Saint, I made this for you!" Said the child as they hold out a sunflower wreath. Siyeon smile patiently and wears it. 

"You... Ahem, you called that a flower wreath? I bet I can do better!" Reynold smirks at the child. "Bring it on, I can do a lot!" 

Reynold went with the other children as they began to collect flowers from the garden.

'hm.. not bad, at least Reynold won't be mean to Penelope as he did in the game..-' she notice something on Reynold's head....'hmm... A number percent? God what are you trying to tell me??' she frowns and ignore the number on Reynold's head.

Siyeon already left to greet her mother as usual while Reynold watch her leave the garden. He had a soft smile on his face, feeling thankful for being able to meet the Saint.

"That's a lot of flower wreaths." Derrick notice... Well how could he not when there's 10 wreath in the carriage.

"Yeah, I like them. Can we visit the temple again?" Asked Reynold. "I really like it there."

Reynold knocked on Yvonne's room which is currently vacant by Penelope. He hands are shaky as he holding a pink rose wreath.

Penelope opened the door with a bright smiles on her face, her face doesn't look like Yvonne but her hair resemble hers.

"Uhm... I'm declaring peace." Said Reynold as he gave her the flower wreath. "... Can I call you Penny?" 

"Hmm? Why?" Penelope wondered, Reynold almost forgot the fact Penelope lost her memories and she goes by Yvonne...

"w-well before you lost your memories. I gave you a nickname which is Penny... Because you like pennies..." He avoid making eye contact, feels bad by lying. 

"Oh- oh! Okay I understand! Thanks for the wreath, Reni!" She chuckles as she wear the wreath. "Do you wanna come in and play with my dolls?" She asked.

"Uhm... Do you have desserts?" He asked. "Especially strawberry tart-?"

"Hmm! Yeah, mr.bear is having the tart but you can take it from him because he's being very picky!" Said Penelope.

"oh..." Reynold look around before coming in. There's no servants or guards, "okay, since I don't have any training today.. I can play with you." The little boy smiles as he entered his little sister's room.

'nothing changed huh..?' Reynold smiles bitterly, he glad his father have a bit common sense on not changing Yvonne's room. 'I guess the girl is not that bad..'

Kaiser look out the window, waiting patiently.

"My son, what are you looking out?" Asked the second empress. 

"just waiting for my brother to come home. He promise me to bring souvenir from wars." Said Kaiser. "what's up with that look, mother? Did you think he's going to die?" The little boy smirks. "no, he's going to come back and take his right full throne."

"Kaiser my dear, you don't know what you're talking about!" The second empress sighed. "let your mother guide everything for you, this throne belong to you." She bend down and hold her son's shoulders.

Kaiser could only smiles, creeping out his mother. The second empress backed away from her son and force out a smile.

"Ah... Kaiser, you should take a rest. Don't worry about adult stuff." Said the empress, she left the room without looking back.

Kaiser dropped his act and frown. 'ugh damn I can't keep this childish act-' Kaiser deadpanned. 

Right, where to start? Kaiser is also reincarnated like Siyeon. He reincarnated as the second prince who is bound to be forgotten- He don't remember what happened to the second prince in the game but for God sake he knows it's not a good ending.

'The story has changed... I manage to make Callisto less violence but I didn't manage to stop him from going to wars.. ugh nevermind, once he's home and take the throne. I'll leave the palace.' Kaiser thought deeply as he take a look at the newspaper. 'Saint... In the game there's no such thing as Saint... Hmm, what if she's reincarnated like me... '

"No, remember what I said. No violence." She sighed as she fixed her veil. "Is there any news for my mother?" Asked Siyeon.

"She's still didn't move but she have been eating well." Said Hael. 

"Good..." Siyeon slightly smiles. "Ah, I need to go out now." She snapped her fingers, "Hael watch over my mother okay? Make sure she don't harm herself."

"yes, my lady." Hael obligated.

Siyeon is outside of the temple, she's not in her saint disguise. Her plan is to find Yvonne, she know Yvonne was raised by commoners.. yet the game never mentioned who the hell raised her. It only mentioned Winter found her living with the commoners.

'Winter takes care of commoners. In 7 years, he'll be 26. Now Penelope is 10 years old and he is 19 years old... ... God damnit I should've try to take Winter route while playing hard mode. I know nothing about his story.. but all the male leads story was never mentioned because the game are too focused on Yvonne and Penelope rivalry.' Siyeon sighed to herself. 

She snapped from her thoughts as she heard people talking about her. Popularity is not her favorite but it's good for her plan. 'I need to be the greatest person in this empire so people won't mess with Penelope—'

Siyeon felt someone touching her shoulder, she turn around and face with Derrick. He also have affection level... 10% that's quite high.

"I... I was looking for you." Said Derrick. ".. how are you?" 

"... My sister was taken away and my mother fell ill. What do you think?" Siyeon gave a mocking smiles 

"... ... What's your sister name? My little brother have been calling her by the name of Penny." Derrick mentioned about Reynold. 

"ah, her name is Penelope. Seems like your brother found out her nickname or just call her that to avoid suspicious hmm?" Guessed Siyeon. "She don't remember a thing, did she?"

"no.. well you could come over and heal her. Maybe it'll work. You're a Saint, right?" Derrick suggested.

"Well— wait.. you knew?" Siyeon gasped as she whispered. "How did you know?! Did you sent spy—"

"It was merely a guess." Derrick said as he fake a cough. "It was a weird coincidence that you said you want to climb a higher place and the next day a Saint suddenly appear." He avoid making eye contact with her. "and you could've try to fake the fact you're a Saint to me.-"

"... ..." Siyeon is very disappointed in herself now. "Don't tell anyone or your father. I'll tell God to make sure to curse you if you ever utter a word!"

"Don't worry, you have my trust... After all you helped Reynold. He seems happy and getting along with everyone again... .... I am indebt to you, thank you for helping my little brother." Derrick smiles.

It's something Siyeon never see in his route. Indeed even in Yvonne route, he barely smiles. 'The sons didn't get along in the game... Well it did mention when Yvonne still with them, Derrick is the best older brother to Reynold and Yvonne... ... I can use this.'

"It's nothing... I just did what I have too even though he called my little sister stupid." Said Siyeon. "Still, how's Penelope?"

"She's happy... ... Sometimes she and Reynold force me to play with dolls. Other than that, she's a very well mannered child." Said Derrick, he grabbed something from his pocket revealing a bracelet. "she made this. She said she don't really remember but she said something about she thought she had a sister.. I think this is for you."

The bracelet have an emerald on it. Siyeon didn't thought much and wears it.

"A decent human." If you're close enough to see his face, you can see Derrick is smiling.

'hmm... The deceased duchess of Eckhart. Never once in the game mentioned their mother expect for Yvonne appearance remind them of the duchess... ... Right how did the duchess died..? Ugh why I didn't read the wiki or reddit before playing the game- who would've thought I'll be living in the world?' Siyeon sighed to herself. 

"That's a good wish. You're a really a good man. Continue to be good older brother to Reynold too, he need more than just a training. Teach him that violence is not everything." Siyeon glanced over at Derrick affection point... 12%. 'hmm... ... Does that implying to Penelope or Yvonne..?'

Siyeon thought deeply once again. 'I hope it's Penelope... It'll be easier for her to survive.'

"It seems like I have to go now, I went out without my father's permission." Derrick admit. "Is there anything you wanted to ask me before I go?" 

"Well, do you know something about Marquis Verdandi?" Asked Siyeon as she took this opportunity. "I am asking this on the church behalf as they wanted to baptize him..."

"right, I understand." He nodded, Derrick heard the driver of his carriage calling him. It seems like he's running late. "I'll get going now, see you around, Siyeon." Derrick bid a goodbye, 

Siyeon smirk and wave him a goodbye too. 'heh... I've gotten softer since I live here huh?' she thought. 'Well, Winter is busy. Can't find him... Let's just hope the emperor decided to hold a banquet.'

"Penny Penny! Come on dress up, we're going out!" Reynold shake Penelope up. "Father is going to be super busy today, brother Derrick is busy with his study too. Let's skip classes and go have some fun!" Reynold suggested. 

Penelope is half awake, while Reynold began to rummage through Yvonne's closet. 

He found Yvonne outfit, that is supposed to be matching with what he is currently wearing right now. Though Yvonne never wear it because she don't like matching outfits. He chuckles as he remember the memory of Yvonne throwing a tantrum, Reynold then shoved the dress to Penelope's face.

"Wear that! So if one of us get lost, we can ask for help by using our matching outfits." Said Reynold.

"Reni... Do we have to go out this early morning...?" Penelope yawned.

"Duh, Father didn't buy you new clothes and I can't let you wear Yv— I mean I can't let you wear those small clothes right? It doesn't suit you since you're growing...-"

"hm... Okey, help me get ready! I still can't reach the sink!"

They successfully sneaked out from the dukedom. Penelope is not a morning person while Reynold is excited, it seems like he's planning something.

"Eh jokes on him. It's his fault for not doting enough to his little siblings!" Reynold pouted. "Beside, I really wanted you to meet the Saint! She's so cool and calm, she have healing magic. If I bring you to her, maybe she can heal your amnesia."

"ohh, okey! Let's go! I want to remember everything quickly, this headache is hurting very much." Sighed Penelope. "but seriously can we eat first before anything else?"

"sure sure, let's try commoners food since I'm not good at making reversation at a restaurant..." He muttered, "Ahem, you can take a seat at that fountain, I'll be right back."

With that, Reynold went to one of the stall to buy food while Penelope took a seat. She sighed at her headache coming again. Ever since she woke up, she couldn't remember a thing expect a girl who looks like her. 

Duke told her it's an illusion, she swears she heard screaming and cries at the day she woke up. She remembers seeing a woman who slapped her father.

Kaiser gently support her, making sure she didn't lose balance. 'I didn't have to wait for 7 years to meet her... Wow...!!' Kaiser screaming internally in his inner void. "Princess, please be patient. I'll—"

"Hey." Reynold came back with a bag of breads. "Who the fuck are you?" He glares.

"... Greeting, lord Reynold. Forgive me for my bad impression, I am the second prince." Said Kaiser. 

"you're the second prince? Damn the last time I saw you, you're a toddler." 

'aren't we just 2 years old difference-' Kaiser sighed. "Yeah, I'm afraid Princess right here isn't feeling well."

"..." Reynold pushed Kaiser aside, making him hold the bread. "Penny, sorry for making you go out. Leta go home.."

'Aigo... This kid. He really have no manners since he was a kid huh?' Kaiser huffed. "lord Reynold, I think it's better to let princess Penelope rest."

"What- How did you know that name?!" Reynold gasped. "N-No way, your highness did you know her from before?"

"What...? Did she told you know? Hey Penny, stay up. Answer my question, do you remember your name now??" Reynold turn to Penelope and began to shakes her again.

"Hold on, stop doing that to a sick person. Lord Reynold, please just explain what's going on?" Asked Kaiser.

'Shibai... This plot is not the same as the game or any routes... I don't think fanfiction I read in my past life have anything about this... ...' Kaiser sighed to himself. He looks at Reynold and Penelope eating the breads, it remind him of his old family. 'Hmm... Because of the Saint and me... The plot is changing, this is actually a good news..!'

"Uhm, thank you for helping me, your highness." Penelope shyly thanked Kaiser.

"oh no, I just did what everyone would do." Kaiser smiles as his heart beating fast. 'SHE'S TALKING TO ME- THE BEAUTIFUL VILLAIN IS TALKING TO ME!!!' Kaiser punch his guts to calm down. 'Calm down, Kaiser- Just because you're in a 10 years old body, you're mentally older. It doesn't matter how much you're a fan of her-'

Kaiser took a moment to glance at Penelope before calming himself down again. 'she's so adorable... How could anyone neglected this child arghhh!!!'

"Reni, I think his highness is not well too..." Whispered Penelope.

"why do I feels like my works are getting loaded.." Siyeon shivered. "ugh nevermind... Let's just finish purifying all this water." She muttered to herself. 

Siyeon hold her hands together and began to purify all the waters. The clean water turn into more clean to be drink. Siyeon made all of this for the soldiers in the battlefield, hoping this'll help them to not go sane and stay clean.

'Especially Callisto... ... At least this make him more buff.' thought Siyeon. "I wonder how he looks like as a kid or a teen... ...'

"Why am I thinking this... Shouldn't I avoid a red flag like him? He killed Penelope after all... ..." Siyeon deadpanned. "Plus I already seen him once but that was only in his disguise... ... I'm taking break after this..."
