Chapter Text

In the Galley la company house sitting at the large light brown kitchen table, is Iceburg with Paulie sitting next to him and across from them are Lucci and Kaku. “Are you going to keep glaring at me Paulie, or are we finally going to talk to each other ?” Lucci says annoyance clear in his tone, Paulie opens his mouth to tell  his ex friend that tried to kill him, a smart remark when suddenly there’s a bright gold light that surrounds the entire room.

Once the bright light vanishes the Strawhat crew are all standing in the living room, and Nami has an unconscious Luffy in her arms that she’s holding protectively, She looks around the room and locks eyes with Lucci and automatically holds Luffy closer to her body. “We will explain how and why we’re here afterwards what matters now, is that I need to find Granny Kokoro she is a mermaid she must have something that will help Luffy!” Nami yells as her panic takes over.

Iceburg owlishly blinks in confusion but quickly nods his head and hears the back room door open and sees Mozu walk in with Kiwi. “We will take you to granny Kokoro, everything will be okay you have a strong captain Nami, he survived against Rob Lucci he will pull through.” Kiwi reassures Nami as they walk Nami out of the galley la company house.

The other half of the Strawhat crew are all tiredly sitting on the large dark grey couches, Kaku turns around in his comfy chair and looks at Zoro and raises his eyebrow at him. “Why is your captain unconscious?” Kaku asks Zoro and sees Zoro anxiously runs his fingers through his light green hair. “Because of that damn shadow! Gecko Moria he made Luffy push his body past his limit! He didn’t have any other choice he had to save everybody’s shadows!” Zoro growls in frustration and sees Lucci realize what Luffy did.

“Strawhat used second and third gear at the same time, and given the fact he fought a warlord he was already exhausted this made it worse” Lucci explains to Kaku and is confused why Usopp is suddenly groaning. “It’s more than that Lola the captain, of the rolling pirates had pushed 100 shadows into Luffy’s body so that he could beat oars the giant that Gecko Moria put Luffy’s shadow in!” Usopp exclaims shocking everyone. “Woah you’ve all been through hell! Given everything you just told us it’s a miracle you’re still alive” Iceburg tells the crew who softly nod their heads.

In granny Kokoro’s house she’s comfortably sitting on her couch, pouring liquor into her mouth when her front door is thrown open by Mozu. “Granny Kokoro I need your help! My captain won’t wake up!!” Nami yells as she rushes into the house carefully carrying Luffy in her arms, Kiwi following from behind her who closes the front door. Kokoro looks at Nami and then at Luffy. “Put his body on the large light brown couch, I’ll see what’s wrong from there” Kokoro instructs Nami and sees her quickly do as she’s told, Kokoro walks over to the couch and looks at Luffy’s body. “He looks like he’s been fighting a powerful enemy, he’s incredibly strong but this enemy was stronger than him” Kokoro tells Nami as she has her ear pressed against Luffy’s chest.

Thump thump thu..mp suddenly Luffy’s heartbeat stops and Nami watches as the color drains from Kokoro’s face, and sees her look at her. “GO GET YOUR DOCTOR YOUR CAPTAIN’S HEART HAS STOPPED!!” Kokoro orders Nami whose eyes widen in horror and quickly runs out of the house back to the galley la company house. “CHOPPER!!! LUFFY NEEDS YOU NOW!!” Nami screeches as she gently picks him up and goes to run back out, when Hattori who’s on Lucci’s shoulder sadly coos. “What do you mean my captain’s heart has stopped!?!” Chopper asks Hattori alarmed.

“Coo coo coo” Hattori tells Chopper who looks terrified the more Hattori talks. “His heartbeat was already weak before and it sounded like he was about to die” Chopper translates Hattori’s words and looks at Nami. “Take me to him I can save him!” Chopper tells Nami desperation in his dark brown eyes, Nami quickly nods her head before turning her attention towards a horrified Zoro. “While we save Luffy you’re in charge of the crew everyone, knows that you’re the vice captain it just hasn’t been said, I’ll update you on the galley la transponder snail” Nami tells Zoro before she runs out of the galley la company house with Chopper in her arms.

Franky anxiously runs his hand down his face and leans back into the couch he’s sitting on. “Our captain will be perfectly fine he has been through worse I mean hasnt he?” Franky asks the crew and sees Zoro slowly nod his head. “Yes he has but never to this extreme the first warlord he ever, fought was crocodile and that was months ago and before he had gears that put a strain on his body” Zoro admits to Franky just as he hears a knock at the front door.

Usopp gets up off of the couch and walks towards the door and, opens it and gasps in shock, as he sees Smoker and Crocodile standing outside. “What’re you doing here smoker? and Crocodile you’re supposed to be in jail!” Usopp exclaims in alarm which amuses both men. “We’re here to see strawhat where is he? And how long are you going to have us out here?”Smoker asks Usopp irritation in his tone causing Usopp to open the door to let them inside. “Well you see Luffy’s heart has stopped and Nami and Chopper went to save him” Usopp tells the shocked men as he closes the front door.

”Impossible Strawhat’s heart wouldn’t stop his will is too strong and he has his dream of becoming king of the pirates to achieve!” Crocodile snarls at Usopp as he glares at him making Usopp faint out of fear. Robin calmly walks over to her ex boss and sees that he’s worried about her captain and is touched by this, but is also surprised by this since he normally doesn’t care about his enemies. “. Nami and two of our allies went with Luffy to another one, of our allies to save him all we can do now is wait” Robin tells Crocodile which calms him down and sees him walk over to one of the large Chairs and flops down on it.

Smoker sits next to crocodile and looks at Zoro who’s obviously, the most stressed out of everyone. “Have faith in your captain he is capable of surviving things, that kill normal people plus he’s too damn stubborn to die” Smoker chuckles which slowly relaxes Zoro.

Back with Granny Kokoro and the girls after Nami came back with Chopper, Kokoro smiles sadly at the girls. “His body isn’t salvageable there is nothing I can do to save him” She regrettably tells the girls and sees them start crying. “No there has to be something we can do! I can’t lose the man that’s not only my captain but my best friend as well I refuse to give up!” Nami stubbornly states as she hears a knock at the door. Kiwi softly sniffles as she opens the door and is surprised, when she sees Kalifa standing on the doorstep holding a large basket of a variety of flowers. “Lucci told me about Strawhat’s condition and found a way to save him, I’ll explain more inside” Kalifa tells Kiwi as she steps aside to let Kalifa inside.

Once inside Kalifa gently places the large basket of flowers onto the light brown side table. “I know I am one of your enemies but I’ve never had a problem, with Strawhat only Lucci has but he clearly doesn’t hate Strawhat since he found a way to save him. He asked me to gather Sunflower and Daisy, as well as protea and Orchid and lastly White carnations. He told me that given what these flowers represents 

Once we create a lotion with the flowers and rub it on Strawhat’s body, all we have to do is wait for a miracle to happen” Kalifa tells them and seas Nami and Chopper share a look of shock and disbelief with each other. “Alright let’s get started crushing the flowers and making it into liquid” Nami tells them

Once the lotion is made Nami and Kalifa have a smooth marble bowl each, that’s full of the lotion both are standing on Luffy’s sides. “I hope this works I can’t lose my captain” Nami says as she says as she takes a small amount of lotion out of her bowl, before putting it on the coffee table. She rubs her palms together to warm up the lotion, and her and Kalifa start to massage the lotion into Luffy’s body in small circular motions, soon both bowls are empty and Luffy’s body is covered in soft heavenly scented lotion. “Now we sit and wait” Kalifa tells Nami who is looking at her curiously.

”Not that I’m not grateful that Lucci found a way to save my captain, but given their last interaction I was positive that he hated him, for defeating him” Nami admits to Kalifa who softly laughs. “I completely understand why you think that and putting, aside my leaders bruised ego Lucci sees Strawhat as a amazing opponent to have, someone who challenges him and isn’t terrified to approach him, like everybody else is” Kalifa hesitates to tell Nami the next information, but knows it will take her mind off of her captains health so she decides to tell her. “During their fight Strawhat used Lucci’s leopard tail against him, and swung him around before throwing him across the room” Kalifa informs an amused Nami who’s laughing loud at this. 

Nami softly wipes away the tears from laughing and smiles at Kalifa. “Thank you I needed that laugh but I’m sure my captain is your leaders favorite which is another reason he searched for a way to save hi-“ She’s cut off by a soft white light that surrounds her captain’s body, once it vanishes she sees before her a beautiful young woman who looks to be Usopp’s age, with soft silky long to waist jet black hair that fits her supple sun kissed skin and her soft lips are colored a subtle soft pink while her eyes are coated in a light blue. A soft yellow tube top hugs her captain’s now round perky boobs firmly while the light blue denim jeans shows off her new curvaceous body that can easily make anyone drool, finishing off the outfit with yellow high heels.

Kalifa blinks in surprise at this massive change to Strawhat and is in awe of her beauty, she sees Strawhat slowly open her eyes and sees her look around the room confused. “Where am I? Where is my crew? and why are you here Kalifa?” A soft feminine voice worriedly asks Kalifa. “You’re in Granny Kokoro’s house and the rest of your crew is in the galley La company house and the reason I am here, is because your heart had stopped because you pushed your body past its limit, when you were fighting Moria and Nami and the square sisters brought you here. Where I come in is Lucci searched for a way to save you and asked me to gather a variety of flowers, which Nami and I made into lotion which we spread onto your skinl Kalifa tells Strawhat.

She sees Strawhat softly blink in surprise at the fact Lucci saved her. “You said Nami is here? Is anybody else with her from my crew?” She asks Kalifa and sees her point to her lap where Chopper is fast asleep. “Nami went outside to update your crew on the transponder snail” Kalifa says as she sees strawhat realize that she’s now a girl, and sees her look up at her confused. “How am I a girl now Kalifa? What flowers did you use?” She inquires her.

Kalifa sits on the empty soft chair next to the large coffee table that Strawhat is on. “I used sunflower and daisy and protea as well as orchid, it looks like the combination of daisy and protea gave you a new body to save you, but that’s only the effects that the daisy flower has im not sure what the protea flowers effects are ye-“She stops mid sentence as she sees two soft white striped tiger ears on her head with a long striped white tail slowly swishing behind her. Kalifa is awestruck as she watches Strawhat’s eyes shift to blue. “Your heart is beating faster but not out of fear, instead out of excitement” She tells Kalifa amused as she softly brings her long tail up to Kalifa’s cheek and softly strokes it, causing her to giggle. “The protea flower made you into a tiger hybrid, you’re a tigress now and a beautiful one at that” Kalifa praises Strawhat earning herself a happy purr.

Back at the galley la company house Zoro quickly picks up the receiver when he hears it ring. “How is he? What’s going on Nami??” Zoro urgently asks her. “Our captain is awake now and we will meet you at the house soon” Nami reassures him trying to calm him down. “Lucci is the reason our captain is alive he searched for a way to save our captain, and sent Kalifa to me to help I need to go something is happening inside the house” Nami informs Zoro before ending the call. Zoro puts the receiver back on the transponder snail and turns and looks at Lucci with a raised eyebrow.

”Why would you search for a way to save my captain? From the moment you two met he’s challenged you and when he, deafeated you I was damn sure you would rather kill him than help him” Zoro tells Lucci and sees him nod his head. “I understand why you think that but I actually like your captain, he is fearless and determined and won’t let anything get in his way, plus he calls me on my shit and insults me and doesn’t kiss up to me like everybody else does. He knows I’m a cold blooded killer yet he still easily approached me back then, so I saw a chance to save him and took it” Lucci explains to Zoro as he slowly sips his tea.

At Kokoro’s house Nami walks back into the house and blinks in surprise as she sees that her now female captain, is also a tiger hybrid and she is stunning and looks regal. “Nami are you scared of me?” Her captain asks her fear in her voice, causing her striped ears to pin back and her long tail to wrap around herself to give her comfort. Nami quickly rushes over to the large coffee table her captain’s on, and wraps her arms around her shoulders. “I’ll never be scared of you nor will the others, you might be asked multiple times if someone can pet you but other than that you’re still our Beautiful, loving, strong, courageous, kind captain who we love dearly” Nami says as she softly pulls back from the hug, to kiss her captain’s forehead causing her tail to happily swish.

”But what should your new name be captain? What do you want us to call you?” Nami asks her and patiently waits for an answer. Strawhat softly bites down on her bottom lip as she thinks of what her new name could be. “Luffia Monkey D Luffia I like this name” Luffia tells her navigator and sees her beam at her at her choice for her new name. “Amazing choice Luffia we should get back to the galley la company house, I know our crew misses us and that Zoro is incredibly worried about you” Nami tells her captain as she sees her carefully lift Chopper off of her lap and hands over to Nami.

“You’re right we should but first I need to get off of here” Luffia says as she gracefully gets off of the large dark brown coffee table before walking over to Kalifa and softly kisses Kalifa’s forehead. “Thank you for helping save me I’ll make sure to show piegon guy my gratitude as well” Luffia informs a softly blushing Kalifa who has a small smile on her face, and blinks in surprise as she sees Luffia holding out her hand towards her. “Want to come with us back to the galley la company house?” She asks Kalifa and sees her hesitate to put her hand onto of her own. “If it’s because of your betrayal of Galley la I can help you save your friendship with Icepops and Paulie if that’s what you’re worried about, you’ve never been mean to me pigeon guy is the one who I mainly have a history with so what do you say?” Luffia adorably tilts her head to the side. 

Kalifa does miss working for Iceburg and messing with Paulie, and she knows even though Lucci doesn’t look like it he misses Paulie as well. “Alright I’ll come with you to the house but you must know, that if you want to fix things with the others you’ll have to start with Lucci, and it won’t be easy” She warns Luffia. “Nothing with pigeon guy is ever easy” Luffia remarks in annoyance as she rolls her eyes earning a laugh from both girls as they leave Kokoro’s house.

Chapter Text

Nami looks at Luffia with a raised eyebrow at how easily she is walking in high heels. “Captain how are you so good at walking in heels?” She asks Luffia and sees her fondly smile as if she’s remembering something sweet. “Well Ace and I were poor so we would use stilts and pretend to be one person, while one of us was on the others shoulders. We would take turns on who would walk and we’d dine and dash it was fun” Luffia giggles and this gets Kalifa’s attention. “You have a brother? And would dine and dash? But what about your parents?” Kalifa asks Luffia confused.

Luffia bites her bottom lip debating if she should tell Kalifa the truth, and she looks over at Nami asking her with her eyes, “Should i trust her?” She sees Nami smile and nod her head. “Yes I do his name is Ace he’s a Whitebeard pirate I’m so proud of him, but I do miss him” Luffia pouts causing both girls to frown seeing her upset. “Luffia why don’t you ask Iceburg if you can invite your brother here, he adores you so I can totally see him agreeing to your request” Nami tells Luffia and sees her perk up at Nami’s suggestion. “You’re right Nami and when we get to the company house you should, go inside and let them know that things have changed but that all is good” Luffia tells her navigator.

Once the three girls arrive in front of the Galley la company house Nami walks in first and, blinks in surprise when she notices Smoker and Crocodile sitting at the table. “Wasn’t expecting to see these two here but Our captain is about to walk, into the house things have changed but it’s nothing bad”Nami reassures her crew members as the front door opens revealing a beautiful young woman with softly curled long to waist jet black hair, who’s wearing a yellow tube top that hugs her round perky boobs like a glove, with light blue denim jeans and yellow high heels. “Meet Luffia our now female captain!” Nami excitedly tells her crew.

Luffia feels Kalifa hide behind her and this causes her to frown. “There’s no need to hide Kalifa the only one you fought with, was Nami and she isn’t holding a grudge against you” Luffia reminds Kalifa who slowly comes out from behind Luffia. “Woah captain you’re now a girl but how?” Franky asks Luffia and listens as she explains to them, how she’s now a girl but as she’s explaining she unknowingly shifts into her hybrid form as she stretches, soft white fur with black stripes covers her body.

Lucci’s eyes widen in surprise at seeing his enemy in front of him is not only a girl now, but is also a hybrid a tiger hybrid to be exact as he sees her tiger ears on her head, and sees her long tiger tail swishing back and forth. “This is unexpected but you’re beautiful as always captain” Sanji says as he walks over and softly kisses Luffia’s forehead and softly chuckles as he hears her let out a happy purr. Luffia walks closer to Lucci and stands in front of him and gently rubs her nose against Lucci's nose and slowly pulls back and looks up at him. "Thank you for finding a way to save me..Lucci you are not so bad" Luffia says to a softly blushing Lucci whose surprised she said his name and because he's never been thanked before and he likes it. He watches as she walks away from him and notices her tail is swishing back and forth showing she's happy. "Well that is new never expected Strawhat to be so affectionate to you nor did I expect you to search for a way to save her" Kaku says as he appears next to Lucci's side. Lucci rolls his eyes and looks at Kaku with an annoyed look on his face. "She's an amazing opponent it would be a shame if she died because Moria wouldn't fight her like a man like I did, plus anything after me must be a disappointment to her given that I am the best" Lucci arrogantly states and hears Luffia softly giggle from her place on the armrest of Franky's large plush orange chair.

"He is right Kaku anything after his and I's fight is a disappointment because both sides should give their all in a fight not hide like a coward behind his crew mates especially if you invite the other side's crew into your territory, in fact all Moria did was sit on his big ass at first and had me chase his shadow which is insulting to me because it wasted my time and energy when I could've been using it to fight the real Moria" Luffia angrily huffs. "Damn lazy onion" Luffia scoffs and hears Lucci chuckle at her creative insult for Moria. Kaku stares at Luffia shocked that she is agreeing with Lucci. "You are aware you agreeing with him just gave him a MASSIVE ego boost right??" Kaku asks Luffia who softly shrugs her shoulders. "Yes I am well aware of that but after what he did for me, he deserves the massive ego boost I gave him" Luffia tells Kaku unaware that this has caused Lucci to fully shift into his large leopard form and walk over to where Luffia is, he lays his head on her lap and softly nudges her hand with his muzzle. "Do you want me to pet you Lucci?" An Amused Luffia asks Lucci who simply softly nudges Luffia;s hand with his wet nose. "Alright alright I'll pet you Lucci" Luffia giggles again which sounds like music to Lucci's ears and as he feels Luffia slowly run her fingers through his spotted fur he feels a feeling of peace he's never felt before, causing him to lift his head off of her lap and softly licks her cheek as he wraps his long spotted tail around Luffia's small waist.

Nami and Robin gasp in surprise at Lucci showing their captain affection and scent marking her with his saliva they expect their newly turned female captain to be disgusted by this act of affection by Lucci, but instead a soft smile is on Luffia's face as she leans down and gently presses her lips against Lucci's soft fur. "Thank you for the show of affection Lucci you’re not bad company” Luffia says as she softly yawns and sees Lucci shift back to his human form and sit next to Kaku
