Chapter Text
Chloe Decker was currently sitting at her desk, finishing up the latest crime she had just put to bed of the murder of an auditor. She was currently thinking about Kinley’s words about her partner because she was wondering if he was wrong. Even though what Kinley did in murdering innocent people to just prove that Lucifer was Devil, she was wondering if the prophecy was real of when the Devil walks the Earth and meet his first love, evil shall be release. Then she thought of the time when Lucifer broke Julian back, and Chloe had never seen Lucifer like that. It really scared her, so Chloe decided to go visit the cell that Kinley is still currently in and see if she can find out more of the prophecy.
Lucifer was glad that things with Detective were currently going back to normal. They already been through so much, and it just didn’t feel right for him to keep fighting with the Detective. He had Eve with him for the first time in millions of years, and even though he is a celestial, he had to admit that Eve has some way to make him exhausted with all the partying, drugs and sex they did. Not to mention the other things that Eve and him like to do. If he was being honest with himself, he didn’t know what to call him relationship with Eve, but all he knows that he feels free for the first time in a long time, and he had to admit it felt awesome.
Amenadiel was currently in the Silver City with many of his siblings looking at him weirdly, and he decided to look for his sister Remiel to see if she can spread any light on why his siblings were looking at him with such disdain. He met Remiel at the training grounds for the Angels and asked her if the rumors were true that he impregnated a mortal woman.
Amenadiel was surprised that Remiel was aware of his unborn child existence, but he also realized that this was Remiel's specialty. She could sense all Celestials no matter how far they were. While this made Amenadiel feel better that his unborn child would at least have some divinity inside it, he then told Remiel that yes, it was true.
A few months earlier, when Remiel detected a new celestial, she was curious. She tracked the divinity to a mortal woman and felt the child was already connected to Amenadiel, like how Angels were connected to God and the Goddess. She was really hoping that it was somehow a mistake and it was somehow Lucifer's child, but it didn't make sense for the child of Lucifer to be connected to Amenadiel. That didn't even take into account how it was impossible for celestials to impregnate mortals. So she decided to take this to Michael, who was currently the new right hand of God. While she didn't like Michael at all, he probably knew what would be the best course of action.
Michael was currently trying to keep order in the Silver City since God decided to leave after he banished his Mother to Hell. He left Amenadiel and Michael the responsibility of ruling Heaven. But it didn't take Michael long to realize he was going to be alone in ruling the entirety of the Silver City. After Amenadiel proved to be absolutely useless when it came to managing their siblings, Michael realized that he was going to be alone in this mess. He hadn't had one break since starting this, and part of him couldn't blame his Father for dipping out. But he mostly hated Amenadiel, who was the oldest and arguably the most powerful of the Angels and Archangels. He couldn't even lift one finger to help Michael out or take turns in running the Silver City. So imagine his surprise when Remiel came to him saying that Amenadiel apparently had time to impregnate a human, leaving Michael pissed off. He simply told Remiel to leave his child alone for now.
Michael was currently remembering after his twin rebellion and God's departure when the weaker angels decided they wanted to rebel just like his twin did. But they decided to take 100 steps further and procreated left and right with the human race. Michael was not amused one bit, so he decided to toss them all to Hell with his twin. Not wanting to deal with another rebellion involving more of his siblings, he thought of killing them all. But even Michael had a rule of not killing family no matter how much he hated them. So he decided to be merciful and throw them to Hell.
Michael was wondering what to do with Amenadiel's child, and he was so tired of Amenadiel's shit. But he absolutely didn't care what Amenadiel does with the child as long the child doesn't cause problems. But Michael still wanted to get revenge on Amenadiel for leaving him alone in the mess their parents caused. So he decided to spread word of Amenadiel's forbidden Nephilim throughout the Silver City.
Back to the present, Remiel had hoped it was a mistake and could clear this up with Michael, but now that her favorite brother confirmed it was true, it felt like she didn’t know her brother who she used to admire the most. Remiel felt like she didn’t know her brother was a monster, but not without telling Amenadiel that once she used to admire Amenadiel, but now she realized that her admiration was misplaced before flying away, leaving Amenadiel conflicted.
Amenadiel was walking around the Silver City and still feeling people cold glares at him while leaving him to think about what Remiel said to him before she left “I can finally see my admiration for you was misplaced,” leaving a pain that Amenadiel can’t quite describe from hearing what his favorite sister said to him. Amenadiel was taken out of his thoughts when he saw a crowd of his siblings in front of him glaring at him and then heard his brother Camael saying he wasn’t welcome here anymore. Normally, Amenadiel would put Camael and all the angels in their place, but he felt like he deserved this, and Amenadiel flew off to the Mortal Realm not wanting to face any more of his siblings.
Chloe was finally able to get a meeting with Kinley after the guard spent a few minutes trying to convince her otherwise. He said it was dangerous. When she got to the cell, she could tell that it looked like Kinley had been beaten up, and he seemed to be praying. After he was finished, Chloe called his name, trying to get his attention.
When Kinley heard his name called, he turned around to find out it was Detective Chloe Decker who had called his name, and he wondered if the Lord had finally answered his prayers and sent Chloe Decker to get him out of jail. It didn't take Kinley long to find out he was not being released, but it seemed that Chloe had more questions about the prophecy. He gladly answered them while trying to tell her that the Devil was evil as gently as possible. It seemed that Chloe wasn't believing him, so he then changed tactics and said when the Devil walks the earth and meets his first love, evil shall be released. After saying this, it seemed that Chloe was starting to believe him.
Kinley then started mentioning the Devil's first love. Then Chloe asked Kinley what she should do, Kinley handed Chloe a vial, she hesitantly took it and walked out of the room.
Kinley laughed and laid down on the prison floor, thinking that God works in mysterious ways.
