My thoughts behind this:
Steve takes Bucky on a date to the farmer’s market, where domestic shenanigans ensue. Bucky loves picking from local produce and spends the rest of the day baking and making jams with their spoils.

There’s always a vase in the kitchen filled with whatever flowers Steve buys him from those outings, because he’s a sap and although Bucky likes to tease him about it Steve often catches him smiling at them.

Bucky grows the bits and pieces he’s able to inside their apartment as well, but they have plans to one day move away from the city and live a quieter life somewhere Bucky could have big garden and grow anything his heart desires.
