Stockman Academy is a prestigious Specialized Stem School for kids in grades sixth through eighth. Kids that go through the Stockman Academy almost always go on to go to Midtown School of Science and Technology from ninth grade through twelfth.

Flash Thompson attends the Prestigious Stockman Academy and has the second highest grades in his class.

Jealous of the little Scholarship Kid, Peter Parker, that's a year younger than him and has the highest grades in their class by far, Flash Thompson decides that he's tired of Peter Parker always outdoing him and steals Peter's end of the school year Science Fair Project and bullies Peter into staying quiet about it.

Flash wins that Science Fair and the prize that goes with it.

Two years of being Mentored by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner.

To keep up with the lies Flash keeps telling to Tony and Bruce and The Avengers, Flash frequently bullies Peter into making projects that Flash can take in to Tony and Bruce and pretend are his own.

Flash also convinces Tony and Bruce and all of The Avengers that Peter bullies him and keeps telling lies upon lies.

Tony and Bruce decide to try to make Peter's life hell from afar.

But Flash can keep them all believing his lies for only so long...

Stockman Academy was a prestigious STEM Focused school for children from grades sixth through eighth and they always put on big end of the year events for their eigth grade students who were guaranteed to be moving on to other STEM Focused Schools for the ninth grade or higher for some who might qualify for skipping grades depending on the decisions of the students, the parents and the school the student would be going to the following school year.

This year Stockman Academy was putting on a end of the year Science Fair for their eigth grade students who were interested in a more Science Based Career Track.

The price for winning the end of the school year Science Fair had not been announced and supposedly wouldn't be announced until after the winner of the Science Fair was declared.

Students poured in and began to set up their tables with their presentations and their projects.

They had an hour before the doors were opened to the public and the judges to get everything done.

Peter Parker got his table and his poster boards set up in record time along with a homemade cardboard plaque bearing his name. Peter had handmade pamphlets outlining his project and his presentation for anyone that wanted to watch his presentation to follow along with.

Eugene Thompson had hated Peter Parker ever since the younger kid had entered Stockman Academy and had proceeded to outshine Eugene in every single class except for Gum which Peter had a Doctor's Note excusing him from so Peter got to do a college level Health and Wellness Class at a Community College for an hour after school to make up for the Gym Credit that he wasn't getting at Stockman Academy.

Peter always got the hour meant for Gym to just go to the library and study.

Eugene hated Peter Parker because of the way Peter Parker was an impoverished little nobody and the school still made one concession after another to make sure Peter excelled in the curriculum.

Eugene came from money, yet he didn't get the same kind of preferential treatment as the stupid little Scholarship Kid.

He was so tired of teachers constantly doting on Peter and talking about how smart Peter was and what a prodigy Peter was and were constantly all over Eugene's case for missing work that he wasn't turning in or for not putting forth more effort into the work he did do and no matter how many times Eugene brought up who his father was and how rich his family was it didn't make the teachers any nicer to him and didn't make them automatically start bestowing him with the same sort of compliments and doting upon that Peter Parker received.

So, yes. Eugene hated Peter.

Seeing that once again Peter was going to outshine him as Peter's project was better, Eugene swapped out Peter's Homemade Name Plaque for his own more professional looking wood and metal one that he had gotten his father to have custom made for him.

Peter had turned around and saw what Eugene had done.

"Not funny, Flash! Switch it back!" Peter had exclaimed as Peter took in the abysmal project Eugene had thought turning in would get him the top prize.

Eugene shoved Peter then punched him in the stomach. "Make me, Penis Parker."

Peter was doubled over "Seriously, Flash. Switch it back or I'll tell a teacher!"

When Peter saw that Eugene wasn't going to switch the plaques back, Peter started marching over towards where the teachers were gathered. Eugene took the opportunity of Peter having his back turned to tackle Peter and drag him into the empty hall and shove him into a nearby dark Janitor's closet and stick a chair against the door locking Peter in the closet.

"Let me out! Flash! Let me out!" Peter yelled from the other side of the door.

"Awww... Is little baby Penis Parker afraid of the dark?!" Flash said in a mockingly sympathetic tone.

"Flash, please! The Science Fair is about to start!" Peter begged.

Flash looked at his watch there was only five minutes before the Science Fair was opened to the public and the judges.

"You're right. It is." Flash said tauntingly "And if you know what's good for you you'll stay quiet in there or else you won't like what I do to you cause I guarantee it will be way worse than a punch to the stomach." Flash said to the closed door before he backed away from the door leaving the chair wedged under the door handle.

"Flash!" Peter shouted through the door. But eventually there were too much noise and too many clamouring voices to even hear the voice of the kid shouting from inside a locked janitor's closet.

Flash was giddy with excitement as the project he had stolen from that dumb little thorn in his side won first place and because no one was with the project that did have said little thorn in Flash's side's name on it (since Flash had switched the name plates) had no one standing there to present the project, the kid who was absent from presenting the project basically forfeited whatever prize there would have been for second place. Flash was happy about that development because it meant Penis Parker would get nothing just like that annoying little nobody deserved!

When Flash went to the stage to claim his ill-gotten prize, he was on cloud nine having finally one upped that little orphaned nobody made him feel bigger and more important and definitely more entitled than normal.

As the prize presenter began to hand Flash a stupid piece of paper in a frame, Flash's bubble began to deflate..

This was it?! This was the prize for first place? Some printed out piece of paper with a gold leaf seal inside a frame saying he won?! What a rip off! He was told the prize this year was going to be epic!

"This year's winning Science Project was impressive!" The prize presenter announced "But the winner's prize is even more impressive!"

Flash tried to keep the scowl from taking over his face as he was brought over to pose while shaking the presenter's hand and holding part of the frame that held the award.

"This year's prize was the chance to be mentored by two of the greatest scientific minds of our generation!"" The presenter announced excitedly.

Flash's desire to scowl deepened. Snore! How dull! He wished he had just let Parker get the glory! Bleh! Why couldn't the prize be something cooler than being forced to hang out with two nerds who were probably as bad as the little dweeb he had locked in the janitor's closet?!

"Your mentorship with Tony Stark and Bruce Banner is set to begin the first weekend this Summer and continue every weekend until you graduate highschool!"

Wait.. What?!

Had Flash just heard correctly?!

He was going to get to hang out with Iron Man and The Hulk?!!!

Oh this was the best day and he couldn't wait to rub it in Penis Parker's face that THIS was the opportunity he had snatched out of the little twerps hands! Finally! After all of this time living in that little upstart's academic shadow, the teachers, school staff and other students would finally rightfully recognize Flash's superiority for once!
