Pure Vanilla Cookie stared down from the top of the spire at the shattered remains of GingerBrave, Strawberry Cookie, and Wizard Cookie.
… They were dead…
They were dead and it was all Pure Vanilla Cookie's fault…
Shadow Milk Cookie laughed in the background as he went on and on about Pure Vanilla Cookie's Soul Jam.
“Oh, yes, the very thing that led your friends to their oh-so-tragic fall!” Shadow Milk Cookie mocked, “Once the Soul Jam of Knowledge, then Truth. And now–”
“It still belongs to me…” Pure Vanilla Cookie muttered, cutting Shadow Milk Cookie off and snapping him out of his thoughts.
“What?”
“IT'S MINE!” Pure Vanilla Cookie shouted as he reached for his greyed Soul Jam.
“... Yours?” Shadow Milk Cookie asked, completely flabbergasted.
“Yes. You turned my friends into crumbles, together with my Soul Jam and my truth…”
Pure Vanilla Cookie said as he pressed Shadow Milk Cookie against the wall, his Soul Jam in hand,
“This is what you have created instead. My Soul Jam… of Deceit."
Pure Vanilla Cookie gave a moment to let that sink in for Shadow Milk Cookie before he continued.
"Is this what you wanted? Or is it even better? Instead of one Soul Jam of Knowledge, you will have two Soul Jams of Deceit. And me, forever by your side.”
Shadow Milk Cookie couldn't understand.
He had slain Pure Vanilla Cookie's friends and yet… He wants to stay with him?
“You would do that, after what I just did to your friends?” Shadow Milk Cookie asked, shock and confusion lacing his voice.
“Hah! It's no longer important.” Pure Vanilla Cookie exclaimed, tears streaming down his face, “Now it's clear as day. There simply is no point in denying it.”
He leaned in closer to Shadow Milk Cookie’s face, “You and I… We are meant to be together.”
As Pure Vanilla Cookie stepped away from Shadow Milk Cookie, the latter began to chuckle before bursting out in triumphant laughter.
“Yes. YES!” Shadow Milk Cookie exclaimed as he ran up and tightly hugged Pure Vanilla Cookie, “Now, you are mine!”
Suddenly, Shadow Milk Cookie's Other Realm began to spread far and wide, almost out of control.
With the combined power of Shadow Milk Cookie and Pure Vanilla Cookie, they were unstoppable.
They were one and the same now.
Twin Beasts of Deceit.
And from within the spire, Shadow Milk Cookie cackled out “May doubt and deceit engulf the entire world! Such is my will!”
Pure Vanilla Cookie simply looked on and smiled, his Soul Jam now glowing with a golden light.

It had been years since the hostile takeover of Earthbread.
Dark Enchantress Cookie now ruled on high with the world split into five domains, each ruled by one of the Beasts.
The Ancients tried to fight, but failed.
But rumor has it, there is a sanctuary within the Domain of Deceit.
A small community where Shadow Milk Cookie's Other Realm can't touch, surrounded by the River of Rebirth.
But how this section of the river works differently.
Only those who renounce their old beliefs and their past may cross the river and be allowed access inside the sanctuary.
And cookies even say that the river physically changes people.
And the leader of this community?
Cookies say that it's a trap, ruled over by the other Beast of Deceit.
Or was it the Beast of Destiny?
No one truly knows.
Some even say the community is headed by the fallen Pure Vanilla Cookie himself!
But that's ridiculous.
After all, you can't trust anything or anyone these days in the Domain of Deceit.
… Right?
