Jean was at the mall with Jubilee, they were looking for some present to Storm, her birthday was today and they are only finding this out because Hank give Ororo extra pancakes this morning, she didn’t think it was something important to said and Hank only find out because he has acces to her files.
They were in a jewelry shop, Ororo was always wearing some jewelry, she use her parents ring as a necklace and Peter even brought her some bracelets of her own.
Jean and Ororo have been growing close, so Jean really want to give her something special, something that show who Ororo is.
Jubilee suggests to spit so they can check the store faster, Jean was looking at ring that has a blue diamond that in the light of the store was giving the ilusion of the ocean.
“Jean I got it!” Jubilee yell at her across the store, some other customers turn to them, when Jean arrives next to Jubilee she saw what her friend means, there were a beautiful pair of gold earrings with a little lightning bolt on the center.
They were perfect.
They paid the earrings and left the store, and to be honest it was more expensive than what they agree on spend but Ororo deserves it.
They were walking out of the mall but Jubilee had to stop to go to the bathroom, Jean was waiting outside of the bathroom when she saw a glimpse of a whitehead and honesty she freak out for a moment thinking that it might be Ororo.
But when she turn her head to check out, she saw Peter and that was a relieve, he was wearing a white shirt and a blue jacket over it, and some jeans. To be honest, it was weird to see Peter wearing something else that his silver jacket.
Jean was going to say hi when a girl walk in to Peter and start talking to him, so Jean stop her walk.
Peter didn’t seem surprised by her presence like if he knew her, the girl was very pretty, she has a beautiful brown curly hair, her skin looks like if it was kissed by the sun with the warm color that it has, Jean couldn’t see her eyes from how far she was but they were big and very expensive.
The girl was wear a pink summer dress with black boots and her hair was tied in a half ponytail.
Jean watches them go get some ice cream, they were talking about something that makes them excited, she could tell for the smiles on their faces.
Then Peter said something and the girl stop and turn to him, and she jumps to him and kiss him on the cheek, clearly happy for what he said, they continue to walk and Jean can definitely see Peter putting his arm around her shoulders.
Jean stood there confused and shocked, Peter has never talk about any girl, of course everyone on the mansion knew that Peter is popular with the girls, and he has even tell them about some dates that he had.
He was charming and cool but he has never been that serious with any girl.
So who is this girl who has Peter going on dates and has his arm around her?
“I’m done, we can go.”
“Jean? Are you okay?”
She heard Jubilee next to her but she is trying to find the word to tell her what she saw.
“Peter has a girlfriend.”
