Chapter 2: Story One
Chapter Text
Titanic, age six, was running around playing with her older sister, Olympic. She was giggling, her raven black hair shining in the sun.
"I'm gonna get ya, T!" Olympic giggled, scooping her little sister up. Titanic squealed and giggled, her face flushed.
"Sissys?" A meek, small voice whimpered. Both girls turned, seeing their littlest sister, little Britannic. Britannic had tears streaming down her cheeks, her eyes red and puffy.
"Brit? Hon', what's wrong?" Olympic asked, picking her up.
"Bad dweam." The smallest girl whimpered, starting to cry again. Titanic came over, hugging her little sister.
"No bad dream can hurt ya, Britty. We promise. Right, Lymp?" Titanic smiled.
"Right, T. It's okay, Brit. We're both here, and we'll always be here for ya." Olympic soothed, running her fingers through her littlest sister's hair. Britannic hiccupped and sniffled. As the sun fell for the night, Olympic sat on her sisters beds, tucking them in.
"Goodnight, angels." Olympic smiled.
Britannic looked at her blanket, still scared from her earlier dream. "Brit, nothing's gonna hurt ya. We're both here, you're safe and protected." Olympic soothed.
"Pwomise?" Britannic asked.
"We both promise, child." Olympic soothed, gently placing a kiss on their foreheads. Titanic got out of her bed and went into Britannic's bed. She held her tiny sister in her arms, mainly as an act of comfort for her sister.
"Can I sleep in her bed tonight? So she feels safe?" Titanic asked.
"If she's fine with it." Olympic responded.
"Pwease?" Britannic asked, softly.
"I'll be right back with something." Olympic stated. Soon, she returned with a simple blanket and pillow, laying on the floor.
"Lymp?" Titanic asked.
"Hush, kids. Time to sleep. Busy day tomorrow." Olympic soothed.
In the middle of the night, around two thirty AM, Olympic was awaken by a terrified scream. Not by Titanic, but by Britannic. The young girl was crying in her sleep, as well as... begging? Pleading perhaps.
"Brit! Brit, honey, wake up! It's just a bad dream!" Olympic stated. Britannic woke up, absolutely terrified. Olympic held her baby sister in her arms, just trying to calm her down.
"Britty? Sissy?" Titanic asked, sleepily. She woke up fully, seeing her baby sister in Olympic's arms, sobbing. Within an hour, Britannic had calmed down, but Olympic still held her. Another hour, and all three girls were asleep; Britannic still in Olympic's arms, but now Titanic was hugging her little sister, and Olympic was holding Titanic as well. There wasn't another nightmare that night.
Chapter Text
A knock at the door was heard. "Lympy?" Britannic asked.
"I got it, honey. Go into the kitchen." Olympic instructed. Britannic did so, scared. Olympic took a small breath and opened the door.
"Are you related to Titanic?" A man, who seemed mid fifties, kindly asked.
"Yes, I'm her older sister. What's it to ya?" Olympic asked.
"Titanic's ship hit an iceberg." The man stated. Olympic's heart dropped. She knew all too well how dangerous icebergs were.
"Is she okay?!" Olympic asked.
"We have yet to receive a list of survivors names, but what we do know is, J Bruce Ismay ordered more speed, and some of the warnings, Cap'n Smith never received. Some women did perish. Carpathia rushed to the scene, she should be returning within two, three hours at tops. I will keep you informed, Ma'am." The man explained, leaving.
Olympic closed the door, and she couldn't stop the incoming tears. Hot, salty tears flowed down her pale complexion, her sobs coming softly.
Little Britannic came out, and was worried when she saw her oldest sister crying. "Swissy? Why crying?" She asked.
"Oh, baby... It's Titanic... She had an accident. We gotta go see if she's okay." Olympic stated, picking her littlest sister up.
Lusitania, Mauretania's little sister, had also heard of the accident, and rushed over, also crying. She was Titanic's girlfriend of nearly a year. They loved each other dearly.
"Olympic, have you heard anything yet? Lusitania's been crying since we were told, and I cannot, for the life of me, calm her down." Mauretania explained.
Those three hours seemed like an eternity to everyone, but soon, at the docks, Carpathia arrived, and she had some tugs pull her in.
Olympic and her sister, and their friends searched the survivors, looking for any sign of Titanic. They were about to give up when..
"YOU SICK SON OF A BITCH!" A female voice shouted. Everyone turned, and saw Olympic punch Ismay right in his face.
"Woman --" Ismay started.
"You're gonna shut the fuck up, coward! What the actual hell is wrong with you?! You wanted Titanic's ship to make headlines! You ordered more speed! Despite the fucking iceberg warnings! Half of those warnings, Captain Smith didn't receive, and neither did Titanic! Because of you, over one thousand people lost their lives! And you! Women and children still on board were dying, and what'd you do?! You fucking boarded a lifeboat, despite being told not to! Because of you, people lost loved ones! Lusitania could've possibly lost her girlfriend, and me and my little sister could've lost our sister! All because of your fucking foolishness! Is that what you fucking wanted?! Because if it is, you got it." Olympic shouted, tears streaming down her face as she dropped the man.
Ismay fell onto the ground, looking at Olympic, quite shocked. He forgot she served in war. Just then..
"Lympy, lookie!" Britannic exclaimed. As the last survivor came down, a smile came across Olympic's face. It was Titanic.
Olympic rushed up to her sister, picking her up into a hug. Titanic hugged back, crying herself.
"T! T! You okay!" Britannic smiled, giving her older sister a hug as well.
"I'm sorry. I'm so, sorry. I didn't want this to happen." Titanic sobbed.
That night, Titanic was up later than usual, crying her poor heart out.
"T?" Olympic asked, softly. Titanic looked at her sister, tears streaming down her cheeks. Olympic sat beside her, pulling Titanic into her lap.
"I didn't mean to kill anyone, O. I never got the warnings. I didn't --" Titanic sobbed.
"Honey, that ain't your fault. It's Ismay's. Captain Smith, with what warnings he did get, ordered to be slowed down. You didn't kill anyone, baby. You didn't. Yes, it'll hurt for a good, long while, but you can't make ya self feel guilty when ya not guilty. Lusitania, Britannic, everyone will tell ya. It ain't ya fault." Olympic soothed.
Titanic started crying again, just traumatized from the experience, but who wouldn't be? She gripped her sister's nightgown tightly, her sobs soon subsiding into hiccups, whimpers, and sniffles.
"You ain't gotta answer this, but... Did you get into a lifeboat?" Olympic asked.
"N-no. Once the bow went under, I almost got swept into the sea, had it not been for Captain Smith. We left together, but then he... He gave me his lifejacket, said he was going down with the ship. I pleaded with him, and Thomas Andrews, but they both said I'd make it out alive, and make them proud. Smith locked himself in the Captains room, and Andrews was in the first class dining lounge. He didn't even try. I found their dead bodies. When the ship split, I was on the stern, and finally, I rode the stern down, and then swam to a lifeboat. You know the rest." Titanic sniffled.
"T?" Britannic asked.
"Shouldn't you be asleep?" Titanic asked.
"I know you scared, you no sleep. So here! It was for Christmas, but you need now." Britannic explained handing her something.
It was a gorgeous black teddy bear with red streaks on it, just like her ship. It had a locket of her ship, when it was completely fitted, they day of the maiden voyage, and with Titanic's name.
"Oh, Brit... I love it. Thank you." Titanic started, looking at her little sister.
"I sorry you have to be scare for long time, but she help you like my teddy help me." The little three year old giggled.
That night, in the safety of her sister's, and her teddy bear, Titanic slept somewhat peacefully.
Chapter 4: Story 3
Summary:
Titanic and Britannic are sick. Olympic takes care of her sisters.
Notes:
Absolutely shitty
Chapter Text
Titanic awoke with a groan. Her head hurts, as did her throat and entire body hurt. She rolled over, throwing her blanket off her. She stood up, and stumbled out.
Olympic was in the kitchen, having just cleaned it. She looked up, and immediately saw her sister. "Titanic! Darling, are you feeling alright?" She asked.
"No. I don't feel good." Titanic whimpered. She then doubled over and in a bin, she vomited. She soon started crying, feeling so guilty for messing up the clean bin.
"Shhh... There there... Let it all out, T. Come here, honey." Olympic murmured, pulling her sister into her arms. Britannic soon came out, also feeling unwell.
Olympic placed them both back into their beds, and gave them cold water. As she placed cool rags on their foreheads, she noticed Titanic looking at her, her sapphire blue eyes apologetic.
Around noon, Olympic started making a soup. As she chopped vegetables, she heard one of her sisters vomiting.
"Lympy?" Britannic asked
"Yes, darling?" Olympic asked, kneeling beside her.
"Titanic crying. I no make her better. She no like me anymore?" Britannic sniffled.
"Oh, honey. She loves you, she probably won't be her loveable self for a little while." Olympic soothed.
About twenty minutes later, Lusitania and Mauretania arrived. "where's my beautiful girlfriend at?" Lusitania asked.
"In her room, sick." Olympic stated. Titanic then walked out, shaking.
"Oh, my love." Lusitania murmured.
"I'm sorry I look like this." Titanic apologized.
"You're still beautiful, my love." Lusitania stated, carrying her girlfriend to her room.
Britannic felt a little left out, but she was far too young to date. Titanic noticed and whispered something to Lusitania, who happily nodded.
When Olympic and Mauretania checked on their respective sisters, they both smiled. Lusitania was cuddling Titanic, and Titanic was cuddling Britannic. All three were sound asleep.
In the living room, Olympic and Mauretania were having tea. "How have you been since the war ended?" Mauretania asked.
"I won't lie, I still struggle a bit to remember that. But Titanic and Britannic have been helping me realize I don't have to fight anymore." Olympic responded.
As they finished their tea, Olympic brought out a tray of the soup she made, and gave each girl a bowl of soup. Within a few days, both Titanic and Britannic started to feel better and soon, they were their bouncy selves again.
As the night came, Titanic and Britannic slept soundly, cuddled up to Olympic, who had had a nightmare. She felt better, holding her two sisters in her arms.
Chapter 5: Story 4
Summary:
It's Olympic's birthday, and her sisters fret about their gifts to her.
Notes:
Idk at this point X'D
Chapter Text
Titanic, beloved sister to Britannic and Olympic, was with her girlfriend, Lusitania. She was worrying, the worry clearly shown on her face.
"Darling? What's wrong?" Lusitania asked, sitting beside her. Titanic heaved out a sigh.
"Today is Olympic's birthday, but the gift I got her doesn't seem to be good enough for her in my eyes. Britannic struggled with the same thing I am." Titanic stated.
"Why do you say that?" Mauretania asked, bringing in tea.
"Look at what she's done! She gave up her childhood at four to raise me, and then when Brit came along, she also raised her. She never had a childhood, she's served in a war... She has no love life, she struggled for about two years to get our home. She just bought the essentials, and often me and Britannic nice things for Christmas or birthdays. Yet, she often went to bed hungry, or no bed linens, or pillows, just so me and Brit had a warm bed, food in our stomachs. I'm sixteen, lesbian, and pregnant. She'll hate me for my gift." Titanic sobbed.
"T, she supports you being lesbian, she was the second person to support me. She gave up those things to help raise you two. I'm sure she'll love your gifts. If it helps, we can go shopping for something else before she returns from her voyage." Lusitania suggested.
"What did you get her?" Mauretania asked.
"Some jewelry. A necklace, ring, bracelet, and some earrings. I had them personally made by one of her crewmembers in her favorite colors, for a reasonable price. Not too cheap, not too expensive." Titanic explained.
"Aww, that sounds lovely." Maurentaia smiled.
Britannic soon entered, also worried. "Brit? What's the matter?" Titanic asked.
"Olympic is to return soon, and I don't think she'll like my gift." Britannic explained.
"What did you get her?" Lusitania asked.
"I won't answer that, as you'll see later. Titanic doesn't even know, but I made it myself. The materials were really expensive." Britannic explained.
Not long after, Olympic returned after a very long journey. Her passengers really enjoyed themselves, but some of them left a very big mess of their cabins, so she had to stay extra hours to clean the ship everywhere. Literally. Every cabin, mail room, every area was cleaned. It wasn't too bad in the steerage cabins, they barely left any mess, unlike the first and second class passengers.
She looked around, finding the home vacant. 'Titanic and Britannic must be out.' Olympic thought. After she cleaned herself up, she saw her battle scars from the war, and heaved a soft sigh. She knew what today was, but honestly, she didn't expect anything. She brushed her hair, and headed out to clean the house, even though it was spotless.
"And just what do you think you're doing?" Britannic asked.
"Cleaning?" Olympic responded, just as confused.
"Titanic, can you believe this? Olympic is cleaning after she cleaned her ship, after she had a long week and a half journey." Britannic stated.
"I think not. I will not allow that to happen on today." Titanic stated. She guided Olympic to her room, where Britannic and her got to work.
"Um, what is that?" Olympic asked.
"Just hush and put it on." Britannic stated. A few minutes later, Olympic emerged, in a beautiful dress in her favorite colors, with a matching set of heels. Despite not being a high heel type of girl, and not wearing them a lot, Olympic was flawless when walking in them.
"Oh, Olympic! That dress is gorgeous!" Mauretania stated.
"That took me twelve hours to make. Including the heels. Do you like it?" Britannic asked.
"Brit, I love this! Thank you, darling." Olympic smiled. Britannic quickly returned with a matching set of gloves, and a shawl.
"In case you get cold or if you don't want anyone to see your scars." Britannic explained.
"Titanic, give her your gift next." Lusitania whispered. Titanic nodded, soon handing her older sister a box. Confused, Olympic took it, but when she opened it, she was blown away.
"Do.. you not like it?" Titanic asked.
"T, I love this! The jewelry is so beautiful!" Olympic soothed, soon putting it on. She had Titanic help her with the necklace, but Olympic looked stunning. Absolutely gorgeous.
"I have something important to tell you..." Titanic stated. When her eyes met Olympic's, she couldn't stop the tears from coming.
"Honey, what's wrong?" Olympic asked.
"I'm pregnant with my and Lusitania's baby... I didn't want to tell you, but you'd soon find out anyways, and I... I was scared. Scared you'd be angry at me, scared you'd throw me out, or make me give my baby away." Titanic sniffled.
"Honey, I'd never do that to you. I wish you would've waited a bit longer, but I'd never be angry at you, or throw you out. I will help support you and your baby all I can, I promise." Olympic soothed. As Titanic calmed down, Lusitania nervously handed Olympic something as well.
Olympic looked at Lusitania, before looking at her gift. Again, she was blown away. It wasn't much, just some really expensive dresses. "Thank you, Lucy." Olympic thanked. Soon, she received her gift from Mauretania, which was some make-up, but new, but small, decorations for her ship. Again, she thanked Mauretania for the gift.
Just then, a knock was heard, so Olympic answered the door, a bright smile coming across her face. "Captain Smith!" She smiled.
"Hello, girls!" EJ Smith, her former captain, and Titanic's current captain, smiled. As he entered the home, he gave each girl a hug.
"So, what brings you here, Sir? Don't you have to rest for the next voyage?" Olympic asked.
"Please, don't call me 'sir' when off-duty. And I remembered today was your birthday, and how hard you worked on that voyage. Cleaning your entire ship today, making a list of needed supplies, and so on. So, I decided to stop by. My wife says hello, by the way." EJ explained.
"Please return the greetings." Titanic stated.
"Will do, Titanic. Oh! Here you are, Olympic." EJ smiled, handing her his gift. She delicately took it, and revealed what it was. A photo of a young Olympic by her ship on her maiden voyage, and a photo of her and her two sisters. She set the photos on her stand in her room, and smiled happily.
"Thank you, so much, EJ." Olympic stated.
"You've done so well, Olympic. I'm so proud of you, and of you other girls as well. You've still got some learning, but you're all doing so well." EJ praised.
As the night continued, some other guests came and went, including: Isa and Isador Strauss, John Jacob Astor IV, Molly Brown. All to celebrate their beloved Olympic's birthday.
"Oh, Olympic! I got another surprise for ya!" Molly smiled.
"Oh?" Olympic asked. She turned, and saw her ship's builder, and uncle-like figure, Thomas Andrews standing there. He just silently opened his arms, and she practically clung to him. "I thought you were gone." She whimpered.
"No, I'm still here. My beloved Olympic. I'm here, darling. I'm here. Happy birthday, my sweet Olympic." He murmured, softly, comforting her.
That night, as Olympic laid in bed, she smiled happily, drifting off to sleep. Her birthday was honestly something that caught her off guard today, but she was super grateful and happy nonetheless.
Chapter 6: Story 5
Summary:
Olympic was suffering from a PTSD attack, and tried to take her life
Chapter Text
Olympic was sitting on a chair, beer in her hand. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she struggled to breath properly. She had just had a PTSD attack from when she was in the war, add in a nightmare.
It wasn't that late at night, just around eleven. She silently checked in on her sisters, both of who were asleep. She placed a loving kiss on their heads, brushing some hair out of Titanic's face.
"Olympic..?" Titanic asked, sleepily.
"Shhh, hush dear. Go back to sleep." Olympic soothed. When she went back out, she thought she was the only one in the house awake. How wrong was she...
She climbed up to the roof, beer in hand. Her feet barely made any sound as she walked forward. Her nightgown blew in the small breeze. She looked at what would be her fall.
"Olympic, what are you doing?" Her former captain, EJ Smith, asked. She had gotten so lost in thought she didn't realize she was spotted.
"What do you care?" Olympic asked.
"Olympic, honey, what's wrong? You're crying, and you only cry of great distress." Thomas Andrews asked. Olympic couldn't stop her tears from coming, she just couldn't.
"I can't do it anymore... I'm sorry. I just can't..." Olympic sobbed, taking a step forward.
"No!" A female voice rang out. Arms wrapped around Olympic's waist, and she looked. Titanic. Britannic was by EJ Smith, crying while looking at her sister.
"You're supposed to be in bed." Olympic stated.
"Why? So you can kill yourself? Olympic, we know you're afraid! We know you're struggling!" Titanic cried.
With some struggle, Olympic managed to pry Titanic off of her, and she looked over the ledge. She still wanted to jump.
"Olympic, what happened, darling?" Thomas asked.
"She had a PTSD attack, and a nightmare. She's been struggling a lot." Titanic explained.
"She's been hurting herself too. I saw her." Britannic sniffled.
"Struggling with what? A job? A husband?" EJ Smith asked.
"No, her mental health. She's been depressed a lot, often just randomly crying, drinking every night. And what Brit said. Hurting herself." Titanic responded.
"So what if I hurt myself? I'm covered in scars anyways. So what if I wanna die? Who'd care?" Olympic asked.
Thomas say beside her, and looked at his niece-figure gently.
"Olympic, talk to me. I hate to see you girls in a bad state." Thomas murmured. While crying, Olympic just spilled everything out to him.
" I'm sick and tired of getting harsh words spoken about me because of, well, me! I'm having random PTSD and depression episodes, but I don't want to get sent away! I don't want my sisters taken from me! I'm there for them, for anyone who needs a friend or something! And the nightmares.. they just won't stop.... I just wanna die..." Olympic explained.
"Oh, honey... Why didn't you just say something?" EJ asked.
"I didn't want to be a burden to anyone. I thought I could handle it." Olympic stated.
"First mistake. You're never a burden, my dear. Never. How did you hurt yourself?" Thomas asked. Hesitantly, Olympic rolled her sleeves up, revealing self harm scars.
Within time, she got better, but she still had her days. But she knew she had people to talk to about it.
Chapter 7: Story 6
Summary:
Olympic is pregnant, and the father to her baby ran off to another woman. Olympic goes into labor by herself.
Chapter Text
Olympic, oldest sister to Titanic and Britannic, sat on her bed. Months ago, she had fallen in love with a man, but he ran off with his lover. Now, Olympic was nine months pregnant.
She huffed softly, one hand on her swollen belly. She stood up with very little struggle, and walked to the kitchen. She put a kettle on the stove to make tea, and started cleaning a little bit.
Titanic and Britannic were out, shopping for the baby, and just needing some new clothing. When they found out they were going to be aunts, to say they were overjoyed would've been an understatement.
Suddenly, Olympic felt a sharp pain, but as quickly as it started, it ended. "Must have been a false alarm." Olympic muttered. Five minutes passed, and another pain hit. Olympic groaned in pain, and suddenly felt a liquid go down her legs.
About an hour passed, and Titanic, Britannic, Lusitania, Mauretania, alongside William Murdoch arrived at the house.
"Olympic, we're back!" Titanic giggled. No response. Britannic went to the kitchen, and let out a shriek.
"Olympic!" She screamed. Olympic laid on the floor, soaked in sweat, blood and fluids pooled under her. The others rushed to her side, and Murdoch took immediate action.
"Get her to her room, and change her into a loose fitting nightshirt." He ordered. He alerted EJ Smith and Thomas Andrews.
Olympic whimpered in agony, and soon, she saw her former captain and her ship-builder/uncle figure. Whether it was shame, or pain, or both, but Olympic just started crying.
Immediately, Thomas held her in his arms, while EJ wiped a cool cloth across her forehead. "Darling, what's the matter? Is it the pain?" EJ asked.
"Yes. That and shame... I'm so sorry. I'm sorry." Olympic sobbed, clinging to Thomas.
"Honey, why are you sorry?" Thomas asked.
"I'm alone, and pregnant. That's shameful, especially for a shipping line such as White Star. I didn't mean for it to happen." Olympic explained, her head on Thomas's shoulder.
"Olympic, you don't have to be ashamed. It's okay. And what do you mean you're alone? What are we? Roaches?" Titanic asked. She turned, and saw Britannic in full nurse mode.
Britannic scurried about, gathering extra sheets, cloths, made sure the kettle was off the stove, and some extra things. When it came time to push, Thomas and Mauretania each held Olympic's hands. Lusitania and Titanic would move stuff around, EJ would handle keeping Olympic cooled off, and Britannic would deliver the baby. They soon had Olympic in one of her darker colored nightshirts, a black one to be exact.
"Push!" Britannic ordered. Olympic did so, sobbing in pure agony. The contractions hurt, pushing hurt, everything hurt.
"Atta girl." Murdoch praised. Olympic whimpered.
Hour after hour, contraction after contraction, it felt like an eternity to Olympic. Sure, she had a high pain tolerance, but this was worse. Her strength completely depleted, but the baby hadn't even began crowning yet.
"Come on, Olympic. You got this." EJ encouraged.
"I'm tired .." she whimpered.
"Britannic, how much longer do you estimate until the baby arrives?" Thomas asked.
"Given how close her contractions are, I'd say an hour, two at most. She's already been in labor for nearly twelve hours." Britannic responded.
Olympic's eyes drooped, she was so tired. Oh so very, very tired. But she knew she couldn't give up, she had to deliver her baby.
An hour and a half had gone by, and Olympic was more than exhausted. Thomas looked at Olympic with such admiration, and fondness. The baby, finally, had begun crowning, and within four more pushes, Olympic's screams of pain faded, and a newborn's wails filled the air.
Olympic looked up, at Britannic. "What's the gender?" She asked, breathless.
"A little girl." Britannic smiled. When she cleaned the baby, and wrapped her in a soft blanket, she handed the baby to Olympic.
Olympic happily held her little girl, her daughter. Her eyes caught Murdoch, who, for some time during her pregnancy, had been her lover. Of course everyone already knew that, and Titanic threatened him, as did Britannic, EJ, and especially Thomas.
As they sat together, Murdoch happily held the newborn baby in his arms, placing a gentle, loving kiss on Olympic's lips.
Chapter 8: Story 7
Summary:
Olympic left on a voyage, and her sisters are worried because they miss her
Notes:
I know I mainly made Olympic and Titanic the main characters, so I wanted to do an Olympic and Britannic story.
Chapter Text
"What do you mean you have to go?" Britannic sniffled.
"It's just from here to wherever I'm told to go. It shouldn't be too long, Brit." Olympic soothed. Titanic huffed, walking to her room. Olympic watched, she noticed how Titanic hadn't been herself lately.
"Titanic?" Olympic asked, finding her sister.
"What?" Titanic asked. Olympic sat beside her.
"Honey, what's wrong?" She asked. In response, she heard a sniffle from Titanic, who had begun to cry. "Come here, darling." Olympic soothed, rocking her little sister.
"I'm scared... that you won't come home... with the upcoming war, shipping lines are wary. Lusitania just had a close call with a torpedo six months ago... what if your ship gets sunk, and- and you don't come home?" Titanic explained, sobbing. Olympic knew she had a point, and shipping right now was a danger, but it had to be done.
"Honey, I promise I'll come home. Here." Olympic stated. She took off a bracelet she had, and gave it to her sister. "In case you need comfort, wear the bracelet. Hopefully, it will remind you of me. I gave Brit a pair of my earrings earlier." Olympic soothed.
The next morning came, and Titanic and Britannic were dreading it. At the docks, Olympic knelt by her sisters, giving them a loving hug, both her sisters fighting their tears. As Olympic ordered her ship to be ready to sail, her crew readily obeyed her.
Soon, her majestic liner began moving forward, and she spotted her sisters, standing by Lusitania and Mauretania. Her heart sank, she knew the perils of this, but she didn't have a choice. No jobs were available, and she needed the money for the rent, food, and other essentials.
As the day continued on, Britannic kept herself locked away. Not even Titanic could reach out to her, which, in all honesty, was shocking.
"Maybe she's just worried, T. I mean, given what's going on... it's a really high possibility." Lusitania offered.
"I think the same, but Olympic told us not to worry too much, and try to, as she jokingly put it, 'enjoy our break from her'." Titanic explained.
"Britannic, would you like some soup, dear?" Mauretania asked.
"No thank you, Mary." Britannic responded, her voice having sounded like she had been crying.
As the days dragged on, it felt like an eternity. Titanic let go of some of her worry, trying to take Olympic's advice, to enjoy herself, but she still worried and missed her sister dearly. Britannic, however, wasn't so happy. The only time she came out of the room was to use the bathroom, help Mauretania with shopping for essentials, checking Titanic's ship's supplies, and to eat, maybe once a day. Two if they were lucky. She had more than a sisterly relationship with Olympic. Olympic had raised her since her birth, and viewed her as a mother too.
"Britannic, darling, take a walk with us?" Mauretania asked.
"Let me wash up first." Britannic responded. It was now two weeks gone by, and not one single telegram from Olympic, but they expected that. As Britannic joined the other girls, they made their way to the docks.
Other vessels had come and gone, but no sign of Olympic. Most of the people had left, and Titanic and Britannic started to fret, when a loud, very familiar ship whistle was heard.
Steaming ahead into the docks was Olympic's ship. As the ship docked, and everyone walked off, Titanic spotted her sister, and hugged her tightly. Britannic looked around, but she couldn't spot either of her sisters. So, again, she started to fret until a familiar tuft of black hair caught her attention.
"Better prepare yourself." Titanic joked. Olympic chuckled, and when she saw Britannic, she held her littlest sister in her arms, carrying her down. Britannic was clinging to her, crying happy tears, all the while, Olympic lovingly held her in her arms, carrying her home.
Britannic was all but asleep when they got to their own home, and happily laid in Olympic's bed.
"Poor lass was so worried, Olympic. Mainly kept herself locked in her room. She was behaved, and polite, but she was so worried. Cried everyday worried and missing you." Mauretania explained.
"I missed them too. I wanted to send a telegram, but with the already high-risk of getting spotted, I knew I couldn't. I understand where their fears and worries came from, I do, but I do also need the business and income. I tried looking for other jobs, other than my ship, but no one was hiring, and I'm not a very social person." Olympic explained.
"How much did you make this time?" Mauretania asked.
"About 700,000 dollars/pounds. But with high prices, I have no idea how long this will last me. I know I can pay the rent months ahead of time, so that's one less thing I have to worry about. What I don't spend for essentials for here and the ship, will go to Titanic and Brit, as it always does. I have two things set up, and whatever money I have leftover, I split evenly, so that way, they have their own money for whatever. Brit eventually wants to get her ship, but doesn't have any money. She makes.. average money for her dresses she makes, but no dress shop will hire her." Olympic explained.
Within twenty minutes, Britannic came out, rubbing her eyes sleepily. She just curled up against Olympic, who in return, held her baby sister. "Hey, honey. Sleep well?" Olympic asked.
"Sort of. I checked on Titanic, her and Lucy are snuggled together, sound asleep. I didn't want to bother them, so I came out here." Britannic responded.
Olympic gave Britannic a cup of warm tea with a tiny bit of lemon juice, just the way Brit liked it. "Olympic, I have a question." She stated.
"Hmm? What's up?" Olympic asked.
"I know you raised me and Titanic together, and I know you gave up a lot for us. But, I really wanna ask... Would you adopt me? I mean, Mom and Dad aren't here, Titanic is my sister, and she helped you, but... you're the only mother-like person I know. I would say Mary, but she's more of a sister." Britannic asked.
"Oh, Brit... Of course I'll adopt you. If it's what you truly want me to do." Olympic stated.
Within a week, Olympic kept her word, and she legally adopted her sisters, who were both overjoyed. That night, they sat on the deck of Olympic's ship, watching the waves in the distance.

Chapter Text
Olympic was on a voyage with Titanic. No, not for a vacation, but just to make sure the ship was running smoothly, also as protection. Mauretania, Lusitania, and Britannic also tagged along, but they helped out. Britannic as a small nurse and medical aide, Lusitania as a cook, Mauretania as a cleaner. Olympic looked at the vast ocean around them, spotting her sisters.
"Isn't this relaxing?" Titanic asked.
"Sure is, T. So far, engines are running smoothly, but we will need to restock with coal within the next two days. Which is good, because on one of my voyages, before I reached New York, there's a town. They'll give you some coal to finish the voyage, and then some. That's why White Star and Cunard like it." Olympic responded.
"What would I do without you?" Titanic asked, smiling.
"Have a happy life?" Olympic responded.
That night, Olympic was attending a party to Titanic, Thomas Andrews, and some others. She politely stepped out for a few moments, just to get some fresh air. "Hey, bitch!" A male voice yelled. Olympic's heart sank, but she turned. It was her ex-boyfriend, John Hockley.
"Hello, John." Olympic greeted.
"Did you really think you could get away from me that easily?" John growled, slapping her hard. Olympic didn't even stumble back, she could handle a slap to the face. However, she was not prepared for what could've happened next.
John forced her into a room, via gun to her head, tied her wrists up, and gagged her. Olympic was now terrified, unable to escape. Then, John did the unthinkable to her. He raped her. When he was done, she struggled to get away, tears streaming down her cheeks.
"Nice of you to finally submit to me. You're a slut. You're hideous, no one is going to want to court/date you, you're not worth anyone's time. It'd be better off if you just killed yourself." John ranted.
Not long after he left, Olympic spotted a sharp piece of metal, and soon, she escaped. She ran to her room, and looked into the mirror. She was bleeding, tears streaking down her cheeks. She started trying to undo her dress, but she couldn't because no one helped her untie it from the back. She just couldn't take it anymore, and soon returned to the deck.
Olympic just ran past everyone walking by, crying. "Young lady, it is improper to run." An elderly woman scolded. But Olympic didn't care, not one bit. She ran past her friends and sisters, and Thomas, finally reaching the stern of Titanic's ship.
"Why is Olympic crying?" Mauretania asked.
"Whatever the reason, it is not good. Olympic never cries, not unless she is distressed." Thomas explained, following her.
"Olympic!" Britannic yelled. Olympic was over the railing of the stern, right above the propellers.
"Olympic, please don't do this." Mauretania pleaded.
"Get back or I swear I'll fucking let go!" Olympic pleaded, her voice broken with sobs.
"Olympic, honey, what's wrong?" Mauretania asked.
"I was raped..." Olympic admitted.
"By who?" Titanic asked.
"John Hockley, my ex-boyfriend..." Olympic sobbed.
"Darling, give me your hand. I'll pull you over." Thomas stated.
"I don't want pulled over... I don't want to be here anymore..." Olympic muttered.
"Olympic, no! We'd all be devastated if you died, we'd be shattered! Please..." Titanic begged. Thomas got closer, and grabbed Olympic's hand. As she slowly turned, they all gasped in shock. Olympic's face was bloodied, had two bruises, and her wrists were red and bleeding.
As Thomas and Mauretania gently pulled her back over, Thomas draped his jacket over her shoulders. "My blood will stain your coat, Thomas." Olympic whimpered.
"Oh well. I can just get another coat, it's not of importance to me. You, however, are of importance to me. Come, let's get you in your room and cleaned up." Thomas comforted. On the walk back, Olympic was shaking, some from the cold, but mainly from the trauma she just experienced.
"Thomas, is everything alright? We heard Olympic crying, but couldn't find her." Isidor Strauss asked, his wife Isa beside him.
"Olympic.. went through something horrible, but I will not say without her permission." Thomas explained. He looked at her, and noticed she was right, her blood had stained his jacket, though he could care less about the jacket. Olympic and her sisters were of more importance.
Inside her room, Olympic was trembling still as Lusitania and Titanic gently untied the dress and corset. The corset had tightened so much it started to dig into Olympic's skin, causing more bleeding.
Britannic wiped a warm rag across the cuts, and wiped off the blood, but continued to be gentle. They were all in shock, but felt nothing but hatred towards Olympic's ex.
"Olympic, I need you to be honest, but take your time, okay? How did you meet John Hockley?" Mauretania asked.
"I w-was making a list of stuff I needed for my s-ship, and he crashed into me. H-he helped me up, and complimented me, s-saying I was beautiful. I thought he was handsome, so we started s-seeing each other in s-secret. I w-wanted to s-see if we'd last, b-because Thomas told me I had a right to s-say no to marrying s-someone I didn't want to. Well, I l-liked him, I wanted to m-marry him... then he said if I wanted to get married, I'd have to give up my sisters, my s-ship, my freedom... I r-refused, and he showed his true colors... he started hitting me, beating me... calling me names. He cut me with a knife three times... so I left. I broke up with him... Then he started harassing me everywhere... leaving letters, notes, trying to sell my ship without my knowledge..." Olympic explained, wiping a bloody eye.
Soon, she was bandaged up, and in one of her loose fitting nightshirts. She fell asleep cuddling her sisters, but got cuddled by Lusitania and Mauretania, and really cuddled by Thomas. She fell into an uneasy sleep, but she knew she'd be okay within some time.
Chapter 10: A/N (Author's Note)
Summary:
Just a description of my AU (might do a part 2 of this)
Chapter Text
So this is for my humanized AU of these historical ships
RMS OLYMPIC: Her childhood was absolutely shitty. Her parents fooled around, and got pregnant with her at 15/16. When she was born, she already knew she wasn't really loved because all the time she would get screamed at or beaten to a bloody pulp. However, when she was three and a half, almost four, her sister, TITANIC came along, and she did get jealous, but not for the reason some may think. Yes, she wanted to hurt her sister, BUT only to prevent her from going through the pain she does. When her youngest sister, BRITANNIC was born, she was around eight, and her other sister was around five. She just gave up whatever childhood she had and started raising her sisters on her own as her parents had completely left and abandoned them. She often (always) took beatings to protect her sisters.

Chapter 11: Story 9
Summary:
Titanic was on her maiden voyage, Britannic coming along with her. She misses Olympic, and gets surprised mid-journey.
Notes:
(See the end of the chapter for notes.)
Chapter Text
Titanic was letting the last bit of passengers board her liner. It was her maiden voyage today; April tenth, 1912. Her little sister, Britannic, was with her. She would've left Britannic with Lusitania or Mauretania, but both of them as well were on their own voyages.
As her huge liner pulled out of the docks, the tugboats seemed like ants to her ship. Not to brag, but her ship was three inches bigger than her older sister's ship. "Ti, are you okay?" Britannic asked.
"Yes, I just... I'm scared, Brit. All day today I have been communicating with Olympic with the telegrams, but... it's not like I'm talking to her in person." Titanic explained.
"Maybe ask her for some advice. Not to scare you more, but we just got two more iceberg warnings." Britannic stated.
"I'll order low speeds, just to be safe." Titanic stated.
As the days seamlessly dragged on, Titanic's fear never left. Her passengers were enjoying themselves, and she was moving slowly. The passengers didn't mind going slow, better to be safe than sorry.
"Ms. can we ask why we're going so slow?" A young second class passenger asked. Titanic turned to her, just as kind in her response.
"Yes, we have been getting a lot of iceberg warnings recently. I just want to make sure we arrive to New York safe and sound." Titanic responded. The passenger nodded, moving along to play with her daughter.
Soon, the fifth day of the journey came along, and it was around six-thirtyish. "Titanic, look!" Britannic exclaimed. Titanic rushed out, and literally right beside her ship.. was Olympic and her ship. Olympic's ship was gleaming with the lights on, and both sisters ships look majestic under the moonlight.
"Olympic!" Titanic smiled.
"You're doing so well, little sister." Olympic praised.
"I'm scared of what I'm doing." Titanic admitted.
"T, the first journey will always be scary. But just follow your gut instincts, as you've been doing. You'll get the hang of it, I promise. It's okay to be scared." Olympic stated.
"Will you answer the telegrams I send you?" Titanic asked.
"Every chance I get. Stay fearless, Titanic. See ya in a few days." Olympic responded.
As Olympic changed direction for her ship, she blew her ship's whistle and smiled at her sisters. In return, she got smiles back, and happy waves from passengers who've traveled with her before.
A few days passed, and Titanic soon arrived back home, having completed her journey to and from New York safe and sound. And the first person she spotted was Olympic. Titanic and Britannic hugged her tightly, and Olympic lovingly hugged them both back, taking them home after cleaning and making a list of things they needed for their ships.
From then on, Titanic took Olympic's advice, and often, she ran into her older sister, and they often exchanged personal greetings.
Notes:
Meh, been in m' head for a while.
Chapter 12: Story 10
Summary:
Titanic's ship sank, and Olympic was with her sister, only to find Titanic gravely wounded. Will she survive, or no?
Chapter Text
Panic was going on. Titanic, little sister to Olympic, was on a voyage, her 6th one to be exact, and disaster struck. Some foolish person was hiding iceberg warnings, so Titanic never received them. Then, the inevitable happened. Her ship struck a huge iceberg, which grazed alongside the starboard side. Instantly, water flooded in.
"The ship will sink.. I'm so sorry, Titanic. I know you never got the warnings.." Thomas Andrews apologized. Titanic looked to her sister, Olympic, who looked back.
"Want me to take control?" She asked.
"They all listen to you." Titanic sniffled. Olympic nodded, and they headed up to the decks.
"Listen up! This ship is sinkin'! We're goin' to load the lifeboats and wait for Carpathia!" Olympic shouted.
"Will the lifeboats be sorted into classes?" A snobbish woman asked.
"Oh shut up! No! We're gonna try to save as many people as we can! Women and kids first! Load the boats to their full capacity of sixty to seventy people!" Olympic ordered.
"Yes, Ma'am!" Officers William Murdoch and Charles Lightoller saluted. All the crew did as Olympic commanded. Within forty minutes, three boats had been launched, and the bow had began its descent into the Atlantic.
"Help me!" A little boy shouted. He was trapped. Tangled in a mangle of ropes. Olympic saw him; he was over the side of the ship.
"Hang on, kid, I'm comin'." She stated, grabbing an abandoned rope. She carefully worked her way down the starboard side of the ship, and soon, she had the boy free. Once back on deck, the child found his mother, and Olympic got them into a lifeboat. That's when she noticed Titanic looked really pale.
"Olympic? Did... Am I at fault for this? It's my ship, and.." Titanic trailed off.
"No. You never got the warnings about icebergs, so you didn't know." Olympic responded.
Another two hours passed, and Titanic's ship was halfway into the ocean. Two funnels had collapsed, and now, all the lifeboats were gone. The stern was in the air when a sickening cracking was heard. Olympic watched in horror as Titanic's ship split clean into two halves. She had lost sight of Titanic ten minutes ago, or had it been longer? No matter, what mattered was that she help as many people as she could get out of the icy water.
Finally, after a few minutes, the stern sank. Olympic swam in the icy cold water. Titanic's ship had sunk after two hours and forty minutes. People were screaming in pain, and of fear. However.. Titanic didn't make it onto a lifeboat. "Titanic!" Olympic cried out.
'"Lympy..." A tired voice murmured. Feet away was Titanic, who was drenched, much like the others. Olympic swam to her, and in a few minutes, had Titanic on a door. Olympic spotted blood on her hands, and when she looked to Titanic, she saw her sister had a huge gash in her side. And she was losing blood quickly.
Olympic quickly removed her jacket, shawl, and whatever else she could, and tightly wrapped it onto her sister's wound. Instantly, blood seeped through, and eventually, Olympic found a bigger piece of debris big enough for her and Titanic. She held Titanic in her arms.
"I'm sorry... I'm so sorry..." Titanic sobbed.
"Darling, it's not your fault. You couldn't have known." Olympic soothed. She held her crying sister to her chest.
"I love you... so much, Lympy..." Titanic murmured.
"And I love you, Titanic." Olympic responded. She didn't like the tone Titanic used, it sounded like she was saying goodbye.
"Tell... Britannic... that I.. I love her..." Titanic murmured, her eyes closing.
"Ti, no honey! Stay awake! Stay awake for me, okay?" Olympic pleaded. It was to no avail, Titanic was dead. Died in her arms.
When Carpathia arrived, Britannic ran to Olympic, who held her and cried. She had to explain that Titanic wasn't coming home, that she was in heaven. Three years had gone by, and Olympic hadn't really recovered from the loss of Titanic when disaster struck. Lusitania's ship was struck by a German U-boat's torpedoes, and the ship sank in eighteen minutes, and the casualties included Lusitania herself.
After the loss of her only sister, Mauretania committed suicide by slitting her throat. Olympic just had to be the one to find Mauretania, causing more grief and guilt to her. Then maybe a year later, she lost Britannic to an underwater mine. Britannic went down with her ship, as she was helping a wounded woman.
Olympic pretty much isolated herself from everything then. She felt so guilty for the loss of Lusitania, Titanic, Mauretania, and Britannic, plus all their passengers that perished. She started drinking heavily, just to ease the voices in her head. Everytime she looked in the mirror, she saw one of the four girls, taunting her, belittling her, so forth.
She was left emotionless, and one day, she had enough. She had to bury her two sisters, her closest friend, and Lusitania. Why was she the one to suffer? That's what she often asked herself. She was numb. She felt nothing anymore. She didn't feel the stinging pain when she took a blade to her skin. She didn't feel sick when she forced herself to puke. She didn't feel anything when she started drinking. Hell, she didn't feel anything when drunk or high. Since no one knew she was suicidal, she wasn't taken to a mental asylum. To the public, she was in deep mourning.
Currently, Olympic had thrown a glass bottle to the wall, falling to her knees as she was close to breaking down. She didn't care about her pride, she never did. Sure, she was the pride of the White Star Line, and even to Cunard, but she wasn't egotistical. She wanted to yell, scream, anything. But she couldn't. She hasn't cried in years.
One night, she just had enough of the voices, of the guilt. She left a note to White Star and Cunard. The next morning, the found her. Her chest had been cut, her wrists were slit, her throat was slit, and she cut the words 'So sorry' into her leg. In her hands remained a photo of her, Titanic, Britannic, Lusitania, and Mauretania. All smiling happily.
In heaven, Olympic opened her eyes, and she was reunited with her family once more. After so long. She was even reunited with EJ Smith and Thomas Andrews. Her body was laid to rest beside her family's, and she ordered her ship be left alone to rust and deteriorate into the ocean, right beside Mauretania's ship.
