MINECRAFT STORY MODE IN THE BIG '25 ???!!!?!

I just finished playing Minecraft story mode again (first time I saw it in like 2017) and I just had to write about best dude Lukas

Chapter 1: "Our amazing leader Luke!"

Chapter Text

Gone.

Gone.

He's gone...

Lukas stood in front of his old friend's inventory- Aiden's inventory. Everything felt numb and he stared at the few things he had with him. A sword, some cobblestone, arrows, his bow, and..a picture? Lukas picked it up, there was some writing in the back and when he looked at the picture itself it was all of the Ocelots. They were all smiling in the picture, seemingly fighting to fit in the frame while a beacon was shining behind them. It was a picture at one of their first building competitions. They were just pre-teens back then. Lukas appeared to be way taller than all of them. He remembered always teasing them for being so short. Lukas looked at the picture with the littlest smile. He turned the piece of paper around and there was a short handwritten note. It seemed to be from the same time the picture was taken. It was visibly Aiden's handwriting.

"We won our second building comp! I'm so happy of our team and our amazing leader Luke!"

Lukas looked at the note with teary eyes. "Luke.." he chuckled a bit, " ..I haven't heard this nickname in years.." He held the picture close to his chest, looking down. Tears filled his eyes and he fell to his knees. He put the picture in his jacket pocket, not wanting to crumple it with his shaky hands. He picked up what was left of Aiden..any memory he could keep. He put the shiny diamond sword in his bag and picked up the bow. It was more worn down than the one he had currently, but he didn't care in the slightest. After what seemed like hours he got up and lit up the portal out of the sky city dimension. He may or may not have stolen the flint and steel to try and find the Ocelots..well Blaze rods in an attempt to make things up with them and maybe be friends again. Well things really didn't turn out how he expected them to. When he got back to the portal hallway he took a moment to sit against the cold stone wall. The hallway was really dark and mostly lit from the shine of the portals. Thanks to the Atlas he knew which portal would bring him home, but he wanted to take some time to rest as he felt too weak to walk back home. He must have been resting for too long, because he heard hurried footsteps in his direction and some familiar voice screaming his name. "Lukas?.. Lukas! What are you doing here!? Are you okay dude??" It was Petra. She got to where he was sitting and dropped her sword next to him. She kneeled down to his level, trying to see if he didn't have any wounds.

-"Why are you here Lukas ..we've been looking for you for two whole days! The whole Order has been frantically looking for you man.. you got us really worried. Glad I noticed the flint and steel was gone .."

Lukas looked at her and back to the ground.

-"Two days..? No way it's been this long already..I thought it had only been a few hours..?"

-"What brought you here Lukas? And stealing one of the treasures? That's not like you at all dude."

-"L-look I had my reasons, but I knew no one..and I mean no one would accept to let me go."

-"What reason?"

-"I wanted to find the Blaze rods..the Ocelots and try to convince them to leave all that happened in the past and maybe be friends again..I knew you guys wouldn't let me go..I mean Aiden did try to kill me and Maya and Gill weren't the nicest either, but I'm sure I could reason with them ..we've been through so much together. So many years spent together.. I'm- I was sure I could get through to them.."

-"You're kinda right. Doubt Jesse or anyone for that matter would let you go. Well I would've accepted to let you go as long as I could come with. Make sure Aiden doesn't pull anything shady."

-"Ya.."

-"But now can I know why you've been here for two days?"

-"Maya..Gill..I learnt they died from mobs in sky city..and I just found Aiden's stuff in front of the portal to come back here.. they're all dead.. I was too late..I couldn't protect my group..what kind of leader am I Petra?.."

-"..I'm so sorry Lukas."

Lukas buried his face in his hands, trying to control his breathing and stop the excessive shaking of his hands. Petra slowly put a hand on his shoulder, not sure how to comfort him.

-"Hey try to breathe..it's gonna be okay.."

-"I-im not crying..I'm not..crying.."

Petra sat in front of him.

-"It's okay Lukas..you can cry..cmere let's get you home man"

-"Okay..thanks Petra..thanks a lot.."

She took his hand and helped him get up. He stumbled a bit, but she helped him regain his balance. She took her sword and headed towards the portal back home, going slowly to make sure Lukas could keep up. Once they finally reached Beacontown, Petra was carrying Lukas on her back. The shock left him too weak to even walk. He was drifting in and out of sleep and felt really embarrassed to not be able to walk.

-"Mm..sorry Petra. .this is embarra..ssing.."

-"Don't worry it's nothing. Just rest up."

Lukas finally fell asleep on her back, only a few blocks away from the treasure room. Petra walked in and she found one of the beds they kept there "just in case" or more like when someone wanted a little nap. She helped Lukas lay on the bed and she sat on the ground near him.
