Chapter 1: I meet you again.
Chapter Text
“Yuder, what are you doing here?!”
Kanna quickly whispered, running off to drag Yuder to the hallway, her hands wrapped around Yuder’s arm as she walked far away from the dirt and the constant loud screaming and rumblings and,
just training stuff!
Not good for the baby, and certainly not good for Yuder now!
“Its fine Kanna. My body feels light.”
Yuder placated, seeing the paled face of Kanna finally gaining color after a few moments. She immediately let go of his hand, nodding as she stared at him sternly, as if he did something wrong.
“But you should be resting, you know!” Kanna nagged, crossing her arms as she scanned him up and down. “We have no problems, anyway! We’ve been following your training schedule, diligently cleaning your room, ate as much as we can, going to the clinic over any slight injuries, reporting to Commander, giving him updates! Well I mean, sir Enon handles updates about you but still!”
“... Who’s cleaning my room..? And why is Enon…”
Yuder’s expression soon turned puzzled. Kanna blinked multiple times before stuttering, her face turning flushed due to the overload of information she just gave her.
“Well. um. So you see. Um. I have to train, take a break!”
Kanna nodded fervently as she ran away, as if escaping from her duties. Yuder stood speechlessly alone in the hallway, before sighing and rubbing his forehead.
‘So it seems that they’ve been doing unnecessary stuff on their own.’
Yuder didn't really mind whether his room was clean or messy. After all, if there was a table and a chair seen amongst the trash in his room, he would’ve lived normally. Reporting about him was even more unnecessary, especially to the Commander who would roam near him, as if a guardian angel would. He even sleeps with him, eats with him and bathes with him.
“Anyways, I should really go back” He muttered, stretching his arms as he slowly walked up the stairs back to the office.
“Commander, I'm coming i–”
Yuder quietly stated, before he was interrupted by the door opened and a hand dragged him in. He blinked as he suddenly felt lips kissing his neck and hands cupping his cheeks. He looked up to see him smiling beautifully, outshining even the Gods in the paintings he saw.
“Where did you go?” Kishiar asked quietly, tilting Yuder’s head left and right.
“..Out for a brief walk, my body feels surprisingly light today” Yuder answered, tapping his hands as his cheeks started to hurt. Kishiar laughed as he nodded, pinching Yuder’s cheeks before moving to his waist.
“Is that so? Let’s eat lunch, Nathan brought up food.” Kishiar hummed, scooping him up as he cradled Yuder against his chest, moving naturally as if he was carrying Nipollen.
Yuder nodded as he leaned towards his chest, not questioning how Nathan got food when there was no food 10 minutes ago and when said Nathan was absent. He was slowly placed on the chair as Kishiar went back to his desk, watching him move once in a while as he signed papers
Yuder quietly munched on his food as the scent of ink swept through the room. Eventually, he excused himself back to the room. Kishiar, who saw the empty plates as if he just got it and placed it on the table, nodded while telling him to rest and sending him a smile.
Yuder nodded as he closed the door, walking and laying down on the bed as he closed his eyes. He felt his vision slightly twisting, an almost everyday occurrence. If it wasn’t for the fact that he now woke up inside a dark area, with white gloves behind his head, then he would've thought of it as morning sickness
It was when Yudrain woke up with an unfamiliar feeling on his stomach, as if someone had placed multiple pillars on it that he felt something was wrong.
Yudrain should’ve felt it was strange when the room he was in was surprisingly brighter and lighter compared to before. Or maybe when he heard the laughs outside the windows, as the birds soared outside the window. Or maybe when the sun was hitting his skin, and the curtains weren’t black. No, it was white, uncovered and pristine. He should’ve felt it when he opened his eyes easily, his body as light as a cloud.
This was something he never got to experience as the Calvary Commander, noble and awakener. Something was clearly wrong.
Yudrain squinted his eyes at the sun casting down his bed before cautiously getting up, examining himself.
“I seem more stronger than before… my stomach.. No way. Wait. An injury?”
He paused as he saw his right hand contain a strange injury. He blinked as he twisted his palm up and down, scrutinizing the newly formed scar. He paused as he kept pressing it, frowning.
‘It can’t be from the latest expedition… Then…’
He looked down to his stomach which looked bloated before deciding on a decision. Yuder walked briskly to the door, banging it open as the sun once agan hit his vision.
The first thing he saw was empty plates, and the cracking of the fireplace that he barely used. Then the open curtains, he glanced at the table only for his face to go completely blank.
In all glory, Kishiar La Orr, the man he very much killed, was present and signing papers. He looked up to meet his gaze. The twinkle of his eyes slightly dimmed as he examined him up and down. If one was to actually delve into what the commander was feeling, it was a myriad of emotions.
“... Yuder?”
“... Duke. Why are you using my old name now? And what the hell…?”
Yudrain murmured, blinking repeatedly at the unfamiliar name called. He examined the room around him before asking.
“Did I perhaps travel somewhere outside my time??”
Chapter 2: Extra: Yudrain and Enon meet
Summary:
"What the hell?!"
Enon screeched. Yudrain was going to comfort him before shutting his mouth. Right, this Enon doesn't remember a single thing.
"And you! Didn't you notice anything wrong?"
Kishiar, for the first time, had a pained expression as if Enon accused him of the most heinous crime.

Chapter Text
Immediately after Yudrain's strange remark, Kishiar dragged him (carefully) all the way to the pharmacist. Yudrain was quite suspicious, but after hearing Enon’s name, he decided to go along. Kishiar opened the door hastily, and there was Enon.
"What the hell do you want?!" Enon grumbled, cutting up leaves and placing it in a bowl. He only looked back when the silence was too loud, to see a confused Yudrain and a pale Kishiar. Without hesitation, he immediately stood and placed Yudrain to rest on the bed.
"So, what's the problem?"
Enon said, examining every part of Yudrain's body. He only narrowed his eyes as he saw the state of Yudrain's soul. He turned his head to Kishiar, who was only silently staring at Yudrain. He awkwardly closed his mouth as he stared at Yudrain even more. Eventually, Yudrain opened his mouth, letting his thoughts free.
"How the hell did I travel to the future? How is this the future-"
"Hold. What? Shit, what happened? Kishiar La Orr, is he going insane?" Enon spat, tapping Yudrain's cheeks. Yudrain frowned but didn’t bother to tell him off. Kishiar exhaled before smiling, pointing to him.
"Mr. Enon.. This is Yudrain."
"What the hell?! This is the first timeline kid?!"
Enon screeched. Yudrain was going to comfort him before shutting his mouth. Right, this Enon doesn't remember a single thing about their interactions. Enon squished his cheeks as he stared at Kishiar
"And you! Didn't you notice anything wrong?"
Kishiar, for the first time, had a pained expression as if Enon accused him of the most heinous crime.
“I swear on my legacy and my last name, Yuder was acting normal.”
Enon sighed before letting Yudrain’s cheeks go, messing with his own hair. He then looked at Kishiar with a sharp gaze.
“Keep him locked until he’s normal, and no! I mean locked in his room!”
Yudrain blinked as if the latter sentence was applied to calm him down, which did.
