Summary
After a sneak attack the Enterprise crashes on an alien planet, with the survivors having little to no hope of ever leaving again.
Matters get even more complicated when a local prophecy urges Captain Christopher Pike and his Number One to have a child together else the rest of the survivors will be killed by the locals.
When things don't go according to plan they drift apart, each afraid to hurt the other, each isolated by feelings of guilt and grief.
