Chapter 1: Dinner date

Chapter Text

In many cases, when Avery courted Lillibelle, she would insist that they go to a fancy restaurant, hotel, and the like, yet when her kitten insisted she let her prepare her dinner, it was a hard choice to make. Avery hadn't ever been the type to let her sugar babies into her life and vice versa. It was merely a matter of monetary services, right? She paid her a fine amount after the end of their dates and would continue on with their lives, at least, this was what it initially was. Avery acknowledged that by letting her into her life, she was being vulnerable. Was she ready to go that far? In her opinion, it wasn't worth dwelling on it too much.

Her eyes were fixated on the mirror as she examined her hair, her suit, and even adjusted the pink handkerchief that was lodged within the breast pocket. It was unusual for Avery to be nervous, no, this was worse. Her sense of impending doom permeated her actions as she plucked out a hair from her chin, brushed a hair out of her face, and applied the scent of whatever expensive perfume she possessed. Her sigh echoed throughout the lavish home before she donned her dress shoes, walked out of the door, and locked it behind her.

Walking to her car, all she could hear was the sound of her footsteps over the rock pathways leading to her vehicle. Sitting in her car, she revved the engine and drove, looking at the post-it note stuck to her bumper with an address written on it, smiling softly at the little heart motifs Lillibelle had added to her I's. During the course of the drive, Avery recalled the day that they met, when she had caught her looking at the flowers that were in front of her home, inspecting them and criticizing the way they were potted, before leaving. There was no chance that she could even defend herself, as Lillibelle simply walked away after explaining that the flowers would not survive for very long in the position in which they had been placed, and that killing a supposedly long living flower would be cruel and inhumane. They saw each other again at the local cafe, to which she dubbed her “flower girl”, replicating the habit of turning basic descriptors into pet names. Avery was never the type to be insistent, unless she reached a certain level with someone, but with Lillibelle? She found her endearing, she wanted to continue until she eventually gave in and agreed to go on a date, a mysterious girl she was.

After reminiscing for a while, she glanced down the road in which she was supposed to turn, her eyes narrowing in what looked like irritation when she realized the road had turned into a muddy path. She would definitely need to take her car to get washed after tonight... As she drove, she was unsure of where she was supposed to go, not having expected someone like Lillibelle to live in such an environment. it was strange for Avery to watch as the picture-perfect image Lillibelle painted of her life gradually dissipated in front of her. She tried not to think much of it as she reached what she believed to be her destination, surprised to see her living in a beachfront cottage. It was quaint, given the lonesome neighborhood, if you could call her being the only house in the road a neighborhood. The house’s lights were on, and looking in the window, she could see the back of her little flower girl as she seemed to be happily cooking in the kitchen. She whistled softly before she got out of her car, locking it and walking towards the door, her eyes widening a little bit as she looked at the flower paths that led to the door, lovingly taken care of, she knew her stuff, she supposed.

For the first time in her life, she hesitated before she raised her hand to hold onto the knocker, pulling it up and knocking on the door, repeating the action twice more before she waited patiently for her kitten to open the door. The feeling of impending doom only grew as she waited, a look of uncertainty quickly turning into a loving smile as the door opened, revealing her little darling, clad in the cutest little dress she must've bought at the mall, she even wore matching dress shoes. She loved to see Lillibelle wearing clothing that was purchased with her money, money she gave to her after their extravagant dates, no matter how many times she insisted she didn't need it. She was glad to know she was making use of it. She was quickly taken out of her thoughts when she felt her wrist being grabbed as she was dragged inside. “Don't just go standing there, silly!” She would hear her sweetlings' voice, snapping her back into reality. As they walked inside, her eyes roamed over the home, it looked comfortable.. very much like her, covered in pink, there was a childish charm to it.

As they walked, she let her eyes now focus on her date, a seductive smile on her face as she bent over just slightly, pushing her cheek in Lillibelle’s view, she knew by now what that meant as her lips connected to her cheek, leaving a red stain. The pink haired girl seemed clearly pleased by it as she giggled softly, licking her thumb and extending it towards the stain, rubbing a little harshly as to get rid of it, when it was gone, she continued to walk towards the kitchen. They exchanged small talk, Avery complained about work, it was a repetitive thing, but one they were both happy with. Lillibelle liked letting Avery take the lead, she didn't seem to mind it, which the businesswoman was thankful for, appreciating Lillibelles… attentiveness. “I was just finishing dinner.” She spoke softly with a grin as she placed the plates on the table, soon looking up at a cabinet, her eyes moving as she thought about which bottle of wine would be ideal. Avery smirked as she walked over, getting in front and using her height to her advantage as she picked out a bottle, reading the label and lightly putting it on the table. “You didn't think I was going to let you pick the wine, did you, pussy?” She whispered, satisfied with the girl's reaction as she tensed up, her cheeks reddening only slightly before she crossed her arms with a soft pout. “I dont like when you call me that.” She would murmur, earning a harsh slap on her backside, resulting in a soft gasp, her gaze turning downwards as Avery’s lips connected to her ear. “Don’t get bratty on me, I get to call you what I want, sweet girl.” She then backed away, not before planting a soft kiss on her ear.

The feeling of doom, uncertainty had washed away completely by now as they had their back and forth banter, exchanging soft kisses, whispering sweet nothings into each others ears, but it quickly returned as Lillibelle held out a fork to her, taking in the cut of meat that was at the tip of the fork. She raised a brow, letting out a quick laugh. “Doesn't the smell of meat make you sick, girl? You’re not making yourself sick for me are you?” Her tone became a little harsh as Lillibelle froze, looking at the cut of meat and her eyes narrowing, seemingly avoidant. “I..Its fine, really, I just know that you like steak, so I thought id just toughen up for the night..-” As she was going to finish speaking, her sentence was quickly cut short as Avery grabbed her wrist, it wasn't harsh, not yet at least. “You always look away when you lie, Lillibelle.. I know you.” she spoke, making Lillibelle’s eyes widen as she looked from her, to the fork, then to her again. “I.. It's..” she swallowed. “It's vegan meat.” She lied, though thankfully for her, she was able to look Avery in the eyes as she spoke. “I’m sorry, I didn't mean to lie, I just panicked.” She murmured. The brown haired woman sensed her panic and furrowed her brows, taking a deep breath and letting out a sigh before she calmed her grip on her wrist. “I don't want you to feel like you have to lie to me, girl.” She scolded, earning a slow and embarrassed nod from the catgirl.

It was clear that tense moment had passed as they ate together, and the nervous girl seemed ecstatic as they talked, smiling and giggling as she rambled, and nodding happily as she listened to Avery's ramblings as well. The cooking that Lillibelle prepared for them seemed to please her, as she sighed softly, smiling and drinking some wine as she closed her eyes briefly. To her surprise, and pleasure, she opened her eyes to Lillibelle walking towards her with a grin as she pressed her lips to hers, swiftly applying some pressure of her own. Their kiss turned heated quickly as Avery stretched her hands to reach behind her girlfriend's back, swiftly untying the bow holding the dress together, revealing a cute lacy matching set, rolling her eyes softly as she noticed the chastity cage underneath. “I ought to get this damn thing off of you, pussy.” She whispered. It took Lillibelle a moment to break out of her tense state before she smiled and softly kissed Avery on the cheek. "Well, perhaps you have earned that key.." Lillibelle whispered. In response to her murmur, Avery responded with a shocked expression, quickly picking her up and slamming her on the table, which has since been cleared up.

She exchanged another heated kiss with her, her sloppy kisses slowly sliding down her neck, the sounds she made in response ringing in her ears. In the midst of their intimacy, they exchanged genuine smiles, nothing but adoration in their eyes. As the night came to an end, they would fall asleep in each other's arms as they entered a deep slumber. A tense moment during the middle of a cute date would soon turn into something far more sinister. Only time would tell how it would affect their bond.
