Chapter 1: Welcome home baby
Chapter Text
You walked up to the sketchy bitty shop your friends had been talking about forever you knew they didn’t take care of them well but they kept pressuring you. You didn’t want to give them business but you did hope to rescue one (or three) little bitty(s) from poor conditions. You’d seen the bittys they handed out most being newborns most definitely defenseless and not supposed to be away from their mother. Working as a bitty vet you knew your way around them and when your friend had bought a four day old and had been told it was older and didn’t need any milk you decided it was the end of the line.
You took a deep breath and stepped inside the place didn’t even look clean and there was obviously no staff in stand by. Immediately you noticed a set of three newborn bitties all alone in a cage that was way too big for them with no enrichment and no mother in sight. You went over as the bitties that made hungry little chirps. You couldn’t help but grimace at the bowl of seed left in their cage. They weren’t even the correct breed to live off seed they were simple skeleton bitties that could eat normal monster or human food!
You sighed picking them up grateful you had the foresight to grab bitty bottles and formula before leaving the clinic. They snuggle into the comfort of your hand all three able to fit in one hand at this stage. You decided to high tail it out of there before an employee came back and headed to your car parked down the street. You laid them down on a pillow you had put down in the passenger seat for your incoming bitty. You grabbed the supplies and made three little bottles for them smiling at the adorable little noises they made while eating.
Your heart aches for them not having their mother but it also melts for their tiny little noises and chirps. The first to finish was a tiny little one with black tear stained cheeks you picked him up and burped him gently cradling him in your palm looking at a tag on his tiny onesie. You scolded upon reading “Killer”.
What kind of name was that? You decided to see if they’d respond to it so you cleared your throat.
“Hey Killer”.
You cooed out and the bitty looked at you. You sighed now you couldn’t change their names they responded to them. You turned to a hooded bitty look at his tag. You rolled your eyes another ridiculous name “Murder”.
“Murder”.
You clicked your tongue gently as the bitty looked up to you with a coo. Well fuck you you guessed now you really had to keep them. You burped the other two looking over the last bitty wincing at his broken skull “Horror”. Ok that one made sense. You made the executive decision that they needed a check up and your coworker was opening the clinic you were off today but they weren’t open just yet snd you were worried for the little guys.
You laid them down and drove to the clinic and picking them up greeted by your coworker Sandy. She spotted the bitties and dashed over cooing over and checking over them.
“Did you get them from that shop!? We get so many problems here because of them!”
Her mouth was slightly open as she watched he bitties stir and chirp at you.
“Yeah I did they didn’t even have staff and the place was a mess”.
“They look like your days old!”
“They probably are”.
Chapter 2: Hungry little gremlin
Summary:
Horror gets mad when he doesn’t get an extra bottle
Chapter Text
You examined the bitty on your table smiling down at them as they had their check up. Your own little bitties cuddled up in the corner of the room happily napping after a bottle. That was until a shriek came from the finest one. Horror was awake and you sighed.
“I apologize”.
You nodded to them and head over to the screaming bitty making loud hungry chirps. You look at the bitty who had just gotten a bottle.
“Buddy you just ate”.
You turned back to the patient.
“Apologizes for him”.
You turned to the baby bitty grabbing a bottle from the mini fridge in your office holding it up for him and heading back over to the patient.
“He’s doing just fine nice and healthy you’re doing a great job”.
You smiled to the wonder infront of you waving her goodbye. You looked back to Horror.
“You spoiled boy”.
You sit down on the table and burp him nuzzling him gently. You laid him back down in the cradle and sighed with a soft smile. You sighed when Killer woke up and started biting at the cradle. You picked him him his shiny sharp tiny teeth threatened you but you didn’t care. You handed him a bitty sized teething toy and he started chewing calming down fast in your hold. You sigh and pet his tiny skull biting was one of Killers favorite things you’d quickly learned that Killer was an early teether. His tiny teeth reminded you of a shark. You’d bought a little shark onesie for him and chuckled as you pulled up the hood. He looked adorable chomping at his toy with his little shark onesie.
You truly did love these bitties.
Chapter 3
Summary:
Your little guys are gaining motor skills what will you do
Chapter Text
You set up a play pen setting the excited little (gremlins) bitties into it. Killer made a straight shot to the poor teddy you knew would be toast by the end of the day. Horror chirped for one of those new teething cookies you had bought for them. It was more the snack for him than the teething. But you chuckle and gave him one none the less. Murder laid on his back and looked up to you with a babble. you scooped him right up and laid him on your shoulder. It was his favorite perch he was observant and quiet. He laid on your shoulder and cuddled up to your neck and slept or just scanned the area drinking a bottle or having a snack. While the other two were loud and bite the was quiet and calm.
The bitty let out a purr and nuzzled you watching his brothers wreak havoc. You watched in real time as the poor fluffy pink strawberry scented teddy was shredded at the seems and Killer settled inside the fluff. At least you could fix that. You should get a pet bed and put it in Killer would like that. Instead of gutting the poor defenseless studies thought you had a feeling he’d do it either way. A timer went off and brought you out of your thoughts. Three tiny skulls looking to you expectantly. You walked into the kitchen and made bottles handing them out.
”always on schedule”.
you chuckled at the spoiled bitties who thrived on routine. They lived off attention and snacks. Killer also lived off one more thing.
chaos.
he was a tiny nightmare to deal with but you loved him so you dealt with it. Plus he was just a baby he’d (hopefully) grow out of it. You chuckle at a loud chirp front he poor gutter bear and picked Killer up burping him and setting him back down letting him crawl little laps around the pen. You knew he was just trouble but his cute little face was too hard not to love.
you smiled down at them you would love to rescue more some day.
Chapter 4
Summary:
Killer learns a new word it’s just not one you wanted him to
Notes:
I’m probably gonna draw art of baby Killer yelling fuck
Chapter Text
You sighed chopping up an apple or the bitties Killer sat on your head tugging at your hair impatiently. One particular tug made your fingers slip and cut your finger.
”fuck!”
you growled licking your hand up and grabbing a band aid off the counter. Killer chirped and giggled before s tiny voice rang out.
”fuck!”
you sighed and looked up to him. Great now you had a bitty who knew one word and that one word was fuck.
“Killer. Do not say that.”
the bitty looked at you and giggled with a chance of little ‘fuck’s ringing out. As adorable as it was it wasn’t what you wanted his first word to be. You set him down ont he counter taking the knife and letting him eat apple slices as you go fetch the other two. You set them all down and let them snack and chirp. They all make purrs as they eat their tiny little souls out. You were certainly content with your new life as a bitty parent.

Chapter Text
You sighed lounging on the couch a glass of wine in one hand enjoying the newly rare silence in your home. If the bitties were home it would be loud and chaotic but you decided to try out a bitty daycare for some quiet on your day off. You looked down at your buzzing phone with a frown you know that was either the daycare or the clinic either way your peaceful day off was ruined. You picked it up to see the daycare.
Just great.
It was only their first day and they got into trouble. You got up and set your wine glass that you hadn’t even gotten the chance to touch. For gods sake you had just sat down to relax. You grabbed your keys and answered the phone as you headed out of the house towards your car. You started the car and drove the block to the bitty daycare heading inside to see a sobbing Horror who crawled to you the fastest he could dodging workers and other bitties alike.
You scooped the crying baby up and kissing his forehead noticing the bandages on his right arm. A worker came with the other two Killer growling and making angry chirps Murder happily napping on the workers shoulders. At least you had one calm baby.
“We had an incident another bitty bit Horror and Killer jumped in biting hard enough to break a bone”.
You looked down at the tiny creature with black tear stained cheeks in shock “he broke a bone?”
“Yes he did we aren’t kicking them out because it was in defense of his brother but I would like you to work on their biting”.
“I’ll make sure to do that”.
You took the bitties laying the sleeping one in your pocket as Killer squeaked happily upon being in your hold.
You looked down at a meek ‘mama’ through sobs. You smiled realizing that it was Horrors first word.
“That’s right buddy I’m right here let’s go home”.
Chapter Text
You grumbled trudging out to the living room. It was midnight and you’d heard a crash it was probably Killer knocking something over but you still needed to check if he was ok. You stopped in your tracks when instead of your lovable yet chaotic Killer bitty with a broken vase or something of the like you find a black goopy bitty. You blink and click on the light to make sure you’re not seeing things.
Nope! That was definitely a Nightmare bitty sitting on your kitchen counter having knocked down your paper towel holder. You sigh and headed over he looked young maybe two months. You picked him up without problem
.
The bitty didn’t protest nor even chirp he seemed to just stare at you blankly. When you rubbed his tiny cheek he chirped and grabbed your thumb. He chirped hungrily a chirp you knew all too well from your babies and all the years being a vet. You went and made him a bottle feeding him he happily grabbed at his bottle and drank away.
“There we go buddy”.
You cooed over him and let him eat. It seemed you had another little one to take care of. Not that you minded he was adorable and calm. He made happy little earring noises as he chugged down his bottle.
You burped him once he finished and let him sleep in your palm.
“Sleep tight bud”.
Chapter 7
Summary:
A (not at all) peaceful day
Chapter Text
You sighed as you settled Nightmare into his new little bed. The bitty had come a mere two days before and the other bitties except Horror seemed apprehensive to say the least. Horror really liked anyone who would spare him some attention though. Murders affinity for ignoring everyone but you was a start of him kissing at Nightmare anytime your new bitty and him crossed paths. Killer had seen the new goopy baby and beelined biting him that hard that had required that you open the clinic early to patch him up. When you had to turn your back Killer stayed in the playpen or hid cradle you weren’t risking it again. Killer let out a squeak from his cradle on the other side of the room screeching to be picked up.
You shook your head and went over picking him up and rubbing his tiny cheek with your thumb. He seemed to be lulled back into sleep by that. You sighed in relief and laid him down once more looking to the other two. Still asleep. That was perfect some peace and quiet for you. You flipped down onto your couch sprawling out with a long sigh. Who knew actually having bitties would be this much work.
You had always coached others on how to care for their bitties and taught them just how much attention they needed but that didn’t soak in until you actually had your own. You loved your tiny rascals but god damn it were you tired.
You sat up and lit yourself a candle which had become rare for you. Killer in his little life or four weeks had learned fire was dangerous and could catch. You’d already replaced your door mat because of that. You had gotten up for ten minutes to go to the bathroom and came back to see Killer ever the brat with an on fire coat lighting your doormat.
So you’d never lit a candle around them and certainly refuse to keep one lit without you in the room. You sigh and buried your face back into the couch. You laid like that for a few minutes until a wet slimy sensation was felt on your leg. You groaned and picked Nightmare up letting him rest in the jacket of your hoodie and soak in your exhaustion. He seemed incredibly pleased and curled up in your hood you put the lid back on your candle extinguishing the small flame just as fast as it had been lit.
“You boys are a pain in my ass”.
You muttered and scratched under Nightmare’s chin drawing a small purr from the baby bitty. You loved them but you were throughly exhausted. You shot up at a scream from your boys nursery and rushed back to see Killer biting down on Murders arm hard. You groaned and picked up your quiet baby cradling him in your palm.
You picked Killer up and grumbled putting him back in his crib and zipping up the net around it again. It reminded you of those butterfly cages kindergartens used as experiments but for cradles. You chuckled a bit and grabbed some bandages wrapping up the large bite wound that cut deep into the bone with some antiseptic ointment. Murder let out a little purr and joined Nightmare in your hood the two cuddling up and napping. You couldn’t help the small chuckle that left your lips at the sight.
You then turned your sights to Horror who slept peacefully a tiny pacifier in his mouth curled up in his cocoon of blankets. At least he was calm. Unlike Killer who now screeched for your attention clawing at the mesh that trapped him. You just shook your head wonder what you had gotten yourself into with these bitties.
Chapter 8: Trouble in the work place
Summary:
Killer being a little shit
Notes:
Heyyyyy what’s up yall I have had super duper duper duper bad writers block but you know shows back on the road
Chapter Text
You were carefully checking over the cutest little newborn bitty litter and their mama when your attention was stilled by a yell.
“Dr. Y/N!”
You jumped up that was the voice of your receptionist you’d left your boys at the front counter to greet and snuggle up with clients. Killer was still very hostile no matter how much you worked on it but didn’t hurt the other three so he was allowed to be out there and nap in a basket under the desk. You excused yourself to the owner of your newest patients and rushed out to see Killer gnawing right into Dust’s arm.
“He won’t listen”.
You sighed and went over to you little trouble maker and dislodged him form his brothers arm putting him in your lab coats pocket. He squawked in protest when he was picked up but calmed down once in your pocket and curled right up falling asleep. You let out a sigh of relief and leaned down fixing up your other bitty’s arm whispering to him softly.
“You’re ok buddy”.
He huffed and kept quiet curling up on your hand as you carefully kissed the top of his tiny baby skull. You adored your boys but they were trouble and their behavioral and abandonment issues did not afford you the choice of bitty daycare. Horror ever the little angel curled up in your receptionists lap purring and playing with a bell on a string entranced by the shiny cheap material. He would chew on and play with just about anything he could get his tiny hands on. He was the messiest eater now that you fed them normal food. You’d made Mac and cheese and were sleeping up little trails of cheese sauce for hours afterwards; but seeing the little look in his face and the tiny purrs heard from his mouth made everything worth it.
You looked to your receptionist.
“What happened?”
“Was squeaking for you and when you didn’t come to get him he got mad and I’m assuming he bit his brother to get your attention”.
“Well that sure as hell worked.”
You scoffed in half amusement and half annoyance and went back to your patients. God your life used to be so peaceful then you met your bitties and you hadn’t known peace since. But they had been the best four months of your life. You didn’t regret a thing.
