[1] The Fountain Gardens Waterfall Suite, prior to becoming His Imperial Highness' permanent rooms in the Imperial Palace, were quite famed for their beauty and their view of the Thousand Fountain Gardens. However, they were also rarely used, as they were directly adjacent to Lord Vader's personal suite within the Imperial Palace and were long-considered his personal guest suite. In the months prior to His Imperial Highness taking residency in Imperial Center, the Fountain Gardens Waterfall Suite was fully renovated to accommodate his preferences and allow him to have shared access to the same private landing pad and garage as Lord Vader.

At the time of this application, with his parentage unknown to the galaxy at large, his residency in the Fountain Gardens Waterfall Suite indicated then-Agent Skywalker's favored status as a guest of both Lord Vader and His Highness, Emperor Palpatine.

[2] His Imperial Highness was provided a new, private holonet address after being named Imperial Prince and First Heir of the Empire. This holonet address is now his public fan-mail address and is managed by his PR team. 

[3] Imperial Stateroom 3, aka the Crown Suite, remains His Imperial Highness' permanent rooms on the Executor, just as Imperial Stateroom 1, aka the Emperor's Suite, remains the Emperor's, and Imperial Stateroom 2 remains Lord Vader's. Access to these rooms is, of course, heavily restricted.

[4] His Imperial Highness did not wish to pursue a military career in the same manner as both his fathers had and chose, instead, to accept an Honorary Commission that provided him a certain amount of command and degree of autonomy while he availed himself of the opportunity to attend the Academy.

[5] At the time of this application, then-Agent Skywalker's parentage and relationship to His Highness, Emperor Palapatine, was still classified information and the Royal Academy would have had to make the decision to accept or reject his application without knowing what family he belonged to.

Skywalker currently falls short on 6 out of 13 minimum standards. However, his physical fitness marks have generally improved across the board at a rapid pace from 'zero' and it is believed that continued regular training should return him to military-standard for most marks by the end of the Commissioned Service Member Program.

Notes: Skywalker is considered to be of sound mind for all necessary military and legal matters, regardless of conditions listed herein.

Current Concerns and Diagnosis:

• PTSD - Skywalker's final mission with his prior service went poorly for his team. He suffers from moderate PTSD, with his primary symptoms being occasional panic attacks, touch aversion, and (now) occasional uncontrolled violent outbursts. His PTSD also displays as a stronger than normal reluctance to accept any medication treatment series that may leave him mentally impaired and/or unconscious, even briefly. During his facial reconstruction surgery, he attempted to refuse full anesthesia prior to the procedure and a compromise was reached of heavy local anesthetic and neuromuscular-blocking agent so that he could be conscious and aware during the process. He wanted each step explained as it occurred, as well. He understands that there are surgical options for alaryngeal communication that would allow him more, and hands-free, control over his 'voice', but he currently refuses to consider them and becomes unresponsive with a higher potential for violent outbursts when attempting to push the subject.

• Defector's Guilt - Skywalker is a Rebel Defector and presents the usual symptoms of unwarranted guilt and uncertainty over his choice to return to the Empire, which primarily present as mostly-undirected bursts of anger and verbal aggression. Depressive episodes are infrequent at this time, but expected to increase as the aggressive tendencies decrease.

• REQUIRED: Skywalker uses a custom 'speech-aid' vocoder system incorporated into an armor-weave undersuit to allow for full freedom of movement while retaining the ability to communicate in an auditory medium. He must be allowed to wear this suit and any and all attachments for any and all activities at his discretion.
• REQUIRED: Skywalker uses a highly customized L7-PDM4 'toydroid' as a seeing-eye-droid in addition to other assistance functions. He must be allowed access to and use of this droid at any and all times for any and all activities at his discretion.
• REQUIRED: Skywalker is a guest at the Imperial Palace and is expected to attend activities held by the court at least once a week. He must have Zhellday as his free day for Morning and Day Events, and be released from all duties and activities by 17:00 on Taungsday to ensure his timely return to the Imperial Palace for any Evening Events.
• RECOMMENDED: A personal assistant should be assigned to aid Skywalker in his day-to-day activities if one has not already been selected and assigned prior to his arrival for the final 3 months of the Program for his on-campus classwork. Said assistant should be housed with Skywalker. Should they be selected from the current student body, they must have the same schedule of classes and free-days as Skywalker.

Doctor Zovuj may be required to transfer to the Senate Square Campus to continue to serve as Skywalker's primary attending mind-healer depending on the success of Skywalker's current treatment plan during the first 2 months of Skywalker's remote attendance (01.08.19 AFE-35.09.19 AFE) in the Commissioned Service Member Program.

[1] While the identities of His Imperial Highness' father and grandfather are now well known, at the time of this document's submission to the Imperial Royal Academy, their identities were considered 'need-to-know' to ensure the safety and privacy of the Prince while he was still unknown to the public. Other documents in this packet will make it clear this was as much to protect him as it was to ensure he could experience 'Academy Life' as he once dreamed about, before the events that led to him joining the Rebellion.

[2] Lord Vader and The Emperor's personal contact information was 'need-to-know' information at the time of this document's submission. They remain as such.

[2] Though likely containing relevant information, this section of His Imperial Highness' application contains too much private information about himself and the medical history of his biological families to be released for this research. Medical information provided will remain in the realm of what occurred during and between the time of Skywalker's extraction from Drongar and his being named Imperial Prince and First Heir of the Empire.
