𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙜.

peng's mind alerted them, after finding out a 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙗𝙤𝙮 have the ability to possess the monkey king's staff they know there is more to play here.

they had heard wukong and mihou story, about xiaotian explanation of the other half of his very soul and how he wanted to desperately find it.

the reason of his runaway

there were lots of question in their mind.

_did xiaotian find his other half? is the 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘭 𝘣𝘰y his nephew other half? did he know the location of his nephew? ._

they did not know how in the realms does xiaotian and the mortal boy were to be connected. as far from their knowledge, soul bonds only happen to demoness siblings, specifically twins.

and demon bull king was no fool, he knows his brothers were to suspect his offsprings, but he also cared for his brothers. even if his his brother is snarky and obnoxious as peng, he would not denied the permission of seeing his child. princess iron fan know how much bull king loves his brothers, so she won't intervened as her husband chat with his brothers.

it was perfect for peng. their plan is working successfully.

being seated at the table, they patiently await for their nephew. when he arrived, he was shocked to see his uncle peng

red son clear his throat, standing straight, peng did not know wether to be proud of angry as redson now is taller than them

"uncle, what a surprise" redson said respectfully. Give a polite little bow to his uncle.

Peng smile, calming walking over to redson with their hands behind their backs.

"I was hoping i could visited you, my dear". Peng could physically smells the doubt and suspicion of the bull prince, it seems like he did not believe his bird uncle visiting without a reason to.

Not entirely wrong, but hurt their feelings nonetheless.

Offering their still polite smile, peng eyed his nephew.

"How are you? It's been a while since..." Peng voices trail off, sounding upset. Redson, noticing this, look down with his eyes somber.

"yea...i been doing well,uncle"

Only peng could see how their nephew were to fake such emotion. Redson is very much like his father. Everytime bull king were to be upset, he would look angry, clenching his fists and biting his lower lip. Blaming himself for failing to protect his loved ones.

They saw how upset he is when he learned redson have a power beyond his, too much to be controlled and could cause the bull prince to be hurt.

Peng give his nephew a soft smile. "it's been awhile since we talked haven't we? how is the upcoming of the robot's weapons?"

their nephew groan tiredly, peng see his nephew potential, though he is good at mechanical engineering, weaponary is not his specialty.

he can makes weapons but only if it is related with fires such as a flamethrower.

"perhaps i could assist you? i do have the knowledge of creating weapons and armor.

ah yes, they did remember making weapons for the demons army with yellow tusk, they also tented to be use their ability as hobby making explosives magics bombs, knives from golds and they enjoyed using gun powders for...experiment.

"i would appreciate the help uncle, but i thought you are busy with the celestial realm?"

peng offer a chuckled "my task for today had already been done, and i would like to take my mind off my duty for a little while"

redson nodded, moving to the side as he pointed towards the door where he emerged.

"shall i guide us to my workshop?"

peng also nodded, their smile never left as they followed their nephew.

while the two highly noble demons walks, the two began to chat, asking various questions such as 'what you have for breakfast' or 'how was your day'

they would not lie, it ws nice.

talking with their nephew, this...little chatting and bonding times, they have forgot what this felt like

this kind of moment were usually spend with xiaotian, that boy would just listen as they talked about their duties, tasks were to be done. he would enjoyed listening to their rants and complaints.

but when its their turn to asked about his day, he would sour up, and replied with 'nothing special'. the monkey boy have been dreading for an adventure ever since he was an infant, it would be understandably clear why he would ran away

Redson's mind is screaming at him, reminded him that THE GOLDEN WINGED PENG,THE IS MOST CRUEL AND MEAN UNCLE IS SITTING AT HIS WORKSHOP!!

Redson was more worried that his unkey peng's visited rather than the monkey king himself

unlike sun wukong who can use the eyes of truth to see if someone lying, his bird uncle does not need such power

the demon could physically 𝙨𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙨 if someone is lying. he did not not know how his uncle can actually have such ability, but that is what was said.

xiaotian cried like they had sell Chapu, his favorite stuff animal. he hugged their leg like he would lost them if he let go and apologized over and over as he admit he stole it.

as thru their knowledge, his uncle azure and uncle yellowtusk were terrible at such technology, often get confused and having a hard time using mortals communication devices. even typing is a problem since the two powerful demoness have a rather large hands.

so he figure his uncy peng is also terrible at using such inventions.

they will admit, it was fasinating and they understand why mortals always have their little minds on this kind of devices. it was useful, so many informations they could find find just by a tiny effort. the only tricky part is knowing if its true or not

looking through his computers and phone, it seems to be a newly texts from xiaotian, talking about shops he wanted to go together when he visited again.

redson had to do something with the lost of xiaotian. peng did not know if they supposed to be upset or proud, who to think the bull prince have his own cheeky side.

it seems to be enough information for them, quickly the exit the computer and turn off his nephew phone before putting it back on where it belong

it looks like everything were untouched

just in time, redson arrived, holding his blueprints with calm expression

"shall we start?"

peng could this moment to blackmailed him, forcing answers out of him as he was given no choice to resist.

yet they did not

offering the smallest smile as they nodded, only the slightest. after all, its still their nephew

Other thing that there is to be done is to interacted with those who have much needed information of the mortal boy who have the possession of the monkey king's staff.

and they know the right demons to give them such 'tea'.

wearing their disguises, they casually walk on the ground of the demon market as they search for the twin demons.

It was rather easy, the twin demons have the worst history of being quite or patient. They were ruthless, loud and proud together

Honestly it's remind them of their younger days, back when they were a teenage with short minds, making terrible choices and decisions.

If the twins is not on sight at the demon market then they just going to barge in their home. Seemingly no figure of the twin demons they have no other option but to visit the demons home uninvited, not like they care if they were to be invited or not

Just on que, as they arrived at the garage door they heard the twins demons shouting, specifically arguing

And they are not the one to politely knock on the door and asked for a permission to come in. No, they love dramatic entrance.

So with all their might they kick the door open, the lock door swiftly open by the force.

Yin immediately on guard, growling at the intruder he could not see, Jin were behind him, looking awfully wounded as he grab the nearest weapon he could reach which is a knife.

As the view become clearer, the twins were surprised to see the golden winged peng at the door with their usual smirk.

"long time no see deary!''

peng said cheerfully, no lies behind their words

it been a while since they last proper interaction with the twins. usually peng would visited to get the most recent information, which is now, and they will given the two either magical jewelry or moneys

"hey peng! what's info would you want to know?"

jin smile as yin pull out his phone, ready to gives news to peng

"glad you already know what i want" peng said calmly, walking over the two as they sat on the couch

yin laugh "i already know you would ask that, check this out" yin said,showing them a photo of xiaotian, redson and his new friends. peng takes the phone from yin with a smile

their nephews look so happy in this photo, redson looks like he was force into the photo but still looks like he was having fun. what makes them even more relieved is how wide xiaotian's smile is hugging his other half

the caption of the photo is 'HANGIN OUT WTH MY HOMIES'. seems like the photo have been posted by ao lie granddaughter

satisfied with the information, peng pulled ot a generous amount of money and tossed it into Jin's hand.

"thank you dear, i reach out again if i haveime to spare" peng said smoothly as he headed for the exit

that is how they usual met up with the twins, them asking for information in return they gives the twins money

that is professionally, but once in awhile they would visited the twins for a drinks and fun, they bring celestial wines and the twins bought beers as well as drugs

the three would just be there complaining, gossiping, laughing and get high.

its a rare moment, but it was relaxing for them since works as azure right hand commander as well as the war started
