You were running around, jumping around and over rocks when… you tripped over one.
You yelp, heels over your head, and your face crashes right into the ground. Pain erupts in your face and tears flow from your eye. The pleasant fog in your mind that formed while you were running about was now… significantly less pleasant, as you shook, emotions striking you down like harsh waves, leaving you breathless on the grass.
"Siffrin?!" Mira yells out, running over to you. "Are you ok?" She bends down and scoops you up, and you breathe in, leaning into her.
You turn to face her and smile, snuggling into her, and she looks at you with amazement and wonder, before she gasps.
"Siffrin!" She yells. "Your nose is broken!"
A quick check confirms it- yep, your nose is broken, bleeding, and you're back to crying already, tears flowing from your eye.
"Don't worry, Siffrin! I'll fix it!" Mira calls out, before running over to and setting you down on a nearby bench. She claps her hands and the pain vanishes instantly.
You breathe in.
You breathe out.
You smile. You're still a bit shaky from falling- a bit TOO reminded of banana peels and hard rocks- so instead of running off to play again, you hug Mira.
"Oh- Siffrin- I…" Mira says, hesitating before she hugs you back. "You like hugs?"
"Mm-mm!" You LOVE hugs.
You're a bit worn out from crying, so you lean into her and close your eye. The world fades to black as you go limp in Mira's arms, your breathing slowing until you drift off into dreams.
You dream about nice hugs.
