It was Saturday, the friend group was chilling in the beach, everyone doing their own thing mostly in duos.
Carmen was making sandcastles and had dragged her girlfriend into it, although originally, Vonnie was sitting on a beach chair, criticising the overpriced drinks of the bar in the hotel they were staying in along with June, apparently they tasted like ass.
After Vonnie got “forced”, (she felt bad at saying no to her partner) June dived in the water and went to Mccoy instead, the two started having water fights and doing all sorts of weird attacks, June ended up winning.
Ryan in the meanwhile was (of course) laying on a beach bed, watching everyone doing whatever they were doing, but after a while he saw a defeated Mccoy and a cheerful June approach him, he sat up and pushed his sunglasses on his head, waiting for their arrival.
”Hey Ryan!! Did you see?”
”…See what?”
”I absolutely beat Mccoy’s ass at a water fight!!” June replied cheerfully, Ryan smiled
”Good job June.” he said as he highfived her, Mccoy jokingly pouting as he crossed his arms, Ryan stood up and sighed with a smiled.
”Well good job for at least trying.” he said as he placed a quick peck on the grey haired’s cheek, Mccoy’s face lit up when he did that, June (half) jokingly made a disgusted face
"...June will you always make the face when-"
"Yeah duh any type of romance makes me want to throw up eughh..." June stated as she crossed her arms, which caused Ryan to slightly chuckle.
After Ryan sat down at the edge of the beach bed, June pulled Mccoy aside and whispered in his ear
“Hey Mccoy do y wanna bury Ryan in the sand…”
”Hmmm, we have nothing better to do so sure!” Mccoy replied whispering back, both of them looking at Ryan with a mischevious expression.
After Ryan sat a while on the side of the beach bed, he had the stupid idea to decide and lay on the sand instead.
Once he had fallen asleep, June and Mccoy called Carmen and Vonnie over, and all together, with sand and two starfishes found by the sea, they turned him into a beautiful mermaid.
All of them were giggling, laughing and even cackling at the scene (surprisingly Vonnie included.)
Oh, that was until the mermaid woke up...
Thankfully they took a picture of him before he woke up, noticed what happened and angrily (half jokingly) got up and looked at them.
"You all did that didn't you guys." He said, everyone looked down, Ryan sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose before walking away.
”I’m getting revenge on all of you, take that as a threat.” the timbers were shivered at that sentence ryan spoke out.
