Summary
Jotaro has plans for Dio. After destroying Dio's body and Stand in Cairo, Jotaro sent what was left of Dio to the Speedwagon Foundation facility in London, allowing Dio to fully regenerate while under close surveillance.
Since Cairo, Jotaro's mind and emotions have been left in a really dark place.. When the two men meet again, the decisions Jotaro makes will forever alter Dio's understanding of fate.
He brings the weakened Dio into his family home in Tokyo, and Dio's role in their relationship—whether as prisoner, slave, lover or all of the above—will be determined by how the two men sort out the complicated feelings they have for each other.
