The music played in the main hall of the hotel. The virus was gone and the puppets were stopped, leaving a bit of quiet that could not be made loud by the people still staying there.
the Puppet, with his dark hair growing just passed his shoulders, sat next to the record player, lost in thought.
The girl with the silver shoes, looking pink from the red dress she was wearing, was walking around with a small dog at her heel.
"It's nice that you still like music, have you been dancing yet?" A voice cut through the Puppet's thoughts.
The Puppet looked over his dark green glasses.
"I-" The Puppet began.
Romeo leaned over the other, putting his weight on the scythe. His smile was warm. 'Your appreciation for the little things is why we are such good friends. Even if you don't remember it."
"I don't know if I was your friend." The puppet frowned.
"You're the important bits. I can remember for the two of us. But answer the question- have you been dancing." Romeo leaned back.
"I've been dancing."
Romeo laughed. "Liar. I know you."
The Puppet pouted.
"But it doesn't have to stay a lie. The song still has a couple minutes left." Romeo offered his hand to the Puppet.
The Puppet accepted.
