Everyone was sitting at the table in the batcave. Just a decision about a mission and things that happen you know. Except there are glances getting thrown at Tim. He ran as soon as Cass called the ‘friendship’ he and Bernard have and just ignored and avoided the topic. That doesn't mean he escaped curiosity.
Tim's just tired and wants sleep so he wasn't paying attention to anything unless pointed at him. He was thinking about what he should do with Bernard tomorrow since he has the day off. But having a mind like he's it gets side tracked and thinks of past events. Which is why he's going through multiple flashbacks until he came to realization.
“ Well u be my heir or you will give me one”
Was something ra’s said to him. Then the domino effect happened. The ninjas that are always watching. The slight mess up every time he says detective like he gonna say something with Be. The poison laced chocolates in his office. The robe he received. Or the jewelry that sometimes sent. The sister he sent to-.
Tim let audible gag as he remembered and the horror realization. He got up as fast as he could and ran to the bathroom. He could he dick calling out for him but didn't bother turning back as he just barely made it to the toilet and emptied whatever was left in his stomach. He felt a hand on his shoulder and fear started up but scoped when the voice cut through.
“It's okay Timmy”
Dicks voice cut through as he rubs small circles on his back. Tim just let's out a hum as he is hovering over the toilet. Not throwing up or on the verge to Tim sits down with his head between his knees as he takes deep breaths and focuses on his breathing.
“You wanna talk about what happened or are feeling sick if so u can leave”
Dick asked still rubbing circles on his back
“Tell Damian ima kill his grandfather”
Tim said in seriousness but dick let a light chuckle as he thinks it's a joke.
“Yeah sure but you feeling okay”
Dick asked with concern
“I'm fine dick I might call it quits today I'll see you later”
Tim said getting up nausea still in his stomach but he can work through it. He went back out to the cave and went over to his bike
“I'll see you guys later”
He called out as he got on his bike and rode out. He made it back to his apartment just fine when he got in he changed into one of Bernard's shirts and a pair of pajama pants. He heard the front door open and went to see Bernard talking off his shoes. Not wasting time he went up to Bernard and hugged him.
“Hey Tim wasn't expecting you to be back thought you had a meeting with the others to night”
Bernard said as he hugged Tim back he looked down to see something was wrong with Tim. He pulled away from the hug and pulled Tim to the couch to sit down.
“Whats wrong what happened tim”
Bernard asked as he pulled tim close to him on the couch all tim did was put his face in Bernards neck and hug him tighter.
“Do u just need me to hold you right now”
Bernard asked and got a nod in response and so he held tim close not let the grip lose as tim layed ontop of him. As the tim went by tim began to relax and the nasua began to leave he slowly got up and gave a kiss to Bernard.
“Are you ready to tell me what's wrong”
Tim let out a sigh debating before give him a nod and they both sat up Tim sitting in Bernard's lap facing him.
“So you know about my adventure to bring Bruce and I met Damian grandfather and like what happened after”
Bernard nodded, not wanting to interrupt Tim in any way. After all its a sensitive topic for tim among other things.
“So while I was at the meeting I came too a couple horrible realizations 1 ra's want to fuck me or have a kid together 2 he might be in love with me I thought it was just my brain but now I don't think so.”
Bernard felt terror and fear for tim as now everything made sense he gave Tim a hug holding him tight.
“I think the worst part is that he wants me to marry him.”
Bernard took a deep breathe
“Will we can't have that now? I'll have to marry you first that way he can't take you away. Even if the chocolates he sends are good”
Tim pulled away from the hug and looked down at Bernard as he processes what he just heard his Facebook turning red. Bernard just gave him a smile while looking in his eyes.
“D-did you just-”
Tim said stuttering and looking at Bernard still not knowing its real.
“I did Timothy Jackson drake Wayne will you marry me”
Bernard said and Tim went and Gave him a deep kiss
“Yes you idiot I want to marry you”
Tim said and Bernard brought out a ring and put it on his finger Tim looked at it and looked at Bernard gave him a kiss before burying his face in Bernard's neck. They have been dating for a year and half and have known each other longer. Now there gonna get married
“Hey does this mean we have to plan a wedding.”
Tim asks Bernard
“Yeah the sooner the better”
Bernard said running his fingers through Tims hair
“You wanna see if we can hide the wedding from everyone until the day of I wanna wait till everything's done and just boom they receive an invite out of nowhere”.
Tim said out loud Bernard thinking about it he can see it and its going to be priceless and lets out a giggle.
“yes but we have to tell Alfred and tam about it”
Bernard said tim nodded
“Hmm how about we make it a mission you know a little dig at Bruce for my birthday”
Tim said and Bernard smirk and nodded and the chaos is about to begin.
An hour before during the meeting
Everyone was discussing about a new trafficking ring they all have been giving Tim curious glances after all everyone can tell he's not paying attention. Jason had looked over at Tim and notice his pale skin getting paler and his eyes slowly widening before he let's out agag snapping everyones attention to him. Tim got up and made a mad dash to the bathroom dick calling after him as he went to follow Tim.
“So anyone know what that's about”
Jason asked getting no answers they all have to wait till Tim and dick come back from the bathroom. Very awkward slince until Tim came walking through saying goodbye before leaving the cave.
“Why does he get to leave”
Jason asked cause meetings are boring but if he's sick he gets it.
“He's not feeling the best”
Dick said while sitting down in his chair.
“Did he say anything”
Bruce asked before taking a sip of his coffee
“Yeahhhh he said he was gonna kill ra’s”
Dick said laughing a bit at the end while shrugging Bruce spit out his coffee.
“I'm sorry he said what”
Bruce said wiping his mouth
“Why would drake say something so ridiculous”
Damian said crossing his arms. Cass had a dark glint in her eyes and Bruce looks a bit pale.
“Dick this is important did he say where he was going”
Bruce asked in seriousness causing a round of confusion
“No he didn't why”
Dick asked with confusion. All Bruce did was get up and head to the computer and started to look for Tims location. Once Bruce found it he let out a sigh of relief before facing them.
“What was that about Bruce”
Stephanie asked Bruce looked at them before speaking up.
“Had to make sure he wasn't on his way to kill ra’s”
“What the fuck are you talking about replacement wouldn't be able to kill ra's not to mention the no kill rule”
Jason said like it was obvious Tim wouldn't do that.
“You would think except the no kill rule is a suggestion to him and not to mention he made a plan to kill captain boomerang and the only reason he didn't die was cause Tim changed his mind last minute”
Bruce explained living eveone shock
“How why what”
Jason asked in confusion.
“Tim is the only one that scares me and the chaos energy he has is worry some”
Bruce said with a shiver going down his spine. He gets worried about Tim; he hides secrets and constantly lies to him; he doesn't realize Tim does until he either catches Tim in the lie or it gets revealed after a while. For why Tim wants to kill ra's makes him concern but that's a future Bruce problem.
