“Hiiro…” Nagisa’s voice is soft, almost drowned out by the rain pounding on the windows outside. So meek. Timid. Unlike her usual self. And yet, she continues, “...Are you sure you don't mind?”
A sigh. Hiiro looks down at Nagisa, nestled comfortably on top of her. “Isn't that a silly question?”
“Just—Can you just say it? Please?”
So silly; and yet, Hiiro doesn't mind. “Of course I don't. I never have.”
“Right…”
“I never will.”
Nagisa shifted awkwardly. “Okay, now that's—”
“I don't mind this, either,” Hiiro plowed on, planting a kiss on Nagisa's head. “Is that better?”
“...Yeah. Thanks.”
