Chapter Text

Extermination day was harsh it had been a defeating blow to all exorcists. For even if they managed to kill a handful of the filth in battle they had still lost over half of their sisters, and one leader of the exorcists.

Adam's death had been the main tragedy among all the casualties. Especially for Lute, Sera, and Emily when she told them. They mourned up in Heaven for their lost son, brother, and friend.

What they didn't know then was that Adam and the fallen exorcists' souls had not been completely lost.

Adam couldn't remember feeling this bad before in his entire afterlife. His life on Earth was full of pain and suffering, but up in Heaven, the only pain he had ever known was emotional. This last extermination day put him through the wringer. 

He tried recalling what happened, but it was all a blur. It didn't matter, however, despite the pain coursing through his entire being he attempted to sit up. He needed to get back home.

However, as he got up, he for some reason felt taller. Opening his eyes, blinking away the blurry vision, he looked down at his feet, and was met with the sharp black claws on giant scaly feet.

He yelped jumping up and down and trying to get away from his own feet. He ended up shaking the ground along with him. Or what he assumed was ground. 

He looked around and realized very quickly that he was nowhere near the hotel. In fact, from the looks of it, he appeared to be in some kind of cave. He heard a dripping sound and dashed towards it. 

If it there was enough water, there would be enough of a reflective surface for him to understand what was wrong with his body. He found a small puddle of water that while didn't show his whole body it did show him his face. A monster was staring right back at him.

A world-shattering roar was heard throughout the land and echoed in all seven rings.

Adam felt tears fall from his eyes, he knew he wasn’t much to look at lately, but now he was a monster, he couldn’t go back to Heaven like this. He covered his body with his wings as he trembled, but he heard something, or someone approach him. He looked over and saw a bunch of birdlike women approach him to comfort him. 

His eyes widened when he started to recognize traits from his girls that were cut down in battle, they had become monsters as well. Adam asked them, “What happened?” At least he still had his voice, but when one of his girls tried to speak only a bird-like screech came from her beak, Adam gently caressed her face with his claw. “This happened because the Sinners fought back, they turned us into monsters. They must suffer.” The bird-like women let out happy screeches with Adam’s roar joining them. 

A week later all of Pentagram City was thrown into mass chaos. Cannibal Town burned to the ground, all there were killed except for their leader Rosie. All the citizens saw was an army of harpies lead by a dragon. The harpies started tearing apart anyone who got in their way as the dragon started to set everything on fire. Lucifer looked at the ruins confused.

“Do you know why something like this would happen?” Rosie could barely keep it together as she answered her king, “No, they were like a family to me and now they are all dead.” Lucifer didn’t understand why a dragon with a bunch of harpies would want to attack Cannibal Town and just leave. He looked at the image of the dragon that was taken by Rosie during the attack, it was a large black dragon with glowing gold orbs for eyes. He didn’t know why, but there was something familiar about the dragon.

Adam and his horde had just returned to their cave from another cleansing of pride. They always did feel a bit stiff after all that tearing of sinner filth. Adam and a few of the girls decided to head down by the hot springs and relax while cleaning themselves. Adam was relaxing in the water, letting the stress of the day melt away. 

He sighed as he looked down at his reflection in the black and purple scaly face. 

Though Adam loathed his new form he had to admit it had its purposes. Especially his new eyes that could see a sinner's most horrid crimes and wings that were larger and stronger than even his own mother’s wings. His mother, Sera, thinking about her, his sister, and his best friend made him heartache. 

But he couldn’t let them ever see the monster he and his girls had become.

Unbeknownst to all of them they were about to receive some unpleasant company.

Lucifer decided to get to the bottom of these attacks caused by harpies and their dragon leader. He heard that they would appear. The harpies tearing Sinners apart and the dragon setting everything on fire, after Cannibal Town. 

They went and attacked the weapons facility Carmilla used, killing all the employees there and destroying all the weapons there, while Carmilla and her daughters were out. Zestiel wasn’t so lucky and was devoured by the dragon's flames. To the shock of everyone, anyone killed by the harpies or the dragon was permanently killed. 

Carmilla sobbed at the loss of her old friend, someone who had been by her side in Hell since day one. “I knew being forced to help your daughter would bring down trouble.” Lucifer narrowed his eyes at her, “Don’t blame Charlie for this, what would a dragon and harpies have to do with Charlie.” 

Carmilla laughed bitterly at the king’s defending of the princess, “Look at who they attacked, first it was Cannibal Town who acted as soldiers for your daughter and then they attacked my weapons facility which provided weapons for her as well. The people that were attacked were allies to the Princess of Hell and her hotel.” 

Lucifer flinched, she was right, he asked around and found the direction the attackers came from. He sprouted his wings and flew in the direction, he found a mountain with a cave large enough to house a dragon and a bunch of harpies. He snuck in and saw harpies preening each other, they were black and silver, their claws and talons were angelic steel which explained why anyone they killed didn’t come back. 

He also noticed that all the harpies had an X over one of their eyes like Exorcists. They got happy when the dragon walked back to them. He was an impressive dragon of black and purple with glowing golden orbs for eyes. His claws were also angelic steel as well, the dragon sniffed the air and growled,

“I smell your apple and cinnamon cologne, come out Lucifer.” 

Lucifer went stiff with fear, he heard Adam’s voice, and harpies popped up and started screeching at Lucifer. He could only hear walk out to have a dragon glaring down at him. “Adam? Is that you? What happened?”

“Yes, it is, something about your daughter fighting back turned us into monsters.” Lucifer’s once shocked face turned to that of slight anger, “You were killing the people of Hell, she wanted to protect them.” Adam got right up into Lucifer’s face, his hot breath fuming onto the devil, “Does she know what kinds of people she defended, if what we did was wrong why didn’t this happen to us before?” Lucifer bit his lip trying to think of an answer, “I don’t know. But not all Sinners are irredeemable monsters.”

Lucifer looked up and flinched when he saw tears in Adam’s eyes, “Every time your family gets involved in my life, I am the one who gets fucked over.” Lucifer reached up and touched Adam’s snout. He could feel Adam trembling as a couple of tears fell from his eyes, “Please let me help you.” 

Adam’s expression turned back to stone coldness as he tried to push the king out, “Leave me alone.” 

Lucifer was surprised at the strength this dragon held. He managed to push him a few feet away before he garnered his bearings, “Adam, please! I’m sorry I truly am but-

“BUT NOTHING! If you really wanted to help then you will leave now, never return nor interfere with our business again!” 

But Lucifer stood his ground firm, “NO! I order you as king to stop your murdering spree and come back to my castle where I will watch over you and make sure you cause no more chaos. If you come quietly, I promise to make sure you and your girls are comfortable.” 

Adam merely raised a furry eyebrow. With a huff, he partly turned around, raised his tail, and sent Lucifer flying out of the cave.

Chapter Text

Charlie was pacing back and forth in front of the doors waiting for her father. He called her beforehand saying he got a lead on the attacks and told her to sit tight. However it had been hours since she last spoken or seen him.

 She was starting to become quite worried over what was happening with her father. Her worries were soon put to rest when she saw Lucifer enter. However, they rose again when she saw the battered and bruised state he was in. 

“Hey, Char Char!” 

He smiled at her revealing a missing tooth. She rushed to her father’s side, fretting over him instantly, “Dad what the actual Hell happened to you!?!?” Lucifer gulped, well here goes nothing, “Oh uh well, sweetie you might want to sit down for what I’m about to tell you.”

What he told her next made her scream so loud that not only woke up the whole hotel but all of pride as well.

“What do you mean Adam is alive and a dragon? Not only that but the Exorcists that we killed became harpies and are now killing the people who helped us during Extermination Day?!” Lucifer fiddled with the tissue he used to dab his nose with.

“That is it, but he also seems to think that you fighting back is the reason why he is a dragon. I think he is in pain, and I need to help him.” Charlie was about to say something but then suddenly heard a very loud knocking at the door. The father and daughter went to answer the door standing there were the Vees. 

“Care to fucking explain why a fucking dragon burned down our tower and all our employees were killed by harpies?!” Vox asked them quite angrily, Val put a somewhat calming hand on his shoulder, “Not all my employees were killed, Angel was off tonight.” Charlie furrowed her eyes in confusion, “They didn’t help us during Extermination.” “No, but they recorded the battle for all to see the slaughter,” Lucifer explained to his daughter.

“What are you two going on about?” The fashion designer demanded to know, “The dragon is Adam, and the harpies are the Exorcists that were cut down.” The moth overlord hummed in thought, “Well, it would be interesting if you try to fuck a dragon.” Lucifer couldn’t help but openly cringe at the idea, especially if he wanted Adam on screen, “I would rather not think about that.” Lucifer sprouted his wings and flew off in hopes of finding Adam. 

He was very confused to hear the dragon was spotted flying to the royal palace. He flew to his home and found Adam and the harpies there, a couple of the harpies were brushing the parts of Adam’s body that had fur. The dragon stared down at the king when he landed, “You said you would help, what do I do now?” 

“Wait, why? You told me to get lost!” Of course, Lucifer wasn’t going to turn away the dragon or his horde of harpies it just didn’t make much sense as to why he was here.

Adam huffed before lowering himself to be at Lucifer’s height or at least close to him.

“I was told that you could change us, so change us! We wish to return home, once we’re back you will never have to worry about us ever again. Because like actual hell we’ll ever return to this cesspool of filth.” 

Lucifer let out a long exhale from his nose. Oy boy this was going to be hard to explain, “Look gentleman, ladies even if I wanted to I can’t get rid of these forms, I can only help with altering you a little. However, for the other exorcists they’re a little more difficult. And there’s one more matter we haven’t discussed yet.” Adam stomped his feet impatiently, “We’ll discuss it later, CHANGE US!!!”

Lucifer sighed but did as Adam commanded and summoned his book of spells. He opened the page he wanted and started chanting. Flames started to surround Adam while the harpies were clutching their throats until one started to speak humanly. 

Eventually, the flames died down, and in the circle of burnt ground was Adam partly human with his dragon tail and horns as well as naked as he was in Eden. “I can’t go back to Heaven like this, I’m still a monster.” The Exorcists instantly went to comfort Adam, it was a bit of a surprise, but it was as if they loved him the way a daughter would love their father. 

“There is also the fact that once a month you will have to turn into a dragon again.” “What, full moon night? Not very creative.” Adam said sarcastically as Lucifer rolled his eyes, “No, the night of the new moon, you aren’t a werewolf.” 

Adam just used his wings to cover his body, he had nowhere to go, but he felt Lucifer pull him close and hug him, “Stay here, let me take of you.” “Why?” Questioned Adam who rightfully was skeptical of the devil, “You are right, I keep ruining your life and I want to help you. I can also help your girls as well. If you won’t do it for yourself, please do it for them.” 

Adam bit his lips in thought, being mindful as to not cut himself with his fangs, after thinking about it he eventually relented, “Alright.” Adam followed Lucifer into the palace while the other Exorcists stayed and talked to each other, Lucifer took Adam up to one of the rooms. “You are probably very tired, you should get some sleep and I will get you when it is dinner time.” 

Adam yawned, there was something rather endearing about him yawning. The wings stretched as he yawned and Lucifer got a good look at his body. He lied when he said Adam let himself go. The truth was Lucifer found Adam’s body beautiful, if anything Adam’s body should have been like this from the beginning. If he wasn’t sure Adam would rip off Lucifer’s hands he would reach over and caress the soft and chubby stomach.

He opened the door allowing the other into the suite, “Here is a room, the wardrobe will provide you with clothes in your size and the style you like.” Adam nodded and just lay on the bed before falling asleep, he was softly snoring. A little bit of drool came out of his mouth, and some smoke came from his nostrils. Lucifer thought it was so cute, Lucifer then went over and kissed Adam on the forehead before leaving.

By the time Adam woke up he was starting to feel a bit better. He was still feeling shitty over the whole “being stuck in hell” but he was trying to hang in there. He had to, for his girls.

 Speaking of as he made his way downstairs after putting on a casual black midi dress he could hear their laughter from the dining room. He opened them to see his girls talking amongst themselves while eating the large quantity of food set on the table. 

Lucifer was at the head of the table quietly enjoying his own supper since known of the other exorcists bothered with him. He looked up to see Adam and gave him a warm smile and welcome. As soon as they heard Adam’s name his girls looked and yelled out with joy. 

A few even got up and approached him leading Adam to the table. By the time he got there and settled down it was then he noticed how his girls were wearing proper clothing instead of the rags they had on earlier.

Some of them even had cute sun dresses on. Adam smiled the exorcists were expected to always wear their uniform while out in public up there. At least now they can wear what they want. 

He started piling on his plate not caring whatever Lucifer said about his body or his eating habits. Thankfully Lucifer remained quiet until of course, “I hope you enjoy the meat I had my chef specifically cater it to your liking.”

To his delight the ribs Adam was eating were delicious. They were smoked to perfection with the seasoning at the right amount. Then again anything was better than disgusting sinner flesh, “It’s good, though I’m surprised you’re okay with me eating so much. I already let myself go too much don’t want to make myself worse do I?” Once Adam said that the Exorcists all glared at Lucifer, honestly Lucifer didn’t blame them, what he said was cruel.

“I never should have said that, in fact, I never realized how beautiful you are now.” He said sincerely staring straight at the first man. Adam blushed, but he hid his face not wanting Lucifer to see it. 

His girls were also giving him so many compliments, he loved them so much. Lucifer watched Adam with the Exorcists and he seemed way more relaxed with them than he did at those meetings especially the meetings when Lilith used to be there. He didn’t want to push Adam’s comfort level and ask him why being around Lilith made him so upset. 

But he hoped that he would someday tell him since he had quickly found out Lilith lied about Adam wanting to control her and abusing her. After Adam was done with dinner he went out to the garden, he loved how beautiful the garden was, “I wanted to make it as close to Eden as possible, it was my little place to relax and be alone. Lilith didn’t like it all that much.” Adam saw that Lucifer appeared by his side as he looked on his garden with pride, but a lingering layer of regret underneath it. Adam tried not to scoff as he turned his gaze back to the garden, “Of course she didn’t, she hated Eden. But Eden was my home, I still miss it.” 

Adam also missed what could have been if Lilith didn’t convince Lucifer to help her run away. Adam had planned to tell Lucifer that he loved him. Maybe if things had turned out differently, they would still be together in Eden making a family. Adam wanted to be the mother of Lucifer’s children, Lucifer plucked a flower and put it in Adam’s hair, “You are so beautiful.” 

“Thank you.” The two ancient beings grew closer to one another their lips just inches apart. The moment was broken with some of the Exorcists asked Adam to go watch a movie with them. He walked with them and Lucifer could only imagine Adam in a long flowing gown with a crown on his head signaling he was the Queen of Hell. 

Not to mention all the babies they would have together. Besides both of their girls. He could tell that Adam cared deeply about them as they cared about him like a parent and their children. 

Though they were more like hatchlings, he thought to himself making him quietly chuckle. They sat down together and watched the movie; it was something about a family stranded on an inhabited island. The girls especially loved it when the eldest daughter of the family learned to hunt with a spear. 

‘Seriously it's like they live off violence.’ He thought to himself as he silently watched Adam's reaction, and even though he wasn't quite as intrigued by the plot as his girls it still entertained him. By the time the movie had reached its conclusion, and the credits rolled all but Lucifer were Fast asleep. 

Including Adam who was slumped against Lucifer, causing a golden hue to appear on his face. Using his magic, he sent all the girls to their rooms while he gently picked Adam up and carried him to his room where he laid him on the bed before tucking him in with his soft cover and blankets, “I love you so much Adam, I wish that I could right the wrongs I committed against you and your loved ones.” With that Lucifer headed out of Adam's room before going to his own.

Chapter Text

In the morning Adam woke up in bed, the room was really beautiful he didn’t get a real good look at it yesterday. It was black, red, and gold even the home he lived in with Sera and Emily wasn’t this luxurious. Tears filled his eyes as he missed his adopted mother and sister. 

He slid out of the best and picked out a long float dress that was deep purple before he went to take a bath. Adam usually wore his robes in public as the commander of the Exorcists. But in the privacy of his own home, he would wear dresses in some sort of punk style since he didn’t like how pants made him feel. 

Once he was done taking a bath and dressed, he went downstairs and to the garden. He loved the garden so much because it was so much like Eden, after a few minutes he felt a hand on his shoulder. He looked up since he was kneeling and saw Lucifer, “I had some breakfast made for everyone, pancakes.” 

Adam guessed that he used his magic to make enough for everyone there. But he was also quite hungry, and pancakes sounded so good. When Lucifer went to get Adam, he was struck by how beautiful Adam was. He had realized a while back that he loved Adam, not Lilith, in fact Lilith knew this, and this played a part in their marriage falling apart. Adam sat down and had his pancakes. 

Lucifer leaned over from where he sat and asked his house guest, “Did you sleep well last night?” Adam nodded, “I did, thank you.” Lucifer rubbed his thumb across the top of Adam’s hand which caused Adam to smile and also made Lucifer’s heart flutter. He would do anything to see Adam smile like this more often. 

Soon the rest of Adam’s girls they quickly dug in grabbing what they could before the horde of harpies took everything. Of course Lucifer would just snap his fingers to get what Adam wanted, but he didn’t want to appear rude to the girls, who he still needed to get their approval from if he ever wanted to court and woo their dad. He would do his utmost best to earn those former angels respect. Who knows?

Maybe someday these girls would call him dad too. Though that’s probably just hopeful wishing on his part. As Lucifer pondered in his thoughts a servant came in and cleared his throat before announcing the arrival of his daughter and her girlfriend. Silence abrupt throughout the girls at that. Even Adam was shocked into stillness. 

As the servant awaited for his king’s reply a growl rang out. Buffy, one of Adam’s largest girls stood up and stalked right out before either Lucifer or Adam could stop her. Charlie was waiting for her father as she had urgent news from Heaven. She had gotten a letter saying they wanted to meet with not only her but her father as well. Vaggie had decided to tag along, as she usually did to make sure Charlie was safe. However, they were about to be in a shit sandwich.

“Hey, bitches.” That was all Buffy said before she jumped them. But before Buffy could attack them Adam got between them, Vaggie had Charlie behind her and her spear out. “Let me fight her, she killed me!!!!! She betrayed us!!!!!” Adam gave Buffy an understanding look, the Exorcists were a sisterhood and Vaggie betrayed the sisterhood by siding with Charlie instead of them.

“I had to protect my girlfriend and your psychotic lieutenant mutilated me.” Vaggie stated aiming to defend herself, “It doesn’t matter what Lute did, what she did was a mercy. I was told to take any Exorcist that refused to kill a Sinner to the head of the Archangels and he would have destroyed you!” 

All color drained from Vaggie’s face, Michael the leader of the Archangels was known for being mercilessly cruel, “I didn’t know.” Adam sighed trying not to feel too much anger at his former ward, “I only told Lute and I refused to send any of you to Michael so we had to banish you from the Exorcists. She went a little over the top, but she had to make it realistic.” 

Buffy stepped in to try and defend her dad’s honor, “Adam is the only one who gives a damn about us, he loves us.” Lucifer was surprised, this was the Adam he knew in Eden. The caring and compassionate man in Eden instead of the man he acted like as the leader of the Exorcists.

Charlie felt like she was in a tornado, none of this made any sense to her, “I am so confused, mom claimed that you tried to control her and hurt her, but I don’t see any of that in you.” Lucifer grew concerned when he saw that suddenly Adam was having a hard time breathing and he was trembling. He backed away from them until his back hit the wall and he slid down to a sitting position, then Adam started to cry. 

“Lily get off me, it hurts. Why are you doing this to me? Where is Luci?” Lucifer realized he was crying out to him and he bolted over to Adam and gently grabbed, “Adam realized where he was and that Lucifer was there, he broke down sobbing as he clung to Lucifer. Adam cried and he cried until there were no more tears left. He felt drained and could barely move but he needed to be anywhere but here. 

He heard someone talking to Lucifer and, reluctantly, Lucifer let him go. He saw his daughter smile at him before offering her hand, “Cmon Dad let’s go out to the garden.” Adam couldn’t say anything but nod his head obediently and grabbed onto her hand. She pulled him up and with sluggish feet she took him outside. When those two were out Lucifer turned towards Vaggie and gave her a look.

“Vaggie, maybe it’s best um for you to wait outside and also not show up to the manor for the time being. Until all the girls and Adam get used to you.” Vaggie felt her heart twist at that, not just from the rejection of Lucifer but from the people she once considered family. 

With a small nodded she hurried out of the room and out of the house. Lucifer let out a heavy sigh before turning back to his daughter with a tired but gentle smile, “So what can I do you for little lady?” 

Lucifer didn’t feel right telling Vaggie that she might have to stay from the palace for a little while. He was just so concerned about Adam and the Exorcists, he always knew Adam was a good person underneath the false toxicity. But he was starting to see that the other Exorcists were very good as well. They had a strong sense of loyalty to each other and especially to Adam.

“Dad, it worked, my hotel worked.” Charlie stated brightly as Lucifer’s pride took flight, “That is wonderful news, how did you find out?” “You know Sir Pentious who died during the recent Extermination Day? Lucifer nodded, “Yes.” “Well, he appeared in Heaven and he is now a Winner. They called us up to Heaven to talk about the hotel and the possibility of redeeming more Sinners. Isn’t that wonderful Dad?” 

“It is very wonderful Charlie; I am so proud of you.” 

“I am also worried about Adam; I didn’t expect him to have a panic attack. Do you know what could have caused this?” Lucifer sighed, “I don’t know, but I would like to talk to him before we go up to Heaven.” 

In the garden, Adam was sitting there, Buffy along with twins he named Jett and Cobra were getting him flowers. He felt so embarrassed having a panic attack in front of everyone like that. But hearing the lies Lilith told about her time in Eden triggered it and brought about a very painful memory. 

He gave a sad smile to his girls, they were so good and kind to him. They were his daughters and he was their father even if they weren’t biologically related. Buffy gave him the flowers which looked like his favorites, Adam smiled gratefully, “Thank you, I am sorry you saw that.” 

Cobra frowned, “You don’t need to apologize, Dad, we want to help you.” Adam noticed Lucifer walk into the garden, despite everything. Adam still loved Lucifer so much and his being there not wanting to kick his ass offered such a comforting presence to him. 

The Exorcists went off so the two men could be alone since they got the feeling that Lucifer wouldn’t hurt him. He sat down next to him and stared at him softly, “You don’t have to tell me what happened, but I would like to help you in any way I can.” Adam looked down and took a shuddering breath, he had to tell him, “It happened in Eden, one day I woke up tied up with some vines. I was in pain and scared because Lilith was on top of me and I was forced to be inside of her. It took many years for me to realize that she was raping me.” 

Adam looked away afraid that Lucifer would find him disgusting or say that a woman couldn’t do that to a man. Only Sera knew about this and Sera would comfort him and hold him when he had to relive that horrible day.

Lucifer felt sick to his stomach like he was going to throw up any second. But he kept his composure, Adam didn’t need him freaking out like this. He just couldn’t believe that Lilith would do that. 

Or he guessed he should because in all the time he knew her she could be one of the most sadistic people in all of creation. He knew that she lied about the abuse, one day she said something suspicious, that didn’t add up to her story. That led to the mother of all fights where she revealed that she lied about the abuse to cover up her selfish desire to leave Eden. 

It was on that day that Lucifer kicked her out and hadn’t seen her since. However, now that he knew the true extent of her crimes, he just wanted to make her burn. At this moment, however, a certain dragon needed his attention and care. He cradled Adam in his arms as he sobbed once more.

Adam, despite reliving certain memories that he wished to be buried and having to go through that in front of others. He was glad he finally had Lucifer to turn to and to have him listen. Eventually, though Adam had begun to drift unconscious and let his eyes slowly shut, Lucifer smiled down at him, “I promise Adam, I will do my best to protect you. I will never let you go through that ever again even if I have to put myself before you in the crossfire.” He brought him back inside where he headed towards the nearest couch and laid him on it as tenderly as can be.

With a blanket tucked around him and a kiss on his forehead, he headed out to the meeting. 

Lucifer opened a portal to the Embassy of Heaven for himself and Charlie, they signed in and were led to a meeting room. Sera was there along with Emily and Sir Pentious who was indeed a Winner. 

Pentious smiled greatly at the sight of his friend, “Charlie look, I got to go to Heaven and become a redeemed soul.” Charlie felt tears of joy spring from her eyes, “I am so happy for you Sir Pentious.” Charlie hugged the snake like Sinner. 

“Now that it is proven that a Sinner can be redeemed, we would like to help redeem more Sinners.” Emily said quite happily while her mother appeared serious, “We also want to make sure that a Sinner who wants to take advantage of the kindness of Heaven doesn’t want to sneak their way into Heaven. Sir Pentious is a good soul who made mistakes that sent him to Hell, but there are some true monsters in Hell.” 

Lucifer concurred, “I agree, thankfully Extermination Day did get rid of those monsters like tyrants who caused war and genocide. Many people who caused harm to innocent people and felt no remorse over it.” 

Lucifer had to admit that at the beginning of Extermination Day being implemented most of the Sinners killed on that day were irredeemable monsters. Some of the worst were even dragged out kicking and screaming so they meet their end at Adam’s axe since he killed the worst. But now most Sinners killed weren’t those irredeemable monsters, though Lucifer could never say that nothing good came from Extermination. 

He then felt his heart so out to Sera when he saw that she was holding a very familiar halo close to her. All Sera thought she had left of Adam was his halo and she mourned the man she loved as a son. 

Charlie saw too and decided to tell her the good news, “Adam is alive and at the royal palace.” 

Sera had once been against Charlie but even she didn’t want a mother to suffer like this, at least one who would do anything for her child. She always felt bitter over her mother leaving her like that and she believed Adam would want to see his mother. She practically got on her hands and knees as she pleaded to both the Morningstar's.

“Please take me to see him.” Lucifer opened a portal to the royal palace, Charlie wanted to stay with her friends, so Lucifer let her. Lucifer and Sera walked through the portal, the Exorcists treated Sera with great respect and Sera seemed to recognize the harpies as angels and treated them as if they were still angels. 

Sera went to the living room and knelt by the couch Adam was sleeping on, and she ran her fingers through his hair, “My Starlight, when thought you were dead it hurt me so much, I am so happy that you are alive.” Her voice soft and gentle as to not disturb his slumber.

Back in the garden, Sera was an angel assigned to Eden to help guide the new humans, she instantly loved Adam and knew something was wrong with Lilith. Suddenly a familiar voice called out to her, 

“Mom?”

Adam woke up to see Sera, he made his way to her arms and just let her hold him as if he was a child. Adam felt tears once again leave his eyes. However, this time they were tears of happiness. His mother not only still loved him but accepted him. He hadn’t felt this much joy in so long.

“Shh, shh be still my starlight, for I am here.” 

Chapter Text

Lucifer left the two to their own devices since he didn't wish to intrude on such an intimate moment between them. So, Lucifer took himself back with the fallen exorcists. He saw that they were talking quietly amongst themselves. They stopped when they noticed Lucifer in the room and stared down at him. 

Lucifer began to feel nervous, where they still mad at him?

Wanted to end him for all the pain he caused? They hadn't done anything like that, but he mainly let them do what they wished and kept quiet about it. Suddenly one of them, Reagan, came up to him, bent down, and scooped him in her arms for a hug. 

Lucifer was shocked completely still, “Thank you for bringing Sera to us, and to him. You have no idea how much this means to all of us.” Reagan told him holding him tightly against her Slowly Lucifer wrapped his arms around Reagan. Soon all the other harpy sinners crowded around them for a big feathery group hug. Lucifer couldn’t help but feel happy that he was accepted by Adam’s girls.

“I would do anything to make Adam happy and to make up for what I did to him.” Lucifer swore to the harpies as Reagan asked him, “Do you love him?” Buffy stepped forward, “He loves you, in fact he always loved you.” Lucifer nodded confidently, “Yes, I do love him. In fact I realize I should have been with him all along.” 

The girls started to talk about everything Adam liked, his favorite song, foods, colors, and hobbies. They wanted Adam to have the romantic experience ever, he deserved to be loved and spoiled. They didn’t know the full extent of Lilith’s crimes against Adam, but they knew she hurt him and that was enough to make them hate her. 

Back with Sera and Adam the larger seraphim continued to hold the man she loved like a son, she was so happy to see him alive, all of Adam’s past fears of her rejecting him vanished into thin air, “I was afraid of having you see me like this.” Sera cradled his cheek, “Don’t, I will love you no matter what because you are my son. If you still want to be with Lucifer, I will give my relationship my blessing.” 

Adam looked up in shock, “Luci may care about me, but he doesn’t want me like that.” Sera shook her head softly at him with a small smile, “Before I would have agreed, but now that I see how he did so much for you I think he loves. You must also wonder why you are different than other men. Why you can impregnate and be impregnated.”   “Yes.”

“You were made to be Lucifer’s soulmate and the mother of his children. You are each other’s halves. That is why you fell in love with him at first sight, you were made to love Lucifer.” Adam could only stare in total shock, “I was made to love Luci?” Adam always wondered why he was created, to hear that he was made for Lucifer filled his heart with joy.

He now understood why he wanted to bear Lucifer’s children and why the only other person he loved was Eve. Eve was created to love him and he was created to love Lucifer. Sera then walked with Adam out of the room and they walked over to Lucifer, Lucifer smiled and then Sera placed Adam’s hand in Lucifer’s hand.

“Please take care of Adam.” 

At that moment Lucifer felt like Sera was a parent who was entrusting their child to another like when the parent gives the bride to a groom at a wedding. Lucifer reached over with his free hand and caressed Adam’s cheek, “I promise that I will take care of him.”

Lucifer kept that promise each new day he would make Adam like he was the only human alive, he treated him like the queen that was in the devil’s eyes, and always remembered to say I love you at least once a day to him. Adam of course did the same wanting Lucifer to know how much he meant to him. Lucifer was also treating the exorcists as if they were his own fledglings. 

He made sure that they were comfortable and happy, and they were really starting to get on with the king of Hell, especially seeing how happy he made their dad. Though they were still hesitant around the idea of someday being related to Charlie they’d do anything to see Adam smile.

It had been a month since Lucifer had brought Sera to Adam. Meaning that the new moon was upon them. The couple had decided they would take up residency together in the cave where Adam and his girls once lived. Adam was getting comfortable watching with bated breath by the caves entrance watching the sun go down. It wouldn’t be long now.

It wasn’t soon the new moon hanged high in the hellish night sky. Adam transformed into the ferocious yet beautiful beast. In Lucifer’s eyes he would always remained beautiful no matter how he looked. 

Adam nevertheless certainly didn’t think so and tried his best to silence his cries. Lucifer saw the tears however and felt his heart twist.

So, summoning the magic he had transformed himself into a giant white and red dragon. He was even bigger than Adam in that form. Adam felt something in his body heat up, even though in this form he was completely cold blooded. Or maybe not as much as Adam had previously thought. 

Lucifer said nothing but rubbed his head against his mates. He even licked Adam’s neck.

That commenced their full rough yet loving copulating. Which didn’t cease until the moon went down once more.

Everything about that night was perfect for both Adam and Lucifer, they had found enjoyment in sex, but this was something more than just sex. It was as if they had found the other half that completed each other. Adam heard the saying two become one, now he understood what it meant. 

He truly was meant to be with Lucifer like Sera said and he couldn’t wait until he had a child with Lucifer. Afterwards they curled up together nuzzling each other until they fell asleep. In the morning Lucifer woke up in his more human form and he was struck breathless at the sight before him because of the sight before because he was in awe of how beautiful it was. 

Adam was completely naked and kneeling with the entrance of the cave. The sun caressing every curve of Adam’s body and Lucifer could spend all day staring so he could bask in such beauty, “You are so beautiful.” Adam looked over at Lucifer, he starting at him as he saw the most beautiful being in the universe. 

He crawled over the Adam placing his hands on Adam’s thighs, “I love you, you are mine and I am yours.” “I love you too.” Lucifer captured Adam’s lips with his own, to Lucifer Adam was like the sun and Lilith was like the moon.

Adam shined with true beauty, Lilith’s beauty was only a pale reflection of Adam’s. “Would you like to join me in the hot spring?” He asked his love rubbing his hand against his chest, “I would love to.” 

Lucifer picked up Adam with ease and he carried he to the hot springs of the cave, he sunk into the water while holding Adam. They kissed and Lucifer made love to Adam while holding him close. They didn’t know that Lilith was making her way to Hell because Lute told her about Adam’s death since she was deeply mourning him and if she knew Adam was alive, she never would have sent Lilith to Hell.

Chapter Text

Adam lifted his head from the porcelain throne after puking his guts out for the third time that morning. Adam had an inkling as to what was causing this ailment but just to be sure one of his girls go out to get a pregnancy test. If the test came back positive, then his dream of motherhood would finally become a reality. 

If not, then he'd go to the doctor to see what was wrong. He heard sharp reoccurring knocks on the door and Lucifer's voice came from the other side, “Dove? I'm really sorry but I have to run Charlie called me saying she needed my help with something. I'll be back soon I promise, I put some ginger ale on the nightstand for you and I heard Jax went to the store, so I'll text her to get you some Pepto Bismol. I love you Adam!” 

Despite feeling his words Adam smiled at the door and called out, “I love you too BLEEAGH!!!” 

He threw his head back in and released what once lay in his stomach. Lucifer winced at the sound and prayed to anyone who was willing to listen to help heal the love of his life soon. For right now, if this wasn't some messed up prank, he had a first woman and demoness to get rid of.

When Adam was done throwing up he went to his room where his girls made a nest of pillows and blankets for him, he poured himself a glass of ginger ale and smiled when he saw Jax arrive with the supplies, “Thank you sweetie.” Jax placed a kiss on his forehead, he looked at the pregnancy test. The instructions were quite easy, just pee on the stick and see how many lines it gets. 

One means he isn’t pregnant and two lines means that he is, he went back to the bathroom and did the test. He felt joy enter his heart when he saw two lines on the test, “I am going to have a baby.” 

Lucifer arrived at the hotel to see Lilith there, before he felt love towards her. Then cold indifference, and now he felt rage towards her. All he could think of was Adam tearfully telling him about what Lilith did to him. 

The image of Adam tied up with vines as Lilith forced him to be inside of her as he cried begging her stop and crying out Lucifer to come and save him. Lucifer glared with fire at her, “I know what you did to Adam.” Lilith tried to keep a calm demeanor, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Lucifer growled, his eyes turning red, “Don’t fucking lie to me, I know you forced yourself upon Adam in Eden. Don’t even try to deny it.” 

Well, guess the cat was out of the bag, “I won’t, I always hated Adam because he was created with everyone loving him. He even had the most powerful and beautiful angel as his soulmate, yet all I was going to get was another human as a soulmate. I decided that Adam should be punished and that I would take everything from him including his soulmate.”

Lucifer felt his stomach was about empty itself from how much her words sickened him. “Why force yourself upon him.” It was more of a statement than a question, “Because he wanted you as first and one and only, what better way to punish him by taking his purity before he could give it to you.”

Lucifer felt so much rage towards Lilith for hurting Adam that he unleashed his demon form. Without blinking an eye Lucifer grabbed the former queen by her throat and slammed her into the wall, “If you ever, and I mean ever, come near him or any of my family again Lilith, I will fucking kill you.” The first woman managed to choke out, “Is that a threat?” 

“No, it's a promise.”

He then threw her to the ground and glared down at her as she coughed up a storm, “Get out.” 

Lilith knowing when she's been licked vanished in a cloud of black smoke. She left, for now Lucifer let out short breaths and sat down on the nearest couch. Soon Charlie came in holding a tray of tea and some small cakes. 

The type of her mother liked she was confused at the lack of her mother, “Dad, where is mom?” Lucifer sighed and beckoned his daughter over. It was time he had a talk with her about who her mother really was.

“There are things you need to know about your mother that I just recently found out.” Charlie furrowed her brows, “What happened?” Lucifer breathed out, here it comes, “She lied about what happened to her in Eden, Adam never tried to control her. In fact she tried to control and she abused him, but thats not the worst she did.” 

“What else did she do?” 

“I am sorry I have to tell you this, but she came upon Adam while he was sleeping and tied him up. I had also found out that she had roughly shoved her fingers inside of him so he forced to become hard, she then forced him to be inside of her. She raped him. In fact he was the first rape victim ever.” 

Words could not describe how horrified Charlie was in that moment. 

Lucifer looked over at Charlie and saw she was crying, “Poor Adam, do think he didn’t like me at first because I was Lilith’s daughter.” Lucifer couldn’t say whether or not that was the case, “I don’t know, but he loves you dearly now. In fact he would like to be your mother. I see him with the other Exorcists and he is very kind to them.” “That sounds very wonderful, maybe we could go out and eat sometime.” 

Lucifer smiled gently, maybe just maybe they can learn to move forward. They hugged and Lucifer went home, Adam was drinking his ginger ale and his tail was wagging excitedly showing Lucifer. He was happy Adam saw Lucifer and jumped up to hug him, “I’m pregnant Luci.” 

Adam looked so happy that Lucifer couldn’t help feeling nothing but joy, “I am so happy, we are going to have a baby.” They then shared a kiss of true love. 

Chapter Text

What the expecting couple didn’t know at the time was that this was not a normal pregnancy. For because of Adam’s split reptile DNA their baby was only going to stay in his or hers mama’s belly for a few months. By the time Adam was over his nausea and was ready to go on Charlie’s proposed dinner the dragon sinner’s stomach was already starting to bulge and he was only a month an a half along. 

Adam wore a nice but simple maternity pinafore dress with a white long sleeve shirt underneath. While Lucifer decided on a red turtle neck with white trousers. As to somewhat match his mate. 

They decided to meet at a restaurant just the three of them. It was a personal favorite of Charlie that she had been to for years. They saw her at the restaurant entrance and she waved to them with a gentle smile and made their way over.

Charlie smiled seeing Adam and Lucifer, she could see her dad was a lot more relaxed than he used to be, she knew it had to do with Adam. She wondered what it would it would have been like if her father had gotten with Adam from the start and Adam was Charlie’s biological mother instead of Lilith. She already felt like Adam was more of a mother to her in the short amount of time she talked to him over the phone than Lilith had been, both Adam and Charlie hugged.

“How has everything been, how are my younger siblings?” Charlie asked eager to know, Adam chuckled, “We have been doing very well, your father has been spoiling us.” The princess grinned, “Dad has always been good at spoiling the people he loves. Did dad talk to you about you being a mother to me?” The dragon smiled gently at her, “Yes and I would love to be your mother, you can call me mom if you want to.”

The princess could die from happiness, “Thank you Mom.” Lucifer smiled at the two hugging, he remembered when she was born and Lilith wasn’t very happy about it. 

Lucifer asked her what caused her to act like this and Lilith declared there was too much Adam in her. Lucifer tried to assure her that this was her baby and she had what made her such a good person not realizing that Lilith was pretending to act more like Adam to keep Lucifer’s attention. Was Charlie meant to be saying that Adam was meant to be Charlie’s mother, that was what Lucifer believed.

Clearing his head from those thoughts he filled them with more positive ones. Such as his daughter’s dreams, “How is the hotel going?” he decided to ask.

“Perfectly, we are getting more guests who want to give the hotel a chance.” Lucifer smiled, “That is wonderful.” 

If you walked upon them you have been able to guess that Adam was once fighting against Charlie and Lucifer. You would have thought that they were a family where Adam and Lucifer were parents while Charlie was their child. 

Adam sighed getting a little winded from standing so long, “I need to sit down, the little one has been making get tired quicker.” Charlie nodded in understanding, “Of course.” They sat in a private booth where Lucifer gently rubbed Adam’s back, they all ordered their dishes and had such a nice time together.

That evening they spent talking to amongst themselves about different subjects that were related to each other’s lives. Charlie even asked on the babies names.

“Well we haven’t really put it down on paper but there a few names we really like.” Adam stated squeezing his mates hand who smiled lovingly at him, “The following are for a boy, Damien, Lucas, and Mallum.” Adam went up next, “And for a girl we thought of Cassandra, Abigail, Avery, and Eden.” 

Charlie loved all of them, “They all sound lovely guys, But I especially love Abigail for a girl! It sounds so cute!” Adam smiled and continued with the dessert they ordered after their main course.

“Take care of yourself sweetie, we’ll see you soon.” Charlie snuggled into his side, “I love you Mom, you too Dad.” Lucifer gave Charlie a kiss on the cheek after Adam let go and helped Adam into the limo before taking off into the night.

Months went by and on the new moon day of the sixth month of Adam’s pregnancy Adam woke up crying. It hurt so much. Lucifer checked between Adam’s legs and it didn’t look like he was about to give birth.

 So Adam lay in bed clutching his stomach crying and Lucifer worried about Adam’s safety. He didn’t want anything bad to happen to Adam, “What’s wrong with me?!” He cried out.

“I am so sorry, I wish I knew.” His voice gentle and trying to comfort.

Later that day, Lucifer took Adam to their cave, once the new moon was in the sky Adam became a dragon, “Something is happening to me.” Lucifer ran to check Adam again and saw that Adam was in the process of laying an egg. Lucifer ran over and caressed Adam’s dragon snout.

“You are laying an egg, I think your body had to be in a dragon form to do this since I am pretty sure that the egg is quite big.” Adam nuzzled Lucifer and started pushing, his claws digging into ground while Lucifer spoke comforting words to him. Adam groaned, “Can you check and see how far along the egg is, I don’t want it to break and harm our baby.” 

Lucifer nodded and ran back to where the egg was coming out. He started to help Adam with getting the egg out and Lucifer found himself holding a deep purple egg that an human sized baby could comfortably grow in. Lucifer ran back to show Adam the egg. The dragon felt like crying, “Our baby.” 

Adam gently took the egg and held it close to him to keep it warm, a pained looked crossed Adam’s face again, “Another egg is coming.” Lucifer ran back and helped Adam lay another egg this one blood red. He showed Adam this egg which he gently took as well. 

Lucifer went into his dragon form and they cuddled to keep the eggs warm. Adam let out a weak chuckle, exhausted beyond belief but still found humor in what had just transpired, “To think we were having twins, that probably explained why my belly was twice as huge as expected.” “Not that I was complaining, I thought your belly was adorable. Still do, but still.” Lucifer commented as snuggled into his lover’s side. 

They had stayed like that for the remainder of the night. In the morning once the two were back to their normal selves Adam scooped up their eggs as Lucifer conjured a portal and stepped through it as they came into the master bedroom. As carefully as can be they made a nest of blankets and pillows on the bed. 

Then they placed their precious cargo in them as Adam gently laid on them. Lucifer smiled at the proud mama dragon and went downstairs to give Adam some time alone with their babies. Adam gently touched the eggs, they felt so warm and full of life, he started to coo lovingly at the eggs, “I love you so much little ones.” 

He started placing kisses on the eggs whispering words of love to the eggs. He couldn’t wait for them to hatch, he lay in the nest with the eggs, he just felt so maternal with the eggs. Lucifer later came upstairs with snacks for Adam, Lucifer smiled watching Adam with the eggs.

“How is my beautiful Adam?” Lucifer held Adam who was still naked like he was in Eden, his body was muscular in the right spots and soft in the right spots, “I am so happy to have our babies, I am going to be a mother because of you.” 

They kissed and Lucifer started to feed Adam his favorite snacks. They then lay together with the eggs between them just marveling at the little lives they created because they had for each other.

Three months had passed since the day of the egg laying and each day the parents waited with baited breath hoping that this day would be the one there bundled of joy would hatch. 

It was three in the morning when Adam heard it. He and his Luci were snuggled together surrounding the eggs and keeping them warm when Adam woke up with a dry throat. He was about to get up for a glass of water when he heard a soft cracking sound. 

His heart dropped thinking he squished one of the eggs and looked down. What greeted him instead made him sigh in relief before jolting in terror. For not just one both eggs were starting to crack. 

Adam's breath hitched with box anxiety and excitement. His babies were coming, for a second time! This time he and his mate would be finally able to hug their babies as they wiggle in their arms with life. 

Adam turned and as gently but firmly as he could shook his mate's shoulder, “Luci, Luci, Lucifer! Wake up!” Lucifer sat straight up confused, “Huh? What's wrong Baby?” “Thats just it, the babies, the eggs hatching!” 

With Lucifer’s help they started helping the eggs hatch. A little hand came out of the blood red egg and clutched Adam’s finger. The dragon stared intensely as he heard Lucifer chuckle, “The baby knows their mother.” 

Adam’s heart melted as he run his thumb across the top of the tiny hand after a little bit there was a baby boy with Adam’s soft brown hair and red dragon features. He also had Adam’s gold eyes, when he looked up at his parents he smiled at them especially Adam, “He is so cute Luci.” Adam gently tickled the boy which made him giggle, Lucifer started working on the purple egg while Adam was feeding his son. 

When Lucifer was done a little girl with blonde hair like Lucifer’s, purple dragon features, and blue eyes like Lucifer used to have was born. Adam hummed, “I was thinking Damien for the boy and Abigail for the girl.” Lucifer nodded, “That sounds perfect.” 

Once Damien was done eating and fell asleep, Adam started to feed Abigail who was also very loving to her mom. Adam and Lucifer truly felt grateful towards their family.

Chapter Text

The next week and a half had been a hectic one. Lucifer had not only introduced the new prince and princess of Hell, but also the new Queen of Hell. Though Lucifer left out the fact that their new queen was also the same dragon who him and his daughters were the dragon and horde of harpies that decimated entire district in Pride. 

Both Lucifer and Adam figured the citizens would figure it out eventually, but that today wasn't the day. They then introduced the new babies to Charlie's friends at the hotel, besides Alastor of course he claimed later to Charlie that he was busy. Adam even let Vaggie come near the babies, at one point he even allowed under his watchful gaze to hold the babies.

Though they would never be close friends, they were in each other's lives forever now. Adam seemed to get on with Angel when properly introduced. Now that the two weren't technically mortal enemies anymore they got to know one another and learned that the two have more in common with each other than meets the eye. 

Later when they were back at home with Adam laying down on the bed, his two little dragons nestled against his chest after feeding on it. He was brought up with a thought. A thought he shared with his mate once he came back with a tray full of Adam's favorite dish and drink.

“Luci?”

“Yes dove?” 

“Can I ask you for a favor?” Lucifer rubbed his thumb against his cheek, “Anything you wish for dove you can already consider it yours.” Adam breathed out, “If it's not too much trouble can you please set up a meeting with Sera?” 

Lucifer smiled, “Sure, is it to meet the babies?” Adam inhaled then exhaled, here went nothing, “Not only that but I also want to talk to her about getting Emily and Lute down here as well?” “Of course, I would do anything for you.”

Lucifer caressed Adam’s cheek and they shared a kiss, no matter what they would always be together now, Lucifer went and made the call to set up the meeting.

 The next day Adam and Lucifer were standing in front of the Embassy of Heaven. This time Adam was holding Damien and Lucifer was holding Abigail, “Are you ready?” Adam nodded, “Yeah.” 

they went in and signed the check in paper, Adam enjoying the fact that he could now sign his name as Adam Morningstar. He felt it had a nice ring to it. They went into the meeting room and suddenly he saw Lute.

When Lute caught his gaze her eyes were filled with tears, “Adam?” The man in question felt his heart melt at the sight of her, “Hey Danger Tits.” Adam handed Damien over to Lucifer so Lute could run over to Adam and hug him.

“I thought you were fucking dead, I missed you so much.” Adam rubbed her back, “I missed you too. I also wanted you to meet my babies.” 

Lute was surprisingly gentle with the little babies, just then Emily and Sera walked over. Emily was happy to see Adam was doing well and hugged him too. Adam grinned at the older seraphim, “Mom, I want you to meet my babies.” 

Sera knelt to get a good look at the little babies, “They are so beautiful.” She cooed at them, Adam was so proud of his little babies. 

They spent a few hours at the embassy talking amongst themselves about what has happened since last, they all seen each other. While cooing at the baby dragons. Adam even told Lute and Emily about him becoming Lucifer's queen. 

Though they were a little hesitant about the king of Hell, especially from Lute, they accepted that he made Adam happy. Speaking of couples Lute and Emily had actually came out to them as a couple themselves. The only one knowing before then was Sera, whom they told a week ago.

The two angels explained that they had grown closer since Adam and Lute's sister's supposed demise. Often seeking comfort in one another, then one day Lute had confessed to Emily about her feelings and Emily accepted them.

“I'm so happy for you two, I always did picture you guys as a couple.” Emily chuckles as her brother hugs both of them close. He leaned in Lute's ear and whispered to her, “That being said, you ever hurt my sister or even make her cry, and I will sic your harpy sisters on you.”

Lute tried not to let her fear show in her expression for she knew that wasn't just a threat. It was a promise.

“I promise sir.” 

Adam smiled; he knew she would honor that promise. He let them go when suddenly a loud ding sounded, and his face fell. He knew that sound it could only mean one thing.

“It appears that we have run out of time.” 

The high Seraphim walked over to the Queen of Hell and pulled him into a tight embrace, “I'm sorry my starlight, I hope I'll see you soon though.” “I'm sure you will Mom.” 

With a few more hugs going around and Emily kissing both babies on the head before giving them a little blessing and heading back upstairs with her girlfriend and mother.

Adam was so happy to see that they were all so happy, he turned and gave a gentle smile to Lucifer, he was with the man he was always meant to be with, “I am so happy that I am with you, that has been my dream ever since I was first created. To have you love me the way I love you, also to make a family with you as well.” 

Lucifer was so amazed that this man wanted him and only him, he felt so blessed to have someone so beautiful love him this was and give him children they would probably have more coming. The only good thing that came from his marriage to Lilith was Charlie and even then Adam was more of a mother to Charlie than Lilith was. Adam would fix up Charlie’s in these beautiful intricate braided hairstyles. 

Lucifer was amazed that Adam could do it when he always kept his hair short. Adam chuckled and said he has quite a few daughters, both on Earth and in the form of the Exorcists. He had to learn how to fix long hair, the next Adam was surprised to see lots of cards and presents for him, he looked through them and smiled.

“I guess Lute told my other girls I survived, they gave me lots of presents to show me how happy that are that I am still alive.” Adam wiped away some happy tears, he didn’t realize that he was so loved in Heaven. There were even presents from his children with Eve who made it to Heaven.

“It is easy to love you, you are amazing.” Adam blushed feeling his heart grow three sizes from that statement alone, “That makes me happy you feel that was, they babies are so cute playing with the wrapping paper.” The little baby dragons excitedly grabbing the wrapping paper and showing it to their parents. 

Adam didn’t know what he would do if something happened to his babies especially since Lilith was still around.

Chapter Text

Lilith growled as she paced around her home up in Heaven. It wouldn’t be her home however if Adam would forever remain down there. Her deal had to have Adam not just alive, but also in Heaven! Who knows what Adam would do now that he was queen. He may not like the sinners but he could get the Hellborn to deliver his wishes of going up here and ripping Lilith apart. 

Even if he didn’t she’d still be minced meat among the filth down there. No doubt Adam would finally squeal the truth and his precious angel would back him up. Plus not all those sinners down there were stupid they would eventually figure out that she wasn’t inspiring them, she’s been using them. No longer was she queen which meant she was no longer the second most powerful demon in Hell. That was the deal she had with Lucifer, as long as she remained his “love” she would have all the power she desired.

It was so easy to manipulate that spineless little twerp. She thought when she made the deal with Adam she would be safe from all demons, including Lucifer’s, wrath. The deal was to never uprise the sinners and never return to Hell without the command or company of an angel ever again. In turn she would be given literal paradise. She was going to make Charlie give up her stupid plan of redeeming sinners.

She hoped to break Charlie down, tell her and her dreams were foolish. Then she would still earn her place here. Now that wouldn’t happen. She had to do something though. If she couldn’t have paradise then neither could Adam.

She wouldn’t let that little worm ruin her life like he did in the beginning. How her blood boils at the reminder how he was given everything. While she had to prove herself to those above. The first time she laid hands on him felt freeing, like she was giving him his just dessert. Hurting him made her feel better.

Now it was like Eden all over again, only this time he would finally have his precious Luci. No, not this time, this time she would finally get what she wanted. Permanently. She couldn’t get Charlie on her side this time, no doubt that Lucifer told the truth about her. It didn’t matter she had an idea. She was going to restore her name in Hell, regain her crown, and have her obedient little servants she called family back.

Now one must be wondering how though? She had no power against a literal dragon. Well, that’s where you are wrong. She had one ace up her sleeve. She was going to finally make her deal with Roo.

Lilith made her way down to the deepest pits of Hell where the true monsters resided. People who caused countless bloodshed across history drowning in oceans of blood unable to get the sweet release of death. Lounging on the tree bearing the Forbidden Fruit was Roo in all her demonic glory.

She grinned at her, “If it isn’t my favorite follower, what do you need today?” 

If Lilith wasn’t useful to Roo she was sure she would be drowning in the ocean of blood along with the other monsters of history because her actions caused an angel to fall and the downfall of humanity. Just as Adam was a favored follower of God, Lilith was a favored follower of Roo.

“You promised that if my title as Queen of Hell has been stolen from me I could come to you for more power.” Roo smirked, “Did Lucifer finally wise up and dump you for his precious soulmate, Adam?” 

Lilith scoffed crossing her arms against her chest. “I left him wanting to relax for a few years hoping that his depression would make him desperate to have me back. But recently Lucifer was reunited with Adam, they fell in love again and had children.”

Lilith remembered watching Lucifer and Adam in Eden. If she hadn’t interfered they would have fallen in love and started a family. She remembered Lucifer watching Adam sleep and placed kisses all over his face calling him his beautiful Adam. 

It made Lilith sick, after that moment, it was the first time she slapped Adam making him cry and her feel joy. She loved hurting Adam until he cried.

“I told you to remain vigilant or else Lucifer would be drawn back to Adam. But I will help you because I need to become stronger.” Lilith bowed to her, “Thank you Lady Roo.” Roo wasn’t done yet however, holding up a hand. “On one condition of course.”

Lilith raised an elegant, thin brow, “What?” She asked curiously as Roo gave her a knowing look.

“If you fail in retrieving your crown and be defeated you are to return here immediately and will forever be my servant. Allow me to do whatever I please with you. For if you were longer to be queen for all eternity then I simply have no more use for you my dear.” 

Roo summoned the chain to Lilith and pulled her roughly over. Roo stared down at the first woman with eyes as red as blood that glowed like burning fire. “Do not disappoint me, Lilith.”

With that, she let go of her and summoned all knowledge for the right spell to use. She stopped and smirked when she found the perfect one. She reached her hand to Lilith, who was just as intrigued as she was excited. She always values new knowledge. Roo placed a hand on her head and soon Lilith was engulfed by the fires of Hell.

However, it did not hurt her it actually made her feel good, she hadn't felt this good in years. When the warm sensation faded, she opened her eyes to find her hundreds of feet up from where Roo stood smirking at her follower.

“Now, go forth my loyal pet, and reclaim your rightful place on the throne!”

A portal opened up from underneath the demoness. Dropping her into it. Roo chuckled when the hole closed.

“Let the games begin.”

It was a new moon night and Adam was in his dragon form with his little babies who were also in their dragon forms. They were such cute little dragons, one blood red and the other dark purple. They instantly recognized the black and purple dragon as their mother. 

Adam nuzzled each little dragon while Lucifer hunted for food for them. Just then Adam heard an unfamiliar roar. Scared Adam turned to his little one’s with a fearful expression. “Damien, Abigail, hide.” The little dragons went further in the cave. 

When Adam went to the entrance he was greeted by a new dragon that was red and purple. “Hello?” 

The new arrival sharply smiled at him, “Hello my little toy.”

Adam cowered in fear as Lilith launched herself at Adam. Her fangs sunk into Adam’s neck causing him to roar out in pain. His claws dug into Lilith prying her off of him. Adam growled, afraid, but he wasn’t going to let Lilith harm his babies.

“I see motherhood made you brave, I need to teach you a lesson.”

Adam and Lilith flew at each other, Lucifer saw Adam fighting a new dragon and tried to go help Adam, but some force pulled him out of his dragon form. He fell and hit the ground, he saw a woman oozing with evil.

“Eve?” He couldn’t help but ask when he took in her resemblance to the second woman. “In spite of the rumors said about me, I am not Eve. Though we do look a lot alike and I do have Eve as my prisoner. I am Roo the Root of All Evil.” 

Lucifer remembered God telling Lucifer of a primordial being who was the darkness to his light. This was that bring. “I am here to help my disciple, Lilith take back what belongs to her.”

“If Adam dies, nothing will stop me from destroying both of you.” He growled, “Lilith doesn’t want Adam dead yet, she wants to play with him like she used to.” 

Just then the sun rose and Lilith flew off still in her dragon form with Adam in her claws. Roo checked as she disappeared. Lucifer ran to the cave and found the babies. He had to get them to safety before he went to find Adam.

Roo and her faithful followers entered a realm of grey. Adam from what he could see in Lilith's claws was a vast forest of grey and black. With some shades of white along the sides. He soon recognized what this place was, he had visited this place sometimes when he heard the rumors of sinners escaping into this realm. This was Limbo.

A plane of existence that was neither holy nor not. It was simply a place where once in a blue moon a soul that was neither good nor bad would be sent where they would be given one final judgment of their eternal soul before being sentenced to eternal paradise or eternal damnation. Lilith descended herself on a small opening of land where she dropped Adam a few feet from above the ground. 

Before Adam could do anything, she turned back into her normal form and trapped him from underneath her. Adam's eyes widened as he stared at her malicious smile.

It was just like Eden all over again. No. Never again. He would not let that happen again. Summoning the power, he had he used it against Lilith, he shoved her off of him, unfurled his wings, and took off into the forest like the speed of light.

Never daring once to look back. Lilith was shocked she hadn't expected that to happen she heard feet approaching and looked to find Roo glaring down at her. She pointed toward where Adam had run off and she knew what that meant. The clock was ticking. She summoned her dragon form and took off, determined to catch her prey.

Chapter Text

Even though Eve was Roo’s prisoner, she was allowed to wander around Limbo. The upper half of her body was that of a beautiful woman with long silvery blonde hair and silver eyes. The lower half of her body was that of a pearlescent white snake. 

She was naked like her days in Eden. Her eyes widened when a beautiful man with dragon like features who was also naked. Eve instantly recognized the man. 

“Adam?” 

Her voice immediately drew his attention and he cried out. Adam ran over to the only other person he loved. “Eve?” He hugged her tightly against his body. It had been so long.

“I missed you but I need to go back to Hell.” Eve was still confused by the reality of the situation. “Hell? Last I heard you were an angel of Heaven and died.” Adam sighed, “I came back as a dragon and I was reunited with Lucifer. We are together now and I have twins with him.” He explained to her hoping she would understand.

Eve gave Adam an understanding smile, she knew how much Adam loved Lucifer. In fact she was created to help heal Adam’s broken heart. “I am happy for you and I will help you.”

Adam cupped her cheek, “Let me help you too.” Eve shook her head sadly, “I don’t know if I can leave.” “We can try at least.” He was determined to rescue his love from this wretched place. 

Suddenly they heard a roar, Adam picked up Eve and carried her to a cave they could hide in. “Who was that?” Eve asked scared as Adam held her protectively. “Lilith, she wants her title as Queen of Hell back.” Eve scowled, “She doesn’t deserve to be the Queen, I also wanted to say that you look really good this way.”

She always did have a thing for thicker bodies. Adam blushed, “Thank you.”

Meanwhile in the Morningstar palace Lucifer was informing Charlie and all the exorcists of what happened. He called his daughter and told her to get over as soon as she could. He didn't want to scare Charlie, but he needed someone to watch her brother and sisters, all of them. When he informed Adam's daughter's that they were to stay put they almost started a riot. 

Reagan practically screamed at him, “We NEED to save our dad! He's not only in trouble but stuck with that monster!” Buffy backed up her sister, “And Roo!” 

“Which is EXACTLY why you need to stay! I might be the most powerful being in Hell, but Roo is LITTERAL Hell! Just as the Heavenly Father is the embodiment of good, Roo is the embodiment of all evil. I can't do this by myself that's why I'm calling all the sins to help me get back your Dad.”

Cobra tried to step forward, “But sir…

“NO! I'm sorry but no. Adam would never forgive me if I let any of you come and inevitably get hurt. If you really want to help, then guard the palace and make sure no one other than a sin or me gets in.”

All of the harpies looked at each other. Holding a silent conversation with their sharp eyes. They knew that they would be no match for the malignant Roo. She was not like the sinners they cleansed. 

Even with their claws, she'd probably most likely end up being just found before she wiped them from the face of existence. So, with heavy hearts, they sighed and stepped back.

Lucifer felt relief, he was worried about having to contain them here with his magic. He would only do that as a last resort but was glad it didn't go that way. “I promise girls, I will be back with Adam.”

The king of Hell reassured them despite being terrified inside. 

Back in Limbo Adam and Eve clung to each other fearing that Lilith would find them. Eve could feel poor Adam trembling in his arms, he was forced to deal with his tormentor and the embodiment of pure evil. He cried as she rubbed his back.

“I just want Luci to come and save us.” Eve smiled knowing that he still cared about both of them. In spite of what Lilith tried to say about Adam in Eden, she knew he was a good person even if he was a little rough around the edges.

“If Lucifer loves you even half as much as you love him, he will come for you.” Eve kissed Adam on the forehead and they ended up falling asleep. Later Adam felt fingers being run through his hair, he woke up to see Lucifer.

He cried once more, this time from pure happiness. “You came for me, I knew you would.” Lucifer smiled at him like the king he was. “I will always come for you because I love you.” Adam smiled but there was just one other thing they had to discuss first.

“I found Eve and she needs help too.” Lucifer nodded, “Of course, I am hoping that I can get some help against Roo.” Lucifer waved his hand so both Adam and Eve were clothed.

 Adam picked up Eve and carried her out of the hiding area as he followed Lucifer. Unfortunately, just as they made it a large beast dropped in front of them. Adam gasped as he held Eve close to him Lilith glowered at them.

“There you are pet.”

She raised her claw to swipe when Lucifer transformed back into his dragon form and slammed her down. Letting Adam and Eve make their escape. They rolled around, Lilith trying to get Lucifer off of her. She eventually managed to land a hit, her sharp claws slashing at his face. Which caused golden blood to spill out. Lucifer hissed as he involuntarily let her go to touch his cheek.

However, before Lilith could make her getaway Lucifer retaliated. Biting into a wing, hard, he took off into the sky, spun around so fast he was sure it made her suffer vertigo, and let go. She crashed into the ground and managed to create a large crater. 

Similar to the one Adam had been in but ten times bigger. When he landed, he noticed that she was back in her original form while he remained in his. He also took note that she was a bloody mess, from her face to parts of her head.

Good

This was just a smidge of a preview of what he had planned for the demoness. However just as he was summoning all of the Hellfire in him to deliver the final blow he froze. Not by his own actions but by the actions of Roo.

His eyes caught a glimpse of her as she made her way into the pit. Lucifer couldn't help but feel petrified, not because he couldn't move but because the being who could finally end him was getting closer to him. Why didn't he bring the other sins!? 

Maybe then they actually try to at least make some kind of distraction, any kind of help so that they could manage to make their escape. Now he was going to die at the hands of this cruel being. Never seeing his children or his mate again. He closed his eyes, the only body part he managed to move, as he waited for his end to come.

Only to open them in shock at the sound of clapping. He saw that Roo was floating right in front of him. Clapping slowly with a sly smile painted on her lips. 

“I have to say that was quite the show. It's been decades since I've been entertained such as this. It reminds me of those Nazis I got to play with when they were sent to me.” 

She let out a wicked laugh as she recalled how she tortured them into insanity. Well, they were already insane, to begin with, but you get the point. She wipes away a tear of nostalgia.

“Ah yes, those were the days. Now, you're probably wondering why I have stopped your little... roughhousing. It's because this was my game Lucifer. It was my turn to play with my dolls and you interrupted that. I do hate it when someone interrupts my playtime.” 

She said with a fervor that caused the king of Hell to want to shake. “However, this little fight has put that little thought of tearing your very essence into shreds and turning them into ribbons.” Lucifer was about to let out an internal sigh of breath when she continued. 

“There is still one thing though, ah what was it? what was it?” She pretended to think by tapping her index finger on the side of her head. She clicked her finger as if remembering what it was. 

“Ah, I remember now, I heard a little rumor that the annual exterminations are done for. There is no need for them now because someone, a little spoiled princess decided to mess with the natural order of things. You see Lucifer, the souls that are purged on extermination day are rejudged. They either do something to end up there, or they are sent to me.” 

Lucifer's eyes widened at this revelation. That explains why Adam fell while Sir Pentious ascended.  One committed an act of murder while the other committed an act of sacrifice.

“And since not one of the filths that were purged was good enough for him, I got to have all the fun I wanted with these disgusting little creatures. What I am trying to say is that I do not wish for it to end, I do not wish for them to be redeemed, and I do not wish for one of the few things that BRING ME JOY TO END!” 

The embodiment of chaos and evil screamed, her hair spreading out and waving around like wildfire as her eyes glowed like embers. At that moment, Lucifer felt like a scared child to this monster. Roo huffed a breath, a bit of smoke escaping from her lips as she calmed down. She fixed herself as she stared coldly into Lucifer's soul. “Nonetheless, I am about to offer a deal to you King of Hell.”

She spoke of his title mockingly.

“I will allow this little hotel of your daughters to remain open and for her to redeem the sinners she sees as salvageable. All I ask is that the ones that aren't are brought to me so that they may be forever trapped in eternal torment in my plane.” 

Lucifer had a feeling that he didn’t have much of a choice. 

Eve woke and found Adam holding her, she reached up and touched his cheek. He looked down and smiled at her. She remembered the day she was created. 

God told her that she was created to love and heal the broken heart of the man she saw sleeping before her. She was shocked that someone would break the heart of someone who radiated so much beauty and kindness even as he slept. She crawled over to Adam and placed his head in her lap. 

When he woke up while she ran her fingers through his hair that was the moment they became husband and wife. But if she had to give it up for the first person he loved she was willing to because Adam deserved to be happy. 

“I am torn between staying here and protecting you and trying to help Luci.” Eve smiled, “I understand, he is your first love.” “Yes and I will always love him, but I love you too. Is it wrong for me to love two people?” Eve felt herself grow warm as she shook her head. 

“No, we should go together and help him.” 

Adam and Eve kissed, when they pulled apart so they could sneak over to see what was going on. Adam heard Roo talk to Lucifer was helpless. Adam’s heart broke seeing his love and the father of his babies. He heard the deal that she was making.

“How should we tell who is worthy of redemption and who isn’t?” 

Lucifer’s eyes widened in fear as Adam walked towards them. “Don’t hurt him, I couldn’t live with myself if he was harmed.” Roo widened her eyes at Lucifer being able to talk. 

“His love for you is strong to break through my bonds. I guess that I must make you immune to what I require though you killed quite a few people, though they were Sinners brought to me which makes me like you.”

Adam felt the urge to cry that the embodiment of evil liked him. He glared daggers at the entity, “Eve must be immune as well.” He demanded from her as she sighed.

“Fine, she is boring. I am talking of the likes of Alastor and Valentino, people who will never be redeemed, nor do they want to be. Basically people that won’t be missed.”

Lucifer couldn’t let Adam and Eve be harmed, he had to save his Adam. After much struggle he made his way to Adam and put himself between the love of his life and the embodiment of evil. 

“I will make a deal.”

Roo felt herself smile, a true smile. One that while was from wickedness, was true. With a snap of her fingers Lucifer was no longer frozen nor a dragon. The king of Hell looked up at an outstretched hand for a moment before taking it.

 He could hear the cries of both Adam and Eve but he had to drown them out for a moment. For this was what was best for everyone. 

Soon a familiar looking chain and collar appeared and clamped onto his neck. The only difference between a normal one and this one being it had a dark aura dripping from it. Lucifer sighed heavily when he felt himself slipping. 

His would felt like there was something pressing onto it. Though he hadn’t sold her his soul, even if he had none, he still had an obligation to keep. 

“So…what happens now?” 

“Now, my dear you and your little mate, or mates I should say.” She said as she took a small glance toward Eve who was holding onto Adam protectively as he did her. “You three get to go home! I’ll be back from a year today to collect my debt.” Lucifer was skeptical, “How are you going to collect those souls?”

Roo’s smile took on a dark slight manic turn. “Don’t worry about it. I know who's been good or who’s been bad. I’m almost like Santa Clause in a way.” She giggled to herself, the sound alone made everyone want to grate their ears.

“Don’t even worry about me making a mess or any noise. I’ll be as quiet as a church mouse and clean as a saint. We’ll not quite a saint but you get the picture.” 

The embodiment of pure evil turned her attention down to her disciple. A frown tugged her lips as she gazed at her with disdain and disappointment.

“Anyway you three should be heading back, I have this one to deal with, ta.~” 

With just a simple blink of an eye the king of Hell and the two mates all vanished. Leaving Roo and Lilith alone in the forest of Limbo.

“It turns out I didn’t need you to get what I wanted. I was wanting it to turn out this way, your selfish actions brought about the downfall of humanity.” Roo approached Lilith who was cowering in fear and powerless. The first woman was about to experience a world of pain unlike she has ever known.

Adam, Eve, and Lucifer found themselves right outside the royal palace. Lucifer ran to both Adam and Eve, he pulled them into a loving embrace before giving them each a kiss. Adam was his soulmate and because Eve was created to be Adam’s soulmate to heal Adam’s broken heart, she had become Lucifer’s soulmate as well. 

The trio nuzzled each other feeling so complete because they had each other again. Suddenly Adam was hit with a realization. “We need to check on the babies. You will love little Abagail and Damien.” They walked to the room that Adam and Lucifer shared.

Lucifer welcomed her in, “This will be your room as well.” Even smiled at him gratefully, “Thank you.” Eve started to make happy cooing noises as Adam picked up each baby.

He held them as if they were the most precious treasures in the world. Adam had removed his shirt and he was more beautiful than he had ever been before. His body was mostly muscle from being a warrior, but he had a nice chubby stomach. 

In fact being chubby suited him perfectly and his chest had developed breasts while he was pregnant. It was as if his body was always meant to look this way. “This is Abagail and Damian, our precious little babies. They must be hungry.” Adam took care of the babies as they fed from him. 

Once they were fed and burped Eve was given a tour of her new home after Adam put on a new shirt. The palace was beautiful, Eve couldn’t believe that she would live here from now on. Just then a bunch of excited cries of dad happened. 

The harpies that were once Exorcists went and hugged Adam. It was so nice to see Adam get the love he deserved. Adam then introduced what he referred to as his girls to Eve. 

“Girls this is Eve, she is the second woman and my wife.” Eve was also introduced to Charlie, Lucifer’s daughter and the heir to Hell. After all the introductions were made Adam yawned so cutely.

“I want to rest with my husband and wife.” He requested and the two nodded. The trio went and lay in the bed, Adam laying between Lucifer and Eve with a very content smile.

Chapter Text

Adam stirred awake as he felt small hands gently push against his back. Slowly he fluttered his eyes open and rolled over carefully minding his round belly to greet the little gremlins who awoke the dragon from his slumber. Damien and Abigail smiled at their mother who smiled back.

“Good morning, Mama!” Abigail chipred, “Morning baby what are you doing here so early?” He asked as he noticed two vacant spots on the bed. “Where's Mommy and Papa?” Damien popped his little head up to answer. “There-

“Right here!” 

Adam smiled as he watched the loves of his life enter the room holding a tray of food, presumably breakfast. Which Adam was greatly appreciative of. Ever since he entered his fourth month of pregnancy, he was put on strict bed rest. 

Only being allowed to use the bathroom, even then it had to be only for a certain amount of time. The second Queen and King of Hell made their way to the bed and put the tray down.

Damien and Abigail made room for their other mom and dad. They snuggled into his side before making sure to grab both children. Adam began to chow down on the delicious long stack of pancakes. 

He even gave a few bites to Damien and Abigail. Even though Lucifer told him they already ate.

It was simply a habit of seeing his children eat before he ate that he never got rid of. The royal family enjoyed this time together, after all, they would soon have an army of harpies plus the eldest princess, her little girlfriend, and her friends. As well as the sins coming over for the baby shower.

 Adam sighed, feeling blessed by his creator himself to finally have the family he wanted with both of his soulmates.
