It’s the best phrase to ever slip from Sen’s lips. Voraciously curious and unafraid of everything, Sen’s hunger for new experiences sends them hunting far beyond simple erotic suggestions found in books and scrolls.
After Chatain dissolves into ghosts and their bodies start to burn with unfulfillable needs, those feasts wither to barren tables. They suffer to watch each other need with no relief in sight. Hyasha’s fine strings urge Sen to orgasm, but the pain doesn’t ease; Sen begs and begs and begs and Hyasha grits his teeth but can offer them no sustenance.
Anli appears like an oasis neither of them thought existed, and Hyasha does not want to believe it.
How can he? How can anything, anyone, simply tilt their chins back and pour the sweet relief of milk and honey down their ragged throats?
