We all die alone. I woke up with the sound of my alarm. My name is Y/N. I suffer from depression and alcoholism. I feel like killing myself. I tried everything. My parents died when I was 10 years old. I live alone, and I don't have a family. I've been to therapy, but they quit on me after. After the last psychiatrist gave up on me, she recommended Dr. Lecter and said that he would help me. I got out of bed and went to the bathroom and took a shower. I left my house and drove to Dr. Lecter's office. I sat in the waiting room and felt empty looking around the room until I heard the door open and stood a tall, handsome man. "Miss L/N," he said as he stared at me. I stood up and walked in. "Please sit down," he said.

Hannibal's POV
I kept staring at Y/N as she sat down she had an empty look. She is very beautiful. She was recommended to me by a colleague who was Y/N's last psychiatrist and gave me Y/N's file. While I looked into it, there was a photo of her, and my heart started beating fast. I was in love with her at first glance. As I read the file, I learned everything about her. My poor Y/N lost her parents at the age of 10 she doesn't have her friends. Then the love of her life, or she thought she had left her for another when she needed her the most, and that made her depression worse and doesn't believe in love. I sat down on my chair and kept staring at my beautiful Y/N. She was dressed in a black dress with a black blazer and black heels. She was very skinny and her dress was loose. We started talking about her condition, I knew she was hurting herself, but she did not want to talk about it. "Dr. Lecter, I think I'm immortal," Y/N says to me while looking down. "Why do you think your immortal miss L/N," I say, keeping our conversation professional, but I wanted to be personal with her. Y/N came closer to me, and she looked at me. "I'll show you doctor", she says to me. She starts taking off her vest, exposing her toned, scarred body, and then she takes a pocket knife from under her vest pocket. I looked at her, shocked, and she put the knife in my hands. " I want you to cut me with the knife," Y/N says, looking into my eyes. "Ms. L/N I don't think this is a good idea," I say, looking at my Y/N. I don't want to hurt her. She suddenly closed her eyes, and a tear rolled down her cheek. " I'm sorry, Dr. Lecter," Y/N says, opening her eyes. I looked at her, and she looked at me. We continued to look at each other, and to my disappointment, she looked away. I suddenly grabbed her hand and looked at her as my hand felt her warm hand on mine. Y/N looked at me confused and blushed, looking away. " Are you okay Y/N," I say, still feeling her soft hand. " No, I am not Dr. Lecter," Y/N says, using her other hand to wipe away the tears that kept falling. "Please call me Hannibal," I said, moving closer to her. " I don't think that would be professional," Y/N says, trying to move away from me. I pull her closer to me. " You are lonely and need a friend," I said as I smelled her hair. "Yes, I don't have many friends. I'm alone with no one that loves me but I'm scared to fall in love with someone," she says to me, leaning closer to me. "There is another reason why I was left alone," my love says, looking away from me. I suddenly had the urge to kiss her, but I had to control myself, for now, she would be mine soon.

Y/N's POV
I was looking at Dr. Lecter with a broken expression. I took a deep breath. " When I was young I told my parents that I was pansexual and they said I was a disgrace to them and they left and I never saw them again until I found out that they died without letting me explain," I say to Dr. Lecter crying as he wraps his arms around me. Then my phone rings. Today, I woke up, and I hate myself. Death doesn't answer when I cry for help. I answer as Dr. Lecter looks at me. "Hey Y/N, it's Ralph, I just got back from S/N (State's name) and I sold my house so I'll be living with you now you don't have to be lonely anymore," Ralph says with a happy tone in his voice. Hannibal is still looking at me, "You don't have to Ralph," I say, frowning that I won't be alone anymore. " I'll be there in a couple of hours. I have things to do right now," Ralph says, then hangs up. I put my phone away in my vest pocket. I smiled brightly. "Well, I guess I'm not lonely anymore because my friend is staying with me now," I say with a happy tone in my voice. "You still have me for anything you need. I'm still your phychairst after all," Hannibal says, leaning towards me still arms around me. I can feel his hand going lower on my waist. "Thanks so much, Dr. Lecter, "I say, feeling less lonely and depressed. "We are friends. Y/N no need to be professional around me," says Hannibal, smiling brightly at me. "We are still in your office Hannibal also you are still my psychiatrist. We aren't done with our session yet," I say nervously, trying to avoid getting too close to the doctor I just met. We talked more about my condition. I opened up more with Hannibal and told him about my nightmares. Hannibal was understanding, he didn't judge me like other psychiatrists do. "Y/N have you been hurting yourself lately?" Hannibal says with a worried tone. "Yes, I hurt myself every day, just some cuts here and there," I say, whispering sadly. He suddenly takes my vest off and sees all my scars, he widens his eyes and then hugs me tightly. "Don't ever hurt yourself again. You aren't alone anymore because you have me by your side," Hannibal says, wiping my tears away with his fingers. "Thank you Hannibal", I say, kissing his cheek, but he moves his cheek away, and our lips are met. After a few minutes, I pulled away from the kiss I wanted to pull away immediately, but Hannibal's grip wouldn't let me until he loosened up, and I was able to get away. He smiles at me.

Hannibal's POV
When Y/N went to kiss my cheek I couldn't hold myself anymore so I turned my cheek away and our lips met, I was really happy with our kiss but I noticed that she wanted to get away from me but I wouldn't let that happen I gripped my love tightly we stayed that way after a few minutes I loosen my grip she moved away from me. I was mad that she was mine, but I controlled my anger, and I smiled at her. "You're welcome Y/N", I say as I want her to trust and love me. I want to gain her trust so she can only depend on me and only me. We will soon be happy forever, and she will never leave my side. I look at her scars on her. Some are old, and some are recent. I have the urge to run my fingers and kiss those scars, but then I remember the cause of it. Her depression has been worse. She doesn't have a relationship with anyone. She's still beautiful, and I was falling deeply in love with Y/N. I know it's wrong for a doctor and patient to be involved with each other but I don't care I'm in love with her and she's going to fall in love with me I don't care what I have to do as long I'm by her side or she's by my side. I will make her mine she will be my wife, and we will have kids. For now, I'm happy being close to her as friends. Time goes by, and our session is over. I put my hands on her shoulders, and I set another appointment for my love. When she left I grabbed my laptop and stalked her, I wanted to know what she did when I kissed her passionately. I put a tracking device on her to monitor her every day. I can't go stalk her outside she would notice and stay away from me. I saw she arrived home safely and went to her room and started going to her closet and picked out a black shirt and very short black shorts, she undressed and I saw her in a black bra and panties. She stood in the mirror and looked at herself, she had the most beautiful body I could tell she was insecure about herself. I saw she wasn't satisfied with her body. "I gained weight I knew I shouldn't have eaten that brownie last night but I was hungry", my love says complaining that her stomach started growling she ignores it and continues to complain and puts her clothes on. I can see her whole legs that short is too short. She goes out of her room and goes to the kitchen and makes a salad with a little dressing. She eats it, and when she's done, someone knocks on the door, and she goes and sees. She smiles and opens the door, and I see her friend and some girl come in. He looks like her. Ralph stares at my Y/N and then at her legs. The girl notices and pulls him next to her. "Y/N, this is my girlfriend, Sarah, Sarah this is my friend Y/N. We are like siblings," says Ralph. "It's a pleasure to meet you Y/N," Sarah says, shaking my love's hand and then kissing her hand. I wanted to kill her she's mine, only mine. I saw her smile but was mentally grossed out, which made me happy. "Nice to meet you, Sarah," says my darling, trying to be polite, but she's feeling uncomfortable. After they got to know each other, Ralph got hungry and searched for something to eat, but he only found salads, fruits and vegetables, and some junk food. I could tell she wasn't satisfied with Y/N's eating habits. "You don't have anything else to eat other than salads and vegetables, no meat or at least some soups," says Ralph, looking at the fridge. I smile that my love takes care of herself, but she also needs to eat well she needs her protein. She smiles at Ralph and tells him to follow her and she takes out some pizza dough and some ingredients then she puts the pizza in the oven, after the pizza is done she takes it out and cuts it into slices. Ralph takes a slice, and Sarah and their eyes widen. "This is delicious. Do you have anything to drink?" Ralph says, finishing his pizza and grabbing another slice. "Yeah, I have water, tea, lemonade, and homemade iced coffee," Y/N says, going to the fridge. "Lemonade is great thanks", says Ralph. "I would like some lemonade too, please Y/N," says Sarah with a smile. My love smiles and grabs two glasses and pours lemonade and gives it to them. After dinner, they go straight to their rooms, and Y/N fixes her bed and immediately goes to sleep. I go to sleep thinking about my love.

Y/N's POV
I woke up with the sound of my alarm, I turned off my phone and got out of bed. I fixed my bed before going to shower. I took a long black loose ( not that loose) long cotton soft dress, black silk panties, and black bra to the bathroom. I also took my phone with me to listen to music while showering. As I turned the doorknob, there was a strange pain in my chest, I turned around to open the cabinet door and took out some Tylenol. A few minutes passed, and I ate some toast and did some chores.

Hannibal's POV
I woke up almost the same time as my Y/N and checked my laptop to see her still sleeping a little when her alarm woke her up she then turned off her phone, got out of bed fixed her bed before going to take a shower. She grabs some clothes that are a long black loose cotton soft dress, black silk panties, and a black lace bra. She took her clothes and phone to the bathroom, and my Y/N took off her clothes and put her music on. While she was scrubbing her body I heard her sing, she had the most beautiful voice when she sang "There was a time I used to say, Girl, I need you," now who's sorry now I thought she was sad and depressed again. After the song ended and finished showering. My darling dried herself up and put some clothes on even though she was beautiful without anything on. (Sorry about this Hannibal is going to be a pervert and super yandere for Y/N) she brushed her teeth then as she turned the doorknob I saw that she felt pain in her chest, she opened the cabinet door and grabbed a bottle of pain medicine.

Y/N's POV

( The picture on the top is Y/N's ex-girlfriend, I know she's super hot) I look up, and there's Joanna all grown up and very beautiful. Then I remembered she was the cause of my pain apart from my parent's death, so I glared at her, but I started to have anxiety and depression. "I know you don't want to see me after what I did, I know everything that happened, and I'm sorry I hurt you but let me explain," says Joanna with a hurt expression. "I HATE YOU SO MUCH!"I say, screaming and running away from my house. I know I shouldn't have said that, but I was hurt. I looked at my phone to see it was one hour before going to see Dr. Lecter, so I went to the park and took a walk. After walking, I get ready for my appointment with Hannibal. I arrive at Dr. Lecter's office, and I go inside.

Hannibal's POV
I was getting ready to see my Y/N, I couldn't see what happened to her because I had patients, and I was worried about her. It was very boring listening to them complaining about their life, as they were talking, my mind was on my precious Y/N, but I was writing down and asking them questions. Finally, after they were gone, Y/N was my last patient, but I saw her more than that she's my friend and my wife, and I hate not knowing what she does every day because of my work. Once I open the door and I see my love crying and having a meltdown. "Y/N, please come in," I say with a worried expression. My love sits down and tries to calm down, I stare at her and pull her into a hug she tries to pull away but slowly accepts my hug and wraps her arms around me. "What's wrong dear?" I say, showing how much I love her she looks up at me, and I can tell she is scared. "I saw my ex today," my love says, trying not to break down. I mentally groaned that her ex was back in her life. She damaged her and didn't care. She told me how it happened. "Then I ran away from home after saying those words to Joanna I know I shouldn't have said that but I was hurt and also it hurt me when my parents and Joanna left me", my love says sharing her feelings with me. My heart broke hearing her say that. "Since that day, I haven't fallen in love, but I know I shouldn't give up on love," says my love as I still hold her in my arms. "Am I a bad person Hannibal". I look at her she's such a sweetheart an angel, my angel I smile at her and kiss her cheek planning on making her just like me then she will fall in love with me but if she tries to stay away from me I will not let her go she's mine no one will take her away from me, my wife future mother of our children. "You are not a bad person Y/N she deserved it for hurting you, you just spoke from your heart," I say leaning towards her and kissing her, she tries to move away but then kisses back. Then her phone rings, and she takes it out of her vest pocket and answers. "Hello, Y/N speaking." "Hey bestie, I'm not going to be home tonight. I'm staying at Sarah's," I hear Ralph say, I turn to see my love sad. "Oh, that's great," my love says, hiding her disappointment, I can tell she would be lonely at home alone. "I hate leaving you alone. I can come back if you want." Ralph says, his tone worried about Y/N. "Don't worry about me, bestie. I'll be fine. Just have fun," my love reassured him so he wouldn't be worried. "Are you sure you're like my sister? You're my only family member left." Ralph says I still listen to the conversation while holding Y/N next to me." "Of course I'm sure bro I'm used to being alone besides I go to therapy he's also my friend," my angel says as she smiles at me and I have the urge to kiss her again but I can wait until she's done. "Alright Y/N just be safe and call me if anything happens bye cutie" her friend says why did he called my love cutie she's mine besides he's like a sister to him their can't be a romantic relationship between the two. Y/N's POV
Hannibal and I walked out of his office to his car I grabbed my house keys and got inside the passenger seat Hannibal driving, we reached home and I got out of his car Hannibal grabbed my hand and we walked together I opened the door, Hanni walked with me to my room where I grabbed a small suitcase and put my toothbrush and some clothes inside also my hair brush and a picture of Joanna and me when we were together, I may have been hurt and betrayed but deep down I still love and care about her. I turn around to see Hannibal looking at the picture in the suitcase. "Even though she hurt and betrayed me, I still care about her, Hannibal," I say as I walk close to him and put my hand on his hands. "Thanks for being friends with me. I appreciate your help," I say, moving away to grab my suitcase, but he grabs me and suddenly kisses me again. I kiss back, and this makes Hannibal smile. " Are you done packing, dear?" Hannibal says, stroking my cheek with his fingers. "Yeah, let's go," I say, grabbing my suitcase and holding onto Hannibal's arm with my free hand. He leads me to his car, but I stop thinking I forgot something. Then I remembered I forgot to pack my food. Hannibal also stopped and stared at me. "What's wrong, my dear? Did you forget to pack something?" Hannibal says, still looking at me. I felt his hand wandering on my hips. "Yeah, I forgot to pack my food," I say turning around but Hannibal stops me, "I have food at home Y/N no need to pack your salads, I can cook for you," Hannibal says walking back to his car and opening the door for me. "Thank you, Hannibal, such a sweetheart," I say, kissing his cheek and smiling softly at him impressed by his kindness he's such a gentleman, and to be honest he could be boyfriend/husband material I don't want to get his hopes up. We arrive at his house.

Hannibal's POV
I got out of my car and opened the door for my Y/N she smiled at me sweetly. "Such a gentleman I could fall in love with you at any moment if you keep doing this," my love says impressed by my actions once again of course she is no one else has done anything for her to win her heart I am the only one that can impress her I won't let someone else impress or show her love. "You deserve all the love and care in the world those who aren't nice and hurt you don't deserve you, my dear," I say with all my love and care for my Y/N she's too sweet and kind for someone like Joanna it makes me angry that she didn't appreciate her she's the light to my darkness but she will be like me, my sweet angel. Suddenly she grabs me and swings her arms around me and hugs me so passionately she crashes her lips on me with love showing in her eyes I kiss back loving the feel of her lips on mine we stay like this until she pulls away and says we shouldn't get our hopes up so I grabbed her suitcase and we walked inside my home no our home I'll win her heart and we will be dating and soon she will be mine forever. I showed her to the guest room since the guest room was close to my room. I left her to make dinner for us. I grabbed some "pork" from the fridge and some veggies, and made a stew. She came in and asked if she could help me I am so delighted that she would like to cook together we waited for the stew to cook and when the food is done I took it out of the stove and served my love then myself. She takes a bite of the "pork" and veggies, and her eyes widen. "Oh my goodness, Hannibal, this is the best stew meat I ever tasted," my angel says, moaning and going back to eat more, not knowing it's human meat and not animal meat "I'm glad you love it, my dear," I say smiling she's just like me, and almost then, I continue eating as well. We finished and talked for a while before going to bed soon. I asked her if she would like to sleep next to me so she wouldn't be lonely in her room. She accepted, but she told me she sleeps without a bra. If I was okay with it, I smiled at that. I told her it would be fine. So we slept together it was the step towards our relationship. I looked at her sleep she was so beautiful, an angel with her sleep shorts showing her beautiful legs everything about her is perfect she's a goddess I kissed her one last time before drifting off to sleep.

Hannibal's POV
I woke up and saw that my Y/N was sleeping I stayed a little bit before showering after my shower I went back to the room she was still sleeping so I went to make breakfast for us I quietly closed the door and made pancakes, sausage, and eggs I heard the bath running. "Franklin I thought I told you to wait for me," says Dr. Lecter looking at me disappointed. "I'm sorry Dr. Lecter I got upset when you kissed Y/N," I say looking down. "That's why you kissed me," says Dr.Lecter looking at me sadly. "I guess so and I don't mind kissing both of you," I say looking at them. "I'm fine Hannibal I'm almost done give me a minute," says my wife as she turns off the shower, after a minute she gets out and I see her naked and getting dressed in front of me. We go back to the living room and see Will on the couch staring at the wall. "Hey Will are you alright," says my love looking at Will worried. "Oh yeah I'm feeling well I have to go home now I'll see you later Hannibal and Y/N," says Will smiling before leaving. I got dinner ready and we began eating after dinner we went to our room and slept peacefully holding each other.

Jack's Pov
I noticed Y/N and Hannibal are much closer than being just friends and Hannibal is her psychiatrist, I know she's beautiful and smart but she needs someone better and she's mine. Hannibal is Will's psychiatrist and Y/N's but I don't know if Hannibal is suitable for her not that I don't mind but she lives with him and she works hard I know almost everything about her I hope her ex-girlfriend doesn't come back I guess Hannibal and the other psychiatrist can help her out so I called Dr. Crane from Gotham. "Hello this is Dr. Jonathan Crane," says the man. "Hello, I'm Jack Crawford I'm one of the FBI agents in charge team," I say. "How can I help you, Mr. Crawford," says Dr. Crane. " I want to set an appointment for Y/N L/N she's part of the team and I need your help," I say as Will comes in as Hannibal and Y/N. "What's wrong with Ms. L/N," says Dr. Crane. "She has depression and alcoholism and is traumatized from killing Garrett Jacob Hobbs I will give you her file later," I say as Y/N and Hannibal stare at me in confusion.
"That's not a problem I'll send you the appointment info on your phone good day Jack," says Dr Crane. As I hung up I was questioned by Y/N, Hannibal, and Will. "What's going on Jack," says Hannibal looking at me. "Yeah Jack why are you giving my file to someone else," says my precious curiously. "I set an appointment with another psychiatrist," I say calmly. "Why am I doing a bad job," says Hannibal looking worried. "No you aren't doing a bad job Hannibal I just think that Y/N should have more help so I suggested another psychiatrist," I say looking at Hannibal and Y/N. Now we had to look at the body we found.

Jonathan's POV
Y/N just kissed me, she kissed my cheek but I took my chances and kissed her lips passionately, I was really happy with our kiss but I noticed that she wanted to get away from me but I wouldn't let that happen I gripped my love tightly we stayed that way after a few minutes I loosen my grip she moved away from me. I was mad that she was mine, but I controlled my anger, and I smiled at her. Jonny don't let her get away she's not like the others let's make her like us. I smiled at that she was so beautiful and perfect I can't wait for her to rule with me and watch Gotham go down in flames. Good Jonny no one takes Y/N, Joanna will never take her from us. The guy stares at my Y/N and then at her legs. Dr. Lecter notices and pulls her next to him. "Y/N, this is my brother Jon. Jon, this is my girlfriend Y/N. We are so in love," says Joanna. "We are not in love Joanna and we broke up and how did you find me," says my love looking at Joanna with disgrace. "You don't have anything else to eat other than meat and vegetables, no chips or at least some soups and ramen," says ex-girlfriend, looking at the fridge. I smile that my love takes care of herself, but she also needs to eat some comfort foods she needs her fats. She smiles at her ex-girlfriend and tells her to follow her and Joanna grabs Y/N and kisses my woman. This makes me angry. How dare she kiss our woman. She breaks away and she takes out some pasta dough and some ingredients then she puts the pasta in the oven, after the pasta is done she takes it out and cuts it into equal portions. She rejected her this makes me happy. Good, I don't know what I would do if she kissed back. Joanna takes a slice of baked pasta, and Jon and their eyes widen. "This is delicious. Do you have anything to drink?" Ex-girlfriend says, finishing her pasta and grabbing another portion Then trying to kiss her again. "That's enough she doesn't love you, "says Dr.Lecter looking at Joanna with hatred. Hannibal doesn't like Joanna maybe we can be friends with him. Yeah, he's a psychiatrist like me. "Yeah please don't kiss me again," says my love looking at Joanna weirdly. "We have water, tea, homemade lemonade, and homemade iced coffee and wine," Hannibal says, going to the fridge. "Water is great thanks," says Y/N's ex-girlfriend Joanna, what about their Ex-girlfriend's brother? "I would like some lemonade, please Hannibal," says Jon with a smile. My new friend Hannibal smiles and grabs two glasses and pours water and lemonade and gives the glasses to them. Hannibal and my love had already eaten. After dinner, they went straight to their rooms, and Y/N slept with Hannibal as he fixed his side of the bed and immediately went to sleep.
